Hi Team,
My screen was broken and I gave it to service centre for repair work. It was paid service. I gave phone to service centre on 30 November, 2015 and I still haven't received that phone yet. Customer Care is giving random excuses. I used my phone for just a month. Request you to take strict actions against moto.

    I’m Reyaz Fatma, I’ve bought moto e 16 GB 6 months before. Recently when I updated it, It got dysfunctional. Than I submitted it to one of the service center located in CP (connate place) Bhagat singh market where, despite the fact that it is still in warrantee period they asked for 1500 for making it functional. I agreed. They submitted my phone and asked for one weakto wait. After two weeks they called and are asking for 4000 (four thousand) for repairing the same.
    You’re requested to look into the matter and do the needful.

      I have moto x play which screen got broken and i had given to B2X service in mumbai on 4jan2016 for new display.They told me it will take 10 day but till now the part is not availiable with them. I had call to customer service many times and their senior person had just call me once thereafter they are further extending the date and today i get a call from service centre to get my mobile back in unserviced conditioned as they are permanently closing down their centre. If you cant provide parts then dont sell the phone. I fully frustated and decided to file compliant in consumer court.

        Hello,

        Motorola has delivered a defective device, moto x play. So I handed over the device to service center, B2X pune. It''s been 2 weeks that device is held by service center. Since 2 weeks, they are responding with the same answer :- "Part is on the way, it will be available soon. Please contact customer care for more detail."

        Answer from customer care :- "Sir, part is on the way, it will be available soon. We can not do anything. You have to wait. We can not do anything else."

        Could you help me to file a case against motorala company ? I will also file a case of harassment on motorola service center and customer care.

          I bought a Moto X play in last year September 2015 & the phones display broke when it dropped from my hand in November 2015. Immediately I have approached their service center in November 2015 for replacement & they told me that they will take the application & call me up once they receive the spare which would be roughly in 10 - 14 days time. Today it is more than 3 months & still the part has not come & they say it might take another month or more. On speaking to the customer care help line they also say that the regret for inconvenience but have no idea as to when the parts will be available. they have shortage of spare parts etc etc. While buying they delivered the phone in 3 days time but on service they just push days by saying 1 more month etc. The company is not capable of providing a spare part for months together but sells millions of phones every month. Why should a company be allowed to sell its products if it cant service it. I have paid money to buy a phone to use it but it is now lying idle for 3 months as the display is broken & there is no sight of it being rectified any soon.

            I have brought my motorola G 3rd generation phone 6 months back . i got a board complaint 3 months after i bought my phone from "flipkart" online shoppping. I got serviced in the authorised service centre in cochin and got back my after one and a half month. Now my phone is getting hotter when it is used, especially while its using mobile data. Also i couldnt get a clear reception, sometimes its shows out of coverage too.

            I request to take necessary steps for this problem, as i hope this phone is producing more radiations than the company is specifying.

              My phone Moto G-3 was purchased[protected].

              After the purchase of 3 months, phone started making some unpleasant sounds while unlocking or opening any application.

              The issue was reported to Motorola Service Centre (Ccom Telecommunication) in Thane, Mumbai - Maharashtra on 16th Dec 2015.

              Model:- MOTO G(3 gen) XT1550 LTE - 16G Black

              The service centre members assured me stating phone would be repaired and delivered in next 5 working days.

              This did not happen though. Every time after the promised time, I had to take follow ups to know the status of my phone.

              For 1 month the service centre of Mumbai was assuring me things have been escalated to Chennai team and they are working on the same.After 1 month when I started complaining about the service they just handed me Chennai service centre no ([protected]) to tackle this issue all alone.

              For the interaction with Chennai team I came to know the issue was escalated on the when I have called them i.e on[protected].I seriously don't know till[protected] to whom my case was escalated.
              This instance have given me the clear idea of the co-ordination be same teams sitting at 2 different locations.

              Still my phone is not repaired and I have been asked to wait for the same.

