Sir, i am to inform you that i had purchased a moto-g-2 on 8th october 2014 . But unfortunately my mobile automatically switched off and generated excess heat on 17th september 2015. Immediately i rushed to the c care center and handed over the mobile with job no 5052 dated 18/09/2015.The mobile covers it warranty period. After 15 days i have not yet received my mobile . I contacted several time but response is very poor . So look in to the matter so as to i shall get my mobile. Thanking you amresh kumar negi bhawanipatna [protected]

      Hi, I have provided my phone to Motorola Service Center BELL N TELL TELESERVICES located in Mulund on 12th Sept due to Software and Touch screen issue and they had promise to provide mobile within 15 days. But still I have not received my phone as they are saying Part is not available. Could you please help me on the same. I am just fed up with this service. I have also registered complain in Motorola, Complain no[protected]. They confirmed that the phone will be provided by 3rd Oct 2015 and today dated 1st Oct 2015 I have again called them on customer care and now they are confirming that Mobile will be provided on 5th Oct. Please help me to get my phone ASAP.         There is a physical damage to mobile screen because of our mistake. I submitted the mobile in DADAR for the 1st time in 1st week of July and I got no response and was handed over my phone is damaged condition only on 3rd August. I then called back my mobile. I again submitted my mobile on 20th August in Ahmedabad and still I am without my phone. I have complain to be filed with MOTOROLA INDIA. Its like 3 months and the phone is un-repaired. Its the latest model introduced in Dec. 2014 and MOTOROLA couldn't solve my problem because the screen was not available in INDIA. They don't have stock and they din't have courtesy to give me a replaced mobile. I have chased MOTOROLA Back Office - Hydrabad almost every 4-5 days and I was just given a answer that your case has been escalated and we are sorry for the inconvenience. The whole process is handled from Hydrabad The person who is incharge of my case, whenever i called MOTOROLA they said he is not in office and we will ask him to give you a call. I was never ever called back. I am highly disappointed and want to registered a Complain against MOTOROLA. If they launch so expensive phones they should definitely keep parts of the cell and if they can't manage it in time they should either give a replacement to the customer. This is not how Customer should be treated. HIghly highly disappointed with Motoralas service.

Service Center Name & Address : Technocare Solutions Pvt. Ltd.E-26, Basement, central park, Opp. ramaya place, lajpat nagar-II, new delhi-24 I have gone through the service center 4th times.But they are unable to resolve my problems. i have two Job Sheet number lpt/mg/15/06624(current) and lpt/mg/15/06624(Previous.). I Have complained to the motoro supports center, but the people from motorola haven't respond properly.

            Buy motorola Moto G(3rd Gen)XT1550 LTE-16GB BLACK, IMEI NO-[protected] on 2nd Aug'15 through Flipkart, but received in hand 11th Aug'15.Due to excessive heating when I contacted to flipkart by mail for returning the device, simply without any solution they rejected my returning process 4times and finally 30days later they informed me go to the service center.Now service center dalayed the repair process I don't know why?Several times they told Mother board still not reached here.

            I have purchased Motorola Moto G(3rd Gen)XT1550 LTE-16GB Black, IEMI No-[protected], 2nd August'15 online through Flipkart(WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd.Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected], Warehouse Address: NO. 42/1 & 43, KACHERAKANAHALLI VILLAGE, , JADIGENAHALLI HOBLI, HOSKOTE TALUK, Bangalore, Karnataka, India - 560067, Order ID: OD[protected]

