    I submitted my moto e phone at faridabad service center 11 day back @ janak communication (Authorized motorola service center ) .I am taking followup with service center they told me your phone need to update software which will provide company, so please told what kind of this service center they don't have software for moto e handset i had submitted on 1st april 2016 but still phone in diagnosis state .Please repair my phone asap .Because without phone its very difficult for me .

    My moto e2 4g phone is not working condition. problabe is no natwork. and only display is emaegancy calls. and two time repair in service centar nothing to work.

    My phone working fine earlier, i had done simply switch off/on the phone
    then my phone didn't switch on again it give error boot image file missing, there after i call moto care for find the resolution of phone, they
    provide the instruction as like normal mode, recovery mode, factory default
    option but it didn't power up, they advise to visit motorola care .after i
    submitted my phone, they are saying it is under diagnosis state . on 8th
    april i personally visit there and told me your phone in routed, i don't
    know is it my phone they power up, when i ask him it is my phone he said
    yes it my phone .it totally open how i can recognized my phone in that
    condition .they simple said there is problem in motherboard, it cannot be
    repair . it is approx 4400 Rs. after i taken back my phone from service
    center .
    because it big amount for me . i cannot afford this much amount as i
    Common Man, as i bought this smart phone to consider as Motorola Big
    brand in india but service center behavior regarding phone is totally wrong
    .as they return back my phone simple as i given to them, but by mistakenly
    they show me different phone because my phone never power up . it just give
    on given error . i attached pic and it is not charging both 2 pic are
    shown .

    it is repairable, please repair it because changing hardware not solution, as i my cause please consider ii is in
    under warranty it is not Rooted phone .

    Hope u will understand my pain .

      I have facing issue in my motorola x play which i bought 3 months back from flip-kart, i was facing issue of battery not getting store so i submitted it in service center on 25th of march and they said it will be repaired in next 7-10 days but on 1st of april i got a call from their customer care that my handset will be on 12th of april but stil status of my handset is waiting for parts mr arvind dnt even responding now no1 is giving any mail id or no. To talk and no conveincing reply from their side i am chasing them like hell.. Please look into in this matter if you can.

        This is to bring to your notice the utmost disappointment and discontentment faced during my experience with Motorola Service Programme.

        I hereby aver:

        That I had given my cellphone Moto G3 (3rd generation) in the service centre for its repair job on 2 April 2016 with Job Sheet No 933. I purchased my phone on 10th of August, 2015 and its still 4 months away to get out of warranty.

        In the Nokia Care service centre (also Motorola service centre) near the Nagar Nigam office in lucknow. I was told that my phone could not be covered under warranty as it had liquid damage (although the company claims the phone to be water resistant) and as my camera and flashlight was not working, the person there told me that it might me a motherboard problem and they may have to change the motherboard whose expense might be upto Rs 2250. He said that within 2 days I will receive a confirmation call about the problem and if it needs to be handled and if not, I will only have to pay the service charge that was 515 Rs.

        When I didn't receive any call for the next 3 days, I called them myself asking about the progress made and they told me that the phone was repaired and can be collected anytime and I need to pay 2250rs due to the change of motherboard for which I certainly did not give my permission. When my friend went to pick the phone up he noticed that the IMEI no. i.e. [protected] of the motherboard hasn't changed thereby proving that the motherboard was no different. On my asking about the same, the employee there changed his argument that the motherboard hasn't been changed instead the camera and flashlight cables were changed. On my further discussion, I was treated absurdly and with bad behaviour. Thereafter, I paid that sum of Rs 2250 and it is after receiving my phone back when I realized that the speaker(used during the call) was not working as it used to before and there were 2 large black spots on the screen (which could only be noticed with a white background) indicating that my phone has suffered pressure more than it could undertake. All I demand is justice to be done to the innocent customers. [Copy of receipt Attached herein as Annexure II]

        I would like to emphasize that:

        I have undergone extreme stress and mental agony because of your deficient service.

        Given the above sequence of events, I request you to replace my motherboard or provide me with refund because you took the price of changing of motherboard under warranty (i.e. 20% of the original charge)

          I have purchased a Motorola mobile phone from flip cart and it is hardly 1 month old and speaker is giving trouble now. I went to Motorola authorized service center in Vadodara and submitted my mobile to them for replacement of speaker.
          I gave my phone for a small issue only for speaker change
          They are not ready to give any information to take this further. I cannot wait without phone for more than a 25 day to just get speaker of the phone.
          so i am sad.
          very bad your product and service
          My one issue solved only 5 day time.😥😈
          second way please change my mobile 2 day.