              If a customer is in Warranty period and the requested part is not available, don't you people have any other alternative instead keeping the customer prolonged waiting ???

              Since you people have tested my patience to maximum limit, I request to kindly refund me the amount I paid to purchase the Moto G-3 (Rs.12999) to be credit to my A/c.

                I have bought this X play phone.
                it is beautiful phone but it lacks gyro sensor which helps for photosphere and many other google softwares.
                It was really shock as all phones at this price has gyroscope sensor.

                    I buy, Motorola G2 from Flipkart on 16/03/2015, from this date i was facing continuesly problem with the handset on Voice Reflecting problem. I visit 3 time to service stations, but there is no solution of my handset. Now all Service Station was closed, there is no service station in SURAT, & most important think that my warranty period was expiring in one month.

                      I purchased Motorola g turbo edition 2015 from flipkart on 10th december. Unfortunately i dropped the phone due to which screen broke, but the normal functions were all working fine. so I gave my phone for repair to authorised motorola service center (Sri Sai Communications)on 26th december for which they charged 6000 rupees. but after they gave me my phone, it started malfunctioning, and stopped working at once, clearly indicating service failure as the phone was working fine before i gave them.They took my phone without stating the reason saying that it had some charging issues.I had to go around the service center for many times before they told me the board was damaged and required replacement for which they took bill invoice from me.From then, it has been more than a month till now, and i havent received my phone yet.I keep contacting the service center, but they neither lift the calls, nor reply to my messages. So, i contacted Motorola customer care, they told me that one part was in shipment process and I will receive my phone by 12th of February. When i called them back on 10th, enquiring about the status of parts arrival, they told me parts did not arrive yet, and they will notify me on 15th, when i'll receive my phone back.It has been more than a month I'hv been waiting just because the service center spoiled my phone, not even my fault.I demand them to repay my 6000 rupees i paid to service center, and replace my phone with a new one on warranty, as they have failed to get my phone repaired, which they spoiled, as they have caused lot of damage financially, and emotionally as the service center people spoke in an unparliamentary language when i asked about whereabouts of my phone.

                        Team, My job number with motorola care is AMSFLA009777 and GINNUmber is GINFLA009926 - dated 16/11/2015.

                        This is regarding moto G3 phoen which I purchased from flipkart on 15/10/2015 and due to some issue the display glass got broken in my phone. So I submitted the phone to B2X care of Jayanagar Bangalore on 16th Nov 2015. When i gave the phone for repair, I heard from them that it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get the piece from motorola and it would be done. Until i visit them next time after 3 weeks checking on status, there was no proper notification from team informing on extended date for getting piece from motorla.

                        Second time I visited moto care, They provided tollfree # [protected] and informed to call for any queries or drop a mail to their ID mentioned in bill. Even second time again they informed 2 weeks later. I visited showroom again after a couple of weeks and reason still remains same, that piece is not yet arrived from motorola and theyc ant do much on it.

                        After couple of wekes or so, I went on dec 24th to moto care and still they answer irrelevnatly telling no part recived frm moto, we cant do much., come after a month from now. I asked the manager of B2X care jayanagar to show the waiting list of my request and she showed some dump of phones te;;ling all of them have the same problema nd MOTO dont have dispaly pieces ffor replacemnet. So come after a montha nd everything would be set by then.


                        Days passed, I gave one weke time later after a month, went in feb 1st week and theissue still remains the same .. this time the conv went very higher bcz of below responses from moto care people:

                        1 - B2x people tell that B2x is seperate and not motorola, s o we cant do anything
                        2 - when I asked them to escalate initially, manager went in and came back and said 3 weeks more sir ( I realy doutn if they called someone)
                        3 - when I forcedthem toc all customer care, one other person who tells himself as manager came and started scolding (very bad customer respnse from b2x)
                        4 - later when they got call conencted, I heard from them that this issue was never escalated - This clearly shows B2x is not at all doing followup with moto on request from customer.