But handset is delivered to me on 11 August'15.After few days later when I accessed internet specify on LTE SIM the device was excessive heat and battery was drainage automatically.I informed it to flipkart (flipkart apps) by returned item.Without any solution flipkart executive asked the problem and after that they cancelled the returning process 4 times.Last phone call I received from flipkart, the executive told me please go to the service center and check your device.after checking if your device is faulty then you will get a new one.But I informed him due to some reason I will be not available till 15th Sep'15, then he told it's ok ...don't worry I will set up next call time on that basis.But just one day later I saw my return request has been cancelled and one statement was displayed there "The issue has been resolved between you and the seller.Hence there will be no replacement or refund".simply I have given a email to flipkart that how can you cancell my return request without my knowledge ??Simply they answered you crossed the return process limit days(gurantee period).But my question was if I crossed the gurantee period then why you are not counting my previous (4 times) refund process that time you are intentionally rejected my refund request without any solution. But now service center is delayed the repair process I don't know why??As because Motorola customer care told your set is delivered in your hand 30th sep'15 but Electro Service center, S.B.Gorai road, Asansol told that they are not received mother board from the company ...So, in between this what's going on I can't understand.Though I have purchased this item with the value of Rs.13, 000, it's not a negligible amount then why should I take this faulty device...please sir look into this matter and do the needful.

              I have submitted my mobile on 5th September 2015 to Borivali B2x service center. They asked me to submit headset and wait for week. After a week since I received no response from their side, I mailed to email ID given me on their job number and asked for status. On my surprise, that mail Id was not worked and email got bounced. I called customer care center and asked the status. they said phone is not arrived and will take more 7 days. I asked to mail the details of the same. They refused to mail saying that they can't mail, they only call. Then I made a chat to motorola customer care center https://motorola-mobility-en-in.custhelp.com/app/mcp/trackrepair2 I started chat center and I was had word with Sireesha, who said that she will mail me the status in 48 hours. Suddenly I received a call from service center, saying that my mobile arrived and I can take the same. They told that part which has a problem will arrive in one week, and you can meanwhile continue to use your mobile So next day I collected my mobile from service center. I collected my mobile on 11 September 2015 and they said that part will any how will arrive by week. I again called the customer care center and service center on 15 th september 2015 asking them parts will arrive on time or not. They have mailed me that it will take longer than week and problem will get resolved by 22-September 2015. I recalled the service center and customer care, and they given me same answer It will take longer and you need to wait. Your problem will be getting resolved by 29 September 2015. I asked the reason. They only given me one reason parts getting delayed. and no other answer. I asked senior person email ID and phone number to whom I can raise the further the issue. Customer care center given email Id [link removed] I mailed this person on 23 September, and again on 29 September and still not received any answer. Service center given me the number [protected] where no body is picking up the call. On 22 September I was asking for option that what I can do if mobile get not repaired by 29th as specified by them. They were having no answer. I asked him to replace my phone in case it doesn't get repaired. They were not taking my request. After arguing a lot they told me that ok madam we have taken your request for new phone. When asked for mail about the same they denied to mail such details. I am sure they have not done anything. On 29 September again I called customer care ans service center they have same answer that now I have to wait till 05 th October. They are not ready to give any other details. Kindly help me on this issue. Now they have extended date to 7th October. I got one email ID [protected]@motorola.com who is supervisor and mailed on 23 Sep but no answer from this person. Last they said Mr. Balraj is going to call me in 24 hours but no call from the company Regards Dixita Gada

