I gave my moto g2 model no. XT1068 ime no. [protected] for repairing in gurgaon service center on 16/01/16. i also visit and call them several times to take status of my phone but response is like it's will take one more week.
i totally frustrated with Motorola service center as well as company as it's only selling phones but not giving good service /positive reprocess in case of any issue with handset

      Dear sir,
      I bought a new motto third generation phone from flipcart.its gorilla screen got shattered and I submitted it for repairing on 22nd november '15 to Kanchan infocom, Jaipur. Now they are forwarding the return date regularly and have not returned the phone till date neither it seems to returning.

        Sir,
        I had Motorola Gen 3 smartphone which I purchased in October. I had a warranty of 1 year. Suddenly on 27th Jan it had got some issues of power on/off and hence I took it to nearest service center on the same day. However till date they and the customer care executives have not replied me with any details as to when i will get back my phone.
        so you can see that it is already 23rd of feb and they are taking too much time to provide the warranty services as if they don't care at all about the customers.
        Please look into this matter at your earliest.

        Also sir they are telling me that your phone will be ready by 22nd March. 27th Jan to 22nd March is a period of almost 2 months. A customer cannot wait so long for a product whose warranty itself is just 1 year.

          If company is unable to provide parts in proper time why don't company replacing me my new handset...

            SHOCKED AND SURPRISED at the kind of service from a brand like Motorola!

            My phone needed a repair, and as per the information on your site, i approached 3 service centers, in Pune and Mumbai, only to realise that they had shut down! NO UPDATE ON YOUR SITE!

            Incident:[protected]
            26th Jan - I called the customer service 1800.. number and spoke to Arvind Kumar. He gave me a service center address close to my house. After repeatedly asking him if it is still operational, he claimed that it was. On reaching there, i find out that it was closed! MIS LEADING REPRESENTATION!


            28th Jan - I called the customer service again. Spoke to Samanjeet Singh, Vinay goud and finally Sandeep who really went out of his way to help me find a center close by that could help.

            28th Jan - I handed over the phone to a center in Orchid Plaza in Borivali west Mumbai.

            I called the Orchid plaza service center twice, until today, and all i was told all the while was that it will take a week, as they have ordered for a battery, and are awaiting it.

            17th Feb - I called the customer service again, and spoke to Madhu, who when i asked to be transferred to Sandeep, promised that he would call me back in an hour. FALSE PROMISES

            Today, 19th Feb - Its been over 3 weeks now that my phone is with the service center, and over 2 days since i was promised a call back from the customer service.
            I called the customer service, and got Mohamad Moubeen on the call. (strict action needs to be taken against this individual - go through my call recording).
            When i asked to be transferred to Sandeep, since he is aware of my case, he tells me that Sandeep is no longer there. That he has been promoted.
            Then then puts me on hold, then comes back ans says he spoke to someone, who he says is Sandeep's boss, and that person said that my case will be closed in a week. When i insist to speak to his boss, he put me on HOLD endlessly AND THEN HUNG UP.
            RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO CLARITY OR UPDATE OR INFORMATION AT ALL.

            So now i have been told by some random rude executive that my phone shall be ready in a week, when 'a week'. I really wonder how he got that information or is it just to shut the customer up? And could the person who gave him this information not come on the call?

            CANT BELIEVE THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE.

            Today, 23rd Feb, i get a call and then an email to follow, from Motorola, saying they are HAPPY to inform me that i will receive my handset on 22nd MARCH 2016! (Incident No:[protected]

            Who waits 2 months to get a phone repaired?


            SHAME ON YOU MOTOROLA!

            i was advised before i bough the phone that the customer service was horrible - i now wish i had listened.
            I hope my friends dont make the same mistake!!

              My moto x play IMI NO. [protected] after 2 months for physical problem in deviced.i droped device on friday 29 jan 2016 for repaire in motorola service center in borivali. they told me the device repaired in 12 to 15 days.but after 15 days device is not repaired so i was called in motorola customer care and i register complaint and complaint no. is[protected]. And customer care also not take seriously to my compliant .Today 25 day complete for device to take in service center and i dont have an any idea when my device is ready. please solved my prombem as soon as possible.

