Hello Sir, I am Sudheer Kumar Reddy. I bought a new Moto G 2nd generation mobile from Flipkart approximately 1 month ago. Now the issue is that during my travel I kept my mobile in my bag along with laptop. After that I found that glass on top of screen got cracked in the corner. I contacted service center people and they told warranty not applicable to it. They are also saying that I need to change entire display unit which costs around 4000/-. My mobile has no problem it's new one and display unit and sensitivity of touch all units are working fine. It is just the glass on the top layer got cracked. This is completely Unfair. Now Moto G 2 comes for 9900/- in Flipkart along with extra offers (AIRTEL) and customer care and service executives are saying that only glass costs around 4000/-. Recently I bought with 12000/- cost and again 40000/- for just glass and in future if just any scratch will come again 4000/-. If glass breaks then, I do not know the reason behind the changing of entire display unit which is working fine (which is a wastage of resources). We (customers) do not know whether you are changing the display or not since it is working absolutely fine. You may change glass and say "I changed entire Display Unit". And finally if glass itself costs 4000/- then what about Qualcomm processor cost which is the heart of the mobile and others like headset, charger, battery, drivers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth interface cards, OS, Other Android softwares and Panel and many other. It seems that all are free if we buy a glass of worth 4000/- and a processor for 5000/-. There are videos in You tube showing the rigidness of the Gorilla Glass of Moto G. Now those videos seems funny. My mobile glass cracked for just silly reason. This is not at all a good service from customers point of view. We all are unhappy with the service which Motorola is providing. This is not the case with the other companies like ASUS which my friends are using. I trust in Motorola so that is why I purchased. In the above link they have written that for the first time display will be changed for free and customer care persons are saying that is not there. They have written if we buy in Motorola website only offer valid. However, if we call to the Motorola customer care also they will tell about Flipkart to buy any Motorola mobile. Not only me there are many people are suffering like this in fact my friends are also there like this. So, can you please resolve the issue. Make it comes under warranty. Thanks in advance.

      I purchased the above device from Flipcart vide Bill No. blr_wfld[protected] on 12/1/2015 for Rs13548. The phone has been very unstable all through this period. Within weeks of its purchase I found that it was not recognising USB. Even its software buttons were quite often unresponsive. I called the Flipcart Customer Care Executive and they advised me to hard reset the device. As per their instructions I hard reset the device and it started functioning well. A couple of months later it again developed the same issue of being unresponsive. I again hard reset the device. Now again it has become highly unstable. Sometimes it functions well but quite often it becomes unresponsive. Its battery backup too has reduced considerably though it's only 4 months since I purchased this device. I emailed regarding all this to Motorola on 27/4/2015 vide reference No. #[protected]. I was advised to visit the nearest service centre to get the device inspected and repaired. I visited B2X Shop No. 56-57, Aggarwal City Mall Pitampura North Delhi -110036 (Phone [protected]) on 23/5/2015. The service centre executive told me that the device had some issue which needs to be repaired and asked me to submit the phone with them. The phone was submitted to them vide Job Sheet No. AMSDEH001127 dated 23/5/2015. I was told to collect the phone on 25/5/2015. I was told that I would receive a call from them on 25/5/2015 regarding the status of repairs. As I did not receive the call from them till late afternoon, I myself called them at 6:00PM. First I was told that the device could not be repaired and hence I did not need to go to the service centre. However when I reminded them of their promise that the phone will be handed over to me on 25/5/2015 after repairs, I was told to reach the service centre before 6:30 and collect the phone. I quickly moved to the service centre and collected the phone. As they were closing the service centre, I could not check the phone by inserting sim and making call etc. I simply turned on the phone and felt convinced that the device was all right. But when I reached home and inserted the sims to the sim trays, I found the phone was not recognizing any of the sims. The next day, that is, on 26/5/2015 I again visited the service centre in such scorching heat. I told them that the phone was not recognizing the sims, they told me that I have damaged the sims. I was surprised at such an attitude of the service centre executives. Both the sims were functioning well when I submitted the phone to them, but now instead of solving the existing problems of the phone, they have created another problem in the phone. I was feeling so agonized at such substandard service quality and undignified and callous treatment by the moto service centre. I really have had a very bad experience of Motorola phone as well as after sales service of the company. As I have taken all measures I could take to get the problem resolved, I have left with no option but to demand the full refund of the amount, that is, Rs 13548/ spent on the purchase of the phone. I have lost all faith in Motorola phones and their service to the customers. I have again submitted the phone to the above-mentioned service centre vide Job Sheet No. AMSDEH001160 today, that is, 26/5/2015.

