i think that your company is faking the owner of motox 1st gen as the update was released in the previous year and we are still waiting for the update as your company news comes up every week that the update will come soon your update will come soon but nw its been half a year passed the i havnt got a single update from you ...its so much irritating now that nw chinese company is upgrading to lollipop and i am still on kitkat by using branded phone ...please release the update its a humble request ...i want to get upgraded otherwise i will have to leave motorola and den join any other brand with good services.. thank you

I faced a mic problem in my moto X 2nd gen on 8 th of June and gave it for service at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu and got it back on 15 th June, but unfortunately the very same day the same problem occurred again and once again i was advised to reach service station. This time the service people said they had to change the board. Once again i waited for a week and yesterday i got a message from service center that my mobile is ready and it could be collected but when i visited the service center they said mobile is not yet ready and it can be given only on the next day. When i went today to get my mobile it was said it ll get ready with in closing hours. I waited long and finally got my mobile, but this time the back panel way not fixed properly such that it came out of the body and i was also able to see wear and tear on the panel which was made during service due to mishandling of device. . Its really annoying for me to see my device so.Apart from which I have already travelled 1000 km to resolve this issue and travel is itself becoming expensive. Expecting a solution for my problem. I purchased 2 mobile s motorola 2G invice dated 27/04/2015.but both hand sets having a problems. 1. Battery is not powerful.having acharging problem 2. mobile set get heated while talking and charging. 3.One of the set display Black &White

dear sir, Madam, i have brought a Motorola 2 nd generation form flipkart, i have facing three problems 1) mobile got warm during conversation 2) mobile got warmer during charging 3) there is problem in voice clarity and it takes more processing time, i have visited Motorola bathinda center, they are saying they are there for time pass only and they do not provide the solution and flipkart is also not listening please help me

I had submitted my cell phone on 1-6-2015, and i wz informed that i will recieve within 10 working days nd 20 days have passed and they still have not clarified the problem.i had called them they told it will take 1 more week.so i want to take strict action against them because they are very careless.

dear sir/ madam i've given my phone on 1 june 2015 on my nearest service center which is in lajpat nagar my work order no. is LPT/MG/15/01887 after 15 days when i asked from service center regarding my phn status they said its pending company didn't send the parts then i called to company on friday 19 june then they said you'll get your phn on 22nd june that is today now they are saying you'll get the call on fater 23rd june . what the hell is happening if you cant resolve my phones's problem then please bring a new handset my complaint no. is[protected] if you still can't do this also then please give my money back

I purchased 2 sets of moto g (2nd generation) on sep14, i had some technical in 1st set which was taken to Motorola service centre Coimbatore on 5/6/15, they told it is motherboard complaint you need to change it which costs Rs.6000.the same day I taken mobile to another branded mobile shop they just corrected the software error and charged Rs.300/-. similarly 2nd set which had further complaints has been taken to same service centre, they told same, and I corrected the error in nearby shop which costs me Just Rs.200. hereby I would like to post complaint on same and requesting to take right steps, so that these branded service centres will not fool common man.

i have purchased moto G2 in Nov 2014 and from Dec til now iam facing many issues in my mob like overheating even wen charging & hangs up frequently hile talking r surfing also and behaves odd/differently like without opening the lollipop game it itself opens & closes up ho come. And first of all the motorola service centre is he oworst service centre in the world which not only me whole world is saying. Ho many times i call 24/7 it wil be busy or else they wont pickup/respond call. II dont understand what is there problem. I have givn 4-5 times for service till now in 6-7 months & they didnt do anything & gave back as it is.And they tell softare update/fac.reset for every issue. Recently 20 days back phne got hanged up touch wasnt responding so i gave it for service & they charged Rs.450 even in warranty period, they didnt tell exact reason also & unless i pay they said cant do anythng, as i dont have any option i gave it & still aftr software update its not good d same old issues...Hangs up, overheating & poor batt backup. I have given a complaint against Motorola & its service centre on Wednesday[protected] an claimed for mobile replacement but till now didnt get any call back from them, this means they are not bothered about their custmers nor their company reputation ? Wat type of company is motorola ? I want immediate replacement brnd new handset from motorola & wil not bare/wait for days, already incurred so much loss & frustration due to motorola. I go to purchase another company mobile iam very suffering this problem this problem people face only Motorola so many people divertto purchase other mobile company .you realize this problem and takes speed action thanking you sir ... yours srinivas

