I have purchase motorola mobile phone purchased through flipkart on 26.04.2015. Before warranty period completion we are identified some problem in our mobile. Then I contacted local service centre X Plus Communications, Trichy-620018 on 20.04.2016 and also I handed over mobile phone to solve the problem.That people are telling to me the hand set was transmitted to Bangalore for rectifying the problem it will take ten days time. Ok we agreed. After one the service centre people call to me. That time I sent my son to service centre to collect the mobile. At the time of mobile the service centre people the mobile was handed to my son switch off mode. My son asking to service centre to check the mobile but that people told no problem you go and charge the mobile. My son after reaching the house the mobile was charged but again we are face the problem with tower not found. Again we are going to contact the local service centre X Plus Communication the peoples are no body responding to but they are telling the warranty period is over. We will charge nearly Rs.4000/- asking to me for solve the problem. The mobile phone I purchased Rs.7000/-. This rediculous answer of the service cenre people. Kindly look in to this matter and You are give necessary steps to solve the problem.

    Hi, I am using moto g2, I updated my Android to marshmallow, since then my phone is so laggy, takes minutes to respond, phone has become fully slow..I wiped cache partition too, but it's of no use..I don't want to factory reset, if there is some other solution, please let me know.
    or if it is possible to switch to lollipop version, do tel me.

      Purchased from flipkart on 11th feb 2016 & received on 13th feb 2016.
      Product we received was defected (Speaker not working) and the product was replaced (Return id:[protected] and received new on 17th feb 2016.

      After using 20 days its shows many problems like hanging, touch not working, auto restart, call disconnect etc etc. We complaint on customer care they ask us to contact on service center.
      After getting back from service center in 20 days it is again showing the same problems. We get back to service center again they say it has problem it need to change the motherboard.

      I am feed up of all this the product i revived is a total waste.

      I want my money back or replacement of the product.

        I had purchased a phone motorola moto g3 turbo edition from flipkart on 23rd december 2015. This model provides 1 year warranty on phone and 6 month warranty on accessories. The charger i received in purchase box was defective. This charger was un-detachable single piece charger which was a turbo charger with 2 meter long wire and turbo written on both ends. I submitted defective charger in motorola authorised service center for replacement. After 15 days i received a charger which was a usb charger (Detachable) hardly 1 meter wire and nothing written on usb like first charger. Replaced charger was seemed to be a duplicate and hence i requested authorised service center and motorola customer care for the charger i received first in purchase box and i submitted this detachable charger on 19th march 2016 in authorised servide center. They promised to provide a new charger in 15 days. And after 30 days that too after calling helpline number many times, in last week of april service center gave me the charger which was the same usb charger which i received in first time replacement. (1 meter wire and detachable wire) but this time the adapter was black and cable was white. I did not accepted this charger and complained in motorola customer care but instead of help i am receiving fake promises. Every time i call in customer care they tell me that 'we have escalated your problem to concerned team'. I am not getting desired reply from company. Now its more than 45 days i have not received neither a call from motorola team regarding complaint nor a commitment of providing the charger i must get in replacement. Not even a single call from technical team i have received. The authorized service center is located in borivali west (Mumbai). My motorola helpline complaint number is '[protected]'.

          Purchase the phone in the month of feb'16.Within 1 month o[censored]se, motherboard of the phone got corrupted (Wifi and sim slots stopped working). I took the phone to the nearest service centre of motorola "b2x gurgaon, s-113, first floor, sahara mall, mg road, gurgaon, haryana, 122002" .To my surprise they refuse to accept the phone, they said they accept lenovo phone and not motorola phone. When i called up the call centre the call centre representative is also clueless. As it was my need i took the phone to "b2x ansal palam, gf-13 spanish court, ansal palam " . They inspected the phone and told me the motherboard needs to be replaced "job sheet number amsgur007974" they said it would take approximate 20 days to repair the phone as the part is not available. It was again a surprise to me new premium phone launched by moto but does not have parts available.
          Finally 20 days later i collected the phone .
          I used for 3-4 days then i realised that the speakers are not working properly, the receiving voice are not so audible also the other side people are complaining about low voice . I again went to the service centre, they inspected the phone and came to the conclusion that the motherboard is faulty which again needs to be replaced "job sheet number amsgur008745" . They have again asked me to wait for 10 -15 days as the parts are not available. Today i again called up the centre, now they are saying now the lcd required to be changed……………………. Sitting on 4th may 2016, still phone is not repaired . Nobody listening

