Sir,
This is draw your kind attention towards the topic that, i was facing some problem in the display in my handset moto g-2(Imei no-[protected]/[protected]) and for the same i forwarded my handset to amblax services(Add: r-51, f/fl, main vikas marg, shakarpur, delhi-92) on 19/02/2016.
The concerned service center returned my handset on 08/03/2016 and as per officials they told me that now the handset is in perfect condition.
While using the handset, post return period i found that the issue is not yet resolved and one of the major problem found that, the handset imei no has been changed to (Imei no-[protected]/[protected]).
Hence, i request to kindly look after the matter at the earliest possible, as revert/reply received from the service center is totally in a rude manner & also i feel cheated from them.
Further, the only resolution left is to forward a new handset in respect of the above concerned complain.

But the problem was same at this service center also after 1 one month i recd my phone after paying rs 1600/- for repairing of new phone and recd my phone back with lots of problem like front camera, power keys problem so i can not be able to unlock my phone, receiver net damaged i dont know whether the service center people done this, the next day (on 10th march )i recd the phone from janakpuri service center i go to the noida service center, they said there is lots of prob in my phone as i do not have this type of problem giving this phone to janakpuri service center. that phone which i used only for one month. and now i have to pay more 500/- for that phone and as i am ready to pay that amount i have to wait for another 1 month for my phone.
on 10th march i have submitted my phone to noida service center and today i called there and i came to know that it will take another one month as they register complaint on 06th april, a day before & almost after 1 month of submitting the phone.

and the reason they are giving is that previous complaint was not closed by janakpuri service center and they are claiming that this is not there fault its my fault.
yes it is my fault that i purchased motorola phone any customer who purchase motorala phone should be a mobile engineer who will chk smal things like sim slot recier net etc before purchasing phone
