I went to B2x communication, authorized motorola service service center, for getting my phone repaired that got damaged due to fall from height of 2 feet. My phone was not turning on, but when someone was calling on my number they were getting proper ringing tone and I was able to receive vibrations. Which means my phone was working fine only display stopped working.
Engg from Motorola B2X communication Gurgaon told me that my phone's motherboard is damaged and display is damaged too. My phone was under warranty This is non repairable as motherboard cannot be repaired or changed. They said its better you scrap this phone as it is useless for you. Ten I went to the local mobile repairing shop, I explained everything to the local mobile shop repair man, he motorola engg have no even opened you phone and my motherborad is perfectly fine, only problem is with display. he asked me to get the display changed for 3k. I got that done, and now my mobile is working perfectly fine.
Motorola service center B2X communication engg's are the most lazy people on earth. They will simply take your phone and wont do anything after 5 days they will return it to you saying it cannot be repaired. They bluffed me this way. Motorola has the worst service. Engg's at motorola are useless and big liars. I would have really scraped my phone if my frnd would not have suggested me to visit a local repairing shop. They give such advice to customers only to save der . B2x motorola service center sucks. Nafis (an engg) is the biggest liar. and the front end girl (Minakshi) is also a big time liar.

    play in November 2015..After a month o[censored]se, the mobile started
    showing some issues like excessive heating and screen hanging... so I
    gave it to the service center, the people there told me that ill get
    the phone back in 10 days ..and now its 29 Jan and still I haven't
    received my phone.. Motorola care people says that some shuseel is
    handling my case and have to wait for call back..but I dint get any
    call so i tried calling care many times but everytime they told me
    different dates and kept postponing the callback date..at the moment
    they have escalated the date to 18 Feb..This is not at all acceptable
    Motorola ..Do u think we purchase mobile phones just to keep them in
    service center?...I need a solution(refund, replace or an immediate repair)..I need the phone ASAP...Is this
    the service you provide?..

      I have given the phone for repairing on 15th of December 2015. The service center as well as Motorola support team is not answering properly how much time it will take to fix the phone. Now its more than 45 days and i am still struggling to get my phone fixed. There is no co-ordination between the service center and the Motorola support team. Everytime i call them they commit new date of delivery. Below is the email communication with Motorola but they never replied"

      " I do received the call from Motorola team. However, the person from Motorola confirmed that my phone will be ready for delivery by 4th of January 2016. When i called the service center on Friday they said that they have not received the parts yet. I am not sure where is the communication gap. Why it is taking so long to get one device fixed? I am not here to accept such a poor service from Motorola. Its going to be one month in 10 days since i have given my phone for service. Who will be taking the ownership and getting this fixed. This is something not acceptable to take one month to get the device fixed. Either you bear the cost of the parts if its taking too long or pay some penalty due to delay from your end. Because begin a customer i feel i am the only who is getting effected at my own cost. I am paying for the device, i am waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. Where is the Motorola in the picture and how are you helping your customers? Just reply back with the valid reason why its taking too long to get my mobile fixed. If you cannot keep your promise then pay back to the customer for the delay."

        I purchased a mobile phone i.e. moto g3 in August 2015. In December there was certain issue related to charging of battery. Since the phone was under warranty I give it to Motorola authorized service centre located in District centre, Delhi (Technoware) for repair on 26 Dec 2015. There I was informed that mother board will be replaced and will give the repaired phone back to me in one week time.

        Till now I have not received the repaired phone even after one month. The reason which is being communicated to me is that there is no supply of fresh parts from Motorola. I am left with no option but to wait and wait.

        This is not expected from such a reputed and well established brand like Motorola. I am feeling cheated.

