I Purchased Motorola 2nd Gen Mobile through flipkart on 10th Feb 2015...now i hv facing problem wid charging. was replace the charger from the B2X store from Pune narayan peth area but after replacement of charger mobile not charging..yesterday i gone to the service centre but they said that ur mobile is physically damaged *not by me* n now i[censored] want to change ur charger pin u want to pay 80% of mobile purchase..My Mobile is in warrenty then why i pay the charges ?     I purchased my phone online from flipkart and my phone is still under warranty i.e MOTOG2 from motorola, within 1 month it was not working properly i made request to replace it and got successfully replaced but after 2 months i faced hanging issues, touch issues and battery issue. I submitted my phone to the service center of motorola on 11th Sept 2015 and was promised to get back my phone within a week after regular followup with the customer care representative i got my phone on 3rd October 2015 and while using it i felt the touch issue and the hanging issue to be continuing.The service center is 40 km from my home and it is not easy for a working professional to visit to the service center all the time .The service center also doesn't pick up the call and the customer care representatives doesn't help they always cut the line or make false promises. I am really fed up with the service provided by motorola .

        Already my device was faulty so wanted to replace but since my nexus 6 was out of stock so i couldn't and now this is the second time my i had to take my device to service center and its more than one month and i have not yet received my device.

            I gave my motog2 smartphone to get repaired on 22th August 2015 (work order no - Vij/MG/15/02506. It had a problem related screen problem .But It's more tham 46days and still they haven't repaired the phone. I raised complaint to customer care more than 8 times[protected] but nothing has happened. Still the phone is in service centre in vijawada city. Address of service center i" attached -" This is the 1st time I handed over my phone1st time for the issue... It is shameful ...your Motorola team and services was very very bad and worst. I really disappointed to co-operation with your bad service team on this case. Resolve this ASAP. It had a problem related touch screen.But It's more tham 44days and still they haven't repaired the phone. I raised complaint to customer care more than 5 times[protected] but nothing has happened. Still the phone is in service centre in Mumbai city. This is the 2nd time I handed over my phone 2ND time for the issue of touch screen issue. Last time in feb 2015 and now in August 2015. Whenever I call on customer care no[protected], they give me every time new date for the ready of phone. Last time when I called they given me date 29/09/2015 (spoken with Balraaj - Ahmedabad). This kind of problem never takes this much time. I request you please help me, I really very frustrated.

                Hi, I had bought a Motorola Cell phone in Oct 2014 through Flipkart. The model is Moto G 2. It is in warranty till October 21st, 2015. I have been observing an issue with the sound bar/speaker of my phone not sounding clearly when held in the left ear. To my surprise even others holding the phone on their left ear agreed to the problem. When checked thoroughly by me, I found volume is lower or negligible when phone is held on the left...

                I bought a motog3 thro flipkart in the month of August...within 2 weeks of buying, the phone's display broke on accidentally dropping it from my hands. on registering a complaint with motorola's authorised service centre (B2X, Kandanchavadi- which initially denied to accept a registered complaint stating that there were already phones lined up waiting for the same spares and accepted the complaint only on sep 9th - Job sheet #AMSCHE002967) we are still waiting for a responsible response from motorola... 1. How can a reputed company like motorola run out of spares even after three months of launch of its products? 2. If motorola couldnt arrange for a spare part cant it replace the phone? 3. Is it true that neither the phone nor the spares are available with motorola for attending its customers?

                  I gave my motog2 smartphone to get repaired on 28th sep 2015. It had a problem related loud speaker.But It's more tham 38days and still they haven't repaired the phone even they say that the display has the problem. I raised complaint to customer care more than 5 times but nothing has happened.Still the phone is in service center in pune city.                     We bought a Moto G 3rd Gen phone through Flipkart in the month of Aug 2015. Phone was accidently dropped and display was brokeon 30 Aug 2015. I called up B2X Authorized Service centre Kandanchavadi on 31st Aug 2015. They were not ready to take a complaint (or prepare a job sheet) due to lack of spare parts. I raised complaint with Moto Support on 4th Sep (Complaint #[protected]. Further to which B2X agreed to prepare a Job sheet and accept a complaint on 9th Sep (Job Sheet #AMSCHE002967). Inspite of multiple followup, Neither B2X nor Motorola Support is ready to provide a spare parts for the mobile display or even provide a replacement for the phone. Its been more than 5 weeks now, no one is owning responsibility to fix the problem. The repeated response is they do not have spares parts to fix the problem. This phone was launched only in the month of Jul 2015. For such a new phone, if the company is not able to maintain adequate spares, What is the point of trusting the branch like Moto? Please help me speed up my cause.