I bought this handset in Oct / Nov 15. Since the day i bought this phone i was having echo voice problem in the handset, which earlier was not always. But with time it kept increasing and now it was difficult for the person hearing to me. I approached Moto G service centre and informed them that problem is still as it was earlier. Dear Team, I brought my Motorola G2 mobile on march 2015 from flipkart. but now its having battery back up problem from last 15 days. sometimes its showing 1% remaining battery while i had charged it fully. after that if i put on charge still its not charging. but when i restart the mobile then its showing the correct battery backup. sometimes the display showing black while call is coming so many times SIM1 port is not working. please resolve my issues ASAP.if possible can you change the handset. Sir/madam I have bought a motorola turbo mobile phone on 29/05/15, on buying a nano sim i tried to put in the slot as directed by the company i found that the sim was not accepted, suggesting that the slim slot is defective. The same sim was working in other mobile phone without any problem. kindly advice what to do . only for 1 week the sim worked [previous also it was a nano sim with different number after which i changed the sim with new nano sim.]

Iam using moto. G2 from nov 2014 & after 1 month itself iam facing many issues & fed up using moto g2 phone.Iam totally dissatisfied with Motorola & its service.I have given my mobile around 5-6 times in this 7 months & every time a new problem is created by the motorola service centre staff.I don't know if they are trained of not & they don't even respond personally or in phone & moreover they keep the mobile for weeks & month with them.Not only me every moto customers are facing d amae problems & dissatisfied.They complaint that service centre people change the phone parts. Recently I have my phone for software update & when he returned after 4 days the speaker spoiled & touch is also not working good as the original used to. I request you to take severe action against the staff & kindly replace the phone or at least replace with a new genuine motherboard or else I have to take a severe action against motorola

Hello, My camera stopped working and my phone as acting funny so gave my mobile for service and they told me that they had to change the board which took them solid 40days to change and when I got it back the problem remained. When I took it back again they told me that they had to change the board again. So they changed it, now again my camera is not working and it is acting funny so I emailed the Motorola guys and they told me to give the mobile for service. And the email conversation was back and forth.And noone seems to resolve the problem. Please help

Pathetic Service from Motorola and their service Providers . I also like to add flipkart for selling defective products like Motorola . When i approach them they says parts not available . Then why the hell service centers ? What they do exactly ? I have contacted Motorola India also, they did nt get back to me . Job Number -AMSBAK 001599 never ever buy any Motorola products

I bought MotoE G2 in the month of April. After 15-20 days, it restarted itself. After restarting, I noticed it was formatted. All the apps had to be downloaded again. Then again after 20 days, the phone stopped responding. I had only option to factory reset the phone. I did factory reset and it was functioning properly for some more days. Recently, as I unlocked my phone, I could see nothing but the wallpaper of the phone. I did factory reset again. Today, my phone shut down by itself and when I started it, nothing happens. It is stuck on the start-up images.

I purchased my moto G 2nd gen on jan 28th 2015 through the online retailer Flipkart.. after just two months o[censored]se my phone used to hang very often and the processor seems to be very slow and my touchpad wasnt working at all. Due to the above mentioned defects i contacted the nearest service center and got my phone submitted. They promised to return the phone within a span of 10 working days. but even after 17 days there wasnt any response from their side . when contacted they used to attend the phone call and cut it, the same time, due to which i contacted the customer care executive who made me aware that the phone was ready and requested me to collect the same. When enquired i came to know that my touch pad was replaced which was really shocking to hear. a phone getting damaged due to no fault of the customer really points finger to the company who really supplied a defected piece.I say it is a defected piece because immediately after getting it repaired new problems started to creep in like i wanst able to take a snap from my front camera and there used to be pink lines coming all over the display and the next problem that arose was that whenever a call is received the person calling gets to hear his own voice and at times the receiver n the person calling gets to hear the echoing of their voices more than thrice. This is really disgusting. now at times again my touchpad isn't working.What should I do? This clearly shows its a defected piece and when contacted the customer service executive told that i need to submit my phone again. Is this the service motorola provides? I need a replacement or else im escalating this issue to the consumer court at the district forum because this is clearly a case of a defective product being delivered.People do not shell out 13000 bucks for such a defective product and service!! If i dont get any response im escalating it to the consumer court and then lets see what can be done!

sir myself vishal naikwadi from pune recently one month before i had bought moto-g2 (motorola company). After all its working good but recently one week before it was switched off and i am trying hard but it is not coming in on mode. i went to motorola centre for repair as it is in guaranty condition but they didnt help us and said that its motherboard has problem. therefore i request you sir to please consider me as it was new mobile. pls give feedback. regards vishal naikwadi email- [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

Instead 21 days after sumbission of my handset in care my handset is not repaired.And they replaced unneccesirely all my parts which have problem.they had given me time period of 10-15 days from date 19 may 2015..everytime thier executive give me excuse of next week.At last call they told me it may be repaired upto 20june 2015.
