I am Ravi Teja from Noida, Utara Pradesh. I have submitted my mobile (Moto G Turbo Black color) on 21-March-2017 in Motorla Authorized service center “Satyam Communication, Noida and my mobile was under warranty when I submitted.

Mobile was having couple of issues i.e Mobile was not charging, hence not powering on, Charger issue, Fast discharging, Slow charging (Battery issue). When I submitted in Service center, they told me it will take 10 t0 15 working days for the repair and return. But now it’s been more than 1 month still mobile not get repaired. When I contacted the Service center about the status they told me that Part need to be replaced and part is not yet dispatched and company will not give maximum time for service an asked me to contact Motorola Customer service on call for the latest status. I called Motorola customer support team and asked for the status, they told part is in ASP hub” and yet to dispatch. I even contacted Motorola Email support team (Email transcripts attached with this letter) and I got the same response from them also. But still the status is same “Part is in ASP hub” or “still procuring the parts”. Hence I escalated the issue but there was no proper response from your teams. I asked for Standby phone since, it’s been one month and how can you expect the customer to wait for ages for service. Without mobile it is badly effecting my regular stuff like managing office mails and other persona; stuff. I use my mobile for study purpose.

I have raised a complaint in “National Consumer Help line” Jago Grahak jago and complaint number: 240611 about the delay in service against Motorola and Service center.

    After that my charger is not working for that i have send it to the service center of ranchi (It service center) but they dont replace aur repair my charger

    So kindly help me because charing my phone is very difficulty with another charger

      I had purchased moto x play last year may, 2016.

      From beginning i was facing problems of over heating and battery drain but still was managing with the set.

      However, this mobile set could not work properly even for an year. Apart from all basic problems that i had there is a major issue now - voice from this mobile set cannot be heard at the other end. This has made the set completely unusable.

      I had contacted motorola authorised service centre and they told me that it was a problem of some hardware in the set and since mobile is still in warranty period therefore they'll get that replaced.

      But i am really dissatisfied with the kind of handsets motorola is providing. After spending 16-17k user would atleast expect the mobile set to last for an year. On top of it a hardware replacement is supposed to take 8-10 working days and users are not even provided a backup set. Not sure what a user is supposed to do in such situation if he is only dependant on motorola services.

      Really sorry to say, but this is very dissapointing and i will make sure that i do not purchase a motorola handset after this and nor will let any of my relatives and friends ever go for this brand

        The captured a4 paper size picture, can't send it's captured format in whats app & through share it!!! It delivered in burr format.

        The screen guard getting crack itself.

        The mobile cover getting crack, without any external assistance

        The charger cable, not supporting while plug for the charging, until need circulation with wire

        All this technical issues happening, within 02 month of purchasing.

          I purchased motorola's moto 360 digital watch 2 years back. Now the watch has stopped working. I visited the nearest service centre authorised by motorola. They told me that watch is not repairable nor replaceable. I'm ready to pay for the expenses incurred in repairing the watch but motorola is not ready to even touch my watch. If the watch is unrepairable, why is it being sold in india? What should i do with my watch worth ₹13000? Please help.

            I had purchased moto g4 plus on june 11 2016.
            since then only i had started facing so many issues.
            Since i am a student immensely busy with studies i had gone a few months later to the service centre to resolve the issue of SCREEN BURN which was your mannufacturing defect.
            Then when i got my handset back after a week, i got the problem of ghost touch and the photos werent clicking on tapping on the screen, again your manufacturing and defective service.
            I had to go back n submit my phone again.
            Then again getting back the phone, now the fingerprint sensor has stopped responding as well as the phone sensor has become too weak to detect a tap and display the time as it used to, before the service and camera issue remains unresolved.
            This is so disappointing that after all this, after all these issues having roots in the manufacture, that means, your mistake, we have to suffer. You guys don't even offer any replacement to your defective piece, nor even repair the phone correctly.
            HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO GO TO THE SERVICE CENTRE FOR THE MISTAKE THAT IS YOURS ?

            Please ! Look into this matter and I'm waiting for a positive response and not getting disappointed again !

              I have submitted my mob motog4 plus 32gb for motherboard problem but at the time of delivery they replace 16gb. Again they replace it by 32gb but volumekey and power key are pressed inside that is improper fitting. While submitting there is no problem with keys but after repairing there was problem & services centre are not taking responsibility. So I was not receiving my mobile from service centre.
              Please fix the problem and give it to me as soon as possible.

                I have brought or purchased a moto g mobile from amazon.in website on January 2017. Very poor performance, mobile is always heating like hot plate in hand, full battery will go dry within in one half. It is totally fault Mobile they are supply for customer. I want my back or company should down their service in India.

                  This is a dissatisfied moto m customer writing in pain the experience i had with my new phone purchased with a belief that after sales service will be good, but it is the same and unsatisfactory.

                  Below is the sequence of events happened w. R. T my phone.

