Please provide as much information as possible...i have submitted my MOTO G3 at jaipur service centre on 24 sep and it has been almost two month since i have submitted it to the service centre and is still not get repaired . whenever i call them they say " sir just few days more few days more" and there online chat sevice is useless they have always promised me that they will call me and will lisen to my complain further but till now i havent recieves any call.

    Dear Team, Please check the attached snapshot. When sone Application is use then some massege is showing not responding. And showing three botton which is report, wait & ok. When you said OK then application is force close. And you press report then application taken feedback. And when press wait then application is hang. Please suggest. Thanks Vinita Pandit

      Moto G (3G) Cell phone purchased vide invoice date 02 August 2015 from flipkart started giving problems and was given for repair to their authorised service center Service & Communication Solutions, A-180(1st Floor), Bhisham Pitamha Marg, Sukhdev Nagar Market, Kotla Mubarakpur, Delhi - 110003, on 16 October 2015. After losing patience, spoke to them (Motorola Customer Care at[protected] at least 10 times, there is no solution in sight. Every time they commit call back, neither the call comes nor they give any definite time frame for return/repair of phone.

      A horrible after sale service, I am without phone since 16 October but they are not bothered. Spoke to flipkart ( Customer Care [protected]) as well, they also promised but of no avail till now.

        Hello, Incident no.[protected],[protected],[protected] IMEI/Serial No: [protected] Jobsheet No.- HERMG 1504478, HER/MG/15/05143 I bought Moto g3 on 11 August 2015 from Flipkart, the handset have minor issue with autofocus camera, contacted support they provided troubleshoot that did not help, I did not much bothered as it was minor issue and I don't use camera more so I let it go thinking that it will be addressed in soft update. On 29th September camera stopped working and showing me message 'Camera busy, please restart'. I submitted the device in service centre on 30th September Jobsheet No.- HERMG 1504478, service centre told me that it's water damage. Then I recall the rain of 26th September but mobile was safe in pocket and the cover was well fitted and Motorola claimed for the IPX7 rating of water resistance also I did not noticed any problems till 29th sept. After submitting I got call from Balraj after 4-5 days and he said that mobile will be covered in warranty I don't have to pay. I was happy but they were taking a lot of time to repair so I asked them for replacement because without the smartphone I was getting a lots of problems, So I followed several times to expedite the repair or replacement process and every time I was told to wait for call back and I never received callback. I got frustrated with poor responses and the shifting of resolution date, So I asked them severa; times to provide higher authorities contact details and they denied to provide it, then I said give me noddal/grieviance officer's details which they also denied to provide. Afterall the provided me an emailid '[protected]@motorola.com' and I emailed to Ramesh but I was shocked that even Ramesh never replied or given me any assurance. Well anyhow they repaired the device and I collected the device after 35 days on 4th November. But during 1 day o[censored]sage I found that the incall receiver speaker provides a very low volumes and I barely hear the voice outside home/office and camera quality was also degraded. I visited service centre and submitted the device on 5th November they provided me a new jobsheet "jobsheet no. HER/MG/15/05143" and they said the issue will be addressed in old case. But on 6th November I got email that problem was solved, so I replied the email and asked for the new device as replacement, to avoid the hassles, mental torcher and frustration I offered that I was ready to pay 8-10% of cost of device provided that they will give a new device as in replacement, because repairing of old device again will give problems and it will take again 1 month to repair. Well I again started taking follow-ups as I needed the device immediately, I called on 5th, 7th, 9th and 10th November and everyday I only get one response to wait for callback, but never received the callback, and today 10th November I received an email and stating that "We have not heard from you concerning your request for support in the 72 hours since we sent you a response. Consequently, we have changed the status of your question to Solved" The email is total lie in fact I called many times even on 10th November and was told to wait for callback. So it looks like Motorola stopped caring of existed customer and only interested to sell the new devices without support otherwise they would never have closed the ticket without solution and would have replied to my emails. I was never satisfied with device as the issue started the day I bought the device and I am too frustrated with the call canter they even do not forward the call to seniors and on 9th November they have disconnected my call 3 times. Even Ramesh did not intervene to resolve or expedite the process. It's now 3 months and issue is still not resolved. My moto g3 is in service center from 1 month and still waiting for hardware parts. The camera issue I was facing from the day I have bought i.e. mid August, I have contacted chat support, phone support and email support many times and always resolution date is getting postponed, and they ask me to wait for callback, that too was not answered. I requested to provide me a new device as replacement if not able to repair immediately. Without the smartphone I have limited access of Internet hence it is affecting me mentally and my life is getting worse and I am getting monetary losses. It's headache for me now. Totally disappointed by the Motorola support. Now I don't have patience and I want the problem to be solved tomorrow 29th October either replace the hardware parts or provide a new device.         Hi, Motorola replaced the device on 3rd December 2015 after 63 days of followup, service center repaired the device 3 times without success, and found that the device was unrepairable. meanwhile I was in contact with Ramesh Gottapu, we exchanged the calls and emails about 25 times, Ramesh assured me for the perfect repairing and I was patience and given them enough time to repair and lastly they replaced it with new device. The emailid I used in communications are : [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] I also contacted them on Twitter, Google+, and Motorola forums, but did not get proper response, on Twitter they replied that they asked someone to get back to me. The calls I got from Ramesh and Sandeep are from call center starting with 140 with different no. each times. I guess calling back on those no. to get in touch with same person is not possible as incoming are blocked on those no or it redirect to their regular callcenter which do not have proper answers. So far as I feel satisfy as they have replaced the device but I had suffered a lots of mental torchers and got very much frustrated with the callcenter responses, they always make promise to do callback within 24-48 hours but they do not call back in that time. I also found that there are a lot of communication problems as they have created multiple tickets for the single problems, they should have merged all tickets to single onel. Also call center don't have transparency about status, what is going on what will be exact delivery of repaired device etc., I had to explain the whole story everytime. Anyway, Thanks to all who have helped in the matter directly or indirectly.

