I have my phone to authorised service centre B2X raipur, chhattisgarh, India for repair of camera. When I received the phone, it's back panel of improperly fit and is damaged too.when I asked about it, they said it happens like this only and we can not fix it properly. If I wish, I could complain it to Motorola. The phone looks disgusting now. The customer job I'd is- AMSRAI000070. If they can not do it properly, why is it named as customer service center?

    I have bought moto e2 in the month of March and within a period of 5months the speaker stopped working.so in the month of August I have given in service center in rahahmundry, after a span of 14 days they told that the problem is with mother board.and they told that it takes still 2weeks to solve it.how it so simple to put mobile all the time in service center .I don't understand why Motorola cheats customers by installing worst mother boards.the service is also not good.please provide justice.

      I have bought the motorola 2nd generation last year . It is still in warranty but few days left only. The performance of phone has become terrifically bad. It hangs too much. Shuts down then restarts . Exit apps itself.report problems in every usual application .like application not responding. Please handle the complaint soon. Get me a good impression of company that it serves consumer well. Coz we as consumer, your gross n publicity is from us. Thankyou

        I bought phone moto gen2 on oct 2014 at the very first of launch in india from flipkart. . The phone fell from my hands and the glass cracked. yesterday it fell down form only 1 mtr height and screen got broke. will you please tell me it has a gorilla corning screen 3, normally it should not to be happen like this. am really very upset and i want an explanation that if it has a gorilla class corning how can be it broke just form 1 mtr height and please i also have a motorola defy i still use it and if you want i can purposely throw that phone from 10 mtrs and still it will be the same. so why gorilla glass 3 is so weak. The phone is working absolutely fine, if m asking them to replace they are saying the glass wont be replaced complete assembly (display) will be replaced. which costs 6000/- here this is 60% of the cost of phone. Thats higher than apple.moreover it is not available at the service centre. Ashutosh [protected]

        This is really disappointing Ashutosh, Screen should not break normally from 1 meter, I have a sony xperia phone..Sony phone are normally considered the weakest, it has fallen from my hands several times but nothing happened to the screen . . . This should be repaired by moto free of cost..

          I Mr. Yashodhara Alva have purchased Moto G (second generation) on 05/07/2015 in Flipkart, Order Id : 0D[protected]. My concern is memory card not working I have given it to Nagashree Communication Mangalore to rectify the problem on[protected] but they have said that the mobile mother board has problem, I just want to know that within a month will the motherboard have problem, if so i request you to replace my mobile with new mobile. its really sad to know that your brand gets such sort of problem. Please do the needful as we are not getting correct response from your dealer.

            my self kalpesh mhatre my mobile phone i will submitted on 21 days ago in service center.this cervice center staff told me your cell phone well u recived in 10 to 15. But when i will go now gallary in 1st time vashi he told me your cell phone is not repair i have no spare part. then i ignore i tell him ok you will adjust spare part.he told me you will come now 4 day.so after next time i go to the gallary but same situation this time hi is told me again 4 days... so plz tell me whats going on...what r u doing...cervice center person...

              If you want yourself to be torured please give your phone to motorola service team in mangalore. I bought this phone in the month of augst. my home ois 100+ kilometres away from nearest service centre mangalore.so after three months one fine day th phone started getting restarted automaatically. i had lots of important and delicate data. i gave phone for servicing ny jan end.and it took them almost 20 days to get my phone repaired with a new processor.. New processor.sorry afaulty processor. i wet home thinking i got new processor but the truth is i was repalaced with some refurbished old processor. flash doesnt work, network goes off every five minutes. forget all these the bsic functionalty of pohone that is placing calls i couldnt even place a call. such was the ocondition. so i contacted service team via toll free.. he asked me for job sheet number. i didnt have the recipt. i tolod hiim new imei number and old imei number. as service centre id far aaway i called them a MILLION times to get my recipt number they dont attend calls and athis representative was like am lieying i have not given phone for servicing at all. finally when i got time i visitred mangalore service centre and asked for new processor on august 12. and since that day everyday twice am in touch with chat team ofmotorola telling them get it repaired.ship the parts. the part has to be shipped from chennai to mangalore but they make me feel as if part has to be shipped from afrca via antartica and europe. 8 days were not enough.and more over service centre staff dont attend calls. i had to sen my friend to the service centre and whati was told was that the service person the concernedperson is on HONEYMOON.riofl. let him go to honeymoon or heaven i want my phone back they are asking me to wait till month end. am taking it to consumer court

                I have purchased the above mentioned phone on 31.05.2015. since then the same problem arised. First time the service centre repaired it by telling that it is a software problem. Same problem arised after a few days. The service centre people said that it is a hard ware problem and they have to get the component from the company and they will give the phone within !0=15 days at the maximum.First of all I want to know why service centres are not having the components at their end for such common problems. so that customers do not have to wait for so long. Secondly if it is not possibe why dont company take it on priority so that customers do not have to suffer without a phone for such a long period. On my continuous inquiry service centre is still not in a position to tell when my phone will be repaired. this type of service is not expected by such a reputed company which says they are one of the pioneers in mobile phone industry. I request thru this complaint that my problem should be resolved quickle or my money should be refunded.

