Really the Motorola service centre is hopeless. They are saying as per the policy it should repair in 7 days if in warranty. But I given my mobile on 10.9.2015. But today when I called they are saying it will take 10-15 days still. This is really ridiculous. As a brand company they should repair our mobile asap. The service timeline is not at all acceptable. Finally i have taken back my mobile from the service center. A huge thanks to flipkart as they have taken back the mobile and returned my money.

    Respected sir/ Madam, I, Sanika Inamdar had ordered a moto g 3 which was delivered on 14/09/2015 and paid for by the method of cash on delivery by Rahul Kisan Komrekar ([protected]) I gave him 14000/- rupees in cash. He told me that he had to return me 11/- rupees. I asked him to keep it. Upon receiving the invoice I realised that he actually had to return me 911/- rupees. The only reason I didn't double check the amount at the moment of delivery was that I believed the flipkart guy would not lie to me. I am a student and it is a large sum for me, I have tried calling the above mentioned person several times but he has been unavailable.       I purchased Motorola Moto G 2 gen on 16/12/2014 through flipkart.com when i got mobile from flipkart i found that phone battery is draining so fast i make a request of return or change handset but flipkart refused it. After 2-3 months handset sim card slot not working and battery drains more fast i went to service center the repair sim card slot but battery problem is remains...Due to lack of time i cant go gain and again service center for this issue but after a month on charging phone battery continue goes draining then i went to service center they said we wil repair it and next day the give it to me when i got it back it have same problem...and now it have a new more problem that is hotspot signal strenght problem and battery backupp is now only 2-3 hours on full charging without calling and all other use..

        I purchase a mobile moto g in oct-14. in july-15 i was facing Hang Problem. i sent this phone to moto service centre banglore by courier (spending RS. 300) as in my city their is no service centre of motorola.after 20 days service centre gives me back my phone.after that this phone was sent to me by courier again spending 300 rs.but now this phone occurs new problem of touch. please help me. what can i do .i am facing huge problem without phone. i want new mobile and my all courier charge rohit [protected]

            Hello, This is first time I bought a handset from Motorola almost a year back, the time warranty expired my hand set started giving problem..such as suddenly speaker was not working. I spoke to your customer care and they advised me to take it to your nearest service centre Digitech Services 115/B Canal Street Sree Bhumit Kolkata-700048 when I reached there they said its a speaker problem, need to change charge will be Aprox 650. when I went there to collect the handset they said it was nothing, no changes has been done, they have reseted it, however they have charged the same amount. I am not sure the back cover they have altereid with some other handsset or not but the backcover I found not at all set with my hand set, when I told that they are not ready to accept it. After one week I found the same type of problem started. Now I am not able to move to the service centre again as I am afraid they will charge another 650 rupees without doing any thing. B2X is giving worse service in India, Please refer the blog and websites, I wish if I would have come to know before would have atleast save 650 rupees. I will never buy a google phone again neither I will recommend it..your service is too poor

              Worse customer service center chennai (T.nagar). I gave my moto e motherboard for replacement i am gave my mobile 7.9.2015 and till now the phone is still not being repaired.I only get calls frm motorola guys saying it will take 3-4 days. i am get the call but that people are told our end not received any board. so please wait. This is very irresponsible answer. Moto care very very worst in chennai. In metro city only 2 service center how to enough? Moto always cheating customer end and service is very worst that people are take 15 to 20 days this is one of the rules and regulation about moto. only one question asking for moto, Why sell your product in global. you are not maintain your company and service center please close the company dont irritate and dont cheat customer. I am really disappointed about moto. Dear friends please dont buy any product in moto. That people are cheating to people. pls share all your friends.