        Team, i have purchased Moto G 2nd Gen phone last month and start using this phone from this month. After few days device didnt show any contact name for incoming calls it shows only "Unknown Number". I called customer care and they advised me how to reset the problem however the problem didnt get resolved then they told me to you need to visit the customer care center and they will update the phone through system. I called the center and they told me to bring the phone here and it will take appx. 2 hours to resolve the problem. Today, i visited the center(B2X - 122001 Gurgaon) and they just created the job sheet and asked that it will be repaired by Monday. They even dont try to check the problem. I request them to please check and look out the problem might be it will be resolved within an hour however they just refused to check the set and stated that today's set will be checked next day or day after tomorrow. The response given by the executive was so pathetic and they didnt even bothered about customer problem. I hope you can understand my problem and provide a solution.

AMSNOI000655 I submitted my Moto-G on 20th May, 2015 at 3:37 p.m regarding the problem of speaker, in your Noida service centre located at B2X, G 7-8, Bhoj market, Dharampalli Place, Noida 201307, U.P. Though I was continuously facing the problem since last 2 months but only recently I used the entitled service. But, I’m not satisfied with the service provided, as the problem still persists. As the warranty was to be expired in next 7 days, i.e on 25th May, 2015. I’m skeptic that this might be the reason that the problem has not been rectified, so they could demand cash if I go now.             in last two months i had become a man with fastest changing emei no of moto x, bcoz motorola believe changing motherboard is a solution to every problem from autorotation to touch problem to echo problem in voice and of cource to app crashes.. and its my 3rd mother[censored]INGboard the only pain company not give to me was that all other pains were free of cost... i am not going to explain it again but anybody interested can see attached photos which include screenshots of my chatting with world class customer service... which was another big pain in my .. counting still continue but it has been more than 20 times i visited my nearest service center(inspite of the fact that i have 8am to 5pm daily college and i am writing this ignoring my tomorrow exam), chatted more than 3 times with online support, and cant forget those hrs i waste calling more than 60 times on helpless num=[protected] repeating same problem 100 times out of which 3-4 calls were fruitfull... bcoz the person to whom my case was escalated always had a excuse not to get to my call [i complained of him 2 weeks back but still the same (proof-screenshot attached)] and at the end of every call what i get is 72 hrs long false promise of getting a back call.. i dont hv personal grudges, not with motorolla and with any of the person involed and even dont want any harm to them.. but it hurts when your problem is still unsolved after bearing all this..since my semester is almost over and i have beared a lot last favour i want from motorolla is plz give back my RS18000 back and take away your device...

              sir i have purchased Moto G(2nd generation) on 20/12/2014 through Flipkart and my hand set number is U96158/Motorola ["[protected]", "[protected]"]. after one month of my purchase my mobile is frequently hanging, after talking 1 hour it is disconnecting automatically and if iam trying to redial to that number only number is displaying without showing the name of the caller. i have given my mobile at visakhapatnam dwarakanagar Moto service centre they told that mother board should be replaced. why can't you replace the mobile instead of replacing the mother board. i have purchaged this mobile at a cost of Rs 12999/- and it has given very good service to all my co mobiles then why can't I.

                One of the most pathetic customer service experience, and I heard this is usually done with customers whose handsets are under warranty. Last week 19th May I submitted my phone to BX service center at Spanish Court Mall, Gurgaon Job#1411 and promised me that the display change will happen by next week. One week already gone by and now I am told 1st Jun (another week). The arrogance displayed by Mr Gurdayal Gautam and apathy by Mr Arun, who doesn't pick up his phone or respond - tells me that if you can't wait then take your phone away or get it serviced from someone else. Instead of solving the issue faster or assuring this heartwarming response was amazing to hear. The issue is as simple as change of display screen and they say that they have not received the part from supplier in Bangalore...I believe the most common problem in a handset!! Moto G2 is a good phone, however customer experience sucks!!

                  I have been facing some issues with my Moto E device for almost a month and a half now and no one is able is able to fix the issue. In the month of March I faced network issue, reboot of the phone on its own (this was immense) and have given it for servicing in Sri Sai communications who were the authorized center at that point of time. They have changed the mother board and have given it to me. The next day itself I faced the same issue and went ahead and replaced the sim as suggested by the rep out there. After few days I again faced the same issue and have taken it to the authorized service center - B2X (Job No. AMSSEC001000) I asked them to replace my phone and they denied it by saying we don't replace the phone we only service them. They worked on the issue and asked me to check before leaving. While checking the phone rebooted again. I sat there for 2 hours checking things but unfortunately the phone rebooted again on that night. I raised a complaint by calling Moto Customer Care and one of the Managers called me back and asked me to visit the service center one last time and told me that he will replace it if it is not fixed. I've visited the service center again and this time they changed the mother board again (Job no.AMSSEC001198). It worked fine for few days and now I am facing the same issue again. My warranty gonna get over in next 10 days and would request you to please help in fixing this.