            Mobile Handset is hanging a lot. It is taking almost 20 minutes to turn off or on. My phone call or notifications are not at all received now as all the known or unknown contacts are being blocked automatically. There are no notifications received, apart from it most of the applications are not working at all.

            Needless to say, either provide me a Handset in motorola of same price or Replace the Similar one ASAP.

              I gave my phone for a small issue its not charging and battery getting drained, No charging indicator.

              Company said they need 25 working days to get the part because they don't have part available.

              They are not ready to give any information to take this further. I cannot wait without phone for more than a month to just get motherboard of the phone.

              I have requested to provide me replacement or refund but they are not responding and not providing any information.

                I bought moto x play 32 gb on last december. After that because of some software problem its get hanged. Then i gave that handset to motorola certified service center in vellore tamilnadu on 9 january. Now more than 2 months get over i didn't get my handset. They all the time said that next week next week.. They don't have the part of mobile its to funny thing and they ordering from 2 months still now they didn't get it.The service of customer care and service center is too bad.. I already waste my time and money. I fed up of this.. I[censored] don't want to waste your time and money then don't buy motorola handset at all. I wish that company should return my cash instead of my handset. Or they should repair my handset in next 2 working days.

                  I brought motorola mobile from online 4 months back .The problem is i am facing a lot of problem with the mobile .I contacted the customer care of motorola and asked them the service centre of motorola in rajahmundry, andhra pradesh. They are giving me an address of a service centre in rajahmundry but i visited the service centre and came to know that it is inactive since a long time and i conveyed the same to the customer care and they are giving the same address again and they are disconnecting the call in between saying that we will approach higher authorities to resolve the issue and i called them many times and they are escaping by saying the same .The service centre is also too small in one of the major city .Now motorola is one of the top grossing mobile and it is not able to provide proper service centre.So please could you take the issue so serious and help me out. The good i brought is not so cheap so my pain is so much .I think this forum will help me in resolving my issue.Please help me.

                    I would like to know if the company cares about your customers at all or no.

                    Since the day the phone has been submitted to the service centre, there is no response from the company's end regarding anything. They are least interested to inform the customer about anything. From the day the phone submitted, i have mailed regarding the problem, chat live with the support, made several calls to the service centre, but no solution as yet. The phone submission date was 16th feb and its been 42 days since the phone was submitted already. They say said the phone is kept on priority basis and we are trying to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but i dont see any effort taken as such.
                    I was first told that the parts are not available and will be available soon and you will get the phone by 19th march, so please be patient till then. So i did wait for a month thinking it will be repaired by 19th march. But when i called, they said the parts are still not available. And i was not even informed about it. Everytime i called i could only get a response saying you will get a call back from our team within 48 hours. So the every 48 hours that i called i could only hear the same thing, wait for another 48 hours. So i dont know what does that mean because 48 hours never got over. Its not the customers fault that the parts are not available, the company is suppose to either provide a replacement or a phone which i can use. Either repair the phone or replace the phone. Even after so much, the parts are still pending, i cannot wait any further, so please if you cannot repair the phone return it back because this customer service is not satisfactory at all. `the feedbacks provided are useless, never taken care of, i complained regarding the service centre, still no response.

                    My phone is been in the service centre for 2 months, and that is almost 20% of my warranty time of the phone is over and i could not even use the phone.

                    Really disappointed and still not expecting a positive reply from the company because there is no scope can never recommend phones for this kind of service.

                    Also i would like to complain about miss madhu smitha from the company who has been making false commitments and promises that your phone will be repaired within 7 days or 12 days and stretching the dates since a month.
                    Also told me that please collect your device and get it repaired yourself if you cannot wait.

                      I am just adding the mails I had written to them and a feedback I had received. I am yet to receive my mobile, (When I enquired today, it was told 2 more weeks)

                      "Hi,

                      Hope you are doing great. I was very proud when I was able to order the phone on 29th July 2015 because of my past experience with Moto ( My father still have a Moto E and my brother still have an Moto G2). Now I completely regret buying Moto G3 due to its reliability and build quality.