                  I purchased Moto G (second generation ) in flipkart big billion sale day. It stopped working after 6 months. As per Motorola service center.Jet /charging point is damaged & which is not under warranty. they told me mother board will have to be replaced which is very costly there were two more boys with the problem. somebody told me that he has visited Lajpat nagar service centre. they can repair the jet point but will charge Rs.1500/= since is not under warranty. How can it stopped working in 6 months

                      I got a moto x mob in flipkart last yr 2014. It's not even a yr completed, wi Fi button won't turn on. So gav the mobile in tnagar Motorola customer care. After 1 month they gav the mob back clsiming issue resolved. After that wi Fi worked fine but it won't detect sim card. So took the mob again to them, they claimed software issues, since they changed mother board, Mob got locked. Told me they will give the mob back in a week. Every time I call them the no is busy. Learnt that they have put my no in screening. When I try from diff no they pick up and giv fake silly reasons. So went in person to ask my mob but they told mob is not ready yet and ask to come in 2 days. Due to office hrs couldn't go in person. After a 1.5months, I've to go this week in person to ask them. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PUTTING CUSTOMER NUMBERS IN SCREENING FAKE REASONS BAD QUALITY

                        Dear sir,

                        I have given my moto g2 to Mysore center for repairing and i have not yet received my mobile after 18 days. I have spoken to Moto call center nearly 20 times and had spoken to escalation manager in Motorolla and they have no mood to provide me my mobile back.

                        I was trying to reach Sandeep (Sandeep Kakadala ) and said that i will reach consumer court and they are not worried to take any action.

                        I was calling call center from past few days and now they are disconnecting my call after receiving my case.

                        Could you please take this action in your hand and help us as Motorola is not trust worthy and i will try to make sure that this reaches to most of my friends and they stop buying the product.

                          I purchased MOTO G (2 gen) on Oct 2014 via Flipkart. Phone worked fine. In the month of Aug 2015, fone's not turning on. So, visited the service centre in Andheri (E) on 10th Aug & was informed the phone is liquid damaged & out of warranty. Agreed that water could have got in my handset. I agreed to have it checked & paid Rs. 300 to check the handset (Job No. 156). Called the service centre on 13th Aug & was informed the motherboard needs to be replaced with a charge of Rs 5500. I was not at all happy with the response since after asking again, they were not able to tell what had caused the issue. I disagreed stating the cost is too high & left the service centre. I then went to a local repairer the next day & explained him the situation. He took the phone & had an hearty laugh, also he enquired about the battery. I informed him it's an inbuilt battery & was thinking to myself he's not aware about mobile phones. To my surprise he insisted to open the phone, stating there's no battery in it. I agreed with him to open the phone, but was not willing to give my handset for repairs to him. I was shocked to see there's 'no battery' in my handset, was very furious, since I did not agree to pay for the mother board, they cheated me. Then called the service centre & they were blaming me for not checking the handset, however as a consumer I'm only aware that the handset has an inbuilt battery, but have never had access to it. I then visited the service centre on Monday 17th, (Independence day & weekend) was informed it is my mistake not to check if the battery is there or not. I tried explaining my situation, but always felt as if I am the person on the other end. Instead of listening to the customer's grievance, they were ready to pounce with answers. Later (Nilesh) informed that he will provide me with a battery & was satisfied with his response. All this for 20 - 30 mins of drama & feeling that I should have never purchased a Motorola or for that matter never should have visited the service centre in my life. It was a bad experience with the service centre. I hope no one has to go through this situation

                            Motorola is just fooling their customers. they are not using genuine parts. in almost 5 months, i have visited service center around 10 times but my issue is still same. they are not doing anything to resolve it. My phone is hanging, slow processing after the change of motherboard even. Motorola is just giving a excuse that they dont have the replacement policy but its a manufacturing defect than what is the fault of the customer. Somebody pls help

                              Worst quality phones specially moto X 2nd gen. Sheer waste of Rs 32000. Phone didn't last even 6 months and even after repair and getting mother board replaced, it again went off in 10 days. Very unsatisfied. Poor quality products and poor customer service. My cousin purchased moto g 2nd gen. He got his phone replaced within 10 days due to defects in phone. Very unreliable company

                                Problem 1 -the person on the other end of the phone cannot hear my voice when i talk. problem2- when a call comes it doesn't display on the screen in full. it displays only on the top screen in a very miniature form to accept or reject. problem 3- when i call sometimes the call gets connected in the background while my active screen doesn't show that the call has actually been connected problem4- sometimes the keypad doesn't type texts till i exit the keypad completely.

                                    Dear Sir, In the matter above it is to say that I purchased black colored Moto G Motorola mobile phone through filpkart last year warranty of which is going to expire on 19th of August 2015. Due to moisture problem in the mobile I approached to service centre name Ensure support service, F-46 B, Ramesh Marg, C-scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan for replacement/repair of mobile mentioned above but they directly refused to entertain this case. Touch screen of this mobile is working properly, mobile can be switched on and off, display is there on screen (some haziness) and all other functions are proper. The service centre directly refused to even examine the damage occurred if any due to moisture. Sir, when my mobile is running under guarantee period then why I am devoid of being repair/replacement of my mobile? Please consider my request in arranging necessary formalities for replacement/repair of my mobile at the earliest. I have approached the company on 13th and 14th August 2015 i.e. 4-5 days earlier before completion of warranty period. Thanking You.                                       Dear sir, I have purchased moto e 2nd gen in march 15. Recently sim 1 was automatically disabled I have changed sim in sim 2 port and it was on but sim 1 port was disabled as sim inserted in it. I tried to search Motorola's service centre in my city SURENDRANAGAR but I failed as there is no service centre in my city
