    Well I am facing the same issues, I have submitted my Moto X2 device on 25th August to the customer service center in Marathalli, Bangalore. There Ms. Sushma (Manager) promised to repair the broken screen within 4-5 working days and every time I called them to get the status, They asked me contact Motorola customer care as there is no parts available. On 29th They escalated my issue and promised me to deliver the device by 11th September. Since 1st September, I am calling them everyday twice or thrice trying to reach somebody senior, somebody who can answer me responsibly but their executive always say that They cannot transfer my call but can arrange a call back. Since that day i am calling them asking for the call back but there was no response. Till date i haven't received any call back. I tried to speak to Mr. Ramesh Gottapu through emails but he is not responsible enough to reply to the mails even. Whenever I try to reach the people on customer care they always used to tell me "Sir you will get a call back on 10th with the status of the device" and Today on 10th they have rescheduled my call back to 12th without even talking to me. Even after so many calls, mails reaching to them on customer service center. There is no response. These have now started putting my calls on mute.       My name is Komati N V Manikanta Chowdary and my mobile number is [protected]. I purchase motorola mobile on may 2015 .In hyderabad service centre i gave my mobile for 2 times in june and july due to software crashing and hanging.The 3rd time i gave it in Banglore service centre, they checked and said motherboard was gone and while we try to repair it the display was also gone.we made a order to company for them and said you will collect in one week.After one week they told the spare parts not received.I called to customer care and they said you got a call on[protected].I got the call and the concerned person said that you mobile will be delivered on[protected].Again they changed the delivery date to[protected] and agian changed to[protected] and he said at any cost the mobile will be delivered.I made call to service centre they told we didn't receive the spare parts.Please do me the favour for replacement of new mobile because i Just bought it ago 3 months.But the mobile is stayed 1 month 10 days in service centre.Please help me in replacement of new mobile.

        My moto G2 hang at the time of opening the lock that time right hand side lower corner where is key no. 9 there press automatically. It hang a lot on some time so please do some thing for this problem. I formats it many time and two time give it in service centre but that is not solve

          Since last three months complaining about poor performance of your Moto 2G instrument which I bought through flipkart. Thrice serviced by your recommended service center at Erode 638012 which also failed. The issue is sim port which is not supporting signal receiving while in remote place where other ordinary mobiles are able to catch the signals. I have samsung, nokia, micromax which are all able to get the network where as yours is attire failure. I logged complaint thrice no improvement at all. Let me have any suggestion from your side.             I submit my Moto G 2nd gen XT 1068-Black on 20 August 2016. (In warranty handset) Work Order No. KLH/MG/15/00837. Till date its not repaired. Its my working mobile. We really very disappointed by service of Motorola. Never going to purchase any motorola product, & also request to all to avoid purchase product of Motorola.

            Dear bhushan...i too faced same problem with b2x service centre of motorola...they took money but problem not resolved...will not recommend moto to anyone...

              I am a regular customer of motorola ., I bought a brand new MOTO G 2ST GEN mobile. using it, one day problems started in my phone is power off and blank screen, so i am go to nearest service center " SATYAM COMMUNICATIO..J ? 34, (Basement), Sec ? 18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh and they told me that your phone motherboard in not working repairing charge is 9000 because the fault is in motherboard. i told them but my phone is in under worriment so why should i pay additional charges . he told me we take the permission from filpkart then we will change your phone motherboard and i was submit my phone. after log time they call me flipkart not permitted to change motherboard, and the next day i pick my phone from service center and the final words of the service center employee is that the phone is dead, so i said its ok and pick my phone form service center, and when i came home and put my phone in charging, and my phone is start working again and now its working properly so now u guys tell me what type of service you people are providing to your client, I get very worst services form your side and please so establish good service centers so your clients get proper service . but i know your product is good but your service is very poor your service center in not good . they are just doing formalities i[censored] go there to some problem and any problem in your phone. they always told you your motherboard is not working .                 I have bought a Moto G 2nd Gen. about 10 months ago. It was working fine till 15th august 2015. Now, it is showing problem with front Camera and earphone jack as well as ear phones. I called at the motorola customer care and they asked me to do some steps as: clear cache and if clear cache don't resolve my problem they ask for factory reset (in this the data will be lost) i did clear cache step. and went to service center. there they say that it will take 8-10 working days for camera and 25 working days for earphone jack. and when i asked to provide me another handset till the date, they denied. Sir, we are from a middle class family. we have that much of money to buy too many spare handset for ourselves. we save for a good one and when it stopped working (even in warranty period) and the service provider deny to help. what should we do???? I am really disappointed with the company as the company profile is famous for the sound quality of their products and services but sir without earphones and jack. what is the use of wasting money.

