I have given my moto g 2 phone for a screen repair to your service centre in Noida Sec-18 on 21st April'2015.I have got the phone back on 13th may'2015.But the phone which I have received after the repair is a different one.My phone's original one which i have given has the IMEI nos as [protected] [protected] And the one which i have received has the IMEi nos as [protected] [protected] KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER, OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE TO TAKE A POLICE ACTION. MY JOB ID WAS #360. KINDLY CHECK YOUR RECORDS AND UPDATE ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. AKASH DHAKA [protected] AND THEY HAVE NOT SENT ANY CONFIRMATION MAIL TO ME REGARDING THAT MY PHONE HAS BEEN REPAIRED.

    Defective phone - this has been submitted to Service Centre for replacement. Not getting it back even after regular follow up & chasing. Seems, will have to approach Consumer court. Defect in phone - When phone is under WIFI network, can’t make / receive calls most of the times. Callers CANT GET THRU without getting any busy/ other tone. Same way, I can’t make calls. If the wi fi is disabled, phone works fine for both incoming and outgoing calls. Using Airtlel in India - have changed SIM card, updated software to lollipop 5.1 but problem is unresolved. Complaint dated 28th Feb ref no #[protected]

      I bought the Moto G2 phone thru flipkart on 12.04.2015 and it started creating problems from 13.05.2015. Its touch doesn't work, if mobile is unlock I have to reboot the phone for unlocking it and after unlock it takes commands automatically, proximity sensor also not working. I took it to service center B2X Services Nagpur and they clearly told that it can not be replaced as warranty is over. I told them that 30 days return warranty is from flipkart but as per them this 30 days return/replacement guarantee is from Motorola side. It means either flipkart or Motorola is cheating with customers. Service center has so unprofessional technicians that they don't know how the problem will be resolved and even not telling me how much time it will take for solving the matter. Right now my phone is in service center and God knows by when I'll get it back in good working condition. Very disappointed with Motorola product and services.

        The customer service centre of motorola M/s. B2X services @ Palam Vihar Gurgaon, have refused to cover the moto G phone screen. The screen display of my phone is showing blur lines and 30% phone display is not visible. When i went to the above service center on 18 May 2015, i was refused any service or replacement under warranty citing the reason of internal damage. I called their executive yesterday (May 17, 2015) by number [protected] regarding my phone which was showing black lines. I purchased Moto G on June 10, 2014 and it is under warranty. and he suggested to go to Gurgaon service centre (Palam Vihar). I went there and they said it is a physical damage and it will cost around Rs. 3500. As per your website it is mentioned "Damage to the external glass is considered physical damage which is not covered under warranty. Damage to the internal lens will be repaired as a matter of customer satisfaction provided there is no other sign of external damage to the device". As there is no external damage so without looking at it how can you say that it will not be covered under warranty. I am seriously frustrated with your service as its better you directly state that there is no warranty of a product as your product is a disastrous. I can not charge it through data cable (weird, flaw in moto G which was not mentioned) and it is so delicate. The cost of this phone is now Rs 9, 999 then why should I pay so much if it is under warranty. Please replace/ repair it else I will strongly against of your product and will recommend others as well to not to buy these pathetic phones

