    bought moto G (2nd Gen) from flipkart on 15/4/2015 on 18th june called and complained that it was not working they sent e mail to try certain remidies the phone still did not work on 25/6/2015 went to service station at dadar they said the screen was defective and would replace after several e mails and calls to the call centre and service centre got the phone back on 8/7/2015 the next day the screen stopped working went back to service centre and they said the mother board and screen will have to be replaced this was11/7/2015 sent several e mails and phoned and complained no response on 17/7/2015 the phoned back with the standard answer that the part will come on the 22nd when i asked them to replace the phone or refund the money they said they could not The phone is still not working the service centre does not have the parts the complaint number is[protected] sohrab

    I have also emailed the company which replies saying i have to wait
    a further 10 days to repair the phone and this has been dragged out by them
    please can you help me resolve this without motorola further delay tactics
    If they cant repair the phone they should replace the instrument or refund my money

      i have given my phone last month for reparing the sd card slot. They had kept phone for 18 days and given. and from today again my sd card slot and sim card slot are not working. The service is very very bad at service centre. Either give me the new phone or give me refund payment.         I was having problem in motherboard so at the service center they asked me to give phone to change the board. I gave my phone on 9 june 2015 with job number AMSJA1001765. Its been around 40 days and i haven't got my phone they keep on telling that u will get your phone this week. The behavior of staff is really disrespectful. kindly help in getting my phone as soon as possible. Shubham Mathur

            Hi I am R.karthik from chennai, I am using motoG2 For last two months I am facing heating prob with my mob, and the mobile hangs up when got heated up. I was not even using much apps, whenever i use the mobile it gets too hot I can't even take it near to my ear for phone calls. I taken that to moto care center at "Shop No. 8, 9, Ground Floor, Kasi Arcade, Thyagaraya Road, T.Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600017" The place looked like market place, , no proper working manner they were having good time group fun on the repair room. There was not even a sequential order of handling complaints, all were standing as if they were in fish market..On the first day itself i saw some people not satisfied with the service and they handled the customers disrespectfully. As I entered for the first day the shop closes by 6 as per their timings, as i was their at 5.. only one woman worker was getting complaints, she told they won't check mobiles after 5, I asked her your shop closing time is 6?...but she responded" no we won't check after 5..". After several arguments they reinstalled my phone OS. After that i encountered the same issues with my mobile, , so I went there after 3 days on July 15th 2015. I submitted the mobile for checkup, As i had noted It was same as that day the people were having fun time at checkup room, no uniform using Colloquial language. I waited there for an hour, one guy asked me to come inside repair room gave my mob, told me check. So came out and I used the mob for 5min and it started getting hot again, so i just went in showed upto him. Another guy named "DHANRAJ" (worker ) took my mob and said don use any apps, I told him I wasn't using any apps I showed him the running apps He told stupid ans "The phone will get heated as u use the phone that is a phone" people he doesn't even have knowedge on phones as me, He told he will use my mob for few days just for phone call to see whether its heatiing up, .. who on earth would say that he is gonna use my mobile and he will only for phone call. For that I could a basic mobile I told. HE STARTED USING HIS Colloquial LANGUAGE WITH HIGH PITCH VOICE, HE INSULTED ME INFRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE. IS THAT A SERVICE CENTER OR WHAT!!! HE SPOKE AS IF AM DUE DEBT TO HIM... HIS NAME IS "DHANRAJ". he was using colloquial language with all customers raising questions. I came out of their, one service guy insulted me and my prob was not cleared. I can't be such a stupid. I need immediate action to be taken against that care center and that ** guy and must solve my issue on my mobile immediately or else I am gonna sue for sure.. I need refund or replacement soon as possible. and that dhanraj must be kicked out of that service centre. Moto must concentrate on good service.