                      Dear Motorol a &Google Team We are having MOTO-G Mobile with Android Version 4.4.4, Facing lot of problem with Mobile DATA Drain. Tryd all possible solutions in net. Bt no improvements. (Same 4.4.4 version is running good with our other company mobiles.) What hell happening with your product, When not able to give good tested product to customers means why you people manufacturing the product. The Persons who are in Key Positions in your company need to feel shame for not giving good product. Also once i called to your call center from my mobile no( [protected]/[protected] ) there you people kept worst irresponcible null-knowledgeable people they dont know how to talk and then no? of resolving the issues. Even that fellow told he send resolutions to my email but till today iam not yet got. Lot of your customers are suffering from More Android OS Data Usage in your Brand Mobiles pls check in forums and googling. If any responsible persons exist in your company.                         I have raised this concern to Motorola on 30th Sep, and Motorola is responding back on 5th Oct that too after following up 3 times, don't you (Motorola) think that any escalations should be attended within 4-5 hrs or max within a day? Kindly improve your service system. I am really not satisfied with the customer support from Motorola and the ridiculous work by Laxmi Nagar service center, I have called 84 times from past 12 days to get the job reference number and status, no one taking any responsibility over there, they really don't pick the calls, and when they do pick they tell me that they will call back after 10 mins and they never did that. Do you really call this a customer service, I really pity on Motorola customers visiting (repair service center - Laxmi Nagar). I really don't understand the subject line, as It is no where related to the problem of my device, I think you guys really don't know anything! Whats happening???? To tell you more the phone which I have submitted for repair is gifted from me to my father-in-law and he was not able to get it repaired this from (repair center - Hubli branch - Karnataka) as these guys were demanding 2500 rupees to correct the fault. Now he is in visit to Kaashi, hence I met him in Delhi and took to phone so that I can get it done from here, on 6th October he is leaving Delhi, and you guys are not able to give my device back from past 15 days, you guys spoiled my image and impression in front of my in-laws. I have decided if my problem is not resolved within 2 PM, 6th Oct 2015, I shall write this to the consumer court. And also to tell you more I work at reputed Magazine company where I will be publishing this entire story as an article. I can let India know the customer service provided by you guys.                         Laxmi Nagar motorola service center is the worst service center in India, you will not get a proper response even if you call 84 times in 12 days, it is so worst that they haven't issued the job number till date

                          Moto e2 i just bought on 7 may this year from that time till last moth there were several issue is regarding the software. Service centre always says there is software problem. When we asked to resolve the problem they told us "need to replace the motherboard" from 17 sep till today. They did not done anything and said "now the factory did not make the motherboard. So it cannot be repaired." its still in warenty

                            I even got it checked from the authorized Service Center in Delhi West Janakpuri 4- 5 times. They kept the phone with them for a week and returned me but still I am facing the same problem Its got suddenly hang, mobile app don't work apps tray . unfortunately have been stoped, some time and some time volume & voice problem . because of this I m getting so much problems. even spoke to your customer care number [protected] but I have not got any solution to this problem.

                              Hello, I am Shashank Chhajed from Nashik city. I bought Moto X Play recently on last Monday that was on 28th Sept. 2015. I had the sim issue in it. The first sim slot seemed to work well, but not the sim slot 2. At first I thought it was the sim card problem, then I bought a new nano sim card which came by today on 5th Oct. 2015 and I tried putting it in sim slot 2, still it didn't detect the sim.                                 My client had purchased MOTO G2 on 1/01/2015. The handset provided has already gone twice for servicing, this shows how good your product is. When your product is given at the service centre located at B2X the customer care complaint, Mumbai-Borivali, It remains with them for a couple of months and then too the problem is not resolved. They take their own sweet time and cause immense trouble to the customer. Their is no revert from the headquarter customer care service inspite of multiple calls and mails. Where would the customer seek relief from? There is no higher authority to take responsiblity to solve customer grievance which is very disapppointing. It is like cheating the customer. Once the product is sold, there is no one to take call on solving customer grievance. It only only depicts deficiency in service. They leave the customer with no option other then praying to the court of law for justice.