            I found some software problem in our Handset VH44099 Motorola
            ([protected], [protected]) I handed over the hand within the warranty period of 20.04.2016 at X Plus communications, Trichy-620018 but the service centre peoples are after one week the mobile was handed over to me with any checking (the mobile was switch off) I told that kind charge the mobile and check the problems are solved. But the service centre people are telling no problem you go and charge the mobile. After the charging mobile again we found the problem the sim tower not found. Again we are going to service centre I tell the problem what I faced. But the fellows are not responding to me. Your warranty period over. Hence your request cannot be considered. I surrender the mobile within the warranty period purpose the service centre people cheating me only for money making ideas. This is for not good. I request you to kindly do the need full.

            I bought mobile Moto X play on 17th Nov through online purchase. I received it on 21st Nov. Since then the phone is not working. I gave it service centre in Gurgaon on 4th Dec. Since they were saying spare is not available and not giving replacement also.
            I updated a android version 6.0 but now my mobile was not playing games

              I bought moto g3 mobile on 7 nov 2015 . after 5 months my phone was showing hanging problems and display problem . i submitted my phone to motorola service center at janakpuri new delhi, on 4 april 2016. its been a month and they have not repaired it and when i call service center they tells me that they don't have spare part and tells me it will take one more week, story is being repeating for 5 weeks . it is request to motorola to repair my phone . janankpuri service center no : [protected], and job number of my mobile phone : (gnpmg/16/00145) .

                Sir,
                I have handset of Motorola g3 and I have blocked my friend on truecaller because of some issue, when issue got resolved, I unblock him ..but still he is not able to calll me...later I uninstalled truecaller as well..but I am unable to pick his cal as it is depicting him.. He is blocked

                Can u please tell me any way to see the block list on this handset or to get rid from this problem.

                  My phone screen was broken then i went to motorolla service center and they said they will change the screen and charge rs 5000 for it. after few days only my phone screen again stopped working when i went to another center they said that the screen is duplicate one. they cheated me with the screen and i have paid complete amount for it. and now i am not getting any response from the company.

                    Hi,
                    My phone Moto Max Turbo is one of the top most model of Moto series . I bought it on the assurance that i will get proper service on proper time. 6 months back when my phone was encountered with display issue, i tried to go to laxmi nagar center in east delhi in response to which they told me "we dont take these phones, you can go to sec 18, noida service center". Then i went to sec 18, noida service center, there they told me that they can not tell when my phone will be serviced as they dont have the parts of this phone . I tried calling new express service center but there also they told me that we don't have these parts you can go to janakpuri center . Now i believe that was biggest mistake to take motorola phone as they cannot provide proper service . I think they should be banned in india as they have no proper service center here . I should have gone for samsung mobiles who have atleast proper services . Its my mistake . I will make sure never to buy moto phone now as it is not to be sold in India .

                      Dear Sir,

                      Last month my smartphone got hard bricked accidentally so I went to authorised service center at jodhpur (nearest service center, 70 km far from my place) for repair but they said the warranty has been void and it will not be repaired even I with the paid service. I also called motorola service toll free number[protected] and also emailed at [protected]@motorola.com.

                      After few days I got a call from motorola and the technical support engineer told me to go to some other service center for the repair as the Service center at Jodhpur doesn't have the required software for the repair of my phone and sent me 2-3 address of other service center which are more than 200 km away from my place. So I ask him to provide that software at Jodhpur service center so that I can go & get my phone repaired. But he said he can't do that.

                      I request you to kindly ask to motorola to make the required software available at Jodhpur service center.