          This is regarding moto x play that i just got around 20days back.Firstly i tried to grab it below the water tap for just a sec and removed as its splasg proof but i started facing problems in my device after 30 mins the display started to flicker and all of sudden phone went off thi wasn't expected from the water repellent device that to by motorola.I guess the device which I received is faulty because one of my friend tried and no issues with his device.Please do the needful and revert back.The faulty device needs to be replaced.I feel like should have gone for moto g3 as its water resistant totally as mentioned.Do revert back on [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]

            Actually i bought mobile motog3 on august 19th 2015 and it fell down by my hand and the display broken even after having glass protection over display and i called flipkart and they told me to go to the nearest centre which is at kukatpally and i went there then they told me to go to secunderbad B2X center on 28th sep and they told the phone wil be repaired with in one week and till now i didnt recieved my mobile motrola services are waste and i daily calling B2X and they are asking me to call to motrola and whenever i cal to motrola they say we are exclarating the issue to concern department within 24hrs u wil get a call but from 40 days i didnt get a call everday i cal too motrola same issue and one day i asked the executive he told me the parts are stucked in some exchange department next week you wil be getting your mobile like that but from that date 20 days over daily still am calling no one is responsing properly . the services of motrola are very bad .
            Without giving good services to the customers what is the use of manufacturing mobile and they are saying that the dispalys are not available. if so why do you waste our time just tel me and i wil take my mobile and i wil go for any ordinary display i asked like that also still no response from executives am really frustated with motrola services.

                  I have 4 Moto phones, the latest being Moto X2 2nd Generation, like everybody a huge fan of Moto and was thrilled to use my Moto X2 ever since I bought it. But soon my happiness turned into sadness from there to pure humiliation after speaking to Customer Care team & Service Center in India. ( Chennai )

                  My Moto X2 screen flickered while I was reading news feeds and I had no idea that day, I had to go through what I would call, a very unprofessional entity, making things really tough on reported issue. The phone was not dropped, not even 1% damage that I caused, and the same was confirmed by Moto service center after examination. It was pure malfunction, though initially support team had told me to turn off and on and do all sorts of things to see if it fixes by itself, but the screen did the same either flicker or completely go blur on me with colorful lines . Post my first call with Customer care on 30th Sep 2015, I took my phone to nearest service center B2X Moto authorized service center, since phone was purchased on 25th Dec 2014 - The warranty still holds good.

                  Initial examination results by service center .

                  Problem Category : Display External, Problem Sub Category : External Display, Missing Pixels. Problem Description : problems with Display on the outside of the unit, use this one for candy bar & slider units and external flip displays.

                  Solution Offered Sep 30th 2015 : Replacement of External Screen with no cost to Customer ( Under Warranty )

                  Ever since issue was reported and handed over device, I have been chasing with Moto Customer care and I have not been getting satisfactory response, there is no turn around time when the parts are to dispatched and nobody has clue when the phone screen will be fixed. This is so hard to digest the newly launched high-end phone which costs more than 32000 rs/- does not have parts in stock.

                  I got little irritated while speaking to Customer care, since my old records/tickets with CSR were deleted . Not sure how that happened, and they wanted to take fresh complaint.

                  Since I insisted to speak to a supervisor, provided ticket #[protected] and got the case escalated