                  04-jan-2017 : moto m (64 gb) gold was delivered to my address by flipkart for a cost of rs 17, 999/-

                  11-jan-2017 :the new phone stopped working. Display went off and behaves like phone is shutdown (No incoming or outgoing calls) and was vibrating when kept for charge.

                  12-jan to 30-mar-2017:we (Me and my wife) had a planned trip out of india.

                  01-april-2017 (Afternoon):visited satyam electronics which is a lenovo/motorola authorized mobile service centre at chaitanya puri, hyderbad, telangana and gave the phone for testing. I was asked to come in the evening to know what is the problem and whether the phone would be accepted under warranty or not by the supervisor, mr. Vikram

                  01-april-2017 (Evening):was told by mr. Vikram that the pcb motherboard is defective which and thus the issue and also that since this is a manufacturing defect, it will be covered under warranty. I was promised that it will be repaired with in two weeks time, and was asked to enquire around that time for the same.

                  15-april-2017 :when enquired on the telephone (+91 90*345), was told that the part has been already ordered with the company and waiting for its delivery.

                  21-april-2017 :when again enquired with mr. Vikram, he said they are still waiting for the part and also several followup emails have been send to the concerned team.

                  27-april-2017 :i got a call from satya electronics saying that, phone has liquid damage and that it cannot be covered under warranty.
                  If you want it to be repaired, we have to replace the motherboard and it would cost rs 9000 to 10, 000/-.

                  03-may-2017 :since i was out of town from 27th apr to 2nd may, i visited the service centre personally and was asked to take back the phone as it cannot be repaired under warranty.

                  A genuine brand phone worth 18000/- worked only for 1 week and post its defect not even covered under warranty, though it is a manufacturing defect. This is shear hit on the genuineness and worthiness of the product and the brand value it is carrying.

                  Expecting prompt positive reply and justice for a prospective customer.

                    Bought moto g turbo on 6th jan 17. By end of march it stopped working. On 4th apr gave for repair in patna motorola service center (Srine[protected]). Till now they say motherboard is to come from kolkata. Service center asked to call cust care. Started calling motorola customer care from 21st apr. Every time get a response saying will get callback in 48-72 hrs but never get call back.

                      I was facing problems like apps keep stopping when i do multi tasking, in between a call phone restart, display go away and i cant even restart my phone. I gave my phone to motorola authorized service center. they kept it for 2 weeks changed motherboard and battery and i am still facing same problem. Nothing is resolved. I gave it to Abhinav Technologies Ahmedabad. they kept giving illogical replies. i live in gandhinagar, it is not possible for me to go to them everyday as whenever i go they reset my phone and for that moment phone doesnt restart and because of no apps it doesnt give me app stopped pop-up. so no gud solution is given to me.

                        Dear Team

                        Firstly let me tell you I am a great fan of Moto G series, I loved the MotoG4 plus (gifted to me by my in-laws) so much that I went and purchased one for my wife to in the Month of Oct-2016
                        The Complaint is for the phone which I purchased for my wife last month

                        I received the Mobile without ear phone and Charger for which amazon apologized and gave me a Gift voucher, secondly within a month the piece is showing some physical damage on its own, its like the model has tilted a bit backwards making the screen look a curve, this has all happened by itself without any physical damage to the phone from our end, i feel that the plastic in the model has melted due to over heating

                        We visited an Authorized Repair center Cellular World 1 Mumbai of Motorola at Borivali they said physical damages are not covered in Warranty, please
                        talk directly with Motorola
                        The person there was a female called Ms.Khushi Gupta and E-mail Id mum5.[protected]@b2x.com

                        I have also tried complaining on your Live Chat Screen but the Lady out there also told me to revisit the service centre and call your Customer care no from there if they refuse to repair the device.

                        I am a middle class person with low salary, I do not have time / effort and money to revisit the service centre again for no Fault of mine, I would request Motorola that to maintain its dignity and standard which I have said I am impressed with (I am using MotoG4 Plus and quite happy), please replace the device along with accessories to avoid any further discussion.

                        I shall make available all evidence required to prove : -
                        1. the device did not contain earphone and charger
                        2. Amazon accepting the fault and providing a Gift voucher of Rs.1000 instead of replacement of device.
                        3. we visited the Borivali Service Center and were refused to even touch the device
                        4. My Chat conversation with Ms.Sneha at Moto Live Chat

                        Please arrange a call back to me or a replacement for my device immediately

                          I have MOTO G4 PLUS(XT1643) 32Gb, IMEI no.[protected] bought on 29 May, 2016.
                          After 4 Months the phone stopped and the motherboard was replaced from the Moto Service Centre under Warranty. Since the motherboard was replaced the overall performance of the handset degraded a lot.

                          Dated 24 April, 2017 the phone stopped working again. I gave it to the service centre and i again get it back with a 3rd class service from the service centre, which i really didn't expected from a BRAND like MOTOROLA.
                          The phone was getting Overhanged & Overheated without even a single use of any app. The volume down and the audio jack also stopped working.