                        I have purchased Motorola 3rd generation last year but on January 20 I have went to beach at alibaugh and unfortunately my mobile remained in trouser and it get water due to which its stop charging and immediately next day l went to borivali motorala services center and they said it will charge rs 2000 for change in charge panel. Can any one tell me it is water resistance so how it is not in warranty and secondly after repairing its front camera stop working and software stop working then again l went to Borivali services center and they have said to pay rs 5000 for repairing

When i went there to collect mobile, i had seen my on/off switch problem still pending and unnecessary my motherboard. This time they had replaced my mobile screen, my on/off switch problem still pending.                           My name is gorakhnath patare, last year i have purchased one moto e mobile from flipkart, after few months of purchase i was facing issue with on/off switch. I had submitted my mobile for repairing purpose at global services pune (Authorise service center), but after repairing when i went there, they told me they had replace motherboard, but my on/off switch problem not resolved, i was in hurry hence i collected mobile as it is condition and go out. Same day when i checked mobile at my home i found additional problem in my mobile like speaker issue, heating issue, battery backup issue, restarting issue and mobile getting crashes while opening google play store. Again i submitted my mobile at 26 march 2016 in same service center for above mentioned issue, i tried many times to call them for updates but their mobile always switched off, finally i received sms "zst/mg/15/10521 repair is completed, you can collect your device in working hours" from vk-04300 at 2 april 2016. Same day i went there for collecting device but they told me your device is not ready, once it will ready they will call me. 2-3 days i was waiting for call as well as tried many times to call them but no response from their side, finally today i called to moto customer care and confirmed my mobile is ready to collect. Again i went there and found they people had change my mobile screen, my all issue still pending. Again i collected my mobile as it is condition. I went there 5 times, spend my valuable time & money. Now i want my mobile replacement, if you are not ready to replace that collect it from my home, repair that and give me back again. For more information i have attached invoice copy and service center receipt. I am not expecting this type of service from moto as well as i would like to suggest you please hire educated and knowledgeable person in your service center.

                            I purchase motorola phone from snapdeal. On 27 oct 2016 warranted is there . On friday google services as stope unfortunately came and stop . And device is locked showing cid invalided coming went to service center on saturday on 16 april 2016. He said warranted not valid for software and taken 600. Given time from 2 days. I called on monday 18th 2016 he says change the mother board, software not updating, or take back ur phone he said. And also said mother board it will come under warranty not for software charges 600 saying shop name srinivasa electronic's shop no 2 said vikram towers balaji nagar behind bus stop kukatpally phone no [protected].Phone i as taken back what to do please help me.

                              I had given my mobile moto g 3rd gen to motorola global service centre pune on 2/04/2016.

                              Issue-mick& speaker not working, heating issue
                              "service center told me that they take 2 day for software related issue & 7
                              Days for hardware related issue"
                              Due to internet (Server) issue they don’t give me the work order number on that day.
                              & told that work order no will be inform on next day over phone call.
                              In last 18 day they never called me & when i am trying to contact on service center number(Hundreds of time i was tried ) no one receive the call ( sometime number is switched off).
                              Till date i had chat with motorola india chat team 3 times -ever time they told that, they will refer this issue to concerns team & they will call you, but no phone call from them also.
                              On 18/04/2016 global service center pune receive my call & told that they will generate the work order no & inform me
                              That means in last 18 days they do nothing.

                                I own motorola moto g3 mobile handset covered under warranty. They claim the mobile to be water resistant with ipx67 certification.

                                Recently while using my mobile i accidentally dropped it in the bucket half filled with water, for few seconds only. After which i began to notice the problem with touch screen, not responding properly with touch. I contacted customer service center here in ahmedabad, b2x naranpura, opp. Life care hospital.

                                He informed me that since the device is water damaged, it doesn't get covered under warranty.

                                My arguments are if the company is selling the device as water resistant under specified conditions, it shouldn't get water damaged. Secondly, if the device is getting water damaged under specified conditions company helds responsible for the damage since the device was sold as water resistant.

                                Moreover, the same has been written on their website under warranty documentation file at https://motorola-mobility-en-in.Custhelp.com/ci/fattach/get/797603/[protected]/r... under the section what is not covered, point d(Iv).

                                Help me evade the issue and guide me so as to claim my damage under warranty.

