I was facing a problem in display of MOTO G2 it was under warranty so gave it to service center, it has been almost a month and service center is unable to get the part. They are clueless on time frame also. Any service can not get worst than this. Job sheet number LPT/MG/15/006689

    Hello, I bought my Motorola Google Nexus – 6 -32GB phone from Flipkart in the month of Jan’2015. IMEI- [protected] I started facing issues of it suddenly switching off quite frequently from Feb’15. However on Aug 1st, 2015, it switched off permanently. I gave my phone for repair to the service center on 3rd Aug 2015. Service Center Details: B2X Service Center, Narayan Peth, Pune. The phone is under warranty. Initial Response from Service Center- -They said the PCB was at fault and so ordered the same from the Motorola warehouse. (Job-id - AMSPUN004089) -The service center returned the phone on 05th Sep 2015.Changing the PCB changed the IMEI number to - [protected]. Issues post repair:- - The phone switched on. However, upon checking I found the phone's memory was now 64gb. - The speaker sound was cracking Next action:- I returned the phone to the service center for repair on 7th Sep 2015. They said issue was with speaker and ordered a new speaker from the warehouse. Later on calling the service center they said issue persisted even after replacing speaker hence they ordered new PCB(Job id - AMSPUE000590). Today is 23rd Oct 2015. On calling the service center they still say they are waiting for the part. Issues with Customer Care:- I complained to Motorola customer care, online and calling the number [protected]. They replied over email twice/thrice asking me to wait and have patience as parts were out of stock. (Ref[protected]. The customer care also emailed that someone will call from Motorola to sort the issue out. But post that no response. Also, having the Job ID still each time I call, they give me a different irrelevant description of the issue with the phone. This is sad. It’s been a long time now. I am paying EMI for this phone which cost me 43849/- on flipkart but is now for repair. Please help. The issue is long pending, and that too for a premium product of yours. Motorola has a great reputation and I’ve always liked and recommended its products. I would want to continue with the same impression about you. Please I am sure you would want to strengthen more our confidence and trust on you. Hence, my request to you would be to resolve the issue with immediate attention. Please get the phone repaired or provide a new one. If neither then may I request for a refund of the amount. Thanks & Regards, Saikarun.B

      I purchased the moto g2 in march 2015. Within a month or two it became so slow and hanged often. So i decided to give it for servicing. Then i came to know that the motherboard wasn't ok and it had to be ordered. 27 days have passed there is no sign of it. i dont want to use the repaired phone as only few months r left of the warranty period to end. According to the terms of the warranty its clearly said that i can get a refund. So i asked for a refund. I am told to wait for 48 hours to get a call from a senior. But i get no call. Again when i call them up they tell me to wait for another 48 hours for the call. But there is no sign. Motorola is not faithful to its words and i feel its like deceiving the customers.

      I have purchased Moto G2 before 10 months but now i am facing an problem and phone became slow and not able charge when mobile is switch on so i have visited service center and they said 'it will take 15 days because there is an issue of mother board and parts not available at service center, there was an 70 MOTO G2 phones pending with the same motherboard issue, its been already passed an 25 days but still not received my device and when i try to contact the toll free number they are just giving the apology sentences and fake promises, nothing else. I am feeling that i am dealing with an local brand. I just suggest them to improve service rather than sending apology mails and also needs to recruite the QUALIFIED employees.
      this motherboard issue is become so common among the moto g 2 users. for any problem there is only one solution and that is motherboard replacement. their service is so hopeless. they give fake promises and delay.

