I have my phone to authorised service centre B2X raipur, chhattisgarh, India for repair of camera.
When I received the phone, it's back panel of improperly fit and is damaged too.when I asked about it, they said it happens like this only and we can not fix it properly. If I wish, I could complain it to Motorola. The phone looks disgusting now.
The customer job I'd is- AMSRAI000070.
If they can not do it properly, why is it named as customer service center?

I have the same problem, I have Moto E, it has a problem of continuous restart. First I submitted to Service Center, (Global Services, J.M. Road, Pune), they said it is the issue of Software. As the phone is in warranty, we will solve this and may take 1-2 days. I thought, it is good, but they took 8 days to just update the OS from 4.4.4 to 5.1. When I took the phone to home, the same problem of Restart start again with more frequently. So on next day again, on 10th Aug I took the phone to same service center, this time they said, it is the problem of Hardware, and may take 8 to 10 days. When I called them after 10 days, they said, we have not received hard ware from Motorola company, so we can't do anything. I took follow up with Moto customer care, they said, will get back to you in next 24 hours. But still after 4 days, I don't have any status. Local Service center says, Company has not dispatched the hardware yet.
This is the WORST service I ever seen for any company.