                                  Gud evening sir ... i have bought the moto x play few months earlier but it is not working in condition . I am so frustrated from this phone . Please do something . I have shown this phone in your service centre but again it does not work properly . It freezes any time when i am operating it . Wifi is not working good . Restart by itself . And new problem is it starts vibrating fo 1-2 minutes without any reason or call ...replace this phone ...or please replace with any other small phone of motorola ...now i will never buy any other motorola product ..

                                    This is in reference to a damaged motox style handset. I had submitted the device for repair in B2X service centre on 12th January 2016. It has been 3 months now I haven't received my device which is a different disappointment altogether. My grievance is regarding the way your people at customer care treat customers.

                                    First of all they interchanged or incorrectly registered my complaint number with someone else's so I kept getting the wrong calls. After like 10 calls they finally understood that I am not Mr.Shubham Shashi but Apoorva Mishra and they corrected it.

                                    Then after no response for about a month I approached them again in the month of feb when they said 8th march would be date of closure. (Which of course they didn't adhere to)

                                    Again on 9th march I approached them asking as to what happened and banging my head with a call centre executive for hours he finally "escalated" my case to some Miss.Madhusmita. Who I think doesn't understand English language or has some reasoning disorder and is also not approchable directly. She schedules a call back (according to her convenience) and keeps rescheduling it (again according to her/thier/whoever's convenience) with no intimation or information at all. On26th march they said call back is scheduled on 28th on 28th they said its scheduled on 29th from 29th to 31st to 15th April to now 19th April it just keeps getting rescheduled.

                                    Also why I said she doesn't understand English and for that matter any of your tollfree number executives I bang my head with every single time is that, I ask them to mail me whatever they say or commit on call but no they just do not email. They emailed me once that's it.

                                    My complaint is that, I can agree you guys might be having some genuine problem that it is taking so long to repair my device but how difficult it is to keep me updated/ posted about it via an email? I mean just one email about the delay or the call back or even rescheduling of the call back? Why everytime I have to approach your team and beg them about what is happening and pls get back to me?

                                    I hope it is in your power to resolve my grievance. I expect prompt reply from you atleast.

                                    Also its over 90 days so now kindly replace my device if you cannot reapir it.

                                      Motorolla hand set moto 3 g was given for repair at authirized service centre smart services, bhubaneshwar on 6th feb 2016 but it is yet to be repaired. Motorolla service centre informed me on 24th mar that my phone is ready for dispatch and i can go to collect it. However till now i have not received any update on repair status of my phone.                                       I have lost all hope to receive my phone back from Motorolla Service Centre as they have yet again faltered on promised date of delivery. I had called on Motorolla Call Centre on 18th April, I was advised by a executive named Gita to go to Service Centre. They promised me deliver it by 20th April but as expected when I enquired about my status of phone on 23rd April I was informed my phone is yet to be repaired. Both Service Centre and Call Centre have again deferred the repair date to 26th April. I am too pained by the careless approach of Motorolla.I have a private job and just cant keep on calling and visiting Service Centres from time to time.This is too much and totally unbearable for me. At the end of the day it is only a phone, I can always purchase one from market . Atleast I will have peace of mind and free from feeling of guilt of being a customer or associate myself anyway with Motorolla.
                                      Good bye and good luck to all Motorolla employees for whom i feel sorry that they are associated with a company with such dubious customer service. If you can do me any favour, please find yourselves another decent job as it is a matter of time when Motorolla has to wind up its services owing to such pathetic service rendered to its customers.

                                        I am purchase mobile(Motorola moto e 2nd generation) from amazon in january 28 2016 after 2 month i am facing problem then i will go to motorola service center they say you mobile is out of warranty i will show my amazon bill to service center then they accept my mobile and say motherboard (Pcb board) problem its takes to repair 8 to 10 day but after 8 days i will ask for my mobile they tell me its take more 10 to 15 days otherwise its take a 1 month then i will talk to amazon regarding my issue they told me ask for doa letter but motorola executive says we dont authorised to give you a doa i will say who is authorised they dont give me a proper answer and i will ask to motorola customer care executive give me a writing mail to me you dont have authorised to give me a doa but they dont give me.
