Hi,

I am using MOTO G2 phone and it was working very good till my last update to MARSHMELLO O.S.

But now after that update I feel its better to use one basic set than this phone. It is hanging a lot and I am not able to type message properly, keypad doesn't pop up at all and even I am not able to watch even a 5min video in youtube completely, Not even a single application is working properly and often i get a blank screen.

And there are my some 4 of my friends who are facing the same problems as menitoned above.

Please ASAP get some update to correct these things.

    I had problems in my phone speaker so I put my phone on service center b2x in Jaipur my phone is in warranty. Service center also accept my phone as In warranty but after two days they called me my phone is repaired plz collect but when I go to collect my phone it is not repaired.when the service centre found problem is big of mother board they said that I had already repaired from outside. And ask for money of 4600 for repair. So this is worst service centre I seen in my life. I want to take action to service center b2x opposite rajmandir in Jaipur.

        I have given my moto e 1st generation mobile phone for servicing to Global Services, (Near Garware Bridge, Deccan, Pune – 411004) on 24th Feb 2016 as its display have got damaged. They promised me that they will return my phone by next week. But have not resolved yet. Even i used to call them on regular basis, but they were not responding to the call many time they cut the call too. My place of residence is 25 kms from the service station, so it is cumbersome for me to visit service centre everyday for the status. I want my mobile phone repaired as soon as possible.

          I would like to bring to your kind attention that i own a moto x play handset which i recently purchased in the month of october last year(19th). The handset was working fine until january when i faced an issue regarding it's working. It was on the 20th of january that my handset was re-starting again and again until the battery drained and would eventually switch off. I went to the authorised service centre in my town where i was told to wait for some time till they figured out the problem. After waiting for about fifteen minutes i was informed that the software of the phone needs to be re-installed for which i granted them the permission. Again after waiting for about half an hour i was told that the problem still persists and that the mother board of the handset needs to be replaced which i opposed strongly and told them that it had been just 2 months that i bought the phone and it had been working totally fine till that day. After all my oppositions i was told that there is no other option rather than submitting the phone for repair.But then i tried calling the customer care helpline number[protected] seeking for an alternative than to get the mother board replaced at such an early stage but it was to no avail. The customer care executives had no alternative to this problem. I asked them to replace my handset with a new one as the issue was a major one and i was reluctant to get the main hardware of the
          phone changed just after 2 months of purchasing. But everything i tried was in vain. So when there was no executive ready to help me i had to submit the phone for repair at the authorised service centre on 20th January 2016 and i was given 10 days time for repair. 10 days passed and i enquired about my phone to which i was given another 10 days time to wait as the part had not been shipped. This was the time when i called the customer care helpline asking for a reason as to why the part was not being shipped to which the executives had no valid reason. After all the conversations i was told that i would get my phone back on 4th March 2016 which was yesterday and till now the part has not been shipped. It just takes a courier 3-4 days time at max to reach the destination whereas in my case it has been 45 days since my phone went in for repair. And above all i've been trying to call the toll free helpline[protected] for the past 2 days and it is engaged.
          The last thing i can do now is file a plea in the consumer forum and only then can i know what has been the real problem for not repairing a within warranty phone for 45 days. Sorry to say but I am totally disappointed with motorola and it's services and i don't think i will be able to recommend buying a motorola handset to anyone.
          I am attaching the scanned copy of the job sheet and the bill invoice alongwith.

            Hello Sir/ Mam, My mobile handset model no. Moto-G2 is in warranty period. And in that period of warranty my mobile is getting so much heat and due to that i have submitted my device to the authorized service center of Motorola on 20th December 2015 my invoice no is GAR/MG/15/02230 after submitted my device they told me that they will deliver it between 15 to 25 days but after that they did not deliver my phone in such period of time after one month they call me for delivery but when I reach there they given my device and after checking my device was as it is at that time I again submitted my phone and they given the second invoice at that time and the invoice no is. GAR/MG/15/02392 after a little conversation with them they still not given my device they are just giving me the dates only not my device and due to that I am facing so much problem due to the loss of my device I am facing so much trouble and I am not able to communicate with anyone and for that I have done so much of losses. Even a little chat with the customer care they are not given any attention on this case they are only telling me the extended dates. So, Please look on this problem due to this I made so much loss of money and time as well.

              Dear sir/Madam, i have purchased a moto xplay in jan 2106 and it has not been even 2 months that the phone battery has been dead and i have given the phone at service center on 23rd feb for repair, they have told me that the battery has to be replaced and they have kept the phone with them and given me job sheet numbered VZG/MG/15/00168, after a week when i call to the service center they tell me that still the part hasnt been recieved and will take more time for, new phone they give in 7 days time and for spares they ask for more time, then i call customer care of motorola and they tell that the job sheet number shows the status closed and to take another job sheet number from service center, then i call back service center and they give me new no ie.. VZG/MG/15/00209, and then i call back service center today for the status of my phone and they are not even picking up my call, then called to customer care and they tell that we are help less pls contact service center as the new job sheet number is also closed, i dont know what is going on and the service center is also 65km away from my place to go there regularly, feeling so harassed mentally, even after purchasing a phone costing to 20, 000rs they still dont even bother to reply properly. please look into this matter

              Is has been more than 20 days till now and there has been no improvement regarding the above case, i am incurring a huge business loss because of it, i request you to make some speedy solution regarding it.

