My mobile got damaged so i submitted it to the Motorola Service Centre.
I was promised that i will get the mobile back within 7 days of complaint but it has been more than 2 months now.
The motorola is not responding to us and are contacting us after promising us.

      Now we know how valuable a customer is for your company, that you don't respect them. To prove my statement below is the scenario:

      I purchased Moto G 3 in September 2015 and it got some issues in December 2015.

      Within 3 months after purchase the Audio Jack of the phone was not working and the phone was heating up badly.
      I have reported this issue at Motorola Service center, Noida (Satyam Communications), i was asked to submit my phone because it has some hardware issues and I was told that i will get it back within 10-15 days. They asked me to contact at Motorola customer care for further queries. I have submitted my phone on 14th Dec.

      After that i have been taking multiple follow ups at Motorola customer care with no response even after escalating the issue.

      Mr. Praveen who was previously handling my issue told me that i will get my phone on 2nd Jan, and then for weeks they have not confirmed me any receiving date, next when after continuous follow ups the issue was reassigned to Mr Prashant, i was told that i will receive it on 20th Jan.

      On every call i have been receiving the conflicting responses from your end as mentioned below-
      - the parts are issued but not dispatched
      - parts are still in demand
      - 1 part is issued and the other(motherboard) is in demand
      - the parts have been dispatched but moto customer care have not received any updates from Moto Service center, noida.
      -some consignment issue is going on.

      As per my conversation at Noida Service center i came across the below points-
      -, the parts are still in demand
      - motorola site is blocked and they cant provide the exact status
      -motorola is not issuing parts for new moto phones motog3 and motox.
      -all the phones submitted in and after November are still pending with then for repairing.


      I have again called at moto customer care on 18th jan and in my conversation with Mr. Sunil i was told that my case has been emailed to higher authorities in which they have mentioned that i want a new replacement to my phone or my money back. I was told that i will receive all these things in written but till now i haven't received any mails
      .
      Later, I have received a call from Prashant saying that i will not get my phone on 20th jan 2016 and it will be for sure delivered to me on 4th Feb 2016. I have been provided this in written (Please refer the attachment) . He told me that it is the final date and if i will not get the phone on this date he will for sure provide me replacement of my phone.

      I waited till 4th Feb but was no luck. i have called at motorola customer care thrice and requested them to connect me to Prashant but everytime i was told that that my call is scheduled on 5th of feb and i waited the whole day and i haven't received any call from him and just a mail from prashant that i will get it on 12th now.

      Customer care team, service center team and Mr. Prashant who is handling this issue, everyone giving different statements and no one is aware of the exact status. It seems I will not be getting my phone again on 12 Feb also. So please stop giving me new dates and just settle the issue by refunding the amount. Keep your phone with you. I am not anymore interested in MOTOROLA.

        I had purcahsed a Moto G 3rd Generation Handset from Flipkart, Order no - OD[protected] on 25th October 2015. However the phone was dead on 17th December 2015 and i handed my phone to service centre. I was informed that my phone would be ready within 10-15 days but the Motorola team could not fixed the same for parts problem. They then escalated the matter to Prashant Roy for looking my problem and getting my handset fixed immediately. Prashant assured me that by 18th Jan 2016 my phone would be ready. Again on 18th Jan the phone was ready citing hinderance from customs department.

        He gave me a new date within 1st week of Feburary 2016, my phone would be ready but again the same old story, my phone was still lying bcz no parts were available. Now they refused to hand over the postal address of Motorola company and now they are giving me a new date again.

        Also, what is the point of buying latest technology if the product is un-repairable even after 2 months and they blame custom department (Govt of India) for delaying in providing clearance. After a few months the company will launch a new model and drop the price of the phone i purchased without utilising its feature.

        Please help as they are not providing me a refund/cashback/new handset/ spare handset.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          Due to some technical issues with my Moto G 2 phone I had to deposit the same with the Motorolla Gallery (SG Infortech - Shop no. 17, 1st Floor, Thakkar Shopping mall, S.V. Road, Borivali (w) Mumbai, Maharashta) on 14th November, 2015. Attaching herewith the Customer Unit Receipt received by me from the aforesaid gallery.

          I was assured by the concern person from the gallery that I would receive the phone within a period of 15 days. After 15 days when I tried to confirm the status of my phone I was told that since there was a flood in chennai the required technical part has still not come to Mumbai and my issue was still not resolved. If I am not wrong the chennai flood got over by 14th December, 2015. I contacted at the gallery once again they assured me I would get it in a weeks time on 20th December, 2015. Since there was no proper response from your authorised service center, I was forced to book a complaint (Complaint no.[protected] for my cell phone on your toll free number on 2nd January, 2016. I was once again assured by your team I would get my phone by 11th January, 2016.