                        the complaint id which i have with moto is[protected].

                        the Motocare guy who spoke on call told I would get call back from moto in couple of days and status and cause of delay.. I didnt get call for 4 days, then I myself called cust care and checked on complaint on saturday - feb 6 for which Then they informed I would get cal on Monday.

                        I sincerely request team to take action on this with Moto - with a specific question from me - when there are no display pieces been manufactured by moto for customers who already have took phone with them, then how come they give a FLIPKART sale today telling its their anniversary and flat 500 off??? Does this mean they are concenrend only new customers and ignored the bueyrs who ahve got phones fromthem - its cheap trick which they are playing is what I feel. leas elook into this more and help me in getting back my phone et properly and if no display is been manufactured, please request moto to stop producing phones and start producing pieces for phones!

                          Last December I purchased one of your Motorola Nexus 6 from Flipkart (online shopping). I updated the phone to new Android version. It stuck in between then Android OS crashed. I sent my phone to service center for guaranty at 21/1/2016. It took around 2o days nothing happened. They just call me once in week and say “it will be take 10 days more”. What do I do?
                          Any one is in there to aware me what am I supposed to do ?

                              Phone one sim slot not working from the 8th day of purchase of phone
                              After 3 months of purchase, display was blank and phone was switched off

                              Gave to service centre in Aurangabad from 12.02.2015
                              Service centre person called me after 1 month saying that phone have been repaired. However when i checked, again same problem occured ( screen blank ) immediately after the phone was handover to me.

                              Once again given to service centre and till date, no repair

                              When I called them today, they said I need to pay charges even though my phone is under warranty.
                              I purchase phone on 19.06.15

                                I am neetu bhojal informing you about my Moto x play handset which is at Motorola service centre from 16/12/2015 till now that is very long time of non delivering of my handset.I were complaing many time at Motorola costumer care and also requesting for replacement of my handset because of non delivering of my Moto x play handset from very Long time.they are not ready to replacement and also extending the delivery date of my handset as they already passed four delivery date of my handset.
                                The Motorola person is also not giving me good resolution.

                                  I have given my phone in New Delhi at Lajpat Nagar Technocare Solutions Pvt Ltd(Worst service centre). I had been calling them for ten days first of all they never pick up the call then if they pick up they are rude and say that parts are not coming from the company (Motorola). Is that possible that such a big company doesnt have parts to provide. this is the third time i bought motorola phone because of the best phones but if they provide this kind of service who would buy them again. kindly help me and shut down this service centre, they dont help and are rude, dont pick up calls and are just chilling in the office.

                                    I have submitted my device to Global service center on 4th Jan. I have got closure date as 10th feb. But today they have extended date to 21st Feb and they are not giving any justification. Its more than one month now even then there is no reply from motorola customer care. They only says I have to wait more as parts are not available. My work order number is ZST/MG/15/08510 and device is Moto X Play.

                                      Got my Moto-g3 phone last November. But Its display gone in just after a month. I gave it in Motorola service center on 04/01/2016. Its been more than an month. and still they didn't repair it. All the time when i call they are making the false promises like will take one more week.

                                        Purchased Moto G3 handset worth Rs. 10049/- via flipkart.com, order no.-OD[protected] on dt.- 15th Oct. 2015.

                                        This hand set was stopped working after 2 months. I had submitted this handset to the Dadar Motorola repair shop (work order no.- 1319) on 6th Jan 2016 as they said it will get repaired in 10-15 days.

                                        Received a call[protected] on 28th Jan 2016, stating that device need to change, they had order the same from Hongkong & you will the your handset after 6th Feb. 2016

                                        Today, 9th Feb. 2016 called up Dadar Motorola repair shop to check the status of same. They said, hand set not repair yet & you can collect your handset because service center is closed
                                        Now, I want to file a complaint against the Motorola company to get my money back …….I don’t want Moto G3 ………any more…..
