It hasn't even been a month since i bought a motog3 from flipkart and it presenting battery life issues.
I hardly use the phone for anything but a few calls and a few hours of music per day and still its battery drains away quickly contradictory to the claimed features of the product.
Kindly please arrange a replacement with a genuine piece.

    I have submitted my mobile to B2X a moto customer service care on 16-03-16. When ever a call and ask about my mobile status they use to say that the parts of my phone are not available and they extend time. I called in motorola even but no response. Every time they give me a date but at that day they say that we have shipment problem etc. Now they are saying it will take another 15 days now. I am just fed up now and loose all my trust on motorola company. I am attaching my job sheet with this complaint. Please i want a strict action againt Motorola Company.

      I have purchased a motorola mobile phone from amazon and it is hardly 1 month old and speaker is giving trouble now. The volume is coming very low. I went to motorola authorised service center in koramangala (B2x) and submitted my mobile to them for replacement of speaker.

      It is more than 10 days now and they do not have any update as by when the handset will be repaired and handed over. This is very bad as they are taking more than 10 days for speaker replacement and still not giving any timeline apart that no standby policy is also followed where they do not have any answer.

      Please look in the matter on serious note and take immediate action for resolution.

        I have bought motorola phone 2nd generation product 14 months back and now as per motorola service center its mother board is faulty. For mother board they are charging 10k.

        Pls let me know this product faulty just after warranty expired. Either they gave old product or faulty, when i bought this.

          I was using MOTOROLA moto xplay 16gb black mobile .I got OS update information and i did it .After update phone was working fine but suddenly i found speaker was not working properly.I could not able to called and also ringing problem.And phone bettary drain very quickly.
          so i gave it to service center which is located in Patna(Bihar, BEM TRADING) on 8/3/2016. They told me that the phone has hardware issue we repair it within a week .But till now i did not get my phone back .when i was calling them they told me that they did not found hardware of my phone.

            This mail is regarding my frustration and my worst experience with Motorola company. Before this incident, I was a follower and loyal customer of Motorola but this incident has reciprocated my perception about the company.

            I went to Authorized motorola service center (Amblex Services, Shakarpur Delhi ) to replace gorilla glass of my Moto X play and they replaced it on the same day but they created another issue and since then my handset can't recognize memory card. And after visiting to same service center 3 times, every time they fixed issue temporarily (I realized, they are working without thinking).
            Finally, I went to another authorized service center (Gole Market, Delhi) to diagnose the root cause. and after checking it they said pins of memory card slot has been damaged so they advice me to deposit the handset. So I deposit my phone on 12th march and today its 31st March and I haven't received my handset yet. And in between they have revised delivery date of handset thrice. When I'm chasing Mototola customer care, they have no idea on the reason. Moreover, engineer was is looking after my case is not responding to my mails, not talking to me on call. Now I'm in a doubt whether I'll get my phone back or not.

            I don't have spare handset and I took one basic phone (not smart) from my friend on loan for 5 days and with every change in your committement to deliver the handset i also have to extend the days to return the basic phone. Every single day without a smart phone is causing loss to my business in huge way now. I am also feeling tense about it these days.

            Also I have google to check if Motorola is really concerned about their valuable customers or not... But I got shocked when I saw that I'm not the only victim facing this issue. There are many customer who didn't get their phone back from Morotole Service center.

            Pls help me in any way you can.

            PS:- I have sent emails but no revert, and customer care doesn't have information.

            This is standard reply from you. Can you please provide detailed information on the status with call support.
            Also I want to complaint about your engineer (Arvind Kumar) from chennai who is least interested in handling my case.
            As i mentioned in my previous mail, I can't wait till 12th April. Please return my handset or replace my handset or provide me spare handset till the time to repair my handset.
            No action has been taken yet and no reply from Motorola. Can somebody please take action against this fraud company ?

              No response from motorala, i got my phone repaired at dist centre jankpuri service center after paying 1600/- for repairing of my new phone and recd my phone with lots of problem like front camera, power keys problem so i can not be able to unlock my phone, receiver net damaged. the next day (on 10th march )i recd the phone i go to the noida service center, they said there is lots of prob in my phone, that phone which i used only for one month. and now i have to pay more 500/- for that phone and as i am ready to pay that amount i have to wait for another 1 month for my pnone. really a very very poor service by motorala

              have purchased a moto g 3rd generation from flipcart in octoer 2015 imei no [protected]. its dual sim phone but i only use 1 sim slot for one month it worked wel, suddenly my phone showing msg of no sim card and it stopped working when i go to service center i come to know the both the sim slot of my phone was damaged, sim 1 that i am using 1 pin damaged & the 2 slot which i never used is totally damaged as their is no pin showing. i just want to know how it is possible when i never opened my phone or i never use 2nd sim slot. when i told this to service centre people or customer card they told me that its my fault that i have not checked both sim slots while purchasing the phone, this is the way they are talking, who will chk such a small things like this as i m not a mobile engineer i am just a ordinary person who have faith in motorola brand name but not now .i have purchased a defective phone in rs 13000/- and within a 1 and 1/2 months ur service center people demanding 1600/ to keep my phone in working condition without my mistake. i dont have option and i submitted the phone in noida service center & when i it was not get repaired till one month i bring my phone back and give it janakpuri sevice center.