              This is really ridiculous, it has been nearing a month and such a big company cant even replace a phones battery, this is just not expected from a company such as Motorola, Really feeling sorry for myself for choosing a Motorola product. When you are selling so many phones a day and keep high targets then dont you have enough spare parts ready for that, If my problem is not solved within couple of days then i will file a case with consumer court and will even compensate for my business loss, either provide me with a new phone i[censored] cannot arrange spares for that piece of repair it within couple of days, i cant lose my business because of your inability to sustain your growth..
              No response from the company even after a month, this is how such a big corporate deals with we the consumers,
              Even after mailing so many times to you and after completing of 35 days nothing has been done regarding my issue, today again called the service center and again he gave me a new job sheet number ie.VZG/MG/15/00515 with new date and for more 10 days reasoning the unavailability of part, i dont want your job sheet numbers, i want my phone back, already 3 times my job sheet number has changed and it has been more than a month for my issue, if you dont have enough spares then provide me a new phone, but that also hasn't been done, finally i will wait for more 48hours from now, either resolve my issue and provide me my phone repaired or a new phone or i will be forced to move legally regarding this and you will be held responsible for this..

                  Hi Motorola I am very happy with your company I recently bought a phone of your company it is moto g 3 turbo edition although it's a great device I bought it on January 1 2016 from flipkart still the phone is working awesome but the major problem is when I try to listen a song from the officiall Motorola headphones then it does not work the sound does not come from the headphones it comes from the speaker also I tried the officiall Motorola headphone on an other phone then it worked. So by that conclusion the headphone jack is faulty . the phone is in warranty so I want a repair it so please respond to my complaint thanks

                    I want to lodge a complaint against the Motorola Company as i am really disappointed with the service they are providing. I had bought the Moto G3 Mobile phone last year in August and ever since the phone was delivered, it has been showing one problem after another. The company refused to replace the phone even though it was under warranty and said that they will get it repaired and send it back to me. Since november last year the phone has been sent for repairs thrice and every time they send it back saying it is repaired, i find that the issues still exist in the phone. The first time they said they that they had done a software update and the phone would work fine now which it did not and i put in a complaint and it was send for repairs again. This time they said they has replaced both the lenses and the phone camera should be working now but the same thing happened, the issue persisted and i again had to send the phone for repairs. This time they said that there was some problem with the mother board which they have replaced and the phone is fine now but it is the same thing, the phone is still not working properly. They have acted in the most rude and unprofessional manner, the representatives would keep postponing answering that they dont know what is happening and would never reply to my emails. I was also never provided with an update or any progress report during this whole scenario. It has been 4 months since the phone was first sent for repair. It has been sent for repairs thrice since then . I received my phone yesterday and the same issues are still there after they have said a hundred things and said that they have repaired it. The phone is still under warranty and the company refuses to replace it. I am tired and fed up of running around and after them for the same thing. I want the company to take the phone back and give me my money so all this can be done with.The phone is still under warranty and the company refuses to replace it.They have tried all things from updating software to replacing the camera lens to changing the motherboard.But still the problem persists.

                      I had purchased the mobile phone of Moto-E 2nd Generation through Flipkart at 09.09.2015. But the problem come in mobile at 15.01.2016.The mobile phone is not starting and give the mobile to Moto Service Center, Ludhiana for repairing at 23.01.2016. 1.5 month has passed and nobody response it for solving the complaint. If company cannot repair it, then company should provide the new mobile against old one. The company give me repair job sheet no. LZTMG15/01674.But they have not take any action for solving it.

                        I had brought Moto G 3rd Generation and had given for repair just after 3 months o[censored]se on 16th Dec 2015. Today is 01.03.2016 and still the parts have not arrived and the phone is not repaired or replaced. They first send the defective product and then they dont give service within waranty . I would like to sue the company for the damages.

                          NEVER BUY MOTORLA my moto x play is given in the service center for last 2.5 months but till now I have never got my phone. Pathetic services provided by Motorola customer care. Today got a call from the company saying that phone is repaired but it has not been repaired till now. Motherboard issue is not been solved.

                            Its surprising that a Company like Motorola do not have spares available. I have submitted my Motorola Phone for Repairs on February 5th, 2016 at Thane service center and after so many follow up, got a call from Motorola service department, Ms. Madhu stating that I will get my hand set repaired not before 20th of March. And when I stated that I will raise this concern with different Social media's, it seems they do not have any issues.

