Hi, I had purchased MotoE 2 months ago and after 1.5 months My phone got heated and suddenly display was broken while putting in my pocket and I had escalated this issue to Customer Service and sent several emails as well but no one is helping out here. I am really disappointed that this product has not been tested well. this is a manufacturing problem and i would like to know Motorola will replace this phone or Not? if it can heat and broke while putting as it is then it may also lead for a Blast i am sure but Still they are not taking any appropriate action.

    I have a Moto E 2nd Gen (White) phone purchased in April 2015 from Flipkart and gifted it to my mother on her wedding anniversary. Sadly, the phone started having issues within 3 months time (in July 2015) and it kept powering off despite battery being fully charged. I have opened a ticket with Motorola - [Incident:[protected]]. After their suggestion, I took the phone to your service center in Mumbai - Andheri East. They worked on it for 10 mins and gave it back stating that it is 'fixed'. The phone started with the same issue after 2 hours. Terrible service!! Later, I took the phone to your service center in Mumbai - Borivali West. They kept the phone for 11 days and never informed me on the status of the phone. I visited their office on 11th day, i.e. July 24, 2015 and enquired about the status, after 30 mins of wait, I was given the phone. The motherboard of the phone was supposedly replaced by them and while I was checking the phone, I found that some of the software features were missing. For instance, on long pressing the power button, you get options to "Reboot", "Screenshot", "Power off", "Profile" etc but now I can only see 1 option i.e. "Power off". When I brought this to the service man's attention, he said that this is what happens after replacing the motherboard! I kept questioning him the reason for this as I suspected there should not be any software issue if the hardware has been replaced. After a lot of debate, I requested the service center to give in writing whatever they are claiming. They outrightly refused to provide any official statements on the phone's software behavior after replacing the hardware. After I requested for their ID number of employee id or official email ids, they said that they do not have any such official details to share and if I have any issues, I should go and speak to Motorola directly. I hereby request Motorola to intervene here and sort the issue and also give some attention to your service centers as they are spoiling the name of "Motorola" in the market. The issue with my phone still persists!! I bought a Motorola phone with faith in the brand name and its credibility in the market but it is starting to diminish due to such 'pathetic' after sales service by your centers across the country. The people are uneducated and I also feel that some of the people who work there are below the legal age for labor. Please look into this urgently!!

      I have purchased Moto E(2nd Generation) on 25th of may this year and just after using it for a month it started showing some flaws. To name them: 1.Loudspeaker of the phone got faulty and ringtone and voice calls becomes very difficult to hear as the sound became too low to hear. 2.The screen brightness level is unable to be adjusted so it is not possible to read what is going on the screen.. their proximity sensors are also not working. All this happened withing a month of purchasing a new phone from your reputed enterprise. and when we complaint about it in your customer care they say you have to come all the way to Rohtak to give it a check. We live in Jhajjar and it is 60 min ride from there but still, today we went to your customer center in Rohtak. After checking they were saying that your loudspeaker is not working and it is not available right now...so you have to wait for atleast a week to get it replaced. First you were saying that it is not possible for you to provide repair facility nearby and then this behaviour. Try to understand that we customers are not an interruption to your business, we are the purpose of it. We make a decision by choosing motorola to buy a phone. Plz make me understand how i m going to survive my communication in this age with no phone for 10 more days.It already been faulty for 2 weeks and u r asking for 10 more days.. is this what we expect when buying a smart phone from you. U can deliver the product in 2 days because tht's when u r getting paid..and when it is your responsibilty to look after the product u sold to us u r turning towards other side. This behaviour is very irresponsible and unacceptable. This been enough time i wasted with this phone in this condition and if this this your attitude towards your customers then it will be reflected on some other medium like customer complaint in Consumer Court.           I Have Purchased Moto e2 in the month of April 2015, all of a sudden the phone stop working in 3 months, when enquired with the service center, they said that the Mother Board in not working and it needs to be replaced, as the phone is in warranty period no payment for replacement is to be made, Its been more than 10 days, now the service center says that display is also not working and hence it is to be replaced, Unnessary they are making delay and harassing customer, Moreover the Customer Care dept of the company does not respond for the same,

            I have submitted my motorola hand set for repair at B2X, service centre, GF-13, spanish court, Ansal palam vihar, Gurgaon-122017 on 10.07.2015 vide job no. AMSGUR002691 with a problem that sim card jack did not hold the sim card within. But the service centre has not repaired the set so far as a time period of 16 days has been lapsed. Each time when they contacted they have replied that it will take 2 or 3 days more. Even more they have also not provided me any substitute hand set to compensate my inconvenience. Now what I have to do as they are taking a longer in repairing my hand set. Plz do needful in this matter.