                      After using 5 months I had issues with signal in my handset.So I gave the moto G3 for service at B2X, OMR chennai. I was surprised to hear from them that the Motherboard has been replaced. unfortunately after replacing the mother board they didn't had time to fix back the screen to the phone properly.So the screen started to come out, I had to go and get it fixed .

                      After fixing the screen I had started receiving complaint from my friends and office saying that they were echoed with the same voice of theirs, So I took it back to B2X. They said they dont have the required spares to fix it, they may get it in 1 month.

                      As this issue kept on happening, I took it too the same service centre again for the echo problem.They took the phone couple of days back and still in service(will take minimum three days). The reason I got today for the problem is " Mother board replacement" :).

                      So with in 7 months Motherboard has been replaced twice, is this the moto's standard of reliability and Quality?

                      Is buying a moto phone a punishment to customers?.I had went to the service centre more than 4 times in the span of 7 months..I had spent too much time on this...

                      If need to change 2 motherboards every 7 months after warranty period, I would need to spend triple the phone cost within 2 years :)

                      considering the reliability of the spare parts and queue's standing at service centres, cant they stock up enough spare parts?(I could hear the receptionist saying 1 month for a Moto X glass change for different customer)

                      considering the issues and torture i have encountered, can you please provide a better solution

                      May be I would suggest a couple of solution

                      Kindly replace my phone with new one as this one drags me to service centre every now and then.(I am really not happy with the way it's being fixed).

                      or

                      Kindly refund my money, I am really frustrated with the service and the phone.


                      This mail may not add a additional feather to your crown, so kindly dont send this mail to trash.I have even spent some of my valuable time in typing this.

                      Please send me a good solution else at least spare me a minute to say you have to live with what you have .

                        Brought moto e on oct 2014. cell started switching off when power key was pressed, gave it to motorola service center and got it repaired, as they said there was some issue with part. Again the issue occured and got it repaired from moto care. And again the problem occurs. Two times same issue, dont know if motorola parts and of low standard or the technicians are dumb to understand the exact problem. Never again motorola

                          It hasn't even been a month since i bought a motog3 from flipkart and it presenting battery life issues.
                          I hardly use the phone for anything but a few calls and a few hours of music per day and still its battery drains away quickly contradictory to the claimed features of the product.
                          Kindly please arrange a replacement with a genuine piece.

                            I have submitted my mobile to B2X a moto customer service care on 16-03-16. When ever a call and ask about my mobile status they use to say that the parts of my phone are not available and they extend time. I called in motorola even but no response. Every time they give me a date but at that day they say that we have shipment problem etc. Now they are saying it will take another 15 days now. I am just fed up now and loose all my trust on motorola company. I am attaching my job sheet with this complaint. Please i want a strict action againt Motorola Company.

                              I have purchased a motorola mobile phone from amazon and it is hardly 1 month old and speaker is giving trouble now. The volume is coming very low. I went to motorola authorised service center in koramangala (B2x) and submitted my mobile to them for replacement of speaker.

                              It is more than 10 days now and they do not have any update as by when the handset will be repaired and handed over. This is very bad as they are taking more than 10 days for speaker replacement and still not giving any timeline apart that no standby policy is also followed where they do not have any answer.

                              Please look in the matter on serious note and take immediate action for resolution.

                                I have bought motorola phone 2nd generation product 14 months back and now as per motorola service center its mother board is faulty. For mother board they are charging 10k.

                                Pls let me know this product faulty just after warranty expired. Either they gave old product or faulty, when i bought this.

                                Pls get the phone exchanged with new one

                                  I was using MOTOROLA moto xplay 16gb black mobile .I got OS update information and i did it .After update phone was working fine but suddenly i found speaker was not working properly.I could not able to called and also ringing problem.And phone bettary drain very quickly.
                                  so i gave it to service center which is located in Patna(Bihar, BEM TRADING) on 8/3/2016. They told me that the phone has hardware issue we repair it within a week .But till now i did not get my phone back .when i was calling them they told me that they did not found hardware of my phone.

                                    This mail is regarding my frustration and my worst experience with Motorola company. Before this incident, I was a follower and loyal customer of Motorola but this incident has reciprocated my perception about the company.