                    I have submitted my phone to motorola service center in Ahmedabad on 15th May 2015 and its been 11 days and i called them and they are saying that part of your phone is still not available. They are not giving me back my device till parts arrive. Even they are not providing alternate device and not giving me the date by which phone will be repaired.                       Purchasing date: 15-june-2014 given to service centre date: 15-may-2015 got back on date: 22-may-2015 I have given my moto e phone for a mother board replacement to motorola service centre, indiranagar, bangalore(sri sai cells, indiranagar, bangalore) on 15th may2015.I have got the phone back on 22nd may'2015.But the phone which I have received after the repair is a different one.My phone's original one which i have given has the IMEI nos as [protected], [protected] And the one which i have received has the IMEi nos as [protected]. raised a complaint on 23rd may -reference number[protected] summary- From few months i was facing a restart problem in my phone, so i had given it to service center(sri sai cells, indiranagar, bangalore), they told its a mother board issue and they will replace it. so i had deposit my phone there on 15may 2015, i have attached status recipt). Yesterday, 22-may i went there and got phone back, but once i checked i found IMEI number changed (on the backpanel as well as internally by typing *#06#), and somehow i felt this is not my phone. so today 23-may i went there and asked what is the matter?, They gave me three excuse.. 1- Motherboard has been replaced so IMEI number will change. my question: ok, i know it will change but will it change only inside or outside(backpanel sticker also), what happened to old sticker(what is my identity left)???? 2 - Full body has been replaced my question: then how i will get to know this is my phone??? they did not give me invoice for that. 3- China team had visited to service centre so they had chosen randomly my phone for testing and taken to china for testing Ashish Sharma [protected] ashish.[protected]@gmail.com

                        I had bought moto e 1st gen n october 2014.Since last 3-4 months it is not functioning properly.The phone gets switched off on its own.The phone does not wake up sometimes on pressing the power button key, which is very irritating as we can not do anything just have to wait for about 1 hour.It is very frequent that this problem arises when i need the phone.The touch also doesnot responses well sometimes. My phone is in warranty period so help me in resolving this problem in this phone or either replace it. I just want the problem to be solved as soon as possible.

                          I purchased a moto g (2nd gen) from flipkart on may 15th, 2015. Within 3 months of the purchase, on May 23rd, 2015 - the phone miraculously stopped charging when plugged in. I tried restarting it and swtiching chargers thrice..but none of it worked. I located the nearest service centre. But I could not go because the service centre closes at 6 pm. I had to wait till the next morning for my problem to be even addressed. Next morning, the service centre in Pitampura, kept me waiting for an hour - by opening late, and with a slow server. Finally they saw my phone and on discussing the problem with the handset, i was told my charging input might be damaged for which the motherboard needs to be changed that would cost me 9000 rupees. I was quite shocked because in these 3 months o[censored]sage, my phone hasn't fallen even once, nor it had any contact with water. I was clueless as to how it was damaged. Although i was convinced that your company will take this under warranty until your attendant told me otherwise. I was told that the charging port is counted under 'accidental warranty' and I will have to pay for this job. I was totally annoyed and angry. Why will a student pay an additional 9000 rupees, on a purchase of rs 13000, within 3 months of purchase, that too being clueless about their fault. you understand that students do not have this much money and that's how we depend on warranty. How can you blame the customer for mishandling the handset by labelling this as 'accidental warranty', it is your company's faulty design and nothing else. To be sure, I consulted two other service centres in other areas - south delhi, who told me the same thing over the phone, without even looking at my handset, that I will be charged 80% of my product cost to fix the motherboard. The entire day i was running from pillar to post to get my phone fixed. I have had enough loss of time and could not afford to pay 9000 rupees from my pocket. So i got my handset fixed from a private repair shop in much lesser cost. But i have sheer disappointment and anger at motorola for making me go through this experience. I had to waste so much time and energy and I still could not figure how can you blame the customer for everything that happens to the handset and make the customer pay their hard earned money unnecessarily. My phone is just 3 months old and I expected my phone to be fixed my the service centre under clear warranty, which unfortunately did not happen and I had to take an easier and much cheaper route because I had wasted so much time and money travelling from one centre to another and arguing with your attendants. I am very very disappointed with your service and attitude. The saddest thing is that the company fails to take ownership of its products by blaming the clueless customer for the handset problem.I will not not recommend anybody to go for moto products henceforth to save a bad customer service experience for themselves. this is really sad. I do not see the point of a warranty here if the warranty terms did not allow me to use it to my benefit in this case. I hope you realise the worth of hard earned money, especially for a young student. Why will anybody spend 13000+9000 on a brand new handset without mishandling it? I would like your company to address this matter as soon as possible and I want to be compensated for my loss or be replaced by a new handset that is properly checked and not faulty. Otherwise I will be forced to take this issue forward to the consumer court.

