I have purchased Motorola E on 11.06.2015 and it was intimated that it will have gorilla glass which is unbreakable.
However I think it is normal glass as it has broken when it is fallen down from my bedroom bed.
I think Flipkart /Motorola should replace my Gorilla glass free of cost to retain my trust on Motorola product sold through Flipkart. I hope someone call me and close my complaint. My contact no is [protected]

    I am a moto g 2nd generation user, but now i have lost all impression about motorola. My phone has been observed with adisplay problem after 3 months from the date of purchase. I was registerd a complaint in ADR TECHNOLOGIES COCHIN, it is my nearest motorola service center .with a complaint reff no;3409, Invoice no;[protected] and with a complaint related no ; 01925. It was in july. And after that, in september 21st i have submitted my phone in the service center for the replacing of display. But my phone is not repaired yet now, also the service centre did not attend any phone call. the worst service i have ever scene Most of the motorola customer approaching the above mentined service center is suffering with the same problem, So please take necessarry actions to aolve the problem Othervice we have only one option. consumer court.we will go there, and it will be not good for you...

      I Vijay Shah, (CONTACT NUMBER: [protected]) resident of KALYAN had purchased a brand new MOTO G (2nd Generation)(XT1068) IN (5th June 2015) and I am facing frequent problems in the device and I have submitted my Mobile since 5th September 2015 due to Touchpad issue but i m not getting any positive feedback and it’s been TWO months now still i have not received my mobile. Every day I call them they give me reasons that parts are not available and you will get your mobile within 4-5 days, which is totally a false statement. Even the call centre team is telling lie that parts are send to the customer care at Thane (Eternity Mall). But the customer care refused to have any parts confirmation. I m a engineering student I have wasted hours of my precious time since my exams and submissions are on my head I have decided to write you I just want the cell phone to be replaced as soon as possible or refund my bill amount or else I have to rush to Consumer forum .         Hi team this is second time im raising my request I am facing some battery issue with this device since the first day I got the device Battery getting drain quickly And phone getting heat when I am using this Also its getting hang if I am using hinglish key board for typing could you please replace my device.           Cell is Hitting up so much. Sim slot 1 not providing 3g 4g support. Air phone is not supporting. Nearest moto service center are asking money equal to phone price.             My phones charging point got damaged. So I called motorola service centre at lajpatnagar, new Delhi for pick and drop service on October 10. They told that it will be repaired within 1 week and came to pick up the phone that day only.

            Now it has been more than 2 weeks and they have not returned my phone repaired.

            They are waiting for some original part which has still not been dispatched.

            The girls on the call are so unprofessional, as if they are doing some favour for me. They don't pick up phone, don't bother to call back if their server is not working and don't even tell the time when my phone will be repaired.1 week is their standard answer


            Moreover they are not even sorry for this. When I asked them to return my phone and refund my 200 rupees
            ..of pick and drop..as they could not do their job on time. And wasted my time and money also, they refused that also. Poor work on the part of motorala service

            Hi,

            I bought Moto X Play. And it fall down an broke. Even after months, their servicecentre dont have a spare. So guys do not by motorola new products as the company is having lack professionalism and customer support. After buying if you call their customer care, there is no proper response or follow up. Am running behind for this issue for the past 1 month.

              I have submitted my phone (Moto G (2nd Gen)) on 23rd Oct 2015 at a authorized service center for Motorola (I-Pick solutions India Pvt. Ltd., Bhagat Singh Market, Connaught Place, New Delhi) to fix the problem of Power Button Not Working Properly and they promised me to deliver my phone on 26th Oct 2015 which they couldn't and today (29th Oct 2015) they are saying that the part which has to be replaced has not yet arrived and it may take another 4-5 days time. Apart from this they are not even committing the date for delivery as they are saying its not in their hands. And they ended up saying to call the customer care of Motorola and raise the issue.

                I have given my cellphone (moto g second generation) (job sheet no URT/MG/15/00474)to service center udaipur on 14 th sep 2015 which was under warranty period. they have give closure date 2 times(20oct 2015 and 28 oct 2015). but yet they have not made it and making false promises. still there is no information regarding the my cellphone.

                  Dear Sirs, This is to bring in your kind notice that I purchased one MOTO G2 phone black color with IME no. [protected], Suddenly the problem of touch and camera arises. On June 20, 2015 I went to your authorized service center SAI COMMUNICATION, 2 B.M. Compound, opp. Punjab National Bank, G.T. Road Ghaziabad. I registered my complaint for camera and touch problem and I got it back after 20 days (approx) when I found that the touch problem was not resolved while camera performance declined. On telling this issue with the concerned person at the service center, I was insisted to use this phone for few days and if the problem remains there then I could register my complaint again. Now once again I have given it to service centre on September 12, 2015 because touch went almost dysfunctional but my phone is still not repaired. Why so much of time is taken and why these complaints are repeating again and again. One and a half months have already been passed but to no avail. I raised my complaint to Motorola through live chat, Flipkart customer care and Service center as well, on October 6, 2015. There was Mr. Mohammad with whom I was complaining through chat, he asked for 24 to 48 hrs for their field personnel to contact me to resolve the complaint but nobody contacted me. Again I approach for live chat on October 13, 2015 and I was told again to wait for 24 to 48 hrs in response to which I received a phone call from Motorola number 91-[protected] after five days on October 19, 2015 telling that I would be getting my phone on October 24, 2015, with three months extension of warranty i.e. 12+3=15 months from the date of purchase of my mobile phone, but no written assurance regarding the extension of warranty period was given. Surprisingly I again received the phone call from Motorola number 91-[protected] on October 24, 2015 and I was told to receive my phone on October 31, 2015. I asked him why the same complaint was repeated within 2-3 months, while the touch and camera was changed. This time he told me to raise this issue with his seniors for the replacement of my phone with a new mobile. Thus there is no satisfactory response given to me, while I am undergoing harassment not only mentally or physically but also my work is being hampered as I have not been provided any standby phone so that I could continue with internet services, watts app etc which is must to carry out my daily work activities. I am incurring the watts app monthly charges, I bear the loss of screen shield which is removed every time the phone is given for repair, Lots of time is wasted in doing follow up with the service centre or live chat or on telephone and internet.                       I have purchased a moto x play from flipkart on octomber 13 -2015 that mobile is getting over heating within a usage of 15 or 20 seconds even after softer updates and resetting of my phone i request for replace or refund for 2 times but they rejected my request they check my phone through smart check app at that time i am not used my phone last 2 hours so its shows moto x play is in normal heat level so they rejected my return request but the mobile is honestly producing over heating rapidly please solve my problem quickly please please please

