Hi Mr Birla, when I have choose this dates packet as per offer price 115 mrp is 128 rs but billing counter lady billed me as per same mrp 128 rs and when I asked why rates difference she said offer rates are not updated in system will take one day. Then why you have pasted this rates on counter desk and when I contacted CSD desk they waisted my 10 min and when I called to duty manager Mr triwedi [protected] he said wait for 10 min then what kind of customer service you are offering I am the user More from 8 years very bed experience first time will somebody explain me.

More Supermarket Ghodbunder Road Thane has put an advertisement in the entrance saying ! 'FREE SHOPPING COUPENS OF Rs.100 ON PURCHASE OF 1499'.
I made purchase of Rs. 16635 on 31st Dec 2917. To me surprise I was handed over 15 coupes printed 'FREE SHOPPING OF RS. 100 ON PURCHASE OF 799' .
THIS IS CHEATING AND I WOULD LODGE A COMPLAIN AGAINST SUCH WRONG ADVERTISING.

He will only support other staff and DM only he will treat me as a servant he will not send the staff in time he willsay to do over time if we have weekoff alsoi should come and work Manger told me . Mrs. Sharada, daughter of Mr. Sanjeevappa, employee ID no: 1912927 has resigned from MORE retail stores, Girinagar, Bangalore- PIN: 560085 some time in August 2016.

Her PF No is aphyD[protected].

Her PF amount of about Rs 90, 000/- as reported by her is not settled yet. In this connection your office (the related mobile phone No: [protected] at Mumbai) was contacted on a few occasions in the past. They informed that the related papers were submitted on 17th October, 2016 to PF office, Hyderabad for settlement.

But PF office, Hyderabad ( ph:[protected] /[protected] has confirmed us this morning that the related papers are not yet received by them from Aditya Birla office.

I therefore request you to look into the matter and settle the amount immediately.

Mrs. Sharada is a poor girl, staying near our residence.

She has requested me to send a request on the above lines and hence I make this request on her behalf.

I made a purchase today from cochin, pachalam, near pachalam jn and also asked for a carrybag. the cashier took 4rs for the cover instead of 3rs.50 ps also, the total amount was 255.50. he said there is no change and gave 3 rs instead of 4rs.50 ps. this scenario is happening regulary, whenever i visit the store. this gave a bad impression for me to this store. i here by request you to do the necessary action and return my 1rs.50ps.

I repeatedly contacted the customer care but no response from their side

Be aware of electronics products from more mega store. Recently i got a tv from mahadevapura shop which had some complaints and they replaced with a used one. I found it and shouted at them and they repalced with another one, which had complaints. I inquired store manager haneef and avp ravi kumar but i did not get any solutions. So be careful on buying electronics goods.

I bought loreal hair cream and i confirmed from store if this can be refunded if return this product. He said yes then i bought that product and when i went to return i was asked to buy something else and refund was not given. mr tejveer manager of more outlet of sainik colony Faridabad is responsible for whole issue. The way he talks to the customer is disattisfying. I have been loyal customer of more but this incidence i will move reliance fresh where service is better

I bought a new havel's geyser and firstly the installation person had no equipment and knowledge ultimately i had to pay to other guy and finally it had a leaking from outlet thirdly i found that online it was 1000/- rs cheaper than buying in more its my last buying at more its better to have a trusted retailer who can help kindly let me know what to do

As stated in the subject, I have been double billed for the food product "Act II Kettle corn" which is supposed to be combo pack buy 1 get 1 free. Instead of 40 Rs I have been billed 80Rs. I was in hurry and checked it only after getting home.

Greetings!!!
Actually we (4 members) went to Madhura Nagar branch More Store Hyderabad to buy Products.
we also bought some products, Actually we are planning to buy Perfume Bottle we are testing that bottle, suddenly Kavitha Store manager came to that place and and scolding she is using very very bad words we have proofs we are planning to give police compliant we need response ASAP.
Note : we had already gave complaint to manager (Ravi Kumar) still we did't get any response.

When i came to purchase the sales man told me that its an good product and good price, when i paying the cash i asked how many days do u need to install it. He asked my address so he told the store is near your hme only so that the next day morning @10am they will come, i waited full day leaving my work they didn't come
If i ask now many customers have buyed the product i should install there product, this was the response got from them. It's not a think to keep it for show purpose, kindly make it installed with in tomorrow or take the product and give my money back

This is probably the worst possible experience from a customer service standpoint. the staff behaviour here is horrible and they seemed to hired a bunch o[censored]ncouth people to man the shop. not sure if they have really provided any training to their staff.

Especially the door delivery staff behaviour (sanjay kumar) is pathetic. he came to our apartment for delivery and misbehaved with our security guy and customer. we have decided not to allow more employees any more in our apartment. this particular shop is bringing disrepute to aditya birla brand. we will never ever visit this shop again, i think if this behaviour continues end is near for this shop.