            I had submitted my motorola nexus 6 on 16 th december, 2015 to Mumbai-Trackster techno service centre in dadar. i was said that if there is a hardware problem, it'll take max. 15 days. i waited patiently as the phone was at an authorised service centre but after 15 days i was left with no reply from their side. i called the service centre again and they asked me to call the customer care. When reached customer care said they've escalated my case to their senior authority, a woman named Madhusmita. after a few days, i received a call from her saying that the part was stuck in customs on 14th january, 2016 and i will receive my phone guaranteed on 21st, january. i didn't receive my phone on that day either.Then when i called on 21st, they said that it'll take 7 more days. I was furious and asked them for a refund or a new piece. They haven't replied on that part yet. lastly, i call on 26th January again to hear their fake apologies and the lady on the phone seemed a bit too rude to me. Now, what i think is that they've purposely kept the phone with them until my warranty ran out, which was on 12th January, 2016. They have asked me to wait 3-4 more days which i don't beleive is going to be the end of it. Please help me as this is virtually costing me my lifestyle and time.

              I m using Motorola nexus 6 one of the flagship models.
              On 9th jan 2016 for repair at one of the service center in Bangalore named as B2X. Job number: AMSBLK000725 And they informed that it will take minimum 2 and maximum 10 days of time for any kind of issue with the device. Also said that they will keep me informed about the progress as 9th was a Friday I waited till 13th wensday to get any update from the service centre but unfortunately service center guys do not think it as necessary to keep the customer informed about it. So I decided to take a day off from work and visited the service center after calling them 35 times but no response. And came to know that there is a battery issue and it has to be replaced, already they have ordered the spare and will get back by Monday 18th Jan. So I agreed with it. And guess what when I went on 18th Jan to collect the device as mentioned came to know that still the spare part is not available and I have to wait for more 10 to 15 days to get it as its not available in stock anywhere in India. So asked the store manager to give that in writing so that I can check with the company customer service but he denied. I decided to bring back the device unrepaired. Then tried calling Motorola customer care number [protected] and spoke to an agent who mentioned that he has escalated the case and I will get the call back but nothing happened then I tried to contact them via chat online and got the same statement that will get call back but this time hopefully I got a call back from Motorola supervisor named Susheel who informed me that he will take care of the complaint and get it resolved within 3 days and will also give a call back to reconfirm. As promised by him got a call on 21st Jan from Susheel and got shocked after hearing that the battery is not available in India and they have to order it from HongKong. And no lead time provided . So I asked him to check with any other service center as was travelling outstation for more then 2 weeks on 29th Jan. So susheel agreed to check and call back and also informed that if have to speak to him I can call on toll free number and ask to transfer the call to him as he was handling the complaint. Unfortunately no call back so tried calling on toll free and again one more shock from Motorola agent named Dinesh ashe denied to transfer the call to Susheel and more over he informned that there is no such option in Motorola customer services of escalating or transferring the call on real time and only option is to arrange a call back which I guess is a joke . And also the lead time is 24hrs .
              After all this I m feeling like corned from Motorola as purchasing a flagship phone which is still in warranty and no physical damage such kind of service not acceptable. If a company dosent have spare parts to provide I don't tink so they have rite to establish their market .

              Solution:
              handset should be replaced as spare not available. Or new battery should be provided

                Moto g3 phone is water resistant they said, but when i put it in water for just about 10 seconds the water just got inside...and its gone ...sim slots not working...and when i went to service center in bangalore, koramangala...they are not providing good service or atleast good care for customers...they told me to pay 3300/-rs...so..its waste of time

                        My name is Jaffer Arif and i am using Moto G3, Its a very good mobile but recently i faced some problem in the mic. I contacted Motorola customer care on 20.12.2015. Their response was very good and suggested me to give my mobile to one of their client service center M/s. Trident Technologies Chennai. I took the mobile on 28.01.2015 to that service center. After checking the mobile they said that there is some problem with the motherboard and they took it for the service on the same day. They agreed to give it back after a week. But even after seven days i dint receive any response from them. I called to Trident Technologies but they said like they cannot connect to Motorola Site on 20.01.2016. When i called back to Motorola they assigned a technician for resolving the issue and that technician assured me that the mobile will be ready on 22nd January. I got the confirmation mail also from him. I tried calling them on 19th and 20th January, but i came to know that my motherboard has not yet reached the Motorola Service center. They assigned me a date but till now my device motherboard not yet reached the service center. This was confirmed by Motorola's Representative.Motorola customer care executives are not allowing me to talk to the specific technician for this issue. Motorola is one of the reputed companies but issues like this will bring a black mark in their name. I am appealing to the concerned people of Motorola to look into my problem and take necessary actions for resolving my issue.

