I purchased MOTO G (2 gen) on Oct 2014 via Flipkart. Phone worked fine. In the month of Aug 2015, fone's not turning on. So, visited the service centre in Andheri (E) on 10th Aug & was informed the phone is liquid damaged & out of warranty. Agreed that water could have got in my handset. I agreed to have it checked & paid Rs. 300 to check the handset (Job No. 156). Called the service centre on 13th Aug & was informed the motherboard needs to be replaced with a charge of Rs 5500. I was not at all happy with the response since after asking again, they were not able to tell what had caused the issue. I disagreed stating the cost is too high & left the service centre. I then went to a local repairer the next day & explained him the situation. He took the phone & had an hearty laugh, also he enquired about the battery. I informed him it's an inbuilt battery & was thinking to myself he's not aware about mobile phones. To my surprise he insisted to open the phone, stating there's no battery in it. I agreed with him to open the phone, but was not willing to give my handset for repairs to him. I was shocked to see there's 'no battery' in my handset, was very furious, since I did not agree to pay for the mother board, they cheated me. Then called the service centre & they were blaming me for not checking the handset, however as a consumer I'm only aware that the handset has an inbuilt battery, but have never had access to it. I then visited the service centre on Monday 17th, (Independence day & weekend) was informed it is my mistake not to check if the battery is there or not. I tried explaining my situation, but always felt as if I am the person on the other end. Instead of listening to the customer's grievance, they were ready to pounce with answers. Later (Nilesh) informed that he will provide me with a battery & was satisfied with his response. All this for 20 - 30 mins of drama & feeling that I should have never purchased a Motorola or for that matter never should have visited the service centre in my life. It was a bad experience with the service centre. I hope no one has to go through this situation

    Motorola is just fooling their customers. they are not using genuine parts. in almost 5 months, i have visited service center around 10 times but my issue is still same. they are not doing anything to resolve it. My phone is hanging, slow processing after the change of motherboard even. Motorola is just giving a excuse that they dont have the replacement policy but its a manufacturing defect than what is the fault of the customer. Somebody pls help

      Worst quality phones specially moto X 2nd gen. Sheer waste of Rs 32000. Phone didn't last even 6 months and even after repair and getting mother board replaced, it again went off in 10 days. Very unsatisfied. Poor quality products and poor customer service. My cousin purchased moto g 2nd gen. He got his phone replaced within 10 days due to defects in phone. Very unreliable company

        Problem 1 -the person on the other end of the phone cannot hear my voice when i talk. problem2- when a call comes it doesn't display on the screen in full. it displays only on the top screen in a very miniature form to accept or reject. problem 3- when i call sometimes the call gets connected in the background while my active screen doesn't show that the call has actually been connected problem4- sometimes the keypad doesn't type texts till i exit the keypad completely.

            Dear Sir, In the matter above it is to say that I purchased black colored Moto G Motorola mobile phone through filpkart last year warranty of which is going to expire on 19th of August 2015. Due to moisture problem in the mobile I approached to service centre name Ensure support service, F-46 B, Ramesh Marg, C-scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan for replacement/repair of mobile mentioned above but they directly refused to entertain this case. Touch screen of this mobile is working properly, mobile can be switched on and off, display is there on screen (some haziness) and all other functions are proper. The service centre directly refused to even examine the damage occurred if any due to moisture. Sir, when my mobile is running under guarantee period then why I am devoid of being repair/replacement of my mobile? Please consider my request in arranging necessary formalities for replacement/repair of my mobile at the earliest. I have approached the company on 13th and 14th August 2015 i.e. 4-5 days earlier before completion of warranty period. Thanking You.               Dear sir, I have purchased moto e 2nd gen in march 15. Recently sim 1 was automatically disabled I have changed sim in sim 2 port and it was on but sim 1 port was disabled as sim inserted in it. I tried to search Motorola's service centre in my city SURENDRANAGAR but I failed as there is no service centre in my city