                                  I have purchased a moto g3 in August but it stop working on 28 Aug, than I submitted it to b2x service center for repair they give time 12 September to repair and return to me but till date it not been repair and also b2x said on 1st Oct that part has not come so it will take another 10 days. I m very much upset bcoz they give me 4 time. Firstly 12 September than 16 than another 10 days and also I have approached Motorola customer care. There is Mr Ramesh is handling the case, He is also unapproch person, He not provide his contact no and mail I'd and when I call moto customer care they have no answer and said to call back. But no one is called back to me only one day he called me but unfortunately I have not received call. And than no one to provide status to about my device to repair and returned .                                     I purchased Moto G3 on dated 10.08.2015. The phone went off on dt 22.09.2015. Your service center at Jamshedpur handles many companies at the same time. Your service center has kept the phone since 28.09.2015, 12:00. The person at the counter said me that it will take 15-20 days. To me, it is not covincing.                                       I have purchased moto g2 from Flipkart 11months ago, within warranty period. All of a sudden while watching videos it got stuck 16 days ago, I waited for few min and then switched off the cell after that, it was not switched on. Then I contacted Motorola Call Center for help. When I narrated the whole incident, they informed me to either auto start or hand over the cell to Service Center. As per their advise, I have taken that to Service Center (Motorola service centre - Global Service center, near Garware Bridge, Deccan, Pune) twice (once as it is along with box and other devices received from flipkart, and second time along with Invoice copy of flipkart from e-mail and ID proof). They have examined and informed me that we will check today and if there is a software problem it will take 2 days and if there is a hardware problem it will take 7-8 days, will give a call once we examined, I have not received any call from them after that. When I contacted, they informed me about hardware part issue and said we have ordered it, will take 3-4 days to deliver from Motorola company / department. After 4 days when I contracted the service centre after receiving the message that, cell was repaired and you can collect your device from service center. I went to service centre and came to know that, the part ordered was not suitable to operate the system, hence they have ordered another one. I asked how many days it will take to repaired, I got the reply saying, “Sir once we receive the part will repair it”. I asked the exact date or number of days it will take, they said contact call centre for the same, I raised a complaint for the same in Call center. As I don’t have another device for myself, I borrowed old device from my three friends as of now, saying will give it back after 2 days. Their after I repeatedly calling service centre but they only saying that we are looking into your complaint. After exhausted with my temperament, requested the call centre representative that I want to talk some responsible person who can guide me and can advise for the solution, they have confirmed that they will arrange for the call back. Later on I am calling continuously twice a day for 3 days and no one from the centre called me to speak up with me for my problem. I don’t have another device of my own and using friends cell. Can someone guide me the right way of my complaint so that I can get my device back with repaired at the earliest, as I am facing lot of issues with communication with parents, friends, colleagues etc. I am expecting my cell to be back by Saturday morning (3/10/2015). If not then new device should be give in replacement. Please let me know your guidance and advice on this number [protected] or on my wife’s cell number [protected].Your feedback is appreciable.

                                      I have not yet received my device. After several calls made, they are keep saying like we are looking into your case and you will get your device soon.

                                      I am really fed up now, without mobile I lost my all communications with my friends, relatives and most importantly my official timely contacts. The situation is intolerance.

                                      Can someone guide me what are the procedure to raise complaint against Motorola Co., so that I can get my device repaired sooner or ask for new device against it.

                                      I have raised the complaint and also made several calls to the Service centre and also the Motorola Help desk and every time I have been informed with excuses saying, we have made the order for hardware, we are looking into it, we will arrange a call back (no call back will be arranged), you will get it done by 19/10/2015, our service executives are looking into it and last but not the least excuses, now surprisingly they are saying like you may get it on 19/10/2015 as the hard ware is not available in company so they have ordered from abroad... also I have requested them to give it in writing that I will get back my device by 19/10/2015 also I extend the warranty period for the period the device is in service centre i.e. from 14/09/2015 to the date on which my device will be delivered to me with proper services with all features functioning on the device. As per the original warranty period will be ending on 22/10/2015.

                                      [Oct 01, 2015] Motorola customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I wanted to know what further action you will be taking on the Motorola Co & service centre for this Miserable services. or please advise me what should I do. It would be great if you explain with the necessary steps to take it further as an serious complaint