                  I bought a a Moto E (2gen) 3G phone in the month of April this year from flipkart. this is the Order ID: OD[protected] and this is the Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected]. i m facing proble ems on almost every month since i bought this phone. it stopped working all of a sudden. i went to the service station once but five times i get in ouch with the MOTO e online service facility members. every time they told me to wipe out teh data . it is not possible for me to restore it every month i lost quite imp data bcz of this. today also its not working...no water damange or physical damage is there ... i gurantee this... pls look into the matter...i got all related documents with thsi the chat session with diffrenert agents are also with me Regards Ashish Srivastava producer India news [protected]

                    Its the second time i am getting a problem in my device moto g2 and its repairing getting so much of time which is wasting my time and energy . Earlier i've got a problem in its charger too . As far the brand i am not so impressed by its quality and efficiency and its service centres are so damn bad and taking so much of time in repairing it . I wish you could resolve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you .

                      I purchased a motoG2nd generation and getting so much problem with handset. I had submitted it with service centre twice but phone is not repaired. I complained to higher authorities of Motorola they denied for replacement as it is still in warranty . Please help me as the company is not at all customer centric . Ph : [protected] Last 11 months my MOTO G 2nd Gen XT 1068 purchased through Flipcart, IMEI [protected] and [protected] was working fine. Last month on purchase of new model XT 1550, new Sim card was put in XT 1068. However Sim card slot one shows Emergency Calls only. Sim cart slot two shows blank. I tried putting different sim card in both slots but they are not working. All sims are working fine in other old phones. Kindly inform if it is problem of sim card slots and why they are not working. Also please inform where in Bangalore I should submit phone for repair.

                          I bought a moto G2 few months ago and now i'm facing a lot of problems in it. First i went to a Motorola service centre which was very far from my house. In that service centre there was no fan and no proper seating system at all. They took 2-3 hours and then re-installed the software. But now i am still facing many problems in it and i don't want to go back to that service centre again at all. Please send someone and get it refunded. Please improve motorola's service, i think it is very poor.

                            I purchaesd moto G2 phone from flipcart, by august 10th the phone bacame too slow and suddenly it didnt got charge and even the battery charging symbol was not shown. I visited nearby authorised service centre N R Markeeting, Muslim hostel complex, Davanagere, Karnataka. They took fifteen days to my phone repaired and returned me telling the mother board has replaced with new one. After i brought my phone to home and kept foe charge. it took almost two days to get completely charged and the phone becomes heat When i switch on the phone the battery gets exhausted in two hours, even if i dont use the phone it gets heated. Please replace my phone with a new one, or set the problem with the battery. I have fed up with visiting the service centre now and then.

                              I had ordered a Motorola Moto G 3rd generation phone from Flipcart on 5th August 2015, i received the product on 8th August... after 12 days the phone screen started to hang... the phone got slow... while dialing a number from keypad, any random number from the saved contacts list gets dialed automatically... the screen starts popping automatically some time. i had performed a factory reset procedure... but the same issue still persists... so i approached flipcart through Service Call they dint gave me the correct information on the first call and they took 4 days to talk to me... and even after that they said that we dont think that there is any issues in your cellphone and we cannot help you and i should approch motorola company for that.
                              the flipcart company has a policy of replacement of the products within 30days.
                              but they denied it.