                                    I went to Authorized motorola service center (Amblex Services, Shakarpur Delhi ) to replace gorilla glass of my Moto X play and they replaced it on the same day but they created another issue and since then my handset can't recognize memory card. And after visiting to same service center 3 times, every time they fixed issue temporarily (I realized, they are working without thinking).
                                    Finally, I went to another authorized service center (Gole Market, Delhi) to diagnose the root cause. and after checking it they said pins of memory card slot has been damaged so they advice me to deposit the handset. So I deposit my phone on 12th march and today its 31st March and I haven't received my handset yet. And in between they have revised delivery date of handset thrice. When I'm chasing Mototola customer care, they have no idea on the reason. Moreover, engineer was is looking after my case is not responding to my mails, not talking to me on call. Now I'm in a doubt whether I'll get my phone back or not.

                                    I don't have spare handset and I took one basic phone (not smart) from my friend on loan for 5 days and with every change in your committement to deliver the handset i also have to extend the days to return the basic phone. Every single day without a smart phone is causing loss to my business in huge way now. I am also feeling tense about it these days.

                                    Also I have google to check if Motorola is really concerned about their valuable customers or not... But I got shocked when I saw that I'm not the only victim facing this issue. There are many customer who didn't get their phone back from Morotole Service center.

                                    Pls help me in any way you can.

                                    PS:- I have sent emails but no revert, and customer care doesn't have information.

                                    This is standard reply from you. Can you please provide detailed information on the status with call support.
                                    Also I want to complaint about your engineer (Arvind Kumar) from chennai who is least interested in handling my case.
                                    As i mentioned in my previous mail, I can't wait till 12th April. Please return my handset or replace my handset or provide me spare handset till the time to repair my handset.
                                    No action has been taken yet and no reply from Motorola. Can somebody please take action against this fraud company ?

                                      No response from motorala, i got my phone repaired at dist centre jankpuri service center after paying 1600/- for repairing of my new phone and recd my phone with lots of problem like front camera, power keys problem so i can not be able to unlock my phone, receiver net damaged. the next day (on 10th march )i recd the phone i go to the noida service center, they said there is lots of prob in my phone, that phone which i used only for one month. and now i have to pay more 500/- for that phone and as i am ready to pay that amount i have to wait for another 1 month for my pnone. really a very very poor service by motorala

                                      have purchased a moto g 3rd generation from flipcart in octoer 2015 imei no [protected]. its dual sim phone but i only use 1 sim slot for one month it worked wel, suddenly my phone showing msg of no sim card and it stopped working when i go to service center i come to know the both the sim slot of my phone was damaged, sim 1 that i am using 1 pin damaged & the 2 slot which i never used is totally damaged as their is no pin showing. i just want to know how it is possible when i never opened my phone or i never use 2nd sim slot. when i told this to service centre people or customer card they told me that its my fault that i have not checked both sim slots while purchasing the phone, this is the way they are talking, who will chk such a small things like this as i m not a mobile engineer i am just a ordinary person who have faith in motorola brand name but not now .i have purchased a defective phone in rs 13000/- and within a 1 and 1/2 months ur service center people demanding 1600/ to keep my phone in working condition without my mistake. i dont have option and i submitted the phone in noida service center & when i it was not get repaired till one month i bring my phone back and give it janakpuri sevice center.

                                      But the problem was same at this service center also after 1 one month i recd my phone after paying rs 1600/- for repairing of new phone and recd my phone back with lots of problem like front camera, power keys problem so i can not be able to unlock my phone, receiver net damaged i dont know whether the service center people done this, the next day (on 10th march )i recd the phone from janakpuri service center i go to the noida service center, they said there is lots of prob in my phone as i do not have this type of problem giving this phone to janakpuri service center. that phone which i used only for one month. and now i have to pay more 500/- for that phone and as i am ready to pay that amount i have to wait for another 1 month for my phone.

                                      on 10th march i have submitted my phone to noida service center and today i called there and i came to know that it will take another one month as they register complaint on 06th april, a day before & almost after 1 month of submitting the phone.

                                      and the reason they are giving is that previous complaint was not closed by janakpuri service center and they are claiming that this is not there fault its my fault.

                                      yes it is my fault that i purchased motorola phone any customer who purchase motorala phone should be a mobile engineer who will chk smal things like sim slot recier net etc before purchasing phone

                                        This complaint is referring to my handset Motorola 3rd generation. It accidently got damaged and Motorola still not giving any satisfactory answer about it. I have been roaming through different registered service centers, but still not having any satisfactory answer. I don't expect such bad and poor response from motorola and regret my decision to go with this brand.
