Dear Concern, I write to you with immense disappointment that I had purchased a Motorola phone (XT1550) through Flipkart on[protected]. After few day I started facing problem with the ringer. The phone was handed over to service station (03/11/2015) to get the work done and as per the executive he said the needful will be done max by 28/11/2015. When I called up on 28th Nov to check whether it is done or not, the reply was server is down from last two week. Then I called up on next day to check the status then the answer was shocking, they informed me that I need to speak to Motorola team because spare was not available. I said how long will it take then they said it can take month or two we have no idea, I should directly speak to Motorola Team. My question – 1)How can you give service centre to such unethical people? 2)How can you keep such staff those who do not know how to handle customers? 3)If you guys do not have spare part the why do you launch a phone? Last but not least, by when can I expect my phone to be handed over to me, I need a confirmation date. I do not even have words to express my pity for you guys. Awaiting a response. Regards, Adv. I purchase Motorola E2 model XT 1506 by on line from flipcart .com by invoice no BIRWFLD[protected] DT[protected] and pay Rs 6999=00 .After 25 days set hanged set submit to service center for remove of hang position .After one month set return by service center hang position repair .but a new problem created by service center one sim card not working .for remove of this new problem set again submitting to service center on DT[protected] with job card no AMSGWA000196 .After two month on DT[protected]set give by service center to me after repair sim card working in proper position but again a new problem created by service center now set loud speaker is not working correctly. At this condition after purchasing I used set only 25 days after which set created problems. Approximately 3 months taken by service center for repair warranty given by Company is 12 month out of which 3 month is taken by the service center . now mobile set is not working properly and speaker is not functioning properly .for remove of this problem if set again submit approximately 2 month again taken by service center In this case maximum warranty period consumed by service center or is it not sure after repair set will work properly .so I want extension of warranty period equal to repair time taken by service center .or if set is not repairable than I want new set. Please help me or take it seriously After spend Rs 7000=00 set is not useful I am feeling many difficulty due to service center not give satisfactory service. If you can not help me than I will take help of consumer form with all difficulty created by service center . I suffer cotineously from after 25 days of purchasing. faulty set given by company through filfcart . after spendig of Rs 7000 set is not useful. please help me and resolve my problem.

      I have submitted my phone in service center on 30th September 2015. My device is Moto G 3rd Gen and its in warranty. Every time i call service center they say wait for 15 to 20 Days more.I have also contacted Motorola Customer Service they escalated my issue but no progress. Firstly they said they will fix it in within 7 days after that extended that date and now they are saying they don't know how much time it will take more to fix. My Job Sheet Number AMSSEC005004 B2X Service Center Address Secunderabad Its been 3 months i submitted my device.

        I buy a new moto g 3rd gen. i faced so many issue battery issue, screen blank, automatic restart, network issue. i go for 3 times for resolving this issue to Chandigarh care center. after that 3 trying they unable to resolve my issue . i drop my cellphone on care center at 17 of Nov. till today they said that ur part is not reached to us so plz wait. i want replacement of my cellphone or otherwise give to me my cellphone in max. 2 3 days .my job sheet number is AMSCHA000633

            I submitted my broken motorola moto g3 handset to the motorola service center on 5/11/15 and i was expecting my mobile in 15 days max. My complaint no. Is[protected].(registered on motorola care) but today dated 11/12/15 and i am yet to receive my product .I have been contacting the service center till the first 20days and they said"we cant do nothing, its motorola's mistake, we are not getting products from months and please take back your mobile i[censored] want it to be ready soon as we cant provide any faster service"and later from then i had been in contact with motorola customer care directly and they had been saying today tommorow and gave a final closure date of dec 9th on dec 4th.But today when i get call back from then after a series of my efforts to get in contact with technical team, he said'sir we dont have products right now and u need to wait till dec 15 and then again i will update your handset status 'and when i asked him that will i get my mobile by 15th dec, he gave a clever answer "we will notify you on dec 15th regarding the status' other mobile companies are providing after sale services in a span of 2 or 3 days but i have been waiting since 5 weeks and yet to know status of my mobile ...I really lost trust in motorola if motorola wants to maintain such worst after sale service please add on your mobile description that you wont provide any after sale service

              I have bought a motorola x play 16GB from flipkart . The mobile phone is all right, but the storage available is only 11GB, that is 5GB lesser than what is said.I couldn't figure out whether this defect is only in my or with all the phones. This is fooling customers, it is written on the box that itbis 16 GB but in the phone it is showing only 11GB storage.Please look into the matter asap and satisfy the customers by solving their problems.

                I had purchased a Moto-E handset No 9349 Motorola company through Flipkart.com on 25/08/2014 vide their invoice No. del[protected]. This handset was giving me trouble since the date of its purchased. During the warranty period, I visited so many times service centre of the company in NOIDA for its repair. Every time, they made some minor repair/service to the handset and handed over the same to me. The handset was giving again trouble to me therefore, I visited Service Centre, NOIDA on 23/9/2015 ( M/s Satyam Communication, Sector-18, NOIDA) and they checked the handset and informed me vide their Job sheet No. 124 dated 23/9/2015 that handset is dead and requires replacement of main board/ Mother Board. The gave estimate of about Rs.4500/- for this replacement. Since the set was not working properly since the date of its purchased, why they do not replace the main board during warranty period up to 25/08/2015. They were waiting for expiring of warranty period so that they can charge a huge amount for this replacement of main board. It is, therefore, requested to kindly replace my above mentioned defective handset with new one as the set was not working properly since the date of its purchased.