          The customer service centre of motorola M/s. B2X services @ Borivali (E) Mumbai have refused to cover the malfunctioning of moto E phone screen. My phone has not been damaged through any abuse or physical contact. The screen display of my phone is showing blur lines and 40% phone display is not visible. When i went to the above service center on 16 May 2015, i was refused any service or replacement under warranty citing the reason of internal damage. They were not able to specify the reason for internal damage. They asked me to get in touch with the customer care center and said that they would cover the same in warranty if the customer care center agreed. I contacted the customer care center which understood the issue but initially refused to cover the defect under warranty. On my repeated insistance, the customer care representative Mr. Chandan handed over the phone to his superior Ms. Sinduja. She also said the same thing and refused. They asked me to check with one more service center and call them from there. I asked them to take the concerned service center representative from borivali (M/s. B2X Services) which they refused. Further, on my insistence they agreed to speak with the concerned person from B2X and i took the person on conference call. However, by citing the vague reason of internal damage they refused to cover the phone under warranty. Please note that the warranty terms and condition of Motorola on there website do not specify anything about internal damage. In the section, what is not covered under warranty they refer only to the physical damage of external nature and do not cover any internal damage. When i asked Ms. Sinduja to show me where it is mentioned in the warranty that the internal damage is not covered she was not able to do so and said that all physical damage also covers internal damage. This is really horrifying as a touch screen phone was a touch display which got defected. There may be any reason for the same including any defect in the phone but we the customer are refused our right to get it covered under warranty. The replacement cost of the screen is Rs. 3900 approximately plus taxes whereas the new moto e phone is available for Rs. 5000 on Flipkart as of today. I need your assistance for getting my phone replaced or repaired in warranty. The warranty terms which specifies what will not be covered is described below for your reference. I can further provide you photo of my phone screen as well as full warranty document. Looking forward for your help. Warranty Terms: What is Not Covered: This Limited Warranty does not cover the following unless they occurred because of a defect in materials or workmanship: (a) Batteries or any protective coatings the performance of which naturally deteriorates over time. (b) Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, cracks or other cosmetic damage from normal wear and tear. (c) Damage caused by use with non-Motorola products. Defects or damage that result from the use of nonMotorola branded or certified compatible products, accessories or other peripheral equipment and/or software. (d) Damage caused beyond the reasonable control of Motorola, including damage caused by (i) accident, abuse, misuse; (ii) operating a Product outside its permitted or intended uses as defined in the Products' User Manual, Quick Start Guide, Online Tutorials, and other documentation provided to you[, including use of the Products for [commercial rental] purposes]; (iii) improper storage (e.g. subjecting the Product to extreme temperatures), abuse or neglect (e.g. broken/bent/missing clips/fasteners/connectors); impact damage (e.g. dropping the Product) (iv) contact with liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity, unusually heavy perspiration or other moisture; sand, food, dirt or similar substances (except for Products sold as resistant to such substances, but then only to the extent the damage was not caused by incorrectly securing the phone’s protective elements or 3843741-v5\LONDOCS subjecting a Product to conditions beyond its stated specifications or limits); or (v) flood, fire, earthquake, tornado or other acts of God not within Motorola's reasonable control. (e) Unauthorized service. Defects or damage resulting from someone other than Motorola or a Motorola authorized service center servicing, testing, adjusting, installing, maintaining, altering, or tampering with the Products. (f) Products that have been modified in any manner without the written permission of Motorola. including (i) serial numbers, date tags or other manufacturer coding that has been removed, altered or obliterated; (ii) mismatched or duplicated serial numbers; (iii) broken seals or other evidence of tampering; or (iv) which have been modified or show evidence of attempts to modify them. IMPORTANT: IT IS ILLEGAL TO USE THIS PRODUCT IF IT CEASES TO COMPLY WITH THE GOVERNMENT AUTHORIZATIONS THAT APPROVED ITS RELEASE. THEREFORE, YOU MUST NOT MAKE CHANGES TO THE PRODUCT AFFECTING ITS EMISSION, MODULATION, TRANSMISSION CHARACTERISTICS, INCLUDING POWER LEVELS, OPERATING FREQUENCIES AND BANDWIDTHS, SAR LEVELS, DUTY-CYCLE, TRANSMISSION MODES AND THE INTENDED METHOD OF THE PRODUCT.             My Moto G handset is not working properly. It is not getting powered ON. I repaired it once from Motorola Service centre but on the same day it stopped working and I am facing same problem again. Please do the needful at the earliest as I am facing problems without my handset. I have already logged a complain with ID: 1056068. But my problem is still not addressed. Also I am not getting e-mail any response from Motorola. Please arrange to address my problem asap.