                Hi, This is in context of my Mobile phone Motorola G2 IMEI-[protected], which I ordered on date: Jun 7, 2015 from Flipkart. After few weeks o[censored]se, I found some problems in that phone like: • It took around 4-5 hours to get fully charge and in another 5-6 hour it gets exhausted. • It got hanged while taking videos. • Another is, while using at nights with zero brightness, its display fluctuates. I called the Flipkart customer care and told the problem, they replied that - “It’s been 4 weeks you have purchased the phone, so you should go to the Motorola customer care.” Which I find is fair. I went to the only service center in Gurgaon, which is 13 KM from Huda City Center. I explained the issues to them, and also present how to reproduce the issue. They told me they need to investigate the issue, so want me to submit the phone. I submit the phone on Saturday Sep 5, 2015. On Monday Sep 7, I called them in afternoon regarding the status of my phone. They said we had investigated the issue and resolved it. I further asked them did they follow the steps I told them to get the problem, they said yes. In the evening around 5:15 PM, I again reached there after travelling 13 KM and asked for my phone. They gave me and said- “It was a software issue, we updated the software and its working fine.” I took the phone and just make it zero brightness and the problem was still there. I don’t understand why these guys harass the customer. We had paid for the product and also for these services in advance. I went to the technical guy and show him the issues. He said we need to change the display. Here my only Question is- Why the hell, it’s still there. And what you guys has investigated, if the problem is still there. Further they told me, I have to submit it again. I was like I’m not your slave who again and again comes to you and ask for favor. They told me, they don’t have the display right now. I with a promise that, this issue will not get reproduced, again submit the phone. Also explain the battery issue which they are said is fixed with the update of software. After two days on Thursday Sep 10, I again called Motorola service center and asked for the status. They told me-“All the issues are fixed we have change the battery and display, you can come and collect your phone”. I again travel 13 Km and reached the customer care. I got my phone with replaced display and battery. I start using it, after few second I found the same display issue; I again call the technical guy. He told me we had replaced the display, I asked him-“Did you verify the issue after replacing the part?” He didn’t reply and started opening the phone and replaced the display again. But the same issue again occurs. I don’t know what the hell was happening. Now he told me to replace the Motherboard, I asked him-“No. Battery was already replaced; you replaced the display 2 times. Now you are asking me to change the Motherboard as well. Then what is pending, I paid for the new phone and not for these assembled part.” I came back. I have attached the: • Invoice of product • Complaint Letter - Where details of problem is written. • Delivery Note - Which was issued by service center, where it is written that all the issues are resolved. • Link- Which shows the issue is still there. The reason of writing this is I don’t want others to suffer. • Motorola don’t have any physical store, nobody could check the product before buying. • They have very few service centers and that too located in extremes of city.                     I had given my Motorola g 2nd generation white color piece for liquid damage on 12th august at Motorola authorised service centre at ETERNITY MALL, THANE. I WAS informed that I will get quotation in 6-8 working days on email and I used to check my mail daily for it, but dint got any reply from them, i was also given a track id on their website ccom.co.in/ct.aspx but it always showed my work in progress and in that I had commented many times that please send quotation on my email id but never got reply from them, I even called at the given contact number but they never received it.so finally I had to visit their service centre again for enquiring . I asked them t=about the quotation and they gave me quotation of 3340rs for replacement of motherboard and I agreed for the same and was informed that will receive my mobile in 6-8 working days and then I got a call from them that my mobile is ready on 5th of September and then I again went to the service centre to receive it .I waited for about 40 mins to juz see my mobile and then wen I received it, it was FULL OF CRACKS and then when i asked them about the cracks they BEHAVED VERY BADLY and was debating THAT IT IS IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECIEVED WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. I want my mobile in the same condition as while submitting it.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I have provide my Moto X2 for repair to B2X service center in Dadar(e) on 24th of Jul 2015 . I had issues with receiver of the phone. Till date i haven't received my phone back i have called numerous time on Motorola service center customer care, only response i get its parts not been dispatched for repair. Every other week the same response . They haven't provided me any contract to speak to senior person i have emailed them no of times but i haven't received any appropriate response. request you to help.

