Dear Sir, My phone MOTO G2 lies in Bhavnagar Service centre for last 28 days. I have given phone in service centre to get it repaired during my warranty Period. My warranty was getting expired on 26.09.2015. I had submitted my phone on 16.09.2015 and they have fixed faulty parts three times. Then I have demanded for new fresh piece as a replacement against my faulty phone so they denied. As I have called so many times to their customer care number [protected] but they also could not resolve my problem, all the time they have said me wait wait and wait and they have taken 28 days. Still my phone has same issue. My work order numbers with Motorola are as below. BAH/MG/15/00265 BAH/MG/15/00280 BAH/MG/15/00308 BAH/MG/15/00322. I have written mails to their higher authority people also but they also did not reply me back. After so many quarrel, service person Mr. Sandeep Kakadala connected me with service regional manager Mr. Ramashankar and he has given me his contact number +91-[protected] but he has never received my call. Still my issue is pending and service regional manager offered me swapped phone. When I asked him that did I pay for the swap phone? He did not reply me back. As they have sent 3 times faulty parts I asked them that how can we rely on your parts and products?? They could not reply me. I want you to take an initiative and resolve my problem as I am being frustrated because of them. I can provide you all the details which you require. Submission date-09/09/2015 I submitted my mobile 30 days before in service center. after 10 days days they returned my mobile without repairing that.On nexy day i again went to service centre and told them that problem is still the same in mobile, they again submitted my mobile for 10 days i.e 19/09/2015.after 10 days i.e 30/09/2015 they called me and said my mobile my mobile needs 10 more days to repair.today 09/10/2015, i again called them and they said that mobile is still not repaired. I purchased a motorola mobile - (Moto g second generation) on 10th November, 2014 from flipkart.The IMEI/Serial No of the phone is: [protected]. Within the warranty period, the phone started giving lot of problems. So I deposited the mobile in a nearby service centre - Smart Services (telecon division), Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar -751007 on 29/9/14. Even after 12 days of depositing the mobile, the service centre says I have to wait for another one week for the repaired mobile as the required parts are not available. The service centre never informed me what is status of the repairing and the phone number of this service centre is not working. I dont know why the repairing is taking so much time and why the company is not providing the required parts to service centre in time. Why a customer has to wait for more that 15 days for repairing of a mobile which is under the warranty period?

I purchased a moto e handset from flipkart on 2 october 2014.After 8 months i found problems in my handset related to display and power.i submitted it to the service center at bala ji comlex kanpur on 28 sep 2015 they received it in warranty period.After two days i received a message from service center that your handset is ready you can collect it .From that day to till now i have visited there many times but they don't respond in properly even .and i have seen that most of the customer are in trouble because of them for more than a month.now i am worried for my handset and thinking about those poor people .so i wish that u do some legal action against this public welfare plea.

I have purchased my phone(Moto G2) in Feb'15. I am having ringer problem since last month. First of all, there is no service centre in Yamunanagar(HR). So I was forced to visit Ambala. They replaced my ringer(supposed to), but the problem remain same. next I visited Saharanpur. They replaced the ringer but sound level was very poor and when later checked, I observed receiver also having the same issue for blurred sound. Then I visited Chandigarh. First of all address mentioned on website is wrong. When I visited the mentioned address, there I found that it has shifted to Sec 31, then I reached sec 31 and there I found another notice stating Motorola care centre from there also. So finally I reached the exact place after visiting three places. When I submit my phone for repair, they told me that they are not having receiver and mic and it will take 15 days to get repaired, although this is general item which should be always in stock even on such major service centre. Finally I was forced to take my phone back as I can't submit my phone for such a long period. For replacing speakers of approx 500rs. value, I wasted almost 2000Rs. for service centre visit and also my precious time. So finally I am still standing with same issue. I must say that Motorola Service is worst ever I have experienced. I will never buy any Motorola product in future and also will never recommend to anybody.

In the month of june after getting an update to lolipop.. even after not udating the phone.. phone was like that of a blocked device and was not able to use... imei getting null.. baseband version unknown..sims not detecting... after a lot of contacts and all...and after waiting for 1 month motorola provided free service for me when i got my phone back it was upgraded to loipop for correct 1 month it worked without much issue despite of getting restarting in between... again same issue imei getting null..baseband version unknown in past 2 months a lot o[censored]sers facing same issue only solution is tio change motherboard 2900 rs repair for a phone of rs 6000 who is responsible for this error a lot of people are having same issue its not possible to spend 3000 rs repair for a phone what to do?

