I have purchase it thru flipkart and I m not having the bill or I am not able to find the mail thru which I got the bill at the time of purchase. So please help me as my warranty is going to finish next week...

    Dear All

    I have bought Moto G 3rd Generation on 31st July'15 in flipkart within one month the mobile gorilla glass is broken. I have called up the customer care on 30th Aug'15 and registered my service request. I have visited the Chennai T.Nagar branch service centre on 31st Aug'15. They said that they will get back to me within 14days for the replacement of glass(Job Number#AMSCHN003887 dated 31st Aug'15). Due to stock haven’t received from Motorola.

    I am ready to pay for the Spare parts due to broken glass is not covered under warrant. But, I haven’t get any response from anyone as of now.
    Recently, I have received mail from Motorola stating that my service request has been closed.

    I really wondering how they can close my service request without solving customer complaint. I have called up the customer care they are not picking the call. Finally, The customer executive attend my call and i have provided my Job Number. They are unable to track my request. The executive doesnt know how to handle customer queries. Atlast, he said that my query has been resolved on last month itself.

    When I enquired about it, The customer executive is cut down my call. Then I went to service centre about the status on my service request. Service centre people told that they havent received the stock from Motorola as of now. Due to Internal audit queries, they have closed my service request (without solving my request) to maintain the customer service Turn around time.
    I really frustrated about the Motorola customer care & service centre. How can they close customer service without solving the issue ???????
    As of now, I havent get any solution. I suggest everyone don’t buy Moto products they don’t have stock to fulfill customer request.
    Anyone help me to solve this issue ? I really thankful for them

    Dear all,

    I bought a Motorolo E on 2nd Feb 2015, within 5 months one of the sum devices refused to get in the sum. I immediately went to T Mgr Service Centre there was lot of crowd. After an hour they attended me and asked me to surrender the phone. Being a business man I cannot do anything without a phone so I asked for a spare, but invain, However I managed and surrenderd the phone on 19/x & got acknowledged with a phone no. [protected]. I have been trying to get them over the phone which they have given me is switched off for lost 2 days. this is the service I have received from the Moto Service Centre. My job NO. AMSCHN004879

      This is in regard to the Jobsheet number: AMSCHA000296, service center sector 20-d, sco 26, chandigarh. First of all i regret buying a motorola phone as withing 20days of buying it started giving trouble to me and on top of it the after sale service is as worst as no one can imagine, its been over 18 days since i gave my phone for replacing the loud speaker but there is no body who responds at the service center despite of calling so many times and if they pick up they don't take the responsibility to talk properly and tell about when the phone would get fixed. i really dont understand why is motorola selling the phones if their such a huge issue with after sales service and parts not available problem

        I was facing a problem in Tochscreen of MOTO G2 it was under warranty so gave it to service center, it has been 2 months and service center is unable to get the part. They are clueless on time frame also. Service center did not receive any phone.When I was called with customer care they told me they had escalated but not getting any truthful result .I want to receive my mobile can any help me to receive my Mobile.           I was using Motorola g2.My touch screen was giving me issue that's why I was submitted my mobile to their service center for servicing. My mobile is with in warranty period.During 2 months they could not servicing my mobile.When I am going to connect with them they told me they had escalate this matter but did not see any truthfull result.Can you please help me how can I receive my mobile.Motorola do not know to deal with customer and how to servicing mobile.Their servicing are totally sick.             Hi, Last month, when the screen of my motoG2 suddenly stopped working, I had counted on the Motorola consumer sewrvices to quickly resolve my worries. Under the banner of " EXPRESS SERVICE ", they charged me two hundred rupees for doorstep delivery. I was promised phone delivery under 15 days. One and a half month hence: Having lied that my phone has been shipped to changing stance and saying that parts are unavailable, it is proving to be an unending battle.Customer Care phone calls, online assistance and repeated emails are all just shouts in the void. They have supposedly escalated the matter TWICE. They have missed their extended closure date by ten days. Even after all this, the current status of my phone is the same as the day it stopped working. They now tell me that the closure date is indefinite. So much for good customer care. I feel like a helpless customer. As a college going student, it hampers my work to a great extent.               I have purchased moto x play and wants to get an insurance for the same but i m not able to get the insurance as it is a product that was purchased online. i have already spoke to flipkart and syska gadget secure about my problem.They asked me to call motorola customer care to resolve my problem but motorola customer care seems useless as they are not answering the call and are least bothered about the problems of their customers.

