I bought MotoE G2 in the month of April. After 15-20 days, it restarted itself. After restarting, I noticed it was formatted. All the apps had to be downloaded again. Then again after 20 days, the phone stopped responding. I had only option to factory reset the phone. I did factory reset and it was functioning properly for some more days. Recently, as I unlocked my phone, I could see nothing but the wallpaper of the phone. I did factory reset again. Today, my phone shut down by itself and when I started it, nothing happens. It is stuck on the start-up images.

    I purchased my moto G 2nd gen on jan 28th 2015 through the online retailer Flipkart.. after just two months o[censored]se my phone used to hang very often and the processor seems to be very slow and my touchpad wasnt working at all. Due to the above mentioned defects i contacted the nearest service center and got my phone submitted. They promised to return the phone within a span of 10 working days. but even after 17 days there wasnt any response from their side . when contacted they used to attend the phone call and cut it, the same time, due to which i contacted the customer care executive who made me aware that the phone was ready and requested me to collect the same. When enquired i came to know that my touch pad was replaced which was really shocking to hear. a phone getting damaged due to no fault of the customer really points finger to the company who really supplied a defected piece.I say it is a defected piece because immediately after getting it repaired new problems started to creep in like i wanst able to take a snap from my front camera and there used to be pink lines coming all over the display and the next problem that arose was that whenever a call is received the person calling gets to hear his own voice and at times the receiver n the person calling gets to hear the echoing of their voices more than thrice. This is really disgusting. now at times again my touchpad isn't working.What should I do? This clearly shows its a defected piece and when contacted the customer service executive told that i need to submit my phone again. Is this the service motorola provides? I need a replacement or else im escalating this issue to the consumer court at the district forum because this is clearly a case of a defective product being delivered.People do not shell out 13000 bucks for such a defective product and service!! If i dont get any response im escalating it to the consumer court and then lets see what can be done!

      sir myself vishal naikwadi from pune recently one month before i had bought moto-g2 (motorola company). After all its working good but recently one week before it was switched off and i am trying hard but it is not coming in on mode. i went to motorola centre for repair as it is in guaranty condition but they didnt help us and said that its motherboard has problem. therefore i request you sir to please consider me as it was new mobile. pls give feedback. regards vishal naikwadi email- [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

        Moto G motherboard problem

        Few days back, my phone's battery drained and it got switched off when i put it to charging only white notification light gets on but the phone is completely dead. I contacted service center they said your motherboard is damaged and it will take rs 8250 to change it. I talked to customer care they suggested to change the motherboard. very wise solution i must say. One month after my warranty periods over my phone's motherboard is dead....

        Instead 21 days after sumbission of my handset in care my handset is not repaired.And they replaced unneccesirely all my parts which have problem.they had given me time period of 10-15 days from date 19 may 2015..everytime thier executive give me excuse of next week.At last call they told me it may be repaired upto 20june 2015.

          I would like to bring up to your notice regarding service center behaviour with customer, your product is very nice but why your service center employees are very rude with customer i hail from hydebad, current address is kukatpally, your motorola employee behaviour is worst and i would never expect this people in your organination, rather i would stop using your product falty products of your employee
          Please consider this email for your reference, one of your employee from kukatpally name is ck naidu, is shouting on customer
          Very cheap mentality, if this is case next i go to your service center i would like to take up to consumer court, they will teach him nice lesson on how to behave with motoral customer.


          Today i need service for motoral mobile. Due to some s9oftware issue, i need to service my mobile, i tryied to in google to search service center for motorola, at last i am able to find near kukatpally, i got number from google #[protected]. I tried to call but no response for 10 times, i went to search the office for 1 hour but i could not find it. Some how i managed to locate this service center. Your service center employees are very rude with me being a customer i felt shame of your motorola employees, i would like to bring it to your notice, if this is service from your end then i would not buy any products from you for ever. I would request you to please get into this matter and do the needfull.

            I am facing so many problems from last 4 5 months. I went for b2x service centre kormangla Bangalore. After knowing issues they told me that they have to replace motherboard but after been teplaced, just after 3 days I started facing that problems again, not frequently but sometimes. When I again went to service centre they were not sure about the solutions so I called customer care n did exactly what they told me m now when I called customer care to tell them, they are saying that you should have done this n that.. Every other executive is telling different things. On 16 June my warranty period will be over. What will I do after that. I am going to raise this issue on every possible social media network and I will go for consumer forum too. Since I don't have any other option as moto people are also not sure what to ans. Everybody has his/her own solutions.

              Hi, I have purchased the Motorola google nexus 6 on feb month. i had an issue with the phone ( mic problem ). now from last 2 months my phone is in service center. they arent repairing my mobile and not providing new mobile.. everyday i am visiting service center which is located in chandigarh sector 31.( vignesh services chandigarh ). everyday they refuse my problem and saying that it should be fixed in next 2 to 3 days. no one taking action against then.. please help me i lost my 45000 rupee. i really need help.. thanks

                  I bought the Motorola Moto G 2nd Gen on the 10/03/2015.I have had nothing but trouble with it. It turns itself off for no reason and sometimes doesn't turn on at all.I tried to return to store but they want me to video what the phone is doing! How do I do that when I live alone and have no way of videoing? I have had a gutful of this crap phone and will tell anyone I speak to not to ever purchase a Motorola phone. One shop assistant told me to factory reset which I did, no different. Will NEVER buy another Motorola product! Disappointed customer.