                            From today I m going to start posting and requesting proposed customer not to buy Motorola products, as there is a huge gap on repairs and maintenance.

                              I have purchased a Moto X play 32 gb on the last week of September 2015 from Flipkart, ever since then the phone had heating issues & it gets heated up like iron bar.I have asked Flipkart to refund or replace it but it didn't approve of it after doing some assessment through smartcheck apps.I tried to call them even after that but they kept saying that they have got some technical issues & in that way I was deprived of 30 days return option.After just 2 month o[censored]sage my rear camera ( so called 21 mp) vanished from the camera interface, sd slot could read any memory card, & also the heating issue was still there.So I left my phone with the customer service center on 13th Jan 2016, but now its been more than 1.5 months that my phone is left with the service center and they are saying that they are unable to recieve the parts from Motorola.Now after calling the Motorola customer care for more than 10 times, I am unable to get a positive response They either put me on hold or ask me to wait for the parts which means I will have to wait for 2.5 months to revieve my hsndset.Now they have asked me to wait till 27th March which means another month.On 6th Feb I have received an email saying that I will get my phone by 25th Feb which was a false assurance on their part now again I have to wait till 27th.I am unable to use this phone since purchase as it is a defective handset.I would like to get my money refunded or replace my phone with a working handset.Please see through this matter as I am left devastated & disappointed with such unprofessional approach.I really want you to do me this favor & get it refunded.

                              very very poor after sales service...very unprofessional..harassment for customer due to delay in customer service.Keeps customer on hold for more than 15 mins.not able to resolve issues.Defective handset & unable to repair even after 1.5 months.Asking me to wait for another month i.e till 27th March 2016 & I left it with the service centre on 13th Jan 2016. Service centre didn't recieve the parts for repair yet.If they cannot repair..plz replace ..as it is a defective handset since purchase. rear camera got missing & horrible heating issue.plz refund my money or replace the handset

                                Dear Sirs, I Shri Avik Bhattacharjee, of Kolkata-7000122 purchased one Moto E Mobile bearing Sl. No.[protected] on 21.08.2015. through flipkart . The said Mobile became out of order on 2nd Nov. 2015 and had to be repaired.
                                Again, on 15th February 2016, Sim slots of the same became defunctioning . On visit to your service centre B2X, Sreebhumi, Kolkata-19, opined that the repairing charge will be Rs.6000/-. When asked for quotation, the company asked for a fees of Rs.272/- at 5.40 P.M. on date, which is totally unjustified prima facie, being more than total production cost of the Mobile Set.
                                In the above context, I seek clarification / justification for making customer scapegoat / fool .
                                Therefore, I demand for repair of the Mobile set free of cost or replace the same with a new one within a period of 15 days. In case I am not satisfied, I will be proceed to Consumer Forum / legal action for adequate redressal.

                                  I have given my mobile for repair to Motorola service center on 30th Jan 2016 an they promised me to deliver my mobile within 10-15 working days. Whenever i am trying to reach their customer care, they are not giving me any information regarding my mobile. Please do act accordingly.

                                    I purchased moto x style a Motorola company device from flipkart on 28 oct 2015. its not even two months were completed my device had defect then I went repair centre for this device then they repaired in 4 days. after first repairing in 2 days again my device has lot defects then as per motolrola told me I submitted this device on 2nd January 2016. After this they told they will repaired this device in 6-7 days. after 7 days I called Motorola they told me your device will be repaired on last week of January. again I called for update on 28 jan. they told me you can collect your device on 20 February 2016. i again called on 20 feb they told me your device isn't reapired, and they gave me again closure date 22 march 2016... I want replacement of this device because they gave me such a faulty device. i wasted rs30000 for this device.. i am sure they would not repair this device until 22 march also because they are such a fraud... i have been very very bad and frustrating experience in my life... i want replacement of this mobile i request you please solve my case...

                                      I purchased a Motorola G3 from flipkart
                                      Order Date:[protected] and Invoice Date:[protected]

                                      The phone stopped detecting SIM from18 December 2015, the phone was submitted to the service center on 29 December 2015 and till date I have not received any resolution for same they are not even sure about any ETR,

                                      as per the service center issue is with the Mother Board, its been more than two months and every time i call they say there is consignment issue .

                                        Facing some issue regarding Ringer of my device (Moto X Play).
                                        raise issue with service center (Bell N Tell Tele Services, Mulund West) on dt 13th of Jan 2016. they gave me TAT of Max 15 days. after 15 days i have raise complaint in motorola on dt. 30 Jan 2016 with Customer Reference number:[protected] stating that "Please collect your device from service centre on 23rd Feb 2016".
                                        Now its 26th Feb 2016 and still not get any resolution for the same.
                                        again i put a reminder mail on dt 24th Jan they came back with feedback "Please collect your device from service centre on 24th March 2016" without any prior notification or reason.