I am Debabrata Singha Mahapatra from Kolkata, West Bengal. I purchased Motorola Moto G2(Model-XT1068) mobile from flipkart as on 29/4/2015. Then I was facing some problem with touch screen. So I submitted my mobile in motorola Service Centre (B2x Kolkata) as on 31st Aug 2015. They told me it will take around maximum 10 to 15 days but we will try to replair as soon as possible (Job Number-AMSKOL003001). After 15 days when I Called on Motorola Service Centre to know the status of mobile they told me that parts does not available and they assured me mobile will be repaired in next 7 days. Then I called Motorola customer care and they also told same thing as Motorola service center, kolkata. After next 7 days when I Called on Motorola Service Centre they told me the same thing that parts does not available and assured me mobile will be repaired in next 7 days. After next 7 days when I Called Motorola Service Centre they again told me the same thing that parts does not available and assured me mobile will be repaired in next 7 days. Then I called Motorola customer care to get written confirmation and they send me a mail on 29/9/2015 where they mentioned, “As per the work order the device will be repaired by 6th OCT”. Then when I called service Centre on 7th OCT they again told me the same thing that parts does not available. So I then called Motorola customer care again and then they send me another mail on 8/10/2015 where they mentioned that the device will be repaired by 13th OCT”. I really disappoint with this Kind of Motorola Service. First i got defective mobile and now getting very bad after sales service. So I am very helpless as a consumer. I Purchased Motorola 2nd Gen Mobile through flipkart on 10th Feb 2015...now i hv facing problem wid charging. was replace the charger from the B2X store from Pune narayan peth area but after replacement of charger mobile not charging..yesterday i gone to the service centre but they said that ur mobile is physically damaged *not by me* n now i[censored] want to change ur charger pin u want to pay 80% of mobile purchase..My Mobile is in warrenty then why i pay the charges ? I purchased my phone online from flipkart and my phone is still under warranty i.e MOTOG2 from motorola, within 1 month it was not working properly i made request to replace it and got successfully replaced but after 2 months i faced hanging issues, touch issues and battery issue. I submitted my phone to the service center of motorola on 11th Sept 2015 and was promised to get back my phone within a week after regular followup with the customer care representative i got my phone on 3rd October 2015 and while using it i felt the touch issue and the hanging issue to be continuing.The service center is 40 km from my home and it is not easy for a working professional to visit to the service center all the time .The service center also doesn't pick up the call and the customer care representatives doesn't help they always cut the line or make false promises. I am really fed up with the service provided by motorola .

I gave my mobile to the service center two times but they are not solved the problem, , every time they formatted mi mobile and sent back to me, , again the speaker problem was repeated ..., how can I give the suggestion to any one to buy this handset

Already my device was faulty so wanted to replace but since my nexus 6 was out of stock so i couldn't and now this is the second time my i had to take my device to service center and its more than one month and i have not yet received my device.

I have given the mobile set to the below address on 11th september 2015. Till now they did not the return the mobile and i believe that did not start the service yet. I gave my motog2 smartphone to get repaired on 22th August 2015 (work order no - Vij/MG/15/02506. It had a problem related screen problem .But It's more tham 46days and still they haven't repaired the phone. I raised complaint to customer care more than 8 times[protected] but nothing has happened. Still the phone is in service centre in vijawada city. Address of service center i" attached -" This is the 1st time I handed over my phone1st time for the issue... It is shameful ...your Motorola team and services was very very bad and worst. I really disappointed to co-operation with your bad service team on this case. Resolve this ASAP. Still the phone is in service centre in Mumbai city. This is the 2nd time I handed over my phone 2ND time for the issue of touch screen issue. Last time in feb 2015 and now in August 2015. Whenever I call on customer care no[protected], they give me every time new date for the ready of phone. Last time when I called they given me date 29/09/2015 (spoken with Balraaj - Ahmedabad). This kind of problem never takes this much time. I request you please help me, I really very frustrated.

Hi, I had bought a Motorola Cell phone in Oct 2014 through Flipkart. The model is Moto G 2. It is in warranty till October 21st, 2015. I have been observing an issue with the sound bar/speaker of my phone not sounding clearly when held in the left ear. To my surprise even others holding the phone on their left ear agreed to the problem. When checked thoroughly by me, I found volume is lower or negligible when phone is held on the left...

I bought a motog3 thro flipkart in the month of August...within 2 weeks of buying, the phone's display broke on accidentally dropping it from my hands. on registering a complaint with motorola's authorised service centre (B2X, Kandanchavadi- which initially denied to accept a registered complaint stating that there were already phones lined up waiting for the same spares and accepted the complaint only on sep 9th - Job sheet #AMSCHE002967) we are still waiting for a responsible response from motorola... 1. How can a reputed company like motorola run out of spares even after three months of launch of its products? 2. If motorola couldnt arrange for a spare part cant it replace the phone? 3. Is it true that neither the phone nor the spares are available with motorola for attending its customers?

We bought a Moto G 3rd Gen phone through Flipkart in the month of Aug 2015. Phone was accidently dropped and display was brokeon 30 Aug 2015. I called up B2X Authorized Service centre Kandanchavadi on 31st Aug 2015. They were not ready to take a complaint (or prepare a job sheet) due to lack of spare parts. I raised complaint with Moto Support on 4th Sep (Complaint #[protected]. Further to which B2X agreed to prepare a Job sheet and accept a complaint on 9th Sep (Job Sheet #AMSCHE002967). Inspite of multiple followup, Neither B2X nor Motorola Support is ready to provide a spare parts for the mobile display or even provide a replacement for the phone. Its been more than 5 weeks now, no one is owning responsibility to fix the problem. The repeated response is they do not have spares parts to fix the problem. This phone was launched only in the month of Jul 2015. For such a new phone, if the company is not able to maintain adequate spares, What is the point of trusting the branch like Moto? Please help me speed up my cause.

Dear Motorol a &Google Team We are having MOTO-G Mobile with Android Version 4.4.4, Facing lot of problem with Mobile DATA Drain. Tryd all possible solutions in net. Bt no improvements. (Same 4.4.4 version is running good with our other company mobiles.) What hell happening with your product, When not able to give good tested product to customers means why you people manufacturing the product. The Persons who are in Key Positions in your company need to feel shame for not giving good product. Also once i called to your call center from my mobile no( [protected]/[protected] ) there you people kept worst irresponcible null-knowledgeable people they dont know how to talk and then no? of resolving the issues. Even that fellow told he send resolutions to my email but till today iam not yet got. Lot of your customers are suffering from More Android OS Data Usage in your Brand Mobiles pls check in forums and googling. If any responsible persons exist in your company.