          Just before 11th January, 2016 I get a call from your representative informing me that I would receive my cell phone on 19th January, 2016. I still gave you the time. But unfortunately I receive a call today i.e 16th January, 2016 informing me that I would receive my cell phone by 25th January, 2016 and to my shock I was informed that the technical part which was to be shipped from Chennai in the month of December, 2015 will be now coming from HONGKONG.

          I have lost the faith in MOTOROLA Company now. I just want a new phone in replacement of my old phone. I think you people don't value the time or money of someone else. I also wanted to bring to your notice that out of the 11 months from the time I purchased my mobile phone, the mobile is in gallery for a period of more than 2 months. Will the Company extend me another warranty period of the said 2 months for which I have not used my mobile phone.

          I now want a new phone and want the matter to be resolved at the earliest. I have raised a 2nd complaint for the same and the number is[protected]

          Kind co-operation in this matter would be highly appreciated. I have posted the same on the social media as well to let people know how well is the customer service of your company.

            Respected Sir/Madam,

            I had given my MOTO-E(Gen 2) mobile for servicing on *Dec 27 2015 in
            Egmore, Chennai service center* since it was getting hanged frequently &
            there was an issue with the microphone. After 3 weeks the service center
            person requested me to lodge a complaint with Motorola since the mobile
            cannot be repaired & asked me to place a request for replacement. I had
            raised a complaint with Motorola & till now there is not proper response
            from you. On 4th Feb I had received a call but I was unable to attend it. I
            immediately called back after 5 minutes to the customer care but still
            there was no proper reply. *I want the relevant person from Motorola to
            call me back immediately and address my concerns.* Your Customer service is
            very pathetic. If this is going to continue I never ever recommend my
            family & friends to buy a Motorola product.

              ThIs problem is about the Moto G 2nd Gen Mobile phone which was purchased from Flipkart[protected]
              The phone developed a crack in the internal display (Not on the front screen) due to overheating of the phone on[protected], when i have placed it for the charge and the phone display went off.
              When i took the phone to service center and informed them of the incident, they just told that this problem could not be covered under the warranty. But they admitted that the damage was due to overheating of the phone and therefore damage is due to the manufacturing defect But the worst part they not even checked the phone internally and just by seeing the physically they gave their decision.
              I previously complained Flipkart customer care 3 times within month of purchase, but they didn't eradicate the problem and after few months of that i took same phone to nearest Moto service center with same issue and but, actually they reset the operating system gave me back.
              And today[protected] when i took the phone to service center, they (Mrs. Beena Rawat - Floor Manager) did not checked the phone. But they admitted the damage was due to overheating of the phone.
              Then they told to contact the customer care and deal with the problem. But unfortunately even they did not take the action to solve my problem.

                I had broken my Moto G3 and gave it for to change its display screen at mooto care center in Sangli on 11th Jan 2016. I was told, I'll get my phine within 10 days. but even after about a month i have still not recieved it. The customer care people are not giving any satisfactory answer about the staus of my phone. Everytime I call them Im told that ill be reverted on this, but I never got any calls from their side. My work order no. is AMSSAN000427. Please help me on this toplic

                  First of all no information of service centers. The service centers that were old and no longer are authorized, Still have boards and hording which seems to be authorized once. I submitted my phone on 30th Nov 2015 as the display of it broke. They are on promising fake date as the last date for service & will be giving the phone back. Still the phone is pending for parts. The company personnel are lease bothers about the customers problems. They don't respond properly. I spoke to a floor manager once and he told me that if I don't get a call back by the guy who is handling my case, he said to call them back. When I did call back the executive said, they are not authorized to forward the call. Please help me with this.Job sheet no AMSSEC006501

                    I purchased this product on 24th October 2015 and I had to take it to service center 3 times since then. To add to the woes, the mobile has been submitted in the service center since 19th December 2015. Both Motorola Service Center and Customer Care are least bothered about it. Service Center initially asked for 15 days approx for correction, then Customer Care extended it to 31 days, and committed delivery date of 19th January 2016. Upon checking with Service Center on 19 Jan, they replied parts are not available. Upon calling Customer Care, they extended delivery date to 5th Feb 2016.

                    Exactly 1 month after the purchase, the mobile started restarting on its own. It became impossible to do anything on mobile as it would automatically hang, switch off and then restart. There are two interfaces for contacting Motorola when you face problem with their product- their Customer Care([protected]) and their Service Center (regional).

                    In my case, I contacted customer care around 24th November 2015 when this problem appeared first.They told me to do factory reset, but it did not solve the problem. Then I had to take the mobile to Service Center on 5th December 2015. They did something on mobile for an hour and returned claiming issue is resolved. However, the problem resurfaced back in a couple of days.

                    I went back to Service Center on 12th December. They asked me to submit the mobile but told that they won't be able to give Job Card Number as their center had no power on that day. So I decided not to submit the mobile on that day without Job Card Number.