                                Due to touch problem i put my mobile phone (motog2) to service center on 14-8-15 today is 4 october but still my mobile phone is not repaired...they always told the same answer ur mobile part is not available, but will come in 2 days..4 days and still so on...but when i call today they say sir the new part which Motorola send are also defective...so u have to wait upto Monday ...how much i wait now ...this is second time when my touch not working...what i will do if the touch which i received will not work after 1 month when my warrenty period over...secondly, is Motorola the big brand could send the defective piece...? please resolve my problem .

                                  I bought a motorola 2nd generation phone on 19th of may 2015. On 29th aug my phone got discharged and since then it was getting charged plus touch was not working. i took it to the service centre where they said to change the entire motherboard costing 8800rs. i refused and then had to take my phone to unauthorised person who just changed the charger ic and display. Due to the wrong information given by the service centre i had to give my phone in the hands of an unauthorised person. Company also refused to continue the warranty of my phone. just 2 months of purchase and i had to face so much of issues. Company is not resolving my problem. Kindly help out.

                                    Hi, on 21st of august i have given my mobile to the service center and was promised to get the product within 10 working days. till date whenever i call the customer support i get the status as "part pending". this is the same since 23rd of august. the job/incident number is LPT/MG/15/05651 Whenever i try to escalate it the representative says that they will mail me the complaint number. i had complaint twice but got no such email. kindly look into the matter

I have ordered Moto e 2nd gen Mobile on 18/03/2015 on Flipkart.com and received on 21/03/2015 thorough WS Retail Services Pvt Ltd (ekart logistics). My order ID is OD[protected] and VAT/TIN is [protected], IMEI/Serial No. is [protected]. But there was some problem in Sim Card Port-1 of my Moto e 2nd gen Mobile and it was not working, so as my Moto e 2nd gen Mobile was in warranty period I contacted Motorola help centre by my mobile but I did not get positive response. So, I have complained online consumer complain portal as service centre is not available at Surendranagar and then I got address of Motorola service centre located at Ahmedabad 120 far from Surendranagar. Then I went to 1st Motorola Service Centre, Abinav Technologies, located at Shop no. 66, Chinubhai Tower, Nr. Nehrubridge corner, Ahmedabad and told about my Moto e 2nd gen Mobile on 17/08/2015, but I did not received positive response. Then I went to 2nd Motorola Service Centre, B2X, Shop No. 6, Upper Ground Floor, Pavan Plaza Complex, Sardar patel Colony, Nr. Life Care Hospital, Naranpura, Ahmedabad. They told me that I have to submit mobile to check for submit and they contact me within 2 days. So I submitted my Moto e 2nd gen Mobile at B2X on 17/08/2015. But I did not received any call for 3-4 days, so I called B2X and they told that there was problem with motherboard and my Moto e 2nd gen Mobile will be repaired and I would collect on 31/05/2015. I went to collect my Moto e 2nd gen Mobile on 02/09/2015, but it was not repaired and they told I would collect after 10-12 days. I did not received positive response at all. So, I am complaining here at Motorola and Flipkart for refund my money as I did not received service from Motorola Service Centre and Motorola Company and Flipkart within time period and my Moto e 2nd gen Mobile was in warranty period.                                         I bought Motorola nexus 6 around 3 months back. It started hanging and over heating since the very first day while asking apps especially the in built camear app. Along with this its power button was not working properly. Then as its so called water resistant feature was proved to be fake when it got exposed to rain one day. Since that day the screen has stopped working too. Service centre is asking rs.22, 000/- to repair it while now the price is rs. 29, 999/- on flipkart. One more rotten feature exposed was its scratch resistant gorilla glass 3 which got scratches on it after a week or two. Feeling totally cheated now by its false self advertised over luring features. Should have bought an apple rather.