        Hi, I Bought Moto G2 on 24/3/2015.I face Issue on the display and gave in for service to Motorola authorized service center B2X in Bangalore Koramangala (JOb Number: AMSBAK003713) on 23/09/2015. Its going to be a month they are not able repair my mobile as they didn't the spare parts from the Motorola . I raised complaint in Motorola Customer service but they are giving the date when they can provide the parts.I have escalated twice but no use.Please help on this

          I am having Motorola X 1st Gen (XT1052, bill date: 10Nov 2014, IMEI: [protected]). The phone touch was not responding, so I took it to your service center at Andheri (Prodcon Tech Services Pvt. Ltd). First of all I want to tell you that my experience was very unpleasant. Those people at Andheri service center were very rude. After 2 days I was told that the touch of the phone is dead and that (display and touch composite) part has to be replaced. However I wanted to take a second opinion so I went to Thane service center (B2X THANE MUMBAI). There I was told that the phone front camera is damaged. (How come without any external damage, phone can internally damage?) I was completely shocked as the phone is fully intact from outside, there is no damage caused to the phone. To get honest solution I went to authorized service center but due to this incidence I am feeling cheated and my trust is broken, It will impact company’s image too. The phone is with the Thane Service center. I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest. Please consider this at priority basis. Eagerly waiting for your reply. Thane service center people are very bad in talking with customers. Also Motorola customer care people are giving me wrong information. (false information and misguiding me.) Daily they say that today your call is scheduled and our representative called "Sandeep" will call you. but till date I haven't received any call. They are sanding me false emails like "your phone is repaired, please collect". Which is a wrong information. I am awaiting a response since 30 days now. Kindly help me to get this escalated and get a solution. best regards

            My Handset Moto G 2nd Gen have some Problem under warranty. I submitted my handset to service center who located in Meerut city 250001 before 42 days ago. But I cant find any solution about my mobile. And they did not give a response to us. If i said give us response then they said that if you can do something then you can do. We have no tension. After i call the tollfree customer support of motorola, they also dont gave a good response to us. Job sheet no- 1410T/MG/15/01292 IMIE no-[protected] Sale date-21/10/2014 Submitted date at the service center-08/09/2015 Now plz helpus what can i do. Now plz solve our issue.

And till today on, 20th of october 2015 I have not received any proper answer from motorola customer care. I was given assurance to receive my phone on 13th of october 2015 by a executive named Sandeep.

                Reference No:[protected] Have given my Motorola Google Nexus 6 for service on 29.09.2015 and was told the battery and the motherboard needs to be replaced and would take 10-12 days. After 15 days I call the customer care to learn that the parts have still not been received by the service center and the issue has been escalated to the higher authorities, I would be getting a call back within 48 hours. After 2 days I try contacting them to be told the exact same thing.another 48 hours ! After a week of this nonsense back and forth calls I am told the status is still the same. They do not have any higher authorities to handle such situations, just front desk voice support. Till date haven't got a call back. I am in urgent need of my phone and their service is PATHETIC ! Never buying a Motorola product again!

                  I got my MOTO E 2ND Generation phone delivered on 18th of july 2015 and after two months i started having problems related to network connectivity . So i went to the service centre nearby and submitted my phone, even before checking they said it would cost you INR3500 as the sim slot is broken but we will finally tell you about your issue on phone after eight hours . Thanks to god that they called me and said that the repair would be free...

                  My MOTO G2 hanged on last Friday night during a call...No idea...How? Now service center has confirmed that they are unable to repair...only option is...go for change the complete mother board of worth Rs. 8500/- however they also have charged Rs. 550/- only to check the phone. I have visited Pitampura B2X Motorola Service Centre delhi 3-4 times and always they have suggested the same solution for my all problems. They introduced them self as mobile engineer but I feel they all are just low class mechanics and never bother the problem and pain of their customers. Everyone were complaining their and fade up because of B2X staff’s attitude & behaviour. My phone is completely out of order now and don’t know what to do? Finally using my old Nokia 6303 as an alternate. I am still trying to find out the solution.