But after a month it's loud speaker has gone low sound and to resolve it i gave it to Motorola authorised service centre called Sri Sai Cells, Indiranagar, Bengaluru. However they resolved speaker problem but the both above and below speakers mesh(diaphragms) are tampered and even though i received it but now a new problem has been raised i.e Sensors are not working so i again gave it to same service centre(Order No.QCI/MG/15/02323) but the problem has not resolved even after 8 days. They simply give mobile that the mobile has been repaired but the problem remains same. Now the mobiles looks similar to Second hand phone not as brand new.It has been almost 3 months for buying this phone. I request you Sir that Please provide me a replacement of new Handset as I dont have hope that even after receiving this phone it is completely defect free device. Sir Please have a look about this.                       I have given my phone for repair on 29-september-2015 and was told that i ll get mu phone back in 7-10 days. but that never happened!! Every time i call them they say that the part is on the way and I will recive my phone next week. They made fool of me like this for 3 weeks. After getting frustrated from this I decided to complain about them to the customer care centre. I called them between 25-october-2015 to 27-october-2015.They cheaked my details and wrote a complain assuring me that I will get a call back within 48 hours. NOBODY CALLED BACK!! After that I called them back and they keep ignoring my questions saying that my call back date is 30 then 31...which kept going like that. One day they finally said that I will receive my phone back on 6-november-2015. And today when I was on the way to get my phone back...I finally GOT A CALL from the service centre saying my phone is still not repaired and the reason is still the same. And now they are saying that i will get my phone back on19-november. Moreover, they are not mailing me any of the information like call back dates or date when i should have got my phone back etc.. And when i asked them to mail it to me they said they had the wrong e-mail address. CLEAR LIE.. PLESE check on the same and try and convey to forward me all the mails which they SUPPOSEDLY sent on wrong e-mail address. I don’t trust them anymore..PLESE HELP ME. I am a Proud Customer of Motorola mobile phone Company. I have been a loyal customer of your company and have made many purchases(of mobiles) over the years from your company. I purchased a mobile of your company. Unfortunately, this time I am dissatisfied with the product as well as there service provided by your company. From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem. I have taken handset more than three times to motorala service centre i.e ;- APS SYSTEMS. UG7, WESTEND TOWER, DISTRICT CENTER, JANAK PURI, WEST DELHI-110058 But not a single time I was satisfied form this service centre, every time they told me please come later part or part is not available and they gave many more reasons. So on[protected] they took my mobile as there was a defect in handset and a part was to be replaced and told me that collect your mobile after three days i.e on[protected]. Now its[protected], more than one month and have have no got my mobile back. I visited the service centre a no of times but no one was listening to me.Due to which mywork is also getting affected. Well I am writing to complaint that I am not interested in getting my product repaired rather since it is a defective piece I demand a new working piece in replacement. I have been your customer from past years and have always purchased most of my mobiles of your company .I believe you will look in to the matter and help me get another new piece.                             Sir, I had been facing problems in my moto g2 mobile set since the day I received this handset from Flipkart. I was facing several problems with its touch and malfunctioning of its software. But they kept on hanging the return request and the return date was over then.

                            Later following the instructions from Flipkart I submitted my mobile in Motorola service i center, varanasi on sep 2, 2015. Its Nov 4, today and did not receive neither my own mobile nor any replacement for it. Its being over two months but they are doing nothing . I am in touch with Motorola costomer care (cosomer care reference number :[protected], but they are continuously postponing the date of closer. Sometimes they say their technical team will call me back in the very next day but i don't receive any such call.
                            Sir, two months have gone and i am still without my phone. I request you to take action against them and help me getting my mobile back.

                              I am owner of Moto X 2013. Few months back the screen of the device has some burning issue so i submitted my device to the service centre as it was in warrwant period. For the solution they changed the display of the device as well as the battery and i got my device after time period of 20 days. After using device for few days i came to know that the speaker of the device was not working properly so i visited the service cemtre again and they collected my device. That was 2nd time. After 7 days i got my device back without replacing any part and i was told that the problem was resolved. After using it for few hours i came know that the problem was still exist. I mailed this issue to the customer care support and i was told to submit my device again to the service centre, so i submitted it again for the 3 rd time. For that time they decided to change the mother board of the device. Ingot my device back after 20 days. And the warranty of the device was over but i was told that if i will face any issue or the problem still remains same i can resubmit it. after using device for a day ibwas shocked bacause the problem of the speaker was still there i was totally annoid and frusted. Straight forward i mailed that issue to the customer care help Email ID and asked for the full device replacement. Then got reply to dubmit my decice again to the service centre again. This was the 4th time that i have submitted it. I submitted my device on 19 oct 2015 and till the time I didn't recived any update regarding the device. I have called on helpline numbers for so many times also called service centre but there was no responce. The persone who was handling my case was ignoring my mails and not coming on the call. I have asked for the full device replacement and they are planning to make it repair again and there is no such garranty that this time the problem will get resolve with the repair of the device. Also they are charging me for the repair without asking me about the repair. Problem was still there it was not resolved. My device was within the service centre for almost 70 days and counting. I have no other smartphone to use. I want full device replacement or Refund of my money. I have recorded video of the defect before submitting my device when it was in warranty and the video after getting it back. Both the videos indicated that my device was repair with the faulty parts.                                 Hi Team, I have submitted my device Moto G2 to customer service due to display issue on 25th Sept 2015 and still there is no progress on that. I followed up a lot of time but they are always giving false commitments. I have requested for Refund as i do not want to go through all the frustration and trouble even after getting the device repaired. Kindly provide support on this to me.

                                      My new motorola has problems and now the online support is telling to take my device to service centre. i have to take one day leave and spend my hard earned money to take my device to service center which is quite away from my home town. i'm very much unhappy with the reliability of the device. i never purchase or appreciate your products anymore. you can sell phones online and give your product in my home when i purchase but you cannot attend problems instead you want me to take my device even it is in warranty period