                I bought the MOTO G 3 Generation 2 August 2015. After 40 days used, its display was showing gray shading in the display, and now it is in service center till now, they are not resolved my problem. i m sending many times mail to u regarding my MOTO G 3rd Generation.                     Hello, I bought my Motorola Google Nexus – 6 -32GB phone from Flipkart in the month of Jan’2015. IMEI- [protected] I started facing issues of it suddenly switching off quite frequently from Feb’15. However on Aug 1st, 2015, it switched off permanently. I gave my phone for repair to the service center on 3rd Aug 2015. Service Center Details: B2X Service Center, Narayan Peth, Pune. The phone is under warranty. Initial Response from Service Center- -They said the PCB was at fault and so ordered the same from the Motorola warehouse. (Job-id - AMSPUN004089) -The service center returned the phone on 05th Sep 2015.Changing the PCB changed the IMEI number to - [protected]. Issues post repair:- - The phone switched on. However, upon checking I found the phone's memory was now 64gb. - The speaker sound was cracking Next action:- I returned the phone to the service center for repair on 7th Sep 2015. They said issue was with speaker and ordered a new speaker from the warehouse. Later on calling the service center they said issue persisted even after replacing speaker hence they ordered new PCB(Job id - AMSPUE000590). Today is 23rd Oct 2015. On calling the service center they still say they are waiting for the part. Issues with Customer Care:- I complained to Motorola customer care, online and calling the number [protected]. They replied over email twice/thrice asking me to wait and have patience as parts were out of stock. (Ref[protected]. The customer care also emailed that someone will call from Motorola to sort the issue out. But post that no response. Also, having the Job ID still each time I call, they give me a different irrelevant description of the issue with the phone. This is sad. It’s been a long time now. I am paying EMI for this phone which cost me 43849/- on flipkart but is now for repair. Please help. The issue is long pending, and that too for a premium product of yours. Motorola has a great reputation and I’ve always liked and recommended its products. I would want to continue with the same impression about you. Please I am sure you would want to strengthen more our confidence and trust on you. Hence, my request to you would be to resolve the issue with immediate attention. Please get the phone repaired or provide a new one. If neither then may I request for a refund of the amount. Thanks & Regards, Saikarun.B

                      I purchased the moto g2 in march 2015. Within a month or two it became so slow and hanged often. So i decided to give it for servicing. Then i came to know that the motherboard wasn't ok and it had to be ordered. 27 days have passed there is no sign of it. i dont want to use the repaired phone as only few months r left of the warranty period to end. According to the terms of the warranty its clearly said that i can get a refund. So i asked for a refund. I am told to wait for 48 hours to get a call from a senior. But i get no call. Again when i call them up they tell me to wait for another 48 hours for the call. But there is no sign. Motorola is not faithful to its words and i feel its like deceiving the customers.

                      I have purchased Moto G2 before 10 months but now i am facing an problem and phone became slow and not able charge when mobile is switch on so i have visited service center and they said 'it will take 15 days because there is an issue of mother board and parts not available at service center, there was an 70 MOTO G2 phones pending with the same motherboard issue, its been already passed an 25 days but still not received my device and when i try to contact the toll free number they are just giving the apology sentences and fake promises, nothing else. I am feeling that i am dealing with an local brand. I just suggest them to improve service rather than sending apology mails and also needs to recruite the QUALIFIED employees.
                      this motherboard issue is become so common among the moto g 2 users. for any problem there is only one solution and that is motherboard replacement. their service is so hopeless. they give fake promises and delay.