                  The Internal incident no. of motorola is Incident:[protected] : I had given my phone for screen replacement (as it broke) to authorised service centre of Motorola i.e.B2x in Secundrabad on Dec 21, 2015. Since That day i have been given different delivery dates for work done. Till date company sent me 5 times new delivery date and everytime sends a new delivery date but not repairing the screen. After Sales is a mandatory for any product. I have offered them, That they give me a new phone or an alternate same model handset, which they are not agreeing to. I wish to lodge complaint for this.

                      I have submitted my phone for repair of its Screen which was damaged by me on 31/12/15, but service centre of Motorola said that its Board was also not working properly, so that we also change its board which is in warranty and they send a request for the same it is in warranty so this it is replaced free of cost and estimate time for it is One week. But till date my phone was not repaired and they it will take one more month to repair. Kindly tell me how can I attend my calls. No body is replying.

                          I wish to bring to your kind notice that my new motoral 3 G phone purchased
                          in August 2015 started facing problem within few months of purchase. Later
                          it stopped working in December and i submitted the same at motorola repair
                          center Job No. AMSPUE002996 on 9th January 2016. The phone is still not
                          repaired and every time I call the customer care they give a standard reply
                          that new phone parts are not available. They are delaying the issue from last one month and everytime they give a closure date which is again changed to another date from last 4 times this is happening. Customer care does not know what to do so they neither solve they querry not escalate the issue.

                            I submitted my aunt phone(Tanushree paul) and i had display problem in my aunt moto e(1st generation)phone(Imei-[protected]) that it over the display automatically spot violet colour.So, i submitted on 19.12.2015 at 11:35:33 am(Submit over 60days(2month ) .After 15 days i call you but your representative says the motorola company can not send parts i.E. The parts not available in motorola company. After i call motorola care toll free number and lodge a complaint(Complaint number:[protected] against my job number and reason the parts not available and motorola customer care says 8th january call me "sandip sir" and resolve the issue regarding my complaint. But 8th january call me customer representative and says me "sandip sir" call me after next 3days i.E. 11 th january.But 11th january i don’t any call from sandip sir. Again my complaint tarsfer to madhusmita ji and 8th january to 8th february she call me at a one time. Motorola company and b2x service centre change my closing date to date but no solution regarding my phone.3february2016 motorola mail me closing date 06.02.2016.But thereafter over closing date but my handset not repair because parts pending. I also said the customer care that the company don’t send my parts please replace my phone or back my money. But no response any. Today my phone submitted service center over 60days and i don’t believe motorola company and b2x service centre. Because the company and service center don’t solve my problem and change closure date to date. Many time i request you take immediately action regarding my problem and send my parts to service centre immediately. My device is very urgent. I do not want any action in motorola company and b2x service centre but the company and service centre behavior and parts delay forced me complaint lodge in consumer forum.You cross “deficiency in service”.

                              I have motorola 3g now a days my phone is having problem when i put my charger into the phone sd automatically ejected . i went to my nearest service center before 18 days i told my problem to them they have submitted my phone and sad to me that uh can take after few days when i went there they sad you phone is ok now but when i went home i face same problem again. yesterday i went there they submitted my phone and sad that in this phone there is a problem of motherboard and they ask me for 20 days i have sad yes. today they called and sad sir your phone is ok you can come and collect when i went for collecting my phone and when i came back at home i saw that my display is coming out again i went there and told my problem they put glue on the display of my phone but they have not put properly. my phone is irritating me because it is looking weard because of that glue but its ok. when i came back home and put charger for check again sd card removed automatically again i went there they sad now its ok then again i come back to home and checked i face same problem again i went there the same thing repeated again and again but a last i went there they submitted my phone. its my humble request plz pay attention and get my phone ok and in a good conditions that glue is making my phone look older and weard and plz pay attention on that sd issue or provide me a new phone

                                My mobile is at service center for more than 80 days.

                                I purchased Moto G (2nd Gen) LTE on[protected], the mobile started to hang and so visited service center on 30th November 2015 and they provided a job sheet number ZST/MG/15/07639.

                                On 10th December 2015 i was informed about the another job sheet number ZST/MG/15/07828.
                                Contacted customer support then they promised to get it done by 21 st Jan 2016, in support of which they also send a sms on my registered mobile number.
                                On 22nd Jan 2016 i received a call from motorola support that it will be now done by 15th of Feb 2016.
                                Again i got call for new date of 10th feb then on 10th i giot call for 18th feb and today i have got call from customer support for a new date of 8th March .

