I had purchased moto(g2) mobile through flipkart on[protected]invoice attached) which has one year of warranty.From the begining itself mobile is getting heat while talking and playing games.It produces sound like jasssssssss... then it will work only on restart(as per advise of customer care).This problem occurs very frequently.Recently the same problem was arised and i did the same.But this time the touch is not fully working like unable to draw the even app lock also.Hence i approached your authorised service center B2X which is located in Jayanagar, bangalore(service note is attached).After examine the handset, the concerned official has told me over phone that the mobile's motherboard is not working properly due to presence of water in it and it will costs around Rs.7500/- to repair the same eventhough warranty period also not completed.Really i shocked by listening this type of false information from one of the reputed company in india.I m very sure that my mobile is not collid with any liquid form.I dont know why they told that type of reason?.kindly look into the matter and do needfull at the earliest.Now my mobile in service center only.My mobile number is [protected]

    Motorola is such a worthless company. My phone's motherboard got corrupt..so i have given the phone for repairs.It has been 26 days and still they have been stalling me with the reason "part not available".I mean such a big company and you don't make parts ? Plus the service provided by B2X shop(Shop No. 8, 9, Ground Floor, Kasi Arcade, Thyagaraya Road, T.Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600017) is the worst ever.

      I bought my nexus phone on 14 February, 2015 from DH MOBILE PVT. LTD. Indore, & on 28 July, 2015 my phone stoped working… As it get switched off again n again w full battery charged… n service station (REDINGTON) is not accepting my cell on the point tat I have a duplicate copy with seal and sign on it, of invoice PLUS i have noticed that old customer are not satisfied with the services. Please help me regarding another service station or see to it.

        SIr please protect our complaint people taking advantage by ready our issue yesterday nite itself i have post this complaint and after issue mints or hour i got one call from X Y Z person saying that. am calling from Motorola Company. and telling that guy to me. like this sir we have received your complaint and i am going refund your amount what ever you have paid. i said sir i dont want amount i want only solution of my complaint i said. but still that guy name is Deepak Kumar telling that we are going to refund your so please provide your debit card number and expire date as well as ccv no. he is asking... i thought he not calling from motorola company he is some other person doing cheat with us... so am providing his contact no . and name : Name Deepak Kumar Mobile No.[protected]. please take a action on this guy.           I have purchased a moto g2 from flipkart in 12000rs on 19-04-15. Order ID: OD[protected] phone is not at all working properly. Battery is not at all working and front camera feature is not available. I called flipkart for the same problem they told me to contact the service center and my phone has been lying at the service center since 31st july 2015. They are saying that motorola company is not sending the parts. When i complain again to flipkart they are trying to make fool out of me by saying to wait and it has been almost a month. is motorola company caters to thr customres this way?? irresponsible behaviour on the part of the company service center as they have stopped taking my calls and Flipkart also. I want to return the product and want my money back. Whom should customer contact seriously worst behaviour by the company. Why company promises warranty and all. Just want my money back.

            Dear Sir, I have buy MOTO G2 Generation mobile in month of January 2015. Model No. XT1068 IMEI [protected], IMEI [protected]. ISSUE is First month itself i have got the problem with mobile in camera. camera is not working proparly. then i take the mobile to Authorized service center. what he did i dont know but again i am facing same problem. so second i have taken my mobile to Your authorized service center in the area of Seecunderabad. today that service center engg that guy is saying that i cont do under warranty. and i asked abt how mach charges will be for this i asked him. he were saying 70% percent of mobile cost. i felt very bad by buying this mobile now.. everything is good and my mobile having warranty still they are asking charges please help me out thanking you Velpula Sudhakar [protected] [protected] Secunderabad sudhakar.[protected]@gmail.com

                    I submitted phone Moto G2 due to issue in touch screen it is in warranty Work Order No ZST/MG/15/04164. it is more than 18 days today, but mobile is not reapired yet. even part is also not available and also not dispatched from company to service center. Daily i called service center but they told we will repair phone only when part is avail. therefore, i chat with company given facility also called 3 times with 2 days gap. every time they told your issue will escalate in 2 days. it is around 8 days i am communucating with Motorola toll free number. also raised a complain on priority[protected]. but didn't get any reply from them also mobile is not yet repaired. Please punish such fraud companies. they are attract customers only for buy a product after afterword not taking care of custermers.

