I have bought Moto E from flipkart on july 2014. On august 3 2015 my mobile not getting GPS signal and not connecting to Wifi and Bluetooth .I gave to repair to the Moto Service Center, They said that issues with Mother Board. Now i'm asking to replace the Motherboard. But they are denying to replace it...

I have given my moto g2 in service centre of nagpur(B2X, Jhansi rani square) 15 days before. Phone is in warranty period. phone is hanging on logo. Only they have to do software. Unnecessary they are delaying. Everytime I go, they tell to come tomorrow. Do the company wants to void my warranty period by telling tommorrow....

Motorola, you have the worst after sales service in India. You will not find email address or contact number of any senior employee to go to. And we all know that customer care is useless, especially of Motorola. In a gist, Motorola considers its customers not worthy enough to share even the email ids of its senior employees. the phones battery drains from close to 70 % to 0 % in 1 sec. this is digusting, this is a problem with many other cases regarding moto g product. The company should be charged against this.