              But the problem was same at this service center also after 1 one month i recd my phone after paying rs 1600/- for repairing of new phone and recd my phone back with lots of problem like front camera, power keys problem so i can not be able to unlock my phone, receiver net damaged i dont know whether the service center people done this, the next day (on 10th march )i recd the phone from janakpuri service center i go to the noida service center, they said there is lots of prob in my phone as i do not have this type of problem giving this phone to janakpuri service center. that phone which i used only for one month. and now i have to pay more 500/- for that phone and as i am ready to pay that amount i have to wait for another 1 month for my phone.

              on 10th march i have submitted my phone to noida service center and today i called there and i came to know that it will take another one month as they register complaint on 06th april, a day before & almost after 1 month of submitting the phone.

              great job done by noida service center

              and the reason they are giving is that previous complaint was not closed by janakpuri service center and they are claiming that this is not there fault its my fault.

              yes it is my fault that i purchased motorola phone any customer who purchase motorala phone should be a mobile engineer who will chk smal things like sim slot recier net etc before purchasing phone
              sill waiting problem to be solved

                This complaint is referring to my handset Motorola 3rd generation. It accidently got damaged and Motorola still not giving any satisfactory answer about it. I have been roaming through different registered service centers, but still not having any satisfactory answer. I don't expect such bad and poor response from motorola and regret my decision to go with this brand.

                  This is draw your kind attention towards the topic that, i was facing some problem in the display in my handset moto g-2(Imei no-[protected]/[protected]) and for the same i forwarded my handset to amblax services(Add: r-51, f/fl, main vikas marg, shakarpur, delhi-92) on 19/02/2016.
                  The concerned service center returned my handset on 08/03/2016 and as per officials they told me that now the handset is in perfect condition.
                  While using the handset, post return period i found that the issue is not yet resolved and one of the major problem found that, the handset imei no has been changed to (Imei no-[protected]/[protected]).
                  Hence, i request to kindly look after the matter at the earliest possible, as revert/reply received from the service center is totally in a rude manner & also i feel cheated from them.
                  Further, the only resolution left is to forward a new handset in respect of the above concerned complain.

                    I bought Moto X Play on 23 Dec 2015, On 6 Feb 2016 I submitted my phone to motorola customer care service as display of my phone got malfunctioned. After 15-20 days when I asked for status, it was told to me that request of Display is pending as this part is not available and also my complaint got escalated to higher team.
                    On 29 Feb 2016, executive mailed me that I will get closure date in next 2-3 weeks and finally escalation team called me and on 17 March 2016 I got mail that my device will get repaired on 25 March 2016. When I call service center on 26 March 2016, they told me that device is not repaired yet and device part request is pending as it is still not available.
                    Motorola makes a fake commitment to me and I have attached those mail also.
                    I have asked for replacement of phone but no one is interested.
                    Around 2 months of phone warranty have been wasted as phone is at service center itself.

                    Either Motorola should replace my phone with new Moto X Play or refund.

                      I have bought nexus 6. Within 9 months, there was a charging issue in it. I went to s.G.Infotech one in borivali(W) on 7th january 2016. They told me that your device will go in company and company will fully repair it. But i visited the service centre on 16th january and i was shocked to find that between 7th january to 15th january i didn’t receive any message or call from the service centre regarding my device. I had to wait for 1 hour. They told me that charging issue was solved. When i was checking my phone, i noticed there wasn’t any camera application. My one issue was solved at a cost of generating another issue. My camera was working fine before i submitted my phone to service centre.

                      Ms.Madhu from rss team was handling my case, she gave me a call on 7th feb stating she will give me a final report and compensation about my phone by 26th feb. Mr. Irfan gave me a call on 26th feb by saying closure date is 7th march. Today is 25th march, i still dont have my phone with me. Customer care talk rudely with customers.