                    I went back to Service Center on 19th December 2015. They took the mobile, gave the job card number and asked me around 15-20 days for repairing. I found it disturbing as to why would it take 15-20 days for a repair. They asked me to contact Customer Care for help if I want it early. Upon Calling Customer Care, they assured that they will expedite the matter but instead gave me a date of 19th January 2015- this was the situation when I had called them multiple times. So, rather than expediting, they actually delayed it even further to 31 days.

                    I wrote mails to Customer Care on 6th January, 13th January and 19th January, but their Customer Care did not respond to any mail. When I called the service center on 19th January to collect phone, service center people informed me that parts are not available yet and I should contact Customer Care. When I contacted Customer Care, they said that I will get a call back in 24 hours, which was a false promise and Call never came. However, they sent me a mail that your mobile will be available by 5th February 2016.

                    I called the Customer Care again on 20th and 21st January but they just make false promises about a call in 24 hours, They don't even give details of their seniors. They called me back on 23rd Jan. I requested for refund of the money I had paid, since I have to purchase a phone and it is not possible for me to manage without phone for so long. They told they don't have a policy for refund.

                    Upon Calling Customer Care on 2nd Feb 2016, they informed parts still not available, and wait till 5th Feb 2016.

                    My desirable solution is full refund of the money I had paid for the mobile. Additionally, I want an apology mail from the CEO of their organisation for the embarrassment and frustration that they have subjected me to after I purchased their product or they should pay damages in lieu of the frustration.

                      Hi,
                      This is Kruti. I bought Moto X Play mobile on 21st Sept 2015. After two months the mobile was not working fine and given to the motorola service center naming B2X Jaynagar Banglore[protected] on 28th NOV to repair and i have the reciept which is provided by them. I was told that mobile will be ready within 10 days but still they are not returning my mobile nor a new phone. Its already 3 months nearly that my mobile is in service center. Eventhough i call them often they are not taking seriously and not responsive. They are not providing a new phone either since it has Mother Board failure. Please consider this complaint and help me get my phone.

                          I went to B2x communication, authorized motorola service service center, for getting my phone repaired that got damaged due to fall from height of 2 feet. My phone was not turning on, but when someone was calling on my number they were getting proper ringing tone and I was able to receive vibrations. Which means my phone was working fine only display stopped working.
                          Engg from Motorola B2X communication Gurgaon told me that my phone's motherboard is damaged and display is damaged too. My phone was under warranty This is non repairable as motherboard cannot be repaired or changed. They said its better you scrap this phone as it is useless for you. Ten I went to the local mobile repairing shop, I explained everything to the local mobile shop repair man, he motorola engg have no even opened you phone and my motherborad is perfectly fine, only problem is with display. he asked me to get the display changed for 3k. I got that done, and now my mobile is working perfectly fine.
                          Motorola service center B2X communication engg's are the most lazy people on earth. They will simply take your phone and wont do anything after 5 days they will return it to you saying it cannot be repaired. They bluffed me this way. Motorola has the worst service. Engg's at motorola are useless and big liars. I would have really scraped my phone if my frnd would not have suggested me to visit a local repairing shop. They give such advice to customers only to save der . B2x motorola service center sucks. Nafis (an engg) is the biggest liar. and the front end girl (Minakshi) is also a big time liar.

                            play in November 2015..After a month o[censored]se, the mobile started
                            showing some issues like excessive heating and screen hanging... so I
                            gave it to the service center, the people there told me that ill get
                            the phone back in 10 days ..and now its 29 Jan and still I haven't
                            received my phone.. Motorola care people says that some shuseel is
                            handling my case and have to wait for call back..but I dint get any
                            call so i tried calling care many times but everytime they told me
                            different dates and kept postponing the callback date..at the moment
                            they have escalated the date to 18 Feb..This is not at all acceptable
                            Motorola ..Do u think we purchase mobile phones just to keep them in
                            service center?...I need a solution(refund, replace or an immediate repair)..I need the phone ASAP...Is this
                            the service you provide?..

                              I have given the phone for repairing on 15th of December 2015. The service center as well as Motorola support team is not answering properly how much time it will take to fix the phone. Now its more than 45 days and i am still struggling to get my phone fixed. There is no co-ordination between the service center and the Motorola support team. Everytime i call them they commit new date of delivery. Below is the email communication with Motorola but they never replied"

                              " I do received the call from Motorola team. However, the person from Motorola confirmed that my phone will be ready for delivery by 4th of January 2016. When i called the service center on Friday they said that they have not received the parts yet. I am not sure where is the communication gap. Why it is taking so long to get one device fixed? I am not here to accept such a poor service from Motorola. Its going to be one month in 10 days since i have given my phone for service. Who will be taking the ownership and getting this fixed. This is something not acceptable to take one month to get the device fixed. Either you bear the cost of the parts if its taking too long or pay some penalty due to delay from your end. Because begin a customer i feel i am the only who is getting effected at my own cost. I am paying for the device, i am waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. Where is the Motorola in the picture and how are you helping your customers? Just reply back with the valid reason why its taking too long to get my mobile fixed. If you cannot keep your promise then pay back to the customer for the delay."