                Moto x play doesn't work

                  I Have Purchased A MOTOG 3RD Generation Phone Through FLIPCART and I have Paid Full Amount Of Rs..13, 000/- and I Have Received MOBILE PHONE Through BLUE DART Corriers The Phone IS Not Working The above phone 2ND SIM is not working and I have submit return request to FLIPCART to change or repair the phone but till date the FLIPCART has not responded and I have approached the MOTOROLA service center at VISAKHAPATNAM but the service center people has not responded so please change are repair the phone

                    I have purchased moto g and moto e, 6 month back. My mobile charge was dry the i put charge the battery was not charged. i have give to tirunelveli moto service center. he told me the charger pin was damaged repair amont 1500 rs. but actually the pin not damaged. i have received return back and give private service center. they pushed battery the problem was solved. Then i have same problem in moto e. I have give to same service center they told after one month the repair amount 2500 rs . the mobile price Rs-3999 now.

                      Motorola committed to repair my phone within 7 days and now it has been more than one and half months and you people are wasting my and time and energy by sending me from one person to another. I have spoken to many customer care executives of yours and all they fooled me by committing to deliver within next 7 days, then again within next 7 days, then again within next 7 days – It’s more than 30 days over your commitment to repairing my phone within 7 days. Don’t you feel any kind embarrassment when you keep breaking your commitments repeatedly for 5 times? That’s too after getting a deadline of 7 days to fulfill one commitment? If you can’t repair my phone, replace it with a new one ASAP or else I will be forced to go to consumer forum against you. You don’t have any idea what kind of convenience I am going through for your faulty service. Please pay attention my request. It’s my humble request to you.                         many time i go to Surat Service Center and they are not any response and Call center employee said that Motorola Head Executive call to my phone but nobody call and no response

                          I have Moto G (2nd Gen.) and i used this phone from last 10months and in each month there is some problem.. within 4months i had to change motherboard of the phone. and every 3months i had to visit the care center. so i thought that my piece of the phone is defected. as this much of problem will not be found in any other cellphone.

                            Bought a new NExus 6 on Flipkart on april. the phone's motherboard went off in 2 months. When contacted they're saying that replacement period is over and all. I gave my phone for service and it's been a month and haven't got it back yet. flipkart should take responsibility for this. and so does motorola.

                              I had given my mobile MOTO E to the Hyderabad Service center at Abids on 7th July. 35 days have gone and till now they have not repaired my mobile neither they are giving me any spare mobile. Their Customer care representatives are only delaying by days. they are also not connecting me to their Higher Authority neither replying to me.                                 Dear sir, i have ordered moto g 3rd generation two days before through flipkart. The features of the phone is excellent but i am hving heating issue in my phone which was bought by me recently. The phone has getting too much of heating within six mins while using data.. i have return req to flipkart. I am perusal customer of our motorola, tats why i have filed complaint regarding our product. Bcoz, earlier days i have bought like motorola x 2nd gen, g 2 nd gen. The above said phones has not getting any issue. Tats y i bought moto g 3rd gen. Please rectify the problems for partucular model

                                  I am feeling bad that we are paying for original screens and we are getting duplicates even in authorised service stations... And they are getting cracks with in a month...I had a doubt if moto itself is like that or they are giving me duplicates...

                                    I have Submitted my mobile (Moto E) in moto service center at 22 June 2015 for service. I have received it on 18 July 2015 and resubmitted it on same day again. bcz my mobile is not repaired properly. First time My job sheet no :- AMSJAI002061 date 22 June 2015 Second time My job sheet no :- AMSJAI002795 date 18 July 2015 I am much frustrated now as i am yet to get my repaired mobile back. Worst service ever had!!!

On august 3 2015 my mobile not getting GPS signal and not connecting to Wifi and Bluetooth .I gave to repair to the Moto Service Center, They said that issues with Mother Board. Now i'm asking to replace the Motherboard. But they are denying to replace it

                                        I have given my moto g2 in service centre of nagpur(B2X, Jhansi rani square) 15 days before. Phone is in warranty period. phone is hanging on logo. Only they have to do software. Unnecessary they are delaying. Everytime I go, they tell to come tomorrow. Do the company wants to void my warranty period by telling tommorrow.
