Hi, my name is gorakh patare, at 1st june 2015 i have purchase moto e mobile from flipkart. After 6-7 months i had faced some issue with on/off switch button (Not pressing properly), so i submitted my mobile to moto service center (Global services pune). When i went there to collect mobile, i had seen my on/off switch problem still pending and unnecessary my motherboard. After replacing motherboard, i faced multiple issue in mobile, again i submitted my mobile to same service center. This time they had replaced my mobile screen, my on/off switch problem still pending. Then i contacted with moto customer care, they told me please submit your phone again in service center, we will take care of that. Again i submitted my mobile in same service center, this time they had replaced my mobile battery not on/off switch. Now i didn't collect my mobile from service center. I want mobile in fine condition. My case id is zst/mg/16/00486.