                    My son Had purchased MotoG 2nd Gen from Flipkart last year for his Mom. Invoice date 24/10/2014, Tax invoice No. # BLR_WFLD[protected], and since than there is some or the other complain in the mobile phone and after visiting Thane, Dadar and Coper Kherna service centre they are not able to do & fulfill the repair part and in this one year, almost 6 months the phone was with your service centre people. At Thane 3times it was given, at Dadar 2times and Coper Kherna 4times and still your product is not working as it should be. What should we do. Please reply and do needful or we will thing motorola with Flipkart is cheating to sell the products. Regards, Juzar. Abbas.

                      I have buy motto g 2nd gen mobile by flipkart after 3 months moblie has started some problem like hange so i gave mobile to service centre in vadodara (baroda) they gave 15days for repairing after 25 days they are not give back my mobile and after i call, they give me answer after 10day mobile repairin because they have no stock for this phone and also told you take your phone without repairing. GIVE ME RESOLUSTION

                        Reference number[protected] I had issues with my moto turbo which was under warranty, motorola advised to get the job done with the service center in coimbatore at m/s vinayaga communication. Was handed over on 5th September and I was just given a slip mentioning box no as 204. Later I had to make 15 to 20 calls a day to contact service center but no one attends the call. I registered complaint at motorola customer support a day again no response, I get a mail stating I will get a call back on 16/10 a day again no one callscalls. Th call centre people also does not know the status. Have spent 40k on this phone a day with this kind of service is totally unprofessional on part of them. I request to take action and pay demurrages for the same. Rgds Pramod

                            Dear sir, I had purchased Moto g 2nd gen mobile on12.06.2015, but it started giving touch problem within 20 days. I am from muzaffarpur, BIHAR-842001. My IMEI NO. I gave 3rd time my mob. for repairing to your authorised service centre M/S SAI ENTERPRISES MUZAFFARPUR vide their job card no_178 dt.07.09.2015.But after expiry of 40days my mobile is still not repaired. They are asking me to contact cust. Care but your cust. Care is also not solving my problem. Spare parts are not being sent to service centre by you. So please do needful at earliest or give another set. PROBLEM IN SET:- 1) TOCH IS NOT WORKING 2) VOICE DOES NOT PASS DURING CALL 3) HANGS TOO MUCH DURING WORK.

                              Respected Sir, The detail of my handset is as under:- Product MOTO E2 MODEL: XT1506 IMEI/Serial Number: [protected] Date of Purchase: 6/25/2015 Job Number: AMSCHA000349 Gin Number: GINCHA000361 I purchased a (MOTO E2) handset from flipkart in June 2015 (bill attached). I found some problem in the handset on 10.10.2015, I searched the service centre from the Internet and reached the service centre at Sector 34, Chandigarh, after reached there and found that Service Centre has been shifted to SCO 26, 1ST Floor, Sector 20-D, Chandigarh. Finally I reached the Service Centre around 1:00 pm on 10.10.2015, they informed that today is power cut till 5:00 p.m., come on Monday. I was out of station till Monday. On Tuesday before reaching, I tried to contact Service Centre Phone Nos. i.e. [protected], [protected], [protected], all phone nos are still not working. Anyhow I reached the Service Centre [Sant Rameshwari Enterprises, SCO 26, 1st Floor, Sector 20-D, Chandigarh 160020] about 5:00 pm, after some time (on my turn) the gentleman of the service centre informed me that there is software problem but now networking is very slow, you will collect the handset tomorrow. In this regard they issued me a service Note (copy attached). Next day, I contact about 3:00 p.m. at phone No. i.e. [protected] which is mentioned on the Service Note issued to me, the attendant of phone No. [protected] was not in the Service Centre and informed to contact at No.6555529. The lady attending the phone No.6555529 was informed that today networking is very slow you can contact tomorrow, after my repeated requests that handset is very urgently required to me the Service Centre informed me about 5:15 pm that your handset is hardware problem and will take 10-15 days. So far I was purchase four set of MOTO E2 for my family members being a good cellphone, you can also check my record. Only now I came to know that it is not enough to get a good cellphone, but should have a good service center facility also. Good facility means all related parts should be available in the service centre so that customers does not suffer. You are requested to look into the matter and provide all help to the Service Centre so that rectify the problem immediately, I cannot wait 10 days more, as I have without handset now.                                 Dear Team, The details of the product I bought is given below: Handset Model: Motorola X 2nd Gen IMEI:[protected] Date: 04/06/2015 Vendor: Flipkart.com Price: Rs. 21999.00 The phone's LCD started to malfunction within 2 months of the purchase date. The phone's LCD was detected of having a manufacturing defect by the authorised service center of Motorola. The details are given below: Service Center Name: Mobile Hub Location: Kolkata WO Number: BEH/MG/15/00697 Date of WO: 12/09/2015 It has been more than a month since the phone is in service center. The service center executives assured me to repair and return the phone within 2 weeks of submitting the phone. But that has not happened. I have contacted the service center and also the corporate department of Motorola many times but they just keep asking for more time. I have asked them to replace the phone as it is taking more than reasonable time to return the phone. Without the device, my daily work is getting hampered. I feel cheated and being harassed by the company. I request you to kindly take up the matter with higher authority of Motorola so that the issue is resolved at the earliest. Regards, Vivek Jajodia

