I bought MOTOROLA G2 on 21st march, 2015. After 2 months o[censored]sage i am having issue with the battery, gets discharges easily. Even after replacement of battery from authorized service center(om communications, uttam nagar) i am having the same issue & after getting back from there touch issue is also there now and my sim got stuck in 1 sim slot in front of the repair executive and the problem still continues. No response from motorola even after contacting them on regular basis from past 1 month and they people do not understand the problem neither take appropriate action for solving it. So, i request you to help me with the refund as after repairing also the problem still persists.

    Hi I have purchased Moto G (2nd gen) from Flipkart.com on 10/09/2014. Now I have been experiencing problems like Battery discharges fastt, charging port not working and Flash light not working. I had given the handset to your authorised service center B2X, 115/B, Canel Street, Kolkata phone no [protected] on 29th June'15. My experience with this particular service center had been horrible. First of all they had not provided any update in first 24hrs. When I called them they told me that Mother Board of mobile had been faulty and I need to wait 15 days for replacement. When I asked them what is the process to replacement of the set they asked me to contact Flipkart. Now Flipkart is telling me that authorised service center of Motorola should take action. Now tell me as a customer whom should i approach for the same since the phone is under warranty. This puts a serious question mark on the service you are providing through your online portal. I would appreciate your feedback in this regard.

      I need a help, I am having a problem that my moto g1 is getting switched off automatically without any reason I had replaced my mobile battery from motorola care center and performed software update from there also but still my problem is not resolved. Every time motorola care center is saying that problem is now resolved, i am visiting the servicenter from last 1 month but my problem is not getting resolved

        I am Subramanian bought one Moto E 2 nd Gen mobile initally used one sim and when i start my second sim but the slot not working . I had chat with Moto peoples all are saying to submit Service centre at Coimbatore / Erode. Truly it is our fate to suffer lot while purchasing Online service. If it is local market buy just we have to step and visit within 1or 2 km. In other hand after submitted the mobile to the service centre on 22.6.15 and till not repaired and informing the board is fault it must come from company. IN THIS WAY MOTO PRODUCTS ARE OUTLETING WITH FACTORY FAULT ERRORS.? SO MY OPINION AVOID ONLINE PURCHASE AND GO TO SHOWROOM AND SELECT THEN BUY. IF ANY MISTAKE WE CAN GET SPARE FROM THEM . LET THEM TO SERVICE. To become clever in sales Moto making us fooooooooooool

          I bought Moto G 2 on 30/10/2014. I have also updated to Android Lollipop. Yesterday suddenly the network on both sims (airtel and BSNL) went off and since then i am trying to select my network operator in Sim Card Settings but everytime it says ' Network Error. Could Not Connect'. I tested the sim cards by inserting them in other mobile phones and they are working fine. So please provide me a solution to this problem.

                Dear Motorola team, I bought my moto e2 on 27/03/2015 and since the day I purchased it the audio speakers are not working properly. It has become quite difficult to talk to other person as voice is not audible . The phone ringtone is also inaudible even when it is not on silent mode . Kindly replace it with a new set immediately otherwise strict legal action would be taken after 15 days

                  i purchased moto e2 on 9/4/2015. but because of some heating issue i replaced it. but again faced problems with google play service, camera, gallary, and there was a display spot on screen. i submitted my phone to amblex services(shakarpur) but even after 15 days they did not even bother to inform me that the phone is not repaired. then i went to b2x services on 10/6/2015 (job no.-amsdes000801) and said they will repair it in 2 days but till today (27/6/2015) they are asking for one more weak. i registered a complaint in motorola customer care (complaint no.[protected] but its of no use. they are just saying that we will call you since couple of days. so as compensation i want rs 10000.

                    24000 mobile with no physical damage dead within 1 year+, motorola saying warranty expired so pay RS.15000 for repairs. Please register case against motorola to manufacture such cheap products that without physical damage the costliest product bought in market is dead. I want complete refund for same.

                      Have been using a Moto G phone to IMEI number [protected] procured in 11/08/2014. Last year 1 SIM card stopped functioning and I was using the phone with Sim 2 and the phone was working very well. The phone had os Kit Kat. Motorola upgraded their OS to Lollipop and the Internet connectivity with the Sim card stopped. When I took it to the Authorised Service Centre at Bangalore - (Job Number AMSFLA002865) they told me that this cannot work and I will have to replace the mother board to accommodate the Lollipop and it would cost me Rs. 7500/. So I advised them to put back the old OS of Kitkat which was working fine and I was not interested in the Lollipop. Now Motorola say that it is not possible to go back to the old system and I have to pay for the hardware to suit the software. This is not accepted.