                      I have given my phone to service center of MOTOROLA for problem regarding to touchscreen.They kept my phone for more than 2 month.Before that i have visited several time to service center for the same problem but they people are unable to solve problem.And when i call to them to their land phone they don't receive phone call and then go to that service center they told me wait for another 6 to 7 days.It is not fair. they don't know how to behave a customer.

                        I had bought moto E mobile, online and half year back, one of the service centers charged me 500rs just to change the speaker. He also told the speaker charge is just 50 rs. But the service charge is 450 Rs. I was in a hurry couldn't argue with him because o[censored]rgency. Where can i lodge complaint on him??

                            Hi on 12th August 2015 my motorola 2nd Gen phone suddenly stopped working. On 13th August, 2015 i took my phone to the Vignesh Service Center Sec-31-D, Chandigarh. They were behaving very rude and without checking my phone completely they said your phone's motherboard need to be replaced. They said it will take 10 days to repair it. after 10days on 24th Aug, 2015 again i visited the service center and again they said that parts are not available and it will take 3 more days. Please give me solution either repair my phone or replace it. It's under Warranty and i bought this phone on 9th April 2015. You people are really having very bad customer service. Samsung and nokia are much better than you. Please reply me asap on [protected]@gmail.com

                              I bought motog2 from flipkart 45 days back accidentally my phone fell from 2 feet high and entire screen is crushed the place where the impact happened became like powder.the screen crushed completely for a drop from chair with guard and screen guard is this quality of gorilla glass.

                                I took my phone for software, and earphone jack was stuck in my phone, for that i visited lajpat nagar service centre, while reparing the phone initially they rest/format my phone and secondly they took off my display/screen and didnt stick it back with the permanentr gum that i came to after a day, firstly they didnt intimate that they will be taking off my screen and if they did so they should stick it back and whwn i notified them about the mistake than theu said theyu have to order the gum for making it permanent and then they ordered for the gum but in the mean time i dropped my phone and the screen was cracked now how will be responsible for the cracks. AS i am the advocate i am planning a lodge a consumer complaint in the sekh sarai consumer forum. lets see how far can they tackle this type of situation

                                  Dear Team, After so much hassles, repeated visits and calls to your service center in Patna, i am pushed to complain and escalate the issue. My mother's gifted mobile Moto E (1st generation ) is not working and submitted to Moto service center on 1st August 2015 at Patna (shop name : Graphline care). The service center guys are nor co-operating neither clearly stating that when they will repair the product. It has been more than 25 days and still we are repeatedly harassed by visiting the shop, calling them and non-co-operation by them.                                   Hello There,

                                  I have the same problem, I have Moto E, it has a problem of continuous restart. First I submitted to Service Center, (Global Services, J.M. Road, Pune), they said it is the issue of Software. As the phone is in warranty, we will solve this and may take 1-2 days. I thought, it is good, but they took 8 days to just update the OS from 4.4.4 to 5.1. When I took the phone to home, the same problem of Restart start again with more frequently. So on next day again, on 10th Aug I took the phone to same service center, this time they said, it is the problem of Hardware, and may take 8 to 10 days. When I called them after 10 days, they said, we have not received hard ware from Motorola company, so we can't do anything. I took follow up with Moto customer care, they said, will get back to you in next 24 hours. But still after 4 days, I don't have any status. Local Service center says, Company has not dispatched the hardware yet.

                                  This is the WORST service I ever seen for any company.

When I got the phone had an order book It was written at the time of the phone is the phone just BreakFree. Now my phone's display shattered nd Speaking of Motorola care that the service we paid yet been. Speaking of Motorola care that the service we paid yet been, The first was uttered when the display is Breakfree and its warranty is one year. Right now I'm very upset with the company and I need phone replacement from company. thnku

                                      I had purches a motog 3rd generation 16 GB mobile phone from flipkart, initially it works fine, but day by day the noise problem get increased in speaker. Now it is very erritating, even I'm not understand what caller say sometimes. Please provide proper process/chennle to complain over this. Cause this a brand new phone and this type of problem not expected from Motorola brand. Thanks, Rahul

                                        My phone (moto g 2nd gen) got into water for 2-3 seconds and stops working. Company told me that moto g phone is water resistant but now it not working. phone works for a few hour but after that it gets switch off and doesn't start and also not charging. there is problems in speakers and mike also. company says that we cant repair it. it will be cost. but still phone has 1 year warranty with water resistance.
