I have submitted my mobile phone to motorola service centre (Under warranty) m/s i - pick solution india pvt ltd, f12 bhagat singh mkt cp, delhi work order no. A0a/mg/15/01835 dated[protected] with assurance to return in 15 days but till[protected] has not been repaired. I have much harassed with the services....

I have bought a mobile of Motorola( 3rd generation) and accidently the screen got shattered after 1 month. When I reached to the service center, they charged me full payment for the screen and returned my phone after 3 months. But when I reached home my screen got affected again without reason. After that i have been visiting many care centers, but they are not giving any response and finding other faults with the phone. It is so disgusting...

Motorola handset has been given to service centre on 6th FEB, but still there is no update from service centre.They sent me a mail to deliver the product on 2nd March, but they did not. whenever I have called they just extending the dates.But they yet not touched the phone.
