I am the regular customer for more super market, Very worst sales person & supervisor, they don't know how to behave with customers, they don't know minimum respect for customers, I can't expect this type of behavior form more super market, so many problems faced not only me even my frds, &remaining customer's also faced this problems from sale's person's and supervisor, from today onwards I don't go to more supermarket and I am also rise...

I enquired about shoe price but that billing girl added in bill

I called to customer care people they are telling come and collect refund
But I came from 30 kms far

I have purchased from MORE store ( store code 3379, Athani Road store, Bijapur), bill no:[protected] dt 21.12.20 .

Amount-2353.2, paid by google pay [protected], but as the print out is not coming, store manager asked me to pay by card. ( confirmed if google pay received it will be back by 24 hrs)

I have then paid by card 2000+353.25=2353.25.
After a day, it was confirmed & accepted by store manager Akshay...

Please keep fresh not only that customer service was not going good plz improve it...

I have purchased biscuit Marie 3 units 10 rs each. Bill has been wrongly done for 33 units... Total amount has been 330 instead of 30 rs... Kindly provide refund for the same... The fruits have small white worms in all the fruits size 10mm to almost 2.5 cm.the fruit looks very normal and fresh from farm raw, by third day they ripened and when opened found the white worms ....

Hi, this this happened on 18th nov night I purchase few items and total came for 3243 for which I first paid through upi.money got deducted from my bank, then cashier made us wait saying bill didn't generate and asked us to pay again, he said my bank is having issue.(which was totally misleading me I got to know when I raised complaint on my bank ) then I paid from different account and till now I didn't receive my refund of 3243....

Wrong billing-
Today at newly opened store Ilkal, Bagalkot.
For 1.8 kg tomoto standard it is billed 74 kg. More than Rs 2100 excess payment has been made. Kindly rectify the same.
Tomorrow I will visit the store....

I had purchased an Eveready CFL from More store in BSk 2nd Stage, Bangalore 560 070 on 03.12.2019.
This bulb should last at 10 yrs but failed today, 25/11/2020, not even an year since purchase.Upon requesting the Store manager to replace the lamp, he wanted the bill.

He had a pathetic behavior, he was not taught how to communicate to his customers, showed arrogance and attitude.

He was not at all approach friendly and came no help to us not even a little bit....

I went to more in the evening to purchase some fruits and vegetables. i purchased knol khol and sapota display rates were 19.9 rs/kg and 49.9 rs/kg respectively. On the bill knol khol rate was 70rs/ kg and Sapota rate 59.9/kg. Your staff display one rate on a product and one rate on bill. This Clearly shows intention behind keeping wrong display.