                Phone Model: Moto G 1st Generation XT1033 Warranty Status: Out of Warranty My phone screen got damaged and hence I went to an authorized Motorola Service Centre for repair of the same. At that point of time I was able to receive calls in my house where the signal strength is generally around 70-80 dBm(I got to know about this later using my friends Moto G), despite the completely damaged screen(using headset having call receive button). Location Details of Service Center: Name: B2X, Techtronix Mobile Solutions Location: Marathahalli, Old Airport Road, Sigma Arcade, Near Brand Factory I was told that it would cost 4270(inclusive of all) and will take around a week time. I got a call in the evening mentioning that there were no other issues except the LCD+Screen and I was asked to confirm if I am willing to get that replaced. I agreed for the replacement. I received the phone on 12th September 2015 after getting a call to collect the same. The details of the LCD/Screen replacement: Job Number: AMSBAG004501 Total Expense: 4270 After receiving the phone on Saturday 12th September 2015, it took me some time to realize that the signal was going off time and again completely and most of the time I was left without any network. I went to the same service centre the very next business day i.e. Monday, 14th September 2015. I realized that on my way to the service centre the network came back to normal which I found strange and thought that it was just a temporary glitch. Anyway, I took the phone to the service centre and they also told me it could have been a problem with the SIM card placement. I returned home to rediscover the same issue with no network. The next day 13th September, revisited the office and they did some software fix(as informed by a member of the service centre). I found the same problem yet again. Then I gave the phone to service centre as they told they would need to diagnose the problem. I got the next call on 23rd September 2015 from the service centre to collect my phone. I collected my phone on 25th September 2015 after I was informed that they fixed some software issues yet again. I performed an instant check and found that the signal strength was now somewhere around -110dBm in my mobile compared -50dBm checked with the same SIM card in another handset and I pointed that out immediately. They said it was a "Motherboard Problem" as at their side the tests were passed and the problem can't be detected in their tests. They also told me that in motherboard problem the issues were inconsistent. I was told that it would cost me 80% of the phone purchase price for motherboard replacement to which I rejected and told them it is a problem from their side that the problem only came to life after the 1st repair and further their incapability to point out the issue before making the LCD issue. I was offered a full refund of the amount I paid(4270 INR), to which I agreed after much debate and the previous invoice was taken back from me. Detais of the Software Fix done by them: GIN Number: GINBAG005846 Job Number: AMSBAG004933 Repair Closed on: 25th September 2015 My problem is as below: - The issue with the Signal Strength came out of nowhere only after the screen replacement. That's a straight damage done by the service centre(probably during their screen replacement). - The motherboard issue was never detected by the service centre. Can't they do more intensive testing from their end before handing over the phone to the user? - It took me 4 separate visits to the service center to finally find out that the problem is with the motherboard too. Why does the customer have to go through so much harassment and why can't the service center be more responsible during tests and before final delivery? I would request a repair of the problem which was only after the replacement of LCD/Screen.

                  I want to complaint against Motorola service center situated in Ludhiana near to bhai wala chowk, Surya Arcade building. I approached them as I found excessive battery drainage and heat up problem in my Moto E 2nd gen. handset. I deposited my handset with Work Order No: "WO LZT/MG/15/01104". After the 3-4 days I got an SMS stating: "For WO LZT/MG/15/01104 repair is completed. You are requested to collect the device from the service center during the working hours." from the No: DZ-066000. As it was clear from this message that my device is ready now so i asked my father to pick up the handset. He went to the service center only for this purpose after travelling a distance of 50Km approx. But the guys at the service center told him that the handset is not ready yet. He came back to the home with nothing in the hand. After that I again tried to contact them but most of the times they guys do not attend the phone call. Luckily yesterday I was able to talk to them but they again said that my device is still not ready. This is the height of harassment which i am facing. Please try to address my issue as soon as possible.

                    Hi, I have moto g 2nd gen on 16th Sep'15 i was in a call and my mobile got switch off i tried multipel time to on the phone but nothing happed then next day i vist the service center (B2X Laxmi Nagar) they said they will call me ones issue get resolve i visite last suturday in the cervice center they said that they are not recieving any product from the Motorola form last 12 to 15 days means they already have a back lock of so manny customer who are facing the problam. so may i know that how mutch time you will take to resolve the issue.

Then mobile replace by flipkart after that 24th april issue new mobile phone by flipkart. then new issue found i was submit mobile in ur service center 9 July 2015 Job id No AMSPUN003228 then 2nd time I was submit mobile ur service Center 24th Sept Job id No. AMSPUE000707. I raise Complaint in by ur Customer Representative My Complaint No is[protected] but no action on ur team only give a waiting time. so how can i belive u????                         I bought moto e 2 nd generation mobile 2 months back. It was working good till last week. Currently from last week mobile charging is not working. Actually, there was no external damage occured to the phone. I have taken it to the service center near secunderbad, Sri sai communication, suggested by Motorola service person from Chat live. He asked me to pay 250/- rupees to provide the estimation price to fix the issue. And asked to keep the phone for one day with them. The next day he called and informed that it would price around 2500. The phone is of cost 6000 and on top of it paid 250 to get issue examined and he was pricing 2500 rupees. Why does Motorola ship faulty pieces into market and exploit users on the name of services? I called the service centre and it is of no use. This is the worst service I have ever seen in my life.