                        Its been four days after i made the complaint. So far no process from Motorola. All i got was a same old response and they itself don't know when they will deliver my mobile. Really too bad Motorola. If they cannot provide customer satisfactory services then there is no use of saying that they are the reputed company. No way. Remember you are making your trusted customers as fools. Nobody will be ready to loose a single penny of their own. So i am. Very Bad poor service Motorola. Its better for people to not to buy Motorola's things hereafter. You are getting our money and making us fools. Remember we are deserved to claim our rights.

                              I've purchased Moto G 3rd generation in month of September. I got issue with its display in month of December and I visited service center to resolve the issue where they asked me to submit mobile and they will repaired by replacing display within 10-15 days.
                              But I insisted to take mobile with me and bring back when part arrive to get it repaired but they refused as it was against company policy.
                              When I approached to service center they said that they yet to get the parts from company and to contact customer care.
                              When I contacted customer care, they gave me dead line of 14th January but even after that date, dead line was extended to 29th January.
                              Customer care representative who is looking after my case refused to talk with me.
                              Whenever I contacted customer care I used to get one reply that you'll get your phone before dead line.

                                I have submitted my moto g3 mobile handset(in warranty) on 3rd dec 2015 at authorized service centre of moto. they have asked to wait me for 20 to 25 days. but i did not get my mobile back till now. i have registered a complain (Customer Reference number:[protected] in moto customare care. they only give me furthur dates to wait. i want that my mobile should be repaired as soon as possible.

                                  I have given my new under warranty MOTO G 3rd gen for screen replacement to Motorola service center on 28th Nov 2015 against Job No. AMSSEC006475. First the service center said they will repair in a week's time. After a week they saud they did not have spares. I took up the matter with motorola via email and they confirmed that it will be repaired by 15th January 2016. On 18th January they are saying that the spare parts are still not available and it will be repaired by 15th February. 3 months without a phone is not possible and this delay is beyond all reasonable service terms. I should be given a replacement new handset and compensated for the agony i am facing as i had to buy a new phone for my daily use.

                                    I purchased a cellphone from flip-kart of motorola product name moto x2. after 3 months o[censored]sing it showed some display issues, i gave it to the authorized service center for repair but it has been more than 6 months, i have no sign of my phone. They don't respond to my calls. whenever visited, they just give a lame excuse n postpone the date.

                                    the job sheet number is 2997. they first told me the sets need 22000 INR rupees for display but later said they could do for 12000INR. after some time they said they will give a new set. i dont know but i feel they are doing some fraud. please help

                                      I went to motorola service centre 11/01/2016 residing at 178, Canal Street, Shreebhumi, Lake Town, Kolkata, West Bengal 700048 for my MOTOROLA E2 MODEL XT1506 repair due to falling from my hand, and minor screen crack is there and display is black but every other system is functioning as good as new i can receive calls just display does not work! then they saw my bill invoice and told me to leave the phone for repair, while it comes under physical damage so it does not meet with the warranty conditions. i left the phone there and handed over a bill soft copy to me consisting the details it may cost[protected] at that time! but after two days everything is changed after their phone call and asked me to submit 3000 for screen repair! just to replace the screen! then i agreed and they told me to come after some days! while i preparing for going to service centre at their time and date! suddenly i received a phone call and they said it will cost more than 8000 to repair the screen and moreover they said ur phone is dead and every parts are damaged i fully shocked ! i dont know what to do with this cheater service centre! please help me ! moto e2 price 5999 and my purchase date 27/03/2015

                                        My cellphone was dead just after 2 months of its purchase and i got a service note from Motorola mentioning that your cellphone will be delivered to you by 6/jan but even after 10 days i am not having my phone back. Don't know what to do and where to raise my concern. Being a GATE aspirant i needed the cellphone for january month but now it seems like i have to look for an alternative. So this is what I am looking for after paying almost 13K bucks. Please look into this matter as soon as possible so that I can either have my cellphone back or i can get my money refunded through Flipkart.