                                  I bought Motorola Moto G gen. 2, its screen freezed many times and hanged very much The problem was unexpected, and so I went to an authorised service centre, I gave the handset to them on 12th September and till now I am being told SEVERAL THINGS LIKE :- 1.) You'll get a call in 48 hours from our concerned team, which by the way seems to be least concerned about the customer's grievances. 2.) You will get the handset by 10th october. 3.) After waiting they ask for one more week. They keep on postponing the date of giving the handset. (Seems as if they like the particular handset and want to keep it with them only.) 4.) Still they don't get it repaired and come up with an excuse that the parts are being shipped from abroad and it would take time and they say that we will get a new display for your phone and we dont know where the part is and also dont know if the part will be available or not. All the above reasons or excuses are not my fault. They should manage their inventory of spare parts I liked motorola over all those petty brands because its an oem obviously thought its serbice would have been good. Motorola was above all the cheap brands but this makes it more horrible than those cheap brands.they often say that i know your phone is dipatched and will be with you till this week and again on calling the say they now dont know where my phone is and they say they will call me as a person named Gaurav is handling my phone's issue, i certainly don't know now what to do. It has been almost one and half month now, Motorola's service team has already eaten 1/12th of my warranty.it HAS BEEN VERY INCONVENIENT FOR ME AND MOTOROLA SHOULD SEE TO MY ISSUE AND ACCORDINGLY COMPENSATE ME FOR MY LOSS OF TIME AND EFFORTS.                                     I have purchased the moto E 2nd generation about 3 months back thorug flipkart. From the day one onward and till now am facing lots and lots of mental and physical stress. This phone is only 3 months old but have been serviced 3 times untill now. Even though the phone is not charging now . Initially the phone loud speaker gone so i took it to the service center. They replaced the loud speaker and gave phone to me. After collecting the phone i came to know that service centre guys damaged the phone screen while opening the phone. Then after a long fight by keeping the phone in the service centre for more than a month they replaced with a new screen. I have collected the phone and noticed that i can very low voulme of other if they speak to me. And also the phone cannot be charged. I tried connecting the phone other chargers also but the phone is not charging. At this time i dont want the service from motorola. I cannot carry this phone to service centre and home. I want my money back. I want the refund

                                      After warranty over i went to B2X KORMANAGLA BANGLORE, S21/A 1st Floor, 1st, Block Kormanagala, 7th Main 80 Feet Road, Above Vodafone, Store,
                                      KORMANGALA for repair my moto g1 they charging 150 rs and said me motherboard problem in your handset for repair charging aprox 7000 rs
                                      when i went in small service shop they charge only 1700 rs and repair my mobile.
                                      motorola service center don't know to how to repair handset