                    Within one year of buying Moto e, I had to go to the service center thrice. But this last time is the worst experience ever. I had given my phone since it restarts 20-30 times a day, mostly at the time of locking unlocking the phone. For this issue, I was told that the mother board has to be replaced. It's been 11 days already and when I call the Pune Motorola service center I was told that the motherboard has been ordered and it will still take more than a week for the motherboard to come from the hardware department. This is a huge disappointment on your part. I would request you to make the hardware available as soon as possible and repair my phone and return.                       Hi, I bought MOTO E mobile phone 9 months ago. Now the speaker of the phone is not working. When I went to claim the warrenty in service center, MOTO E service center is not responding me. Instead, he is shouting on us back. I was not expected this sort of rude behaviour from MOTO service center. Unfortunately, there is only 1 service center at my place. I am not sure to whom I need to approach to claim the warranty and to log a complaint against service center. Could any one please assist me on how to go about this? Many thanks

                        I am sorry to say I am very unhappy with Motorola model and Motorola service center. I have purchased my phone in December but unfortunately I am visited the center 3 times and still now the issue isn't resolved. My phone apps shows me a single message " app has currently stopped working". Every time I went to service center they will either reboot or format the phone instead of identifying the issue. If possible kindly help me out with this issue

                          im from lucknow. i bought moto E 2nd gen on march 28 through flipkart. on 13th of may i encountered some problems in it. It got shut down on its own nd then after turning it on it was struck on the first screen, i.e "Powered by android". I gave it to service center(Leela mansion, naval kishore road) one on 14th of may. They told me that they will return me in one or two days, And they will call me on their own, After not getting any response from them, i made a phone call to them, They told me that it will take some time for repairing my phone, Atleast one week.Again i waited and i called them.Thy told me that it has some problem regarding motherboard and its to be replaced. And since from then, they are making excuses that they dont have any proper training regarding tof opening my phone.They also told me that they dont have even parts of this phone, And the company in not even responsding against their complaint regarding the need of the parts.And now im without a phone :D. since 27 days.                             I purchased MOTO G2 on 26.12.2014 Handsets/U96158 /MOTOROLA ( "[protected]", "[protected]") through flipkart. But before one month due camara complaint cell sent to consumers service point in Guntur of A.P., the service point authority state that the front camera bed damaged, this damaged not covered under guarantee and returned the cell. Recently the MOTO G2 cell is not working promptly i.e.volume problem, speaker problem, incoming calls suddenly stoped and out going call voice damaged to the receiving people. The service point authority are not receiving the complaints and they are not giving good work and also if the cell issued to the consumer point they were not given cell before three days after three days they stated irregular answers. I am very worry with this MOTO G2 cell. Kindly give me good service and also to repair under guarantee conditions.

                              Hi, I have Moto G 2nd generation that I have bought on 12th Jan 2015 as my old mobile got damaged and Flipkart send me the faulty one mobile that’s having power button issue, so I have called them for the replacement and I have received another MOTO G2 on 18th Jan 2015. I have inserted the SIM in sim1 slot and it’s popped out but on 2nd attempt it’s got inserted and my mobile was working fine since that time. Now I have multiple issues with this. Thanks, Atul

                                  I purchased Moto E from flipkart on in an around 7 month.After using it for 40-50 days it start auto Restart and it continue on random period.And recently 20 days earlier all the menu shows " unfortunately dialler has been stopped" or setting has been stopped like that, And when i went to the care they asked me to deposit and phone for 15 days minimum and when i asked for any Standby Mobile they frankly say No ...We dont have any and even though motorola company didn't have that type of policy. I am shocked with this what kind of motorola company is it wont even providing standby, what would i do without my phone for 20-25 days other Mobile Company Like Samsung, Nokia etc provide Standby . Why one should go for Motorola if its After sale service is so worst ?

                                    Hi, I am escalating this issue to you because of the worst experience with your customer care. I have Moto G 2nd generation that I have bought on 12th Jan 2015 but Flipkart send me the faulty one mobile that’s having power button issue, so I have called them for the replacement and I have received another MOTO G2 on 18th Jan 2015. I have inserted the SIM in sim1 slot and it’s popped out but on 2nd attempt it’s got inserted and my mobile was working fine since that time. Now I have multiple issues with this. • Camera not working. • Not able to hear the caller when received or calling someone frequently. • Phone got hung many times. • Heating problem. • Network automatically disappeared and comes after 30 sec or 1 minute. So I have called to customer care for above problems and they advised me to visit to service center and I have visited B2X, Spanish court, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon 122017 and reported these problem and also I have notified them that there is a problem with Sim1 Slot also, sometime it’s accepting the Sim1 in one go or sometime we need to try twice or trice to insert the Sim. Service center person told me that Sim Slot issue will not cover in warranty as there is a problem with Sim Lock, So I have called to customer care also for this but having very worst experience with him, he don’t want to listen me and just advising me to pay the money to service center for this problem. My Phone having this problem since I have purchased that and didn’t know that time if this is the issue with Sim slot lock because I have inserted the Sim successfully in Sim1 Slot and currently it’s also working then how can I identify that this is an issue. So please look into this matter and do the needful, so that service center can cover this problem under warranty as my phone is in under warranty. Thanks, Atul Kumar Sharma [protected]

                                    Not getting any response on the contact number that's been provided to me by Motorola care and I have done the transaction from the transaction ID that they have provided and done the steps as they have advised but 21000 Rs amount is deducted from my account inspite to credit the Moto G refund amount.
                                    Mr. Amit advised me to forward these ATM transaction receipts on product.[protected]@india.com. I have done that and tried calling on the contact number but not getting any response.

                                    Is there someone else in Moto Care, who can help me with this and credit the all amount back in my account

                                      The software of Moto-E 2nd gen purchased recently from Flipkart is faulty. Initially it had issues with battery backup. Now it has shut down completely and won't start. The service center says that the mother board needs to be replaced. The process is extremely slow and the quality of the product is very poor.