              Hello Sir, XT1022(Moto E) 4 gb Model:AP3256AE7K8 I purchased a moto e in July 2014 for Rs 6999/- through flipkart online. Soon after 3 months the ring tone had gone off and i had checked with the local repair and they told speaker has to be changed, with charges of Rs 500/- .It worked fine after that. After 2 months the same problem recurred.I inquired and found out the only authorized dealer in Calicut (Kerala), and he told that the phone has to be surrendered with him for 4 days and all the data stored will be lost. He was also extremely rude in the way they handled the entire issue.He also told that if i had gone there 2 days earlier all the moto e phones that were being given for repair were being replaced with a new handset for the same issue due to some manufacturing defect. As i was humiliated a bit in the office and also because i did not want the data to be wiped off i refused to surrender the phone. Again i repaired the phone with a local person and he repaired it within minutes and with another charge of Rs 500/- and it worked fine.The same problem again recurred after around a week and checked with another local dealer in bangalore and i explained to him what has happened earlier.He checked and confirmed that the fault was because of the faulty wiring and it is a manufacturing defect. So please do the needful immediately and inform me on what has to be done at the earliest. I am a retired person and do not intend to keep spending huge amounts every year on a phone. It has not been a year since i bought this phone from a very reputed brand as motorolla. I expect some immediate action to be atken and fix the problem on my ohone as soon as possible.                 i had small problem with my nexus 6 volume button i.e it was not working when pressed for volume down ...most probably poor quality hardware issue...i submitted my device on 2nd july 2015 at CELL TECH INDIA (motorola service centre) there number is[protected] ...and my work order no is LZT/MG/15/00608 ...they said it will take around 15 days to resolve this issue ..i wasn't happy for time they were gonna take to fix this issue .. now its been more den 20 days ...after number of calls and emails to motorola customer support ..i got no status update ...and service centre is always saying that they haven't got the part yet ...and on 23rd july when i contacted them again they said they have received the wrong part and will take about 4-5 days more (which i doubt) ..im very frustrated and feeling cheated by motorola after spending 50000 rupees on there product ...they have worst service suppot or no support at all ... i request if this forum can help me resolve this issue and get my device repaired or replaced if they cant repair it ...and one thing is for sure will never buy motorola product ever

                          To, Motorola Customer Care Centre, We shall be pleased to inform your goodself that we are utilising Motrola's various models of mobiles by our family members. Particularly Gen-II Model have been recommended & purchased 6 pieces by our relatives in 2 months. i.e. May/June 15. We are attached with your company looking to the quality, fame in the market & customer service chain in the country. But I am sorry to state that Model Gen-II purchased on 20th May Bill No. # BLR_WFLD[protected] is not working properly since a month. Any time sound disappears & restarts all of a sudden after 3/4 days. Resumes for a while & again disappears sound system. After many efforts ( wrong address mentioned in Motrola's site for service station at Bhavnagar) We contacted your person at service station, Who doesn't know anything about mobile. He advised to keep mobile with them & inquire after 10/15 days. Is it proper answer from a representative of a company of your standard? Workshop people do not receive phone calls nor have creditworthiness in the city. Will you please intervene in the matter and help us to start our mobile.                               My mobile stop working and submitted to Motorola Service center on 4 july 2015 but after 22 days there no status updated by motorola. They always give same answer part is short please wait for 3 to 4 days., my complaint no. is LPT/MG/15/03859 and the service centre is technocare lajpat nagar mrkt. please help my, and my phone is in warranty period. and when i summited my phone to service centre my phone is in warranty, but due to this long delay, warrant is over, so is they take money for repairing,

                                I own a nexus 6 phone which is under warranty. The screen was broken so took my phone to B2X Dadar service centre, after replacing the screen the back camera stopped working and the loudspeaker started giving problems . Again I submitted my phone for camera replacement & loudspeaker problem on the 13th July, Job Sheet No: AMSMUD002329 at B2X Dadar service centre where I was informed it would take 7 - 10 days for the repair. When I check with the service centre for the status update of my phone they inform me that they still have not received the parts from the company. I called up motorola customer care on 18th July to check the exact status of my device where they informed me the device is repaired and to check with service centre on monday. I call up service centre on monday 20th and they inform me the parts have not been received from the company. So I lodged a complaint with Motorola, complaint no:[protected] lodged on 20th July and was informed that concerned department will get back in 48hrs. Today 22nd July I get a call from the motorola concerned department asking me if I got a call from the service centre to collect the device as it has been repaired. I call up the service centre to check the status and they again give me the same feedback the parts are not yet received from the company. I do not understand why is there no consisitency between the motorola company and the service centre. They both keep blaming each other due to which the consumers suffer by their phones not getting repaired on time. These days phones are an important part of anybodys life and I have my important work data stored in the phone which are required. I face a lot of problem due to this mess between motorola company and the service centre. The company or the service centre does not understand the importance of the official work data so they don't bother much and just keep the customer jumping between the two. I need my phone repaired within 2 days without any further problems & delays.

                                  mera mobile last 18 days se moto b2x rani bagh service center par pada hua hai mobile abhi tak repair nhi hua hai. service center kehta hai thoda time lgega.shuru me kha 2 din baad aana phir kha 7 din baad aana phir kha 1 week or lgega lekin ab pta nhi or kitna time chahiye unhe.

                                    When we make voice call our voice does not listen to another person., But we received any calls there are no problem. I am facing this problem till 4months, I am already send this device to BANGALORE servicing centre for 2 times but there is no change, please solve my problem.

                                        This is Pankaj from Noida, UP. I have moto g 2nd generation phone and it's sudden cracked from top of the speaker side due to heat might be. I went to the service center and said that all the things but they charging me Rs. 4200.00 and they didn't bothered how it happened. And i also called to the customer care but they said we can't help you. My phone is only 4 months old and it's under warranty also and it's not any accidental damage it's phone fault. I fully unsatisfied with Motorola service. Please resolve my problem if you will not consider my problem then i will go to consumer court against Motorola quality. Truly i am speaking i like old Motorola phones but today i am very much disappoint Motorola phone quality and service also.