My handset was in 4 months gurantee . 1 nd a half month ago on 20 th august for repairence of touch & speakers, sir now it crossed my limit of patience . First of all its in warranty & they are saying that warranty is bounced, i have gurantee proof . Handset model moto g (2nd gen) XT1068.                             Well I am facing the same issues, I have submitted my Moto X2 device on 25th August to the customer service center in Marathalli, Bangalore. There Ms. Sushma (Manager) promised to repair the broken screen within 4-5 working days and every time I called them to get the status, They asked me contact Motorola customer care as there is no parts available. On 29th They escalated my issue and promised me to deliver the device by 11th September. Since 1st September, I am calling them everyday twice or thrice trying to reach somebody senior, somebody who can answer me responsibly but their executive always say that They cannot transfer my call but can arrange a call back. Since that day i am calling them asking for the call back but there was no response. Till date i haven't received any call back. I tried to speak to Mr. Ramesh Gottapu through emails but he is not responsible enough to reply to the mails even. Whenever I try to reach the people on customer care they always used to tell me "Sir you will get a call back on 10th with the status of the device" and Today on 10th they have rescheduled my call back to 12th without even talking to me. Even after so many calls, mails reaching to them on customer service center. There is no response. These have now started putting my calls on mute. I purchase motorola mobile on may 2015 .In hyderabad service centre i gave my mobile for 2 times in june and july due to software crashing and hanging.The 3rd time i gave it in Banglore service centre, they checked and said motherboard was gone and while we try to repair it the display was also gone.we made a order to company for them and said you will collect in one week.After one week they told the spare parts not received.I called to customer care and they said you got a call on[protected].I got the call and the concerned person said that you mobile will be delivered on[protected].Again they changed the delivery date to[protected] and agian changed to[protected] and he said at any cost the mobile will be delivered.I made call to service centre they told we didn't receive the spare parts.Please do me the favour for replacement of new mobile because i Just bought it ago 3 months.But the mobile is stayed 1 month 10 days in service centre.Please help me in replacement of new mobile.

                                  Since last three months complaining about poor performance of your Moto 2G instrument which I bought through flipkart. Thrice serviced by your recommended service center at Erode 638012 which also failed. The issue is sim port which is not supporting signal receiving while in remote place where other ordinary mobiles are able to catch the signals. I have samsung, nokia, micromax which are all able to get the network where as yours is attire failure. I logged complaint thrice no improvement at all. Let me have any suggestion from your side.                                     I submit my Moto G 2nd gen XT 1068-Black on 20 August 2016. (In warranty handset) Work Order No. KLH/MG/15/00837. Till date its not repaired. Its my working mobile. We really very disappointed by service of Motorola. Never going to purchase any motorola product, & also request to all to avoid purchase product of Motorola.

                                      I am a regular customer of motorola ., I bought a brand new MOTO G 2ST GEN mobile. using it, one day problems started in my phone is power off and blank screen, so i am go to nearest service center " SATYAM COMMUNICATIO..J ? 34, (Basement), Sec ? 18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh and they told me that your phone motherboard in not working repairing charge is 9000 because the fault is in motherboard. i told them but my phone is in under worriment so why should i pay additional charges . he told me we take the permission from filpkart then we will change your phone motherboard and i was submit my phone. after log time they call me flipkart not permitted to change motherboard, and the next day i pick my phone from service center and the final words of the service center employee is that the phone is dead, so i said its ok and pick my phone form service center, and when i came home and put my phone in charging, and my phone is start working again and now its working properly so now u guys tell me what type of service you people are providing to your client, I get very worst services form your side and please so establish good service centers so your clients get proper service . but i know your product is good but your service is very poor your service center in not good . they are just doing formalities i[censored] go there to some problem and any problem in your phone. they always told you your motherboard is not working .                                         I have bought a Moto G 2nd Gen. about 10 months ago. It was working fine till 15th august 2015. Now, it is showing problem with front Camera and earphone jack as well as ear phones. I called at the motorola customer care and they asked me to do some steps as: clear cache and if clear cache don't resolve my problem they ask for factory reset (in this the data will be lost) i did clear cache step. and went to service center. there they say that it will take 8-10 working days for camera and 25 working days for earphone jack. and when i asked to provide me another handset till the date, they denied. Sir, we are from a middle class family. we have that much of money to buy too many spare handset for ourselves. we save for a good one and when it stopped working (even in warranty period) and the service provider deny to help. what should we do???? I am really disappointed with the company as the company profile is famous for the sound quality of their products and services but sir without earphones and jack. what is the use of wasting money.