                                I purchased a mobile phone i.e. moto g3 in August 2015. In December there was certain issue related to charging of battery. Since the phone was under warranty I give it to Motorola authorized service centre located in District centre, Delhi (Technoware) for repair on 26 Dec 2015. There I was informed that mother board will be replaced and will give the repaired phone back to me in one week time.

                                Till now I have not received the repaired phone even after one month. The reason which is being communicated to me is that there is no supply of fresh parts from Motorola. I am left with no option but to wait and wait.

                                This is not expected from such a reputed and well established brand like Motorola. I am feeling cheated.

                                  My device MOTO G3 is submitted to Kanpur service centre, BALAJI TOWER OPPOSITE GLOBUS, KANPUR UP from 15 december 2015 but not repaired till now.Wheneever I am contacting customer support helpline[protected], they are not giving correct information.My part is not yet dispatched dated 26/1/2016

                                    I had submitted my motorola nexus 6 on 16 th december, 2015 to Mumbai-Trackster techno service centre in dadar. i was said that if there is a hardware problem, it'll take max. 15 days. i waited patiently as the phone was at an authorised service centre but after 15 days i was left with no reply from their side. i called the service centre again and they asked me to call the customer care. When reached customer care said they've escalated my case to their senior authority, a woman named Madhusmita. after a few days, i received a call from her saying that the part was stuck in customs on 14th january, 2016 and i will receive my phone guaranteed on 21st, january. i didn't receive my phone on that day either.Then when i called on 21st, they said that it'll take 7 more days. I was furious and asked them for a refund or a new piece. They haven't replied on that part yet. lastly, i call on 26th January again to hear their fake apologies and the lady on the phone seemed a bit too rude to me. Now, what i think is that they've purposely kept the phone with them until my warranty ran out, which was on 12th January, 2016. They have asked me to wait 3-4 more days which i don't beleive is going to be the end of it. Please help me as this is virtually costing me my lifestyle and time.

                                      I m using Motorola nexus 6 one of the flagship models.
                                      On 9th jan 2016 for repair at one of the service center in Bangalore named as B2X. Job number: AMSBLK000725 And they informed that it will take minimum 2 and maximum 10 days of time for any kind of issue with the device. Also said that they will keep me informed about the progress as 9th was a Friday I waited till 13th wensday to get any update from the service centre but unfortunately service center guys do not think it as necessary to keep the customer informed about it. So I decided to take a day off from work and visited the service center after calling them 35 times but no response. And came to know that there is a battery issue and it has to be replaced, already they have ordered the spare and will get back by Monday 18th Jan. So I agreed with it. And guess what when I went on 18th Jan to collect the device as mentioned came to know that still the spare part is not available and I have to wait for more 10 to 15 days to get it as its not available in stock anywhere in India. So asked the store manager to give that in writing so that I can check with the company customer service but he denied. I decided to bring back the device unrepaired. Then tried calling Motorola customer care number [protected] and spoke to an agent who mentioned that he has escalated the case and I will get the call back but nothing happened then I tried to contact them via chat online and got the same statement that will get call back but this time hopefully I got a call back from Motorola supervisor named Susheel who informed me that he will take care of the complaint and get it resolved within 3 days and will also give a call back to reconfirm. As promised by him got a call on 21st Jan from Susheel and got shocked after hearing that the battery is not available in India and they have to order it from HongKong. And no lead time provided . So I asked him to check with any other service center as was travelling outstation for more then 2 weeks on 29th Jan. So susheel agreed to check and call back and also informed that if have to speak to him I can call on toll free number and ask to transfer the call to him as he was handling the complaint. Unfortunately no call back so tried calling on toll free and again one more shock from Motorola agent named Dinesh ashe denied to transfer the call to Susheel and more over he informned that there is no such option in Motorola customer services of escalating or transferring the call on real time and only option is to arrange a call back which I guess is a joke . And also the lead time is 24hrs .
                                      After all this I m feeling like corned from Motorola as purchasing a flagship phone which is still in warranty and no physical damage such kind of service not acceptable. If a company dosent have spare parts to provide I don't tink so they have rite to establish their market .

                                      Solution:
                                      handset should be replaced as spare not available. Or new battery should be provided

                                        Moto g3 phone is water resistant they said, but when i put it in water for just about 10 seconds the water just got inside...and its gone ...sim slots not working...and when i went to service center in bangalore, koramangala...they are not providing good service or atleast good care for customers...they told me to pay 3300/-rs...so..its waste of time