                            I bought a Moto X Style from Flipkart. It worked well for 2 months. After that it started showing problems. It automatically restarts and most of the time it wont go past the logo screen when booted. I gave it to a Motorola Authorized Service Centre named Ridham Mobiles at Kozhikode, Kerala. I called them in a week and they told me that the mother board needs to be replaced and they will contact me once it is done. After 10 days with no call from them I tried to contact them but their phone was switched off. Somehow I got through and they picked up the phone and told me it was not ready yet and asked me 20 more days. After 20 days I contacted them again and they told me it was not ready and asked me 10 more days. Again after 10 days I contacted them and told me it was not ready yet again. I again gave them 10 more days twice like this and contacted them after that and it wasn't ready yet. This time I asked them why and they told me that the mother board the company had sent was a damaged one so they ordered another one. They asked me a week more and I gave them ten more days. After that when I contacted them they are asking a week more. Now it has been 2 months.My 2 months warranty period is already lost. I regret that I bought a motorola product.

                            It has been 3 months now. I tried contacting motorola over twitter, facebook and email. They responded quickly. But they still have not repaired my phone. Once they sent a false email saying that my phone was repaired and asked me to collect it. When I contacted the service centre they said it was not ready yet. Anyways people who are reading this, please refrain yourselves from buying a Motorola product. Myself am going to the Indian Consumer Court for a refund and buy a better phone with that money.

                              My complain Against Motorola Service In Ranchi.
                              Following Reason..Given...

                              I purchased my Mobile (MOTO G 3rd gen) Price 12999/- on flipkart August 2015.

                              Due to some technical problem i submitted my mobile on 11/1/16 to IT
                              Services (Motorola service center) in Ranchi Ph No[protected].
                              Work Order No- RI/MO/A 8431.(Ranchi)

                              I also called on motorola customer care[protected]
                              they gave me new work order no RIT/MG/15/01358.
                              also registered my complain No[protected].


                              After all these process i got my phone but still it is not working
                              properly. They changed my phone's mother board but after 2 days it not
                              even start properly.
                              I submitted my mobile again to service center in Ranchi.
                              And Still waiting...

                                I have purchased a Motorola mobile through flipkart online on 20.10.2015. The mobile developed some problems from November third week. I took it to Chennai Ariel Electronics Pvt. Ltd., who is the authorised service centre for Mororola. It took almost 40 days for them to rectify and give me the set on Jan 20, 2016. As again my mobile developed some problems from second week of February. It was handed over to Trident Technologies another authorised service centre for repair on 17th February. It is yet to be rectified.
                                Three months of warranty period has lapsed even without using my handset. Further, I am upset to have purchased Motorola in the first place. After purchasing the set I could not use continuously for atleast one month till date. Five months have lapsed so far.
                                I am also not in a position to contact my contacts since the contact numbers are in the phone and everytime transferring the numbers from one phone to another is a tedious process. Having purchased a Motorola set, you cannot expect me to have another spare smartphone, just to use when this phone is under repair. Since, Nov’2015, I had to loose a lot of time, to recover the contact numbers from the mobile I had to loose important messages which came to my Motorola set. I had to loose valuable data stored in my handset. All this had created unbearable mental tension.
                                I request Motorola to step up its quality of product and also to give me a new mobile free of cost in addition to repair of the old mobile.

                                  My Moto X Play Headset got repaired. I Went to Motorola Service Center in Ramaswamy Street, T. Nagar, Chennai - 600017. But Mr. Gavas (Service Person) refused to replace my headset which is under warranty & as it was looking old (Black yellow). Also he very rude when replying back to me & he was shouting in front of all the customers. He told "if you dare then complaint about me anywhere". He gave the name & number too as he thinks that nobody will complaint about him. His Number is +91 [protected]. Please take necessary action. i want my problem to be resolved & others too.

                                      I have bought a mobile of Motorola( 3rd generation) and accidently the screen got shattered after 1 month. When I reached to the service center, they charged me full payment for the screen and returned my phone after 3 months. But when I reached home my screen got affected again without reason. After that i have been visiting many care centers, but they are not giving any response and finding other faults with the phone. It is so disgusting that moto is turning out so unprofessional to its customers. Please take care of that, my no is [protected] and rply with a substantial reason.

                                        Sir I purchased a moto e2 mobile phone bill dated 7 June 2015 invoice number DEL[protected] from Flipkart. Imei number of the phone is [protected]. The phone has a lot of problems and within 7 months the phone has been sent to the service centre 4-5 times. Firstly there was a problem regarding the ringing of the phone for that the phone was given twice after that problem got sorted out there was a problem with the speaker then touch issues there is no complete solution coming in this phone. The number of days I have used the phone is less than the number of days phone was in service centre and now it is becoming very inconvenient for me. I''m still using my old phone so whats the purpose of buying a new one. The phone is again defective after recent rectification.Its my request that the phone gets replaced so that I can use the services properly.