                I brought Motorola Nexus 6 Mobile Handset on 01/01/2015. Within few days I noticed the back cover of my handset starting bulging out. By Mid May '15 I started encountering major issue with my handset like sudden battery discharge, 100% charged battery life was just 3 hours, automatic restarting, excessive heating even while handset was not in charging mode. I gave my handset for repair at Motorola's Authorized Service "B2X" at Dadar on 04/06/2015. Job No: AMSMUD001377. I was informed that I would get my handset repaired in 10 days time. After 10 days upon enquiring multiple times I just got a standard response from B2X that they are waiting for Motorola to send either faulty part or replacement unit. So on 19/06/2015 I called Motorola Customer Care No ([protected]) and escalated the matter. My Incident No at Motorola is:[protected]. SANDEEP KAKADALA was the supervision assigned from Motorola who responded over email ([protected]@mailwc.custhelp.com) that within 3 days they will update the status. From 19th June till date, I have made 100+ calls and have written close to 10 emails to Motorola but every time they just keep asking for more time. Everytime I spoke to SANDEEP KAKADALA, he never had any clue on what's happening to my case. His only response was to ask for more time, however when I use to ask what will he do as next step, SANDEEP KAKADALA was absolutely clueless. I felt as if he doesn't know his job. So I further escalated the matter to RAMESH GOTTAPU (email Id: [protected]@motorola.com) who is suppose to be a senior person working at Motorola. However, response from RAMESH GOTTAPU is even more pathetic. Whenever I called to speak to RAMESH GOTTAPU, he is always in meetings. I haven't been able to take to him even once in last one months time. Last when I spoke to SANDEEP KAKADALA, I demanded to either repair my handset or give me a replacement unit or else refund my money, however he conveniently replied that MOTOROLA doesn't have a replacement or refund policy and so I have to keep waiting. Now, whenever I call MOTOROLA customer care no, the call agents after asking my incident number just keep my call on hold and do not transfer to neither SANDEEP KAKADALA nor RAMESH GOTTAPU. They had given in writing that my handset will be repaired by 15/07/2015, however there is no action till date. My handset which is at their server center still remains untouched. Upon calling the call This is the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life. All those who are reading this post, just see how MOTOROLA treats its customers. I will sincerely recommend to everyone to never buy any MOTOROLA product ever. MOTOROLA is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL organization I have ever come across in my life and people like SANDEEP KAKADALA and RAMESH GOTTAPU do not deserve to be in customer facing role...

                I would like to raise a serious concern related to my motorola device: Moto X 2013 which I had submitted 10 days ago on 18th August 2015 for repairing my mobile's headset jack as the headset jack was not recognizing any headphones. First of all, I had to followup many times with the service center: Techtronix Mobile team to understand when I will receive my phone and their standard answer was that they will contact me after the part is received by the service center. After repeated attempts of contacting Motorola customer care where Motorola team was unable to track any details from Work Order number, I finally was able to get the Jobsheet number from the service center. Now, Motorola customer care was able to lookup the jobsheet number but I got an an answer stating that they have escalated the issue and that I will receive a call within next 24 hours. I contacted Moto customer care again after 24 hours and I was again told that I will receive a call within next 24 to 48 hours time. So, finally someone called me today to let me know that the part is not in stock in India and the same needs to be shipped from US and it could take more than a week's time and was not sure of the exact date when the device will be repaired. I asked the person for a new device as I cannot wait for many days as I don't have a backup phone and that I can't wait any longer with a borrowed phone of a friend. Moto rep informed me that they don't have replacement policy and suggested to contact ramsykes.

                As a customer, I really don't want to understand that Moto doesn't have a simple hardware available in any of moto service centers as this is supposed to be taken care by Motorola and another question that I have is that, within 3 months o[censored]sing this phone, the headphone jack stopped functioning and due to my work I was unable to handover the phone to a service center for a repair. Now, Is this the quality standards that Moto adheres to? That a phone's hardware goes bad within months and why should a customer suffer for a process gap of Motorola? I am no longer going to wait and I immediately require a phone replacement if the hardware is unavailable. 10 days has past and I cannot wait any longer than this.

                I am totally in the same situation as you. Its been close to 3 months now and they say that the part is not available. Except in my case, the 'senior person' was a certain Md. Imran. I contacted Ramesh Gottapu as well, but never get a response from him. I am totally at a dead end here. Did you find a solution at the end of it?
                Same problem with me too.i have sent a notice to flipkart, motorola mobility india pvt ltd gurgaon, motorola service centre. And going to file a case in district consumer forum, in few days.

                  Hi, i regret the poor and pathetic customer service. Purchased new Moto G2 on 8th april. From the beginning facing mother board issues. Surrendered device to B2X customer care company, authority service center at Dadar, Mumbai on 26th June. Received device back on 8th July with as it is, again lodged complaint vide Job No.AMSMUD002236, supposed to resolve this issue today, however, no response.                       on 30th may 2015 i have submitted my nexus 6 to motorola service center for replacement of mother board and after 41 days i got back on 10th July 2015.same day i call back to service center the mobile have some problem but they told me our working our is closed.so the next day i went to service center i tell them my issues they try to solve problem almost one hour i stand there after that they to some temporary solution and tell me we have try our best but we need to replace speaker panel but they don't have it after checking mobile i told them its not solution but they told me you use phone for some day and contact us back but after using phone for one day i went to service center back on 13 july they check my mobile and tell me they need to replace some part i will be 25 days to replace it.so i have purchase mobile for use not to kept in service center.i want new replacement of nexus 6 with extended warranty or give me my money back.i has been almost one and half month i don't get any solution and they tell me wait to another 25 days.