                            My name is Junaid. I am writing this mail so as to inform u that, I am using moto g2, a product of yours company. I am facing a lots of problem in my device since last 5 months. The problems are mentioned below: 1.Google play music stop working when mobile is on standby mode or even in using mode. 2.Call receiver malfunction.it does no work sometimes while calling. 3.when call arrives, the call is not picked up. And few minors problems. I have visited the customer care 5 times, but the hell workers don't even knows how to correct those problems. 5 times visited since last month, but still the problem persist. I would just say that please provide me a replacement of the device. We are customers of yours, these devices are not free, we pay for it. We have the right to have a right working device, not defected.

                              I purchased a new moto E 2G mobile on april 28 2015 after after few days it is giving me a lot of trouble while using my mobile it is getting much heat while I speak...and when I put the mobile in Charging and also when I use any Internet apps or Watsapp means its getting too heat... And the major problem is I am hearing an echo sound from the mobile if I was on a call and at times the receiver who is speaking with me is not able to speak properly not even a minute without any disturbance...the echo or resound problem has been started from the day of[protected]... so kindly help me how to solve this or where should I can get a replaced mobile from the Company...

                                i am writting to you to complaint about mobile(moto g 2nd gen) i bought from online store on 24th october 2014...Problem for my mobile is circuit board replacement...and there is no good service center in udupi (NAGASHRI communication)...they wont give correct response for customers problem..their behaviour is also too bad...kindly please provide us to good service center...I like motorola mobiles...but not udupi service center...hope you solve my problem very soon...thank you...

                                  I had given my Moto E to the B2X service centre at Narayan peth modi Ganpathi lane Pune 411030 on[protected]. As of today it has been 14-15 days and I have still not received any positive reply from the service centre personnel. I have called them 3 to 4 times to enquire about my phone and every single time your personnel says it will take another 4 days for the spare PCB to arrrive. Now, today I called him and he says it will take another 10 days i.e. as of[protected]. This is the first time I am experiencing such callous attitude from any customer care personnel. When I Bought this phone I believed in its quality considering the fact that it was motorola who is one of the pioneers of SIX SIGMA. But I have already got it formatted once certain booting problems and now when the booting problem recurred, this delayed and unresponsive attitude of your personnel to replace the PCB.                                     i bought phone on 22 dec at the very second of launch in india from flipkart. I waited for 1.5 years before it came to india. The phone fell from my hands and the glass cracked. the phone is working absolutely fine, if m asking them to replace they are saying the glass wont be replaced complete assembly (display) will be replaced. which costs 18300/- here this is 60% of the cost of phone. Thats higher than apple.moreover it is not available at the service centre. for over a month now nobody from motorola has even bothered to ask me whats the issue... also the price is varying in delhi 15000 and 18000 in delhi n chennai. I had previously broken my 25000/- rs NOkia N8 twice the glass got repaired both times 4000/- each time. I am giving options and customer help email is reverting saying no.. whats the point ? 1. exchange my phone with a new one same model.(take extra money from me) 2. after keeping me waiting for over a month now make the stock available n replace the glass at lesser price. 3. buy my phone at the price you like.. i buy some other phone help me in some form?? kind regards, Bharti Sharma [protected]

                                      Reapected sir/madam; iam using it for 2 months when i was playing music in play back then after when we remove it from back running apps my music player was beeing strucked and i cant play songs.can you say why it is happing ??and i need solution to solve such problem as soon as??

                                        I purchased a Motorola Moto G (First generation) mobile handset on 6th of April 2014 through flipkart which was subsequently supplied to my address by WS Retail on 8th of April 2014. I was using the mobile from then & was absolutely fine with it . In january 2015 motorola rolled out OS upgradation servies (Lollipop Version) to all users & i upgraded it to the same. Since then i was facing some glitches in the operation front. I reported it to Motorola Customer Support & they provided me some temporary solution which didnt paid off much. I made a travel to US on March 6, 2015 for a duration of 2 months. On March 21, 2015 my mobile got hanged & subsequently the screen became blank. I tried restarting it but it didnt paid off. Very next Day i contacted the Motorola Customer Support in US through their toll free no & they couldnt help any support as the purchase was done in India. I arrived in India on 3rd of May 2015. Very next week i approached the Motorola Authorised Customer Service Centre ("B2X") in Coimbatore. Upon scrutinizing they informed me that the mother board is corrupted & needs to be replaced. I contacted the Motorola Customer Support & Flipkart Customer Support, but they too didnt offer me any service as they claimed the warranty has expired. I even put forth my point saying that the fault happened during the Warranty period & since i was out of Home Country I couldnt visit them, still i was not offered any help from them. Now i have no option other than to contact the govt service portal.