                        I have given my moto gen 2nd at andheri east mumbai motorola service centre work sheet no HER/MG/15/04201 dated 23 rd september...since then company has given several dates for repaired phone still i have not got my phone..complaint to motorola customer care reference no[protected] still not resolved even they dont give any appropriate answer ever...Poorest mobile company is motorola after sales service is as bad as like a unknown non branded phone...i dont know whether i will get my mobile or not ..if any one can help please do call on [protected]...

                            Dear All

                            I have bought Moto G 3rd Generation on 31st July'15 in flipkart within one month the mobile gorilla glass is broken. I have called up the customer care on 30th Aug'15 and registered my service request. I have visited the Chennai T.Nagar branch service centre on 31st Aug'15. They said that they will get back to me within 14days for the replacement of glass(Job Number#AMSCHN003887 dated 31st Aug'15). Due to stock haven’t received from Motorola.

                            I am ready to pay for the Spare parts due to broken glass is not covered under warrant. But, I haven’t get any response from anyone as of now.
                            Recently, I have received mail from Motorola stating that my service request has been closed.

                            I really wondering how they can close my service request without solving customer complaint. I have called up the customer care they are not picking the call. Finally, The customer executive attend my call and i have provided my Job Number. They are unable to track my request. The executive doesnt know how to handle customer queries. Atlast, he said that my query has been resolved on last month itself.

                            When I enquired about it, The customer executive is cut down my call. Then I went to service centre about the status on my service request. Service centre people told that they havent received the stock from Motorola as of now. Due to Internal audit queries, they have closed my service request (without solving my request) to maintain the customer service Turn around time.
                            I really frustrated about the Motorola customer care & service centre. How can they close customer service without solving the issue ???????
                            As of now, I havent get any solution. I suggest everyone don’t buy Moto products they don’t have stock to fulfill customer request.
                            Anyone help me to solve this issue ? I really thankful for them

                            Dear all,

                            I bought a Motorolo E on 2nd Feb 2015, within 5 months one of the sum devices refused to get in the sum. I immediately went to T Mgr Service Centre there was lot of crowd. After an hour they attended me and asked me to surrender the phone. Being a business man I cannot do anything without a phone so I asked for a spare, but invain, However I managed and surrenderd the phone on 19/x & got acknowledged with a phone no. [protected]. I have been trying to get them over the phone which they have given me is switched off for lost 2 days. this is the service I have received from the Moto Service Centre. My job NO. AMSCHN004879

                              This is in regard to the Jobsheet number: AMSCHA000296, service center sector 20-d, sco 26, chandigarh. First of all i regret buying a motorola phone as withing 20days of buying it started giving trouble to me and on top of it the after sale service is as worst as no one can imagine, its been over 18 days since i gave my phone for replacing the loud speaker but there is no body who responds at the service center despite of calling so many times and if they pick up they don't take the responsibility to talk properly and tell about when the phone would get fixed. i really dont understand why is motorola selling the phones if their such a huge issue with after sales service and parts not available problem

                                I was facing a problem in Tochscreen of MOTO G2 it was under warranty so gave it to service center, it has been 2 months and service center is unable to get the part. They are clueless on time frame also. Service center did not receive any phone.When I was called with customer care they told me they had escalated but not getting any truthful result .I want to receive my mobile can any help me to receive my Mobile.                                     Hi, Last month, when the screen of my motoG2 suddenly stopped working, I had counted on the Motorola consumer sewrvices to quickly resolve my worries. Under the banner of " EXPRESS SERVICE ", they charged me two hundred rupees for doorstep delivery. I was promised phone delivery under 15 days. One and a half month hence: Having lied that my phone has been shipped to changing stance and saying that parts are unavailable, it is proving to be an unending battle.Customer Care phone calls, online assistance and repeated emails are all just shouts in the void. They have supposedly escalated the matter TWICE. They have missed their extended closure date by ten days. Even after all this, the current status of my phone is the same as the day it stopped working. They now tell me that the closure date is indefinite. So much for good customer care. I feel like a helpless customer. As a college going student, it hampers my work to a great extent.                                       I have purchased moto x play and wants to get an insurance for the same but i m not able to get the insurance as it is a product that was purchased online. i have already spoke to flipkart and syska gadget secure about my problem.They asked me to call motorola customer care to resolve my problem but motorola customer care seems useless as they are not answering the call and are least bothered about the problems of their customers.

                                        I bought the MOTO G 3 Generation 2 August 2015. After 40 days used, its display was showing gray shading in the display, and now it is in service center till now, they are not resolved my problem. i m sending many times mail to u regarding my MOTO G 3rd Generation.
