I am never stepping into more again. I was a regular customer at more supermarket, vinayaka layout, vijayanagar, bangalore. On sept 11, around 7 - 8 pm, after billing and payment, the security guard outside insisted on seeing my shopping bag and check the items against my bill. I had left my bag outside at the counter till just before the billing process. This checking is new. I felt insulted. They treat customers like thieves. Making people open their bags and checking them is demeaning. I called manager who said it is regular procedure.

Rediculous behaviour o[censored]rban estate phase 2 patiala gate keeper person dated 10 september 2020 in between 4pmto 5pm.
This person was behaving insanely. Making lots of noises like he has been violant. In full store only his tapping voices were sounding. He was consistanly clapped and tapped on thing insanely.
Why dont you take action these kinda ill minded persons. Even when customers comes out they dont ask for billand on entrance time they dont sanitize. How redicilous staff is heading in urban estate phase 2 entrance. Its shame that aditya group is nt traini ng well behave to customer and duty.

This is the matter of twice payment
I used my upi to pay the amount, the amount was deducted from my account but had not reached your server, so i had paid it again by using my debit card.
So it's been a month i haven't received the amount back.

This complaint is related to staff either not wearing the masks at all or wearing without covering muuth and nose. This is true even after requesting multiple times over last 5 months. We are afraid of visiting this stores. Hope you advise / warn the staff to maintain personal hygiene and help us. Address of the store is

Today evening I purchased groceries Rs 5379 /- from More super market Narsapur west godavari AP through amazon pay but the groceries not issued to me. And the supervisor misbehaved nd roodly talked to me. I have 2 years experience with more and I purchasing groceries monthly 5k to 10k .but this month I returned to home without groceries and my amount debited to more market.
Please taken action against the supervisor and issue the groceries to me or refund the amount to me...

If this supervisors behaving like this your more experience with the customer relationship will be down..

Today went to purchased one toy from the more mega store located in the sanjeevani nagar nearby kodigehalli gate, hebbbal. I purchased the barbie doll priced mrp rs 299. But while doing the billing they charged me for rs 349/-. It's is absolutely ridiculous and against the law. I ask them why you people are charging like this. Then they said it's like that only old stock something...
One person (Might be supervisor) i ask him his name then he behaved like am asking the product for free. Since 9 months am a regular customer in this store. First time am facing an issue like this.
Please provide some staffs those who know how to behave and do service for the customer in a good manner. This incident was really disappointed me and it can happen anytime to any other customers.
They said we got the product misplaced with mrp.
How come a sealed pack from the company got misplaced with the mrp which the manufacturer has provided along with the product.
They you people are not supposed to kept the products for sale.

I'm the more customers from many years, i am purchasing many products from more stores. But the issue is i have purchased one eveready bulb 14 dated 11/09/2019. But the bulb which i purchased is not working. So when i went to return for replacement in dharwad vidyageri more store (Karnataka) they are telling that the manager is not there. And we will tell you tom. So i asked to talk to manager. But they are not ready to talk. That manager is in home now. So you come tom. They are telling that the warranty is only for 6 months. But there is no written in any bill. So if you r giving fr 6 months than i can bye it outside retailers only. They will give for atleast 1year. So i request you to please replace the same immediately and do nead full. But the people who are working there donot coperate with customers. So please replace it as early as possible.

I have taken every day bulb 14w bulb dated 11/09/19. One bulb is not working. I advised to replace. But the more person is not replacing and telling to talk to everyday company only. I have purchased things which were worth of 381 rs and i payed through camera debit card on 10th august and amount was deducted in my account.
But cashier said that bill was not generated and i paid through another card (Sbi card) and deducted amount from frst card hasnt returned. I asked them and manager said that it will take 24 hrs sometime, they gave me a number, if money not credited give us a call like they said. I have waited 24 hrs and money didn't return and called them and they said sometimes it will take 2-3 days, and i waited for that too.
Till now i'm not getting my money and i called more manager he is telling some irrelevant reasons, kindly help me to get resolve this problem

I went to more to buy vegetables and imagine my surprise when i was billed 2177 for my small sack of vegetables. On closer inspection i found that the accontant had billed me for 191 packs of methi leaves. While cross checking my bill i found that my bill actually acconted only 677; on discussion she remarked that she had billed correctly in a sharp tone.in the customers desk she remarked that i was a customer causing problems.

Needless to say the the customer desk rechecked my bill and products of purchase and returned 1500/-.
But the horrendus reception i recieved by gowthami the chasier made me think never to step my foot into more ever again.
Keep in mine that i have been a regular customer at more since 2 years and i make weekly purchases there.
The usually pleasent service i has received has taken a horrible turn.

I didnt even get an appology for the inconvenience caused.

Last week i had shopping in more yeshwantpur.. I took grossaries, food items and some clothes..
But everytime i am paying through sodaxo smart card for all kind of shopping hence i prepared more but last week more team not considered payment through sodaxo smart card for all kind of shopping.. Hence ignoring more shopping in my upcoming shopping..
Just i informed you that some people's like us depends on sodaxo smart card so kindly support..

Dear sir, kindly check my monthly purchase from more i have been purchasing my every grocery from more from past 4 months but 2 bad incidents has changed my perspective. One is i purchased odonil air fresher pack of 4 but while opening that in my home i found there was only 3 in pack. Second incident happened today when i purchased my grocery for august month and bought two packets of paneer also and while preparing food i found both packed puffed and when i opened it and tasted paneer it was pathetic and totally sour in taste but it's date of expiry is still not over. Kindly resolve my issue

Your rathtala more is giving proper feedback through phone. You people are working hard but they are not giving the material and not informing also. For example gobindo bhog chaal ordered but not delivered. Instead of bara elaichi they changed the quantity and material.

Necessary step and explanation is required.

Hello Ajay pawar this side. I visited to MORE HYPER MART which comes under More Retail Limited. I went to more store for shopping in Orchid Business park, New subhash chowk, Sohna road, sector-48, Gurgaon, Haryana (122001). When I was paying the bill over the counter your store employees misbehaved with me so badly. Specially Sonam was the female employees she spoke very hashly. And rest of employees also involved in that issue.

I would like to request you that management should take strict action against them otherwise I am going to lodge a FIR. Against the FIR. And take it serious.

Yesterday i did shopping in more store in dharwad karnataka.

Today i saw the shopping bill and noticed they charged 0.9₹ for musk melon 🍈 which i have not taken.
I think this is un noticed by the customers.

Bought a sundrop Peanut Butter having a price tag of 285 INR.
but priced for 300/-.