                        Hi, I Bought Moto G2 on 24/3/2015.I face Issue on the display and gave in for service to Motorola authorized service center B2X in Bangalore Koramangala (JOb Number: AMSBAK003713) on 23/09/2015. Its going to be a month they are not able repair my mobile as they didn't the spare parts from the Motorola . I raised complaint in Motorola Customer service but they are giving the date when they can provide the parts.I have escalated twice but no use.Please help on this

                          I am having Motorola X 1st Gen (XT1052, bill date: 10Nov 2014, IMEI: [protected]). The phone touch was not responding, so I took it to your service center at Andheri (Prodcon Tech Services Pvt. Ltd). First of all I want to tell you that my experience was very unpleasant. Those people at Andheri service center were very rude. After 2 days I was told that the touch of the phone is dead and that (display and touch composite) part has to be replaced. However I wanted to take a second opinion so I went to Thane service center (B2X THANE MUMBAI). There I was told that the phone front camera is damaged. (How come without any external damage, phone can internally damage?) I was completely shocked as the phone is fully intact from outside, there is no damage caused to the phone. To get honest solution I went to authorized service center but due to this incidence I am feeling cheated and my trust is broken, It will impact company’s image too. The phone is with the Thane Service center. I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest. Please consider this at priority basis. Eagerly waiting for your reply. Thane service center people are very bad in talking with customers. Also Motorola customer care people are giving me wrong information. (false information and misguiding me.) Daily they say that today your call is scheduled and our representative called "Sandeep" will call you. but till date I haven't received any call. They are sanding me false emails like "your phone is repaired, please collect". Which is a wrong information. I am awaiting a response since 30 days now. Kindly help me to get this escalated and get a solution. best regards

                            My Handset Moto G 2nd Gen have some Problem under warranty. I submitted my handset to service center who located in Meerut city 250001 before 42 days ago. But I cant find any solution about my mobile. And they did not give a response to us. If i said give us response then they said that if you can do something then you can do. We have no tension. After i call the tollfree customer support of motorola, they also dont gave a good response to us.                               My work order number is BAH-MG-1500248 I have submitted my phone in Bhavnagar service centre on 8th of september 2015. And till today on, 20th of october 2015 I have not received any proper answer from motorola customer care. I was given assurance to receive my phone on 13th of october 2015 by a executive named Sandeep.

                                Reference No:[protected] Have given my Motorola Google Nexus 6 for service on 29.09.2015 and was told the battery and the motherboard needs to be replaced and would take 10-12 days. After 15 days I call the customer care to learn that the parts have still not been received by the service center and the issue has been escalated to the higher authorities, I would be getting a call back within 48 hours. After 2 days I try contacting them to be told the exact same thing.another 48 hours ! After a week of this nonsense back and forth calls I am told the status is still the same. They do not have any higher authorities to handle such situations, just front desk voice support. Till date haven't got a call back. I am in urgent need of my phone and their service is PATHETIC ! Never buying a Motorola product again!

                                  I got my MOTO E 2ND Generation phone delivered on 18th of july 2015 and after two months i started having problems related to network connectivity . So i went to the service centre nearby and submitted my phone, even before checking they said it would cost you INR3500 as the sim slot is broken but we will finally tell you about your issue on phone after eight hours . Thanks to god that they called me and said that the repair would be free...

                                  My MOTO G2 hanged on last Friday night during a call...No idea...How? Now service center has confirmed that they are unable to repair...only option is...go for change the complete mother board of worth Rs. 8500/- however they also have charged Rs. 550/- only to check the phone. I have visited Pitampura B2X Motorola Service Centre delhi 3-4 times and always they have suggested the same solution for my all problems. They introduced them self as mobile engineer but I feel they all are just low class mechanics and never bother the problem and pain of their customers. Everyone were complaining their and fade up because of B2X staff’s attitude & behaviour. My phone is completely out of order now and don’t know what to do? Finally using my old Nokia 6303 as an alternate. I am still trying to find out the solution.

                                    My son Had purchased MotoG 2nd Gen from Flipkart last year for his Mom. Invoice date 24/10/2014, Tax invoice No. # BLR_WFLD[protected], and since than there is some or the other complain in the mobile phone and after visiting Thane, Dadar and Coper Kherna service centre they are not able to do & fulfill the repair part and in this one year, almost 6 months the phone was with your service centre people. At Thane 3times it was given, at Dadar 2times and Coper Kherna 4times and still your product is not working as it should be. What should we do. Please reply and do needful or we will thing motorola with Flipkart is cheating to sell the products. Regards, Juzar. Abbas.

                                      I have buy motto g 2nd gen mobile by flipkart after 3 months moblie has started some problem like hange so i gave mobile to service centre in vadodara (baroda) they gave 15days for repairing after 25 days they are not give back my mobile and after i call, they give me answer after 10day mobile repairin because they have no stock for this phone and also told you take your phone without repairing.