                  I had had given my Moto X2 16 GB to service center on 22 September/2015 at New Tech Solution, Vashi Navi Mumbai. Til date 9 dec/2015 they are not able repair my device.Only giving me false assurance.When I called customer care they always say my matter has been escalated. Mr Balla will contact me but he never called.

                    I've submitted my mobile for repairing sim slot which was charged (1350). After when I received my phone they damaged my mobiles earpiece and also broke the lid above it and now they are not repairing the mobile. After 2 days water gets in from the broken lid of ear piece (the company clans that mobile is water resistant). I've called company but they are giving me excuses again and again...my mobiles touch is not working . please help me...

                      I have bought moto X2 from U.S and now i m in india and facing some problems. So i went to service center and they have told me that they dont have US supported files, they only have Indian supported files. And while updating indian software if any issue will occur then its your not ours.

                            Hello, This is Vijay. I brought Moto E 1 Gen mobile on Sep 2014 from flipkart. After one year completed i have software problem. I went to Motorola service center they installed new software and charges Rs. 600. After 2 weeks again i face same problem, i went to same service center and Paid Rs 300.00. Now my mobile is not turned on i went to same service center but they said Mother Board problem. And to change Mother Board they asked Rs 4000.00. Its nearly equal to new Moto E. Motorola mobiles are designed for working only one year? There are not designed for long life?

                              HI Team, I bought Motorola G3 on 29th August 2015 through online, As though it has gorilla glass as per specifications then also my mobile display got damaged, Daily I am complaining about this from last 2 months still dint got any support from customer care, they are just wasting my time and energy, what should do i now, let me know.                                 I had ordered Motorola Moto g3 on 1st oct 2015 from flipkart and on 2nd dec unfortunately my phone was under tap water for few seconds and few minutes later the phone display was gone and later it stopped working completely even the back panel was tightly closed and also it was also having another back cover. And yesterday i had visited the nearest service center after seeing my phone the guy from service center told me that nothing can be happen of this phone now. Even if i go to repair this phone it will cost me as much as the phones price this was his words . Even the company says that the Moto G 3rd Gen is water resistant enough to handle splashes and accidental drops in water. Designed to withstand immersion in up to 3 feet of fresh water for up to 30 minutes, then what was wrong in my case. There are many friends of mine who have the same phone and they have done water testes which you can see it on youtube also. As i said it was not done purposely it was just an accident and it didn't even banged the ground or something like that. It just have been 2 months and this happened. I am very disappointed with this product of Motorola. Being an media student i need cell phone to be updated and as i'm doing my collage fest and other media events as well, i'm in a big mess after this incident. I hope you understand and give me a positive feedback ASAP.

                                  I bought a moto g 2nd gen. recently and while receiving a call when i pull the slider, the call does not receive and the phone hangs. the person who was calling gets a message saying, "the no. you are trying to call is busy". this problem also occurred with some of my colleagues who had bought the phone through flipkart with me. all their handsets have been taken back by flipkart and their money refunded. so i request you to do the same with me. thank you

                                    I rakesh aggarwal wants you to see that i have given my phone in the service center for repairing as it was having a sim card slot problem. i went to the service center many times they daily say tomorrow we'll give you but they are not goving it back. The details of mobile when given for repairing are My job number in service center is AMSDEH004204. My gin number is GINDEH004251. i have given my phone for repairing on 14th nov 2015 at 12:06 pm.

                                      Myself Amar Abhimanyu Panigrahy Motorola has extremely worst customer service. I bought motog3 generation mobile on August 2015 and it got crashed on oct 2015. So i submitted my mobile on 13th Oct 2015 at authorized service center named S.G Infotech in borivali west mumbai and still its not been repaired. Service center says no parts are available. They said motherboard need to be replaced. Job order no: 726 Part order no: ZRV/MG/15/02699 I don't understand how the hell they are launching new mobiles in market now if they don't have proper parts backup for service. All users in service center were totally shocked with the pathetic service. None of the phones were repaired. Please help me to get the phone or my money back.

                                        Team, it has been quite an unpleasant experience with Motorola Authorized Dealer – “Wave Technologies (B2X), Abids, Hyderabad”. The camera app on my Moto X (1st Gen) mobile stopped working since I updated it to the Lollipop (v 5.0). As my mobile was still under warranty, I went to this service center and was asked to come later as it will take time for them to look into the issue, after a couple of days I was informed there’s an issue with mother board and need to be replaced, a ticket no. (AMSHYD005563) was issued and after multiple follow-ups I got my mobile with a different mother board (I doubt it is a new one) and with new IMEI number. By the time I reached home the mobile switched off on its own multiple times and in next one day it kept on switching off every 15 mins and needed to connect to charger every time I need to restart though camera app worked fine. I went to the service center with the complaint and they took my mobile and said we will replace the mother board again and gave me another ticket number (AMSHYD007070). This process again took a month and by the time I got the mobile the warranty expired and now I see the same problem, it switches off every 15 mins. Service center people behave in a very unprofessional manner and are not performing any repair except replacing the mother board. Kindly help me by either replacing my mobile with a new one or repairing it to function normally.