                          I got my phone back from repair on 09-Sep-2015, But it still getting problem, Mic is not working properly, call drop is there, screen is not properly fitted by company service station. Such a shame to Moto for degrading their brand value by providing such a bad experience to the customers and by such a bad hardware. So finally i want my money back, kindly resolve the same ASAP.                             I bought a new mobile of moto G3 exactly 28 days back and i am having problem with that its getting heated very frequenty if i keep mobile for charging also its is getting heated within shorttime like 1/2 an hour . It is structed most of the times without doing anything .Please do something.

                              Hi Sir/ MAM. my name is ashish ranjan. 5 Months before i purchased a mobile MOTO G2 through online (FLIPKART.COM). After 2 months i Faced so many problems in my mobile its getting hang, overheating, resolution of camera is decreasing day by day, audio problem, audio jack is not working fine, sometimes not able to pick up calls, sometimes no voice on calls, maximum time network error problem, battery draining very fastly. as per product by motorola i have to say that i am not satisfied with this product.                                   On 5 september 2015, I lost my moto G2(IMEI number: [protected]). I immediately contacted motorola to track and block the device. Reference Number:[protected] Firstly they refused to track and they did not block my device through IMEI number. If anybody someone does something illegal with this device, then I'll be in trouble. Request you to please help as soon as possible.

                                    Bought a moto 6 2nd gen phone in jan 2015 and encountered a speaker issue in aug 2015 (caller/receiver could only converse if speakers were on). On 19th aug submitted the phone along with bill (as under warranty) to newtech solutions at vashi. (order no. Vzi/mg/151/01216)was told that it would take a week's time at least to have the same repaired. Made calls and also sent smses regarding status after the wait period. Was misguided that the phone was ready and was later told that the order no. Was taken down wrongly while checking status. Later, since there was no update, made complaints at the customer help email id but was provided with standard replies. After much followup, received a call on 19th sept from hyderabad that the phone was ready. Again on 24th sept, received a call that the phone was ready for collection. However on visiting the service centre on 24th sept, i was made to wait for more than half an hour and was told that the phone is not yet ready! i have written to the head of india operations- ramesh kotapu- but have not received any response as yet. Calls to the western region head - ashish patil - have also gone unanswered. Inspite of writing to customer helpline that the phone has not been received till date after repairs, they have conveniently closed my complaint case. It is now 40 days since the phone was submitted for repairs that too for a speaker issue. This wait has also eaten into my warranty period. B kuryan

                                      Sir/mam, i had purchase moto g2 10/10/2014. now my mobile is under warranty and my mobile is not getting charge so i visited the service center and submitted my mobile in borivalli branch (w) mumbai . even after i collect my cell i had same issue as before .so i had given my cell once again so please do the needfull and i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible so i can work on my things. and even after if it is not possible then please replace my cell.and please this time atleast give clear response and do the needfull. It's really a mmetr of concern Purchased from:- Flipkart .com I am very sure that I am writing to "deaf ear company " which is Motorola, I have never seen such a idiotic people like Motorola, I heard that Motorola started concept of 6 Sigma to their phone, but this company is not working at 1 Sigma, they are only making a defective product, I purchase Moto G 2 nd Generation two months backs and from day-01 this phone was giving problem, I have approched to The phone is getting heated up very fast and one day the phone was heated to that extend that it was about to blast, but by god Grace it didnot blast, I have given the phone to Chandigarh Care center but they are unable to resolve the issue from last 4 weeks Request you to please take the matter to the authorities Amit Bhargava [protected]