Wrote to customer care twice and there has no response. it looks like more is condoning such bad staff behaviour which would make them to repeat it to some one else. very low in professionalism for a company which gives lectures to others

Today i bought two priya ginger and garlic paste packets. the price on packet is 42 for one packet, but and they charged me 45. i didn't observe that at store when i check it at home, i came to know that i have been charged 3 rupees more for each packet that is i lost 6 rupees. if i didn't check i don't know about this.in this way they are cheating. please take proper action.

I am very regular customer to more mega store, yesterday i. E 11/6/16 i have purchased 2 kgs of apple fuji in more megastore nizampet x roads.

All apples are having wax on it, please take necessary action.

Being one of the leading super markets how can u guys do this to common people effecting health and causing serious diseases like cancer, stomach infections etc...

I would like to kind your attention that I had purchased some grocery & kitchen items from MORE Store (Aditya Birla Retail Limited.) at Kirti Nagar on dated 14th May'16
amount Rs. 1893.19/-(file attached) through Debit card of Indian Overseas Bank, they swapped my card three times but their machine couldn't deduct but fourth time their machine accepted and give us bill no (copy attached) of amount Rs. 1893.19, after two & three hours we had got the msg from Bank the amount was deducted double of amount Rs.1893.19 (total amount deducted Rs.3786/- instead of Rs. 1893.19) we immediately called up to your MORE Store told him all details, their supervisor told us we had checked out there only one amount payment deducted Rs. 1893.19 as per our system, next day I had come to at MORE STORE as met with Rajesh ( mobile no. [protected]), I had shown him the bank statement there is clearly mentioned the double entry of the same amount.1893/-, for your reference copy attached, Supervisor advised to me you had to go at your Bank main branch and told all details, they will help out and reimburse amount within 5-7days, we had again called at MORE customer care but they said we have received only one entry amount Rs. 1893 we had given all details to my branch but there was showing double entry, many time i have called up their customer care at Kirti Nagar but till date we have not got any clear confirmation from your side, Banker customer care and details is clearly showing the double swapping, please look at this matter asap and give me right direction, approx one month about to complete,

I had purchased mangoes on 18 May (Alphonso& Mallika) from your store at chilimbi, Mangalore. I regret to inform you that both the varieties were of substandard quality, ie bitter in taste.I appreciate the customer friendly approach of the concerned staff who refunded the money immediately when it was complained. I am a regular buyer of various products from your J.P.Nagar, 5th Phase, Bangalore branch.
Time and again I have reported about the incapability of the staff handling the store and I could see certain changes in the recent days.
Last week, I purchased Mangoes and it was billed for Rs.70 per Kg. instead of the displayed price of app. Rs.65. When I enquired, it was informed that the price was not updated in the system.( For your kind information, I got it verified before buying from my wife that the previous day price was Rs.65.) Even then I did not bother too much and left it.
To day, I made a purchase for Rs.529.58 vide the following bill details:

Even though, I had purchased Stay free Drymax Ultra thins All nights for Rs. 300, the bill was made for Rs.315. When I asked, one more person intervened and said that the system was not updated and asked the counterman man to return cash of Rs.15.He also obliged.
In this melee, I forgot to enter my membership No. as the counterman also never demanded. In another 30 minutes, I realized this and went back to the store and requested the counterman to enter my purchase. Even though there was only one person, he asked me to come next time. When I asked in stern voice, he just swiped the card and returned the bill with card without entering the amount at all. When I asked, he said that no amount will be entered and it is only for membership count. Really, I got annoyed because of the way in which he is fooling customers. Further, when I tried to inform the same to the phone nos. given in your retail invoice, I received the response as given below.

Not only, in MORE, I am holding membership cards of other Hyper markets also.
Repeated incidents of this nature discourages me from going to your stores.

I have bought a pack of Chocolate Chip Cookies from More Megastore Sarjapur road, Bangalore on[protected]. According to the tag, it was packed on[protected] and expiry date is[protected]. When we brought it home and ate it, found that it was rotten, with bad smell. Also found white patches on it. How can a product get spoiled the next day it is packed? Need all the products from More to be verified for the way it is prepared and stored.

however ac has been delivered on 18/3.

on 19/3 mechanic has arrived for installation
he has comfirmed it cannot be installed reason
is out door unit i different and indoor unit is different
we dont know whom to complaint, we called up local store
everybody speaks english without result.
the same airconditioner is available for same rate with inverter free
it would have been installed same day.
having purchased from MORE, We have to wait

Sir .I tony babu here by forward this complaint for your perusal. I bought some food items.Due to the excellent packing which you provide, this is how the materials reached. Kindly see the attached image . I appreciate your concern of saving paper by lowering its thickness. If you are so concerned about nature kindly provide the material in the customer hands. Otherwise improve the packing and make sure that it reaches the customers home safely or else take a lock from your stock and shut down. There are others in the market who cares about the customer money.