                                The mobile was purchased from Flipkart and even they are also not responding for the replacement of the mobile, which was defective from the time i got.

                                  I submitted my in warranty moto E phone to service centre for display problem on 2 jan 2016 in pune
                                  My number for same was 8051.
                                  I realised their service is very bad, many issues, many complaints.
                                  Till date 18 February more than 1.5 month company not serviced phone.
                                  Serive centre as well as company giving childish excuses like part not in stock.
                                  After e mail confirmation that they will repair before 15 feb they didn't done.
                                  Motorola company not able to handle service department.
                                  Phone os also very low quality don't go for it.
                                  Cheap behaviour of company staff & company itself.

                                    I submitted my mobile for servicing on 6th feb. it's already more than 10days.
                                    today I called them, they are telling they need 30 more days.
                                    It is not good. Currently I dont have mobile.
                                    I can't wait 30 more days.

                                        I bought a brand new Moto G3 the day it was launched on flipkart by Flipkart. I used it for 39 days then it started acting up. My calls kept on getting disconnected, my phone was heating up, network and calls were getting lost and so on.

                                        I called up motorola they told me to visit B2x Care in Pitampura. I went there, first of all, let me tell you the situation there. No body gives a single dime about any customer satisfaction there. No body cares they have customer or client to heed to. They are busy filing their nails and gossiping about daily stuff rather that attend to the consumers. The first day I went there I saw a fight going on because of improper repair or whatnot... I still ignored that and went ahead with ym device handing over to those gentlemen there and since then 22nd Oct 2015 I did not receive my device. I was told to wait for an hour till they diagnostics. I waited. Then after an 1.25 mins I went again (after several questions about how much time more etc etc several times) and I was told that there is a pcb problem and it needs to be changed which will come from company and it will take atleast 25-30 days. I was in shock as to what am I gonna do without a phone till then. I asked for a standby phone, the look on the guys' face was like if I had asked her daughter for marriage, surprised. I asked then get me a replacement they gave me number to talk to and that was motorola customer care. They said we cant replace the device without motorola say so. I urged them they said they cant do that as the stock is with flipkart. I then talked to flipkart they said we dont do replacement after 30 days gurantee period. I was stuck like a guy without any help any where. I had no option then to leave my device with them. I kept on calling the people after the said time they promised to return my device but to no avail. I kept on getting 'We will call you once the device is done'. Then I got a call around 10 Dec asking me to drop by at their store for picking up my device. I met with an accident during this time so I had a fracture on my leg. I asked them can I send someone to pick it up they said yes but you have to sign it as when receiving the device. So I had to go, i couldnt drive so I took a cab the whole way and when I handed over the device I noticed a crack and spot on the screen lcd I immediately told the guy there is an issue with this. He was trying to convince me that it must have been already there. I told him to check my device check-in slip there was nothing of that sort mentioned and there was spot on the screen which was right there on the front and couldnt not be ignored. I raised my voice then they agreed that the technician who replaced my deivce PBA must have cracked the screen and they would be happy to replace it that to withing 4-7 days time. That was in december, since then I have been getting calls from everywhere I have been given assurances from the B2X manger, the Motorola Customer Care that my issue has been escalated and will be attended to shortly and I will get my device. I have written emails and chat logs them stating that my device would be handed over to me with all the repairs which a promised date which has come and went long time back.

                                        What my issue with them are:
                                        1. If someone used a device for 39 days that is just 9 days over the said replacement period dont have a duty to either replace a device if s customer is honest and its solely the hardware fault without any external factors being responsible.
                                        2. Their customer care department is of no help at all. They simply use 2 - 3 words like 'escalation', 'report back to you' and 'are looking into it'. and they distribute the words like anything without meaning it.
                                        3. The B2X Customer care manager is of no help he says his hands are tied as company doesnt have parts to replace my screen or expertise.

                                        Tell me what should I do. If thery didnt know how to repair it they should open my device or accept it first instance. This whole ordeal has taken a lot of my time and investment. I am suing a secondary phone since long. I do not know what to do or whom to ask for help. Thus, I am posting here. Please kindly help me.

                                        It was a brand new device with some hardware isssue.