                      Motorola changed the PCB and have returned the Phone back to me, working in perfect condition. Now the Internet is working very well. Good job Motorola.

                        Dear Team, I bought moto 2nd generation in March 2015, After some time Ear phone was not supporting but the same ear phone was supporting in another mobile and another ear phone also tried but that one also was not supporting. After that it is observed that some time incoming voice was not audible completely then we have to do switch off-on mobile then only incoming voice is audible. At present mobile is being used by my wife at native where service centre is not available. please guide to overcome this issue. regards pankaj

                          i think that your company is faking the owner of motox 1st gen as the update was released in the previous year and we are still waiting for the update as your company news comes up every week that the update will come soon your update will come soon but nw its been half a year passed the i havnt got a single update from you ...its so much irritating now that nw chinese company is upgrading to lollipop and i am still on kitkat by using branded phone ...please release the update its a humble request ...i want to get upgraded otherwise i will have to leave motorola and den join any other brand with good services.. thank you

                            I faced a mic problem in my moto X 2nd gen on 8 th of June and gave it for service at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu and got it back on 15 th June, but unfortunately the very same day the same problem occurred again and once again i was advised to reach service station. This time the service people said they had to change the board. Once again i waited for a week and yesterday i got a message from service center that my mobile is ready and it could be collected but when i visited the service center they said mobile is not yet ready and it can be given only on the next day. When i went today to get my mobile it was said it ll get ready with in closing hours. I waited long and finally got my mobile, but this time the back panel way not fixed properly such that it came out of the body and i was also able to see wear and tear on the panel which was made during service due to mishandling of device. . Its really annoying for me to see my device so.Apart from which I have already travelled 1000 km to resolve this issue and travel is itself becoming expensive. Expecting a solution for my problem.                             My moto x gen 1 has now become useless for telephone calls due to the microphone not working. It has been in service for only 11 months but no callers can bear a word I speak into it. I do not use a screen protector so nothing is blocking the hole, it appears to have failed.

                                    dear sir/ madam i've given my phone on 1 june 2015 on my nearest service center which is in lajpat nagar my work order no. is LPT/MG/15/01887 after 15 days when i asked from service center regarding my phn status they said its pending company didn't send the parts then i called to company on friday 19 june then they said you'll get your phn on 22nd june that is today now they are saying you'll get the call on fater 23rd june . what the hell is happening if you cant resolve my phones's problem then please bring a new handset my complaint no. is[protected] if you still can't do this also then please give my money back

                                      I purchased 2 sets of moto g (2nd generation) on sep14, i had some technical in 1st set which was taken to Motorola service centre Coimbatore on 5/6/15, they told it is motherboard complaint you need to change it which costs Rs.6000.the same day I taken mobile to another branded mobile shop they just corrected the software error and charged Rs.300/-. similarly 2nd set which had further complaints has been taken to same service centre, they told same, and I corrected the error in nearby shop which costs me Just Rs.200. hereby I would like to post complaint on same and requesting to take right steps, so that these branded service centres will not fool common man.

                                        i have purchased moto G2 in Nov 2014 and from Dec til now iam facing many issues in my mob like overheating even wen charging & hangs up frequently hile talking r surfing also and behaves odd/differently like without opening the lollipop game it itself opens & closes up ho come. And first of all the motorola service centre is he oworst service centre in the world which not only me whole world is saying. Ho many times i call 24/7 it wil be busy or else they wont pickup/respond call. II dont understand what is there problem. I have givn 4-5 times for service till now in 6-7 months & they didnt do anything & gave back as it is.And they tell softare update/fac.reset for every issue. Recently 20 days back phne got hanged up touch wasnt responding so i gave it for service & they charged Rs.450 even in warranty period, they didnt tell exact reason also & unless i pay they said cant do anythng, as i dont have any option i gave it & still aftr software update its not good d same old issues...Hangs up, overheating & poor batt backup. I have given a complaint against Motorola & its service centre on Wednesday[protected] an claimed for mobile replacement but till now didnt get any call back from them, this means they are not bothered about their custmers nor their company reputation ? Wat type of company is motorola ? I want immediate replacement brnd new handset from motorola & wil not bare/wait for days, already incurred so much loss & frustration due to motorola. Kindly ensure that i get handset replacment or lse i have to tak severe actions against motorola can go to any extent... thanks & Regards D. Hemanth Kumar [protected]