                        On 3rd July 2015, I gave my Moto G2 for repair at your Kolkata Service Centre situated at Cannel Street . On 6th July, when I inquired about the status of my phone, I was told that the phone will be ready by 9th July 2015. Again, when I called today which was attended after calling them 20 times, I was told again that it will take a week more to get the phone repaired.                           It's time over to requesting you both off you motorola and flipcart i am suffering a problem in my moto e (2nd grn) since last 14 days i am at ahmedabad and i was gone in sigma service shop no. 6uppar groound floor pawan plaza complex nr life care hospital 19 sardar patel colony naranpura ahmedabad 380013 service center of motorola and those people give me time to solving at this saturday if problem not solving by us then customer must go outside for solution

                          How to dare to say this type of lines my device is under worthy and after 13 days of waiting service center person can't be solved my problem

                          I am a business man i have not enough time to manage my this type of issue i want a refund other wise i will be going in cnbc aavaz, cnbc paheredar, consumer foram, consumer cort, aakaaha and many more to claim my problem

                          I was complain in last 10 days ago but still not solved

                          Motorola lost customer satisfaction and trust also for my side i am totally disappointed after buying motorola device
                          Very poor customer after service

                            your website says that you have service centres in netaji subhash place, lajpat nagar and okhla but only ONE OF THEM WORKS??? and what kind of a pathetic service centre can only repair software not hardware ???? first i went to netaji subhash place to get my sim slot repaired, they told me to go to lajpat nagar BECAUSE THEY COULDNT REPAIR IT ( "SERVICE CENTRE THAT CANT REPAIR HARDWARE") So i went to lajpat nagar and lo and behold they can only repair SOFTWARE, WTF?? they then told me to go to okhla, so i requested them to please transfer it to okhla themselves but no, after all this harassment there was some more left. So i went to okhla, reached there by 5:20 pm and suddenly the over there told me that they close by 5:30 ?? ARENT YOUR CENTRES OPEN TILL 6:00??? so then i ran and got my bill printed and then finally he took my phone. FIRST DISPLAY ON YOUR WEBSITE WHICH SERVICE CENTRE REPAIRS SOFTWARE AND WHICH REPAIRS HARDWARE, . STOP CALLING ALL OF THEM SERVICE CENTRES BECAUSE THEY DONT REPAIR . IM FED UP OF THIS BS SERVICE.

                                Hi, I am facing problem in my mobile 40 day after purchase. Its moto x2, I am facing display issue. i submit my mobile to service center in 26th june and they ask to take it after 7-10 days but after 10 day they saying they didnt get part yet. and when i call there customer care for further details they said they will escelat the issue. more 5 days gone but they even didn't call me back. Now its been around 20 days my mobile is still on service center and now the didnt respond on my calls.

                                  Dear Sir, Phone Model - Moto G2 Purchased From- Flipkart Order Date- 12 March 2015 Invoice Date- 13 March 2015 Invoice Number- #JAI_[protected] IMEI- [protected] Work Order number of service center : ABD/MG/15/00677 Msn NO: R47ABC7RN4 actually sir my phone had black dot on display and microphone is not working. when I had gone to service center (Dugar sales Ahmadabad on date 7 July 2015) at there one of executive told me its a liquid effect and thats why microphone can not be repaired under warranty.. infect black dot on display since a month ago and microphone just stopped working a day ago even though person from service center asking for money. and as per given detail my phone hardly 4months old. I really frustrated from services of Ahmedabad service centre. When I called to number [protected]. One of executive put my call on hold Without notifying me. Again really frustrated Sir please help me there is no any liquidity damage and if so damn sure that microphone is undamaged dueto that. I hope Motorola complaint desk help me.. earlier I also used Motorola..

                                      Sir, tomorrow evening dt. 08/07/2015 at 8.35 pm my set moto-e is slow working sothat i think restart them, then i proper shut down set but again not open, i m pushing the restart button think button is pressed but not reopen.

                                        I am parul and I have purchased MOTO g2 from flipcart in Febuary 2015 and I have serious issues of heavy network fluctuations... I had visited 2 service centre of Motorola in this three month..they both had done software reinstallation...still problem is as it is..another problem is its early battery discharging...both problems are giving me headache now...what to do ??.. Phone is in warranty..order id is OD[protected]. In this phone also a issue of hang problem.