                          And above that in the new job sheet the IMEI of the phone and on the Bill are different so attaching both the job sheets(OLD & NEW)

                          I can't explain How much it have costed me again and again formatting my data and again then i get the phone back in tremendous conditions. No benefit of spending so much on Moto High end's phone. I Would never refer anyone for MOTO anymore.

                          I would appreciate if my phone is returned this time with proper repair or change/replace the handset if it can't be repaired in the way it should be.

                            I have purchased new moto m having imei no. [protected], [protected]. I am facing a problem of 4g jio sim not working in raoming in this particular hand set. I had shown it to motocare (The cell point-cpt, 68-69 ground floor sahara mall, gurgaon). My job card no is soin[protected] regarding my complaint.
                            But their responce is poor & saying "we will only check our local sim" and not responsible for any roaming also proving that the problem is in my (Jio) sim but i already proven him that same jio sim is running perfectaly in my another same brand model "moto m". And parralley also shown them same sim running in their (Motocare person) handset.
                            Now my question is that why they are trying to prove its a jio sim issue?? And not accepting that there is an issue in my submitted handset (Moto m).
                            I am completly frustated & harrasted by your motorola comapny & care center so kindly requested either change my hand set or refund my amount which i wasted on that moto handset.

                              There is network signal drop problem in my "motorola g turbo" mobile handset just within 5 months of purchase. Mobile set is under warrenty period. So i put the handset in motorola service center for repair. But they did'nt repair till 10 days after that they send it to lenovo service center for repair but lenovo service center also not repaired till now. They are saying faulty part of handset is not delivered to service center from motorola. Total 1 month period has been elapsed i have not got my handset.

                                Four months passed away but i did know that where is my phone.. Motorola company is vere very bad company for solving problems.. Other company has atleast 2 ya 3 months but my phone is kept inside service center amar plaza ajmer raj from 22 dec 2016. Miss swati.. You are very irresponsible officer. We talked in13 march 2017 but phone is not ready afterall. Sir ya maa'm please tell me how many times takes to solve this problem... This is mohit aditya.

                                  Dear team,
                                  As a user of the motorola mobile, i am facing the following problem in my hand set-moto g2.

                                  1) mobile discharge with in the 30 mins after post full charge. And will take the more times upto 2 days.
                                  2) hand set ganerate more heat in charging time even though after that also.

                                  Kindly support me what would be done to resolve the issue asap.

                                    Hello sir,

                                    I am Ekhlesh kumar.

                                    I have purchased Moto E3 Power On 25 October with Order ID: OD[protected] it was working fine till 1st of march & it stopped charging.

                                    I took it to Motorola service center Janak puri (Khurana Brothers, Ug-7D, Jaina Tower-1, Near Satyam District Center, Phone number:[protected] on 3rd march.

                                    They informed me that there is issue with the sub board with this particular handset & they kept it with them & returned it to me on 28th of march saying that issue is fixed ( subboard was replaced) .

                                    when i checked it at home found that issue was not resolved and it was still the same, not charging i went to service center 29th of march & informed the same they again kept the heandset with them infoming that this is second case for this particular handset.
                                    They called me on 11th of April saying issue is fixed but when i checked it it was still not charging & this time network was not getting detected on mobile phone.

                                    Again i went to service center they asked me to wait & after 30 minutes they said that they will check the issue & will call once they fix it .Finally they called me on 19th of april saying issue is fixed this time i checked the handset at service center & again network was not getting detected on phone.

                                    They asked me to wait & they will check it & again they kept handset with them .
                                    Now my handset is with service center from 3rd of march till date where in they were not able to fix the issue .

                                    Please suggest on what next needs to be done. Out of 7 months, my phone has been with service center for almost 2 months.

                                      I have submitted my working handset only for replacing the touch screen. However at the time of submission handset was working even service centre has already checked the same but later on I get to know from service centre motherboard is not working. Now its been 2 months I am regularly following up at service centre and cal centre. As per cal centre part showing in service centre. And As per service centre part is under DOA. I am just become a passing ball between them. Each and every time service centre says what can we do if part is not with company. I am seriously disappointed with Moto services I will not recommend to purchase moto and lenovo set to anyone neither I will purchase. Please speak to your service centre in Agra.

                                        My Moto G 4 that I brought on Jan 2017, is getting too hot. Everyday i have to switch it off for 5-10 minutes to cool it down so as to use it again. If the phone has 50-60 % charge, the phone gets heated up so much even though i never let my phone to charge more than 98% or so.

                                        Also, the phone flickers sometimes, especially when I keep it for charging. Lot of apps opens at the same time even if i don't touch it. Apps gets closed and open randomly. When I lock it and unlock it again it may or may not stop. This started happening since the next day since I got my phone. It happens now too.

                                        The next thing is that sometimes when I keep the phone for charging the battery percentage doesn't increase. If the charge is say 13%, it remains the same even after like 15 minutes or so. When I switch it off for sometime and switch it on again, it starts getting charged normally. It has been just 4 months since I got the phone.
