Dear Sirs,
This is to bring in your kind notice that I purchased one MOTO G2 phone black color with IME no. [protected], Suddenly the problem of touch and camera arises.
On June 20, 2015 I went to your authorized service center SAI COMMUNICATION, 2 B.M. Compound, opp. Punjab National Bank, G.T. Road Ghaziabad. I registered my complaint for camera and touch problem and I got it back after 20 days (approx) when I found that the touch problem was not resolved while camera performance declined. On telling this issue with the concerned person at the service center, I was insisted to use this phone for few days and if the problem remains there then I could register my complaint again. Now once again I have given it to service centre on September 12, 2015 because touch went almost dysfunctional but my phone is still not repaired. Why so much of time is taken and why these complaints are repeating again and again.
One and a half months have already been passed but to no avail. I raised my complaint to Motorola through live chat, Flipkart customer care and Service center as well, on October 6, 2015. There was Mr. Mohammad with whom I was complaining through chat, he asked for 24 to 48 hrs for their field personnel to contact me to resolve the complaint but nobody contacted me. Again I approach for live chat on October 13, 2015 and I was told again to wait for 24 to 48 hrs in response to which I received a phone call from Motorola number 91-[protected] after five days on October 19, 2015 telling that I would be getting my phone on October 24, 2015, with three months extension of warranty i.e. 12+3=15 months from the date of purchase of my mobile phone, but no written assurance regarding the extension of warranty period was given. Surprisingly I again received the phone call from Motorola number 91-[protected] on October 24, 2015 and I was told to receive my phone on October 31, 2015. I asked him why the same complaint was repeated within 2-3 months, while the touch and camera was changed. This time he told me to raise this issue with his seniors for the replacement of my phone with a new mobile. Thus there is no satisfactory response given to me, while I am undergoing harassment not only mentally or physically but also my work is being hampered as I have not been provided any standby phone so that I could continue with internet services, watts app etc which is must to carry out my daily work activities. I am incurring the watts app monthly charges, I bear the loss of screen shield which is removed every time the phone is given for repair, Lots of time is wasted in doing follow up with the service centre or live chat or on telephone and internet. Please do need full.

Motorola Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I bought Moto X Play. And it fall down an broke. Even after months, their servicecentre dont have a spare. So guys do not by motorola new products as the company is having lack professionalism and customer support. After buying if you call their customer care, there is no proper response or follow up. Am running behind for this issue for the past 1 month.