              We have have purchased a Motorola 2nd Gen phone [IMEI/Serial No: [protected], [protected] ] Through Flipkart on[protected] on my Wife's Name Suhas Sharad Palkar It stopped working, therefore I handed over to the authorized repairer in Thane M/S CCom on 13th Jan 2015. I was informed that mother board has damaged and needs to replace. I will have to deposit this instrument with them . I received back this mobile on[protected]. After repairs I observed sim card slot no 1 was not active or working. Second sim after receiving call the network disconnects . I lodged complaint online on . As per their advice I redeposit the hand set with same repairer m/S CCom on[protected]. I have been issued a receipt wherein work order is and tracking web has been mentioned. On 4th May I called the service center to know the status . I was surprised when the gentlemen on the service center said this receipt belongs to one Mr Mourya of Banglore . I recheck to revealed what he said is correct . I explain him the position . he said he will find out and revert, but I did not receive any call from repairer. I therefore visited the repair shop. I was stunned to know that the receipt issued is correct, however it automatically made in the name of Mr Mourya as the repairer has put the old motherboard which was removed from Mr Mouryas phone, refurbished and fixed on my phone. This is most disgusting act by the M/S Motorola. I purchased a new phone which was not worked for the two months and I was forced to lodged for repairs where it was reported motherboard damaged. Instead of replacing my faulty mother board with new one you dared to replaced it with another damaged motherboard and refurbished motherboard removed from Mr Mourya . And the height of shamelessness I found that is they have put his name in my receipt.

                I have given moto x for service (mic is not working properly) early April '15, it's getting 2 months, still the phone is not ready, there is no spares etc. hearing stories for service provider. I want my phone back soon or I should get compensation for it. Poor service from Motorola.

                  I purchased Moto G(2nd Generation) on 12th the Jan. After updating it to lollipop I started facing hanging problem.I visited your janakpuri service center 3 days back.They told me it's a problem of lollipop and will remove OS then again we will update the OS. And one day after they called me informing that phone now phone is working fine. I took a leave from my office to get my phone. And now again it is creating the same problem. Now even the condition is worse as I am not able to even unlock my phone.So please tell me what should I do? Please do something as soon as possible.

                      Dear sir, I would like to bring certain facts in front of you. I had purchased Motorola Moto E2 on 01-May-2015 through flip kart. At the time of delivery after opening the box i found the handset was not in working condition as it was not getting on even after recharging the battery thrice. I tried to contact Motorola customer care several times regarding my problem but sorry to say except excuses I was given nothing the executive says that my phone will be changed within a day or two but already 15 day has passed but still I am running from pillar to post just to get my mobile handset replaced. It's quiet pathetic experience with Motorola for the first time as I haven't expected such poor service from a renowned brand. I am not able to understand how can water enter inside when it's secured by cover with multiple screws. I request you to kindly resolve this issue. Thanks...

                            I bought a Moto E mobile from Flipkart on 30/06/2014. After a few months, it started shutting down frequently and getting heated very much. On 5th May, 2015, I went to the Motorola service center named, Magnet Services, 75/406, D. H. Road (Hindustan Park), Kolkata 700034, WB, India, Phone:[protected], [protected]. The service center has done a hard reset on my phone and told that the problem will be resolved. But I faced the same problem from that very day and again went to the service center conveying them that the problem has not yet been resolved. I had to deposit my handset on 6th May to them as they told that they need to replace the motherboard. But, till date, I have not got my handset repaired. When contacted them, they have told me to wait further till Saturday. Already it's been one week. How long one can wait for his handset to be repaired. I never experienced such worst servicing from any other service center. I request the competent authority to look into this matter and to resolve it at their earliest.

                              I bought this product from flipkart.com on[protected], and now it doesn't switch on. I went to Motorola service centre, they refused to register my complaint stating that it is not working because of water logging but their reply was not satisfactory.                                 I own a Moto E model XT1022 which had a minor patch on the screen and I submitted my phone for repair at their borivali east service centre B2X on 17 April 2015. I was told that i would take 7-8 working days and its already 21 days since then. I would now never buy any MOTO phone neither recommend it to anybody in my social circle. These are the heights of pathetic service. This the second time repair in the service centre and this time too its taking so long. Imagine in 12 months warranty period you have to keep your phone in repair for 2 months.                                 This is really true, this motorola service center (B2X) is very unprofessional.
                                They have no idea about how to *PHP Spellcheck Trial* with the cutomers and they never pick up your phone. Always give the 15-20 deadline for the servicing and never give back the phone
                                on time. Extremly pathetic.

                                  Hi, I am Lagnajit Dash, Address: Cosmopolis, Flat No-G-024, Near Khandagiri, Dum Duma, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I have purchased Motorola- MOTO G2 (2nd Gen) mobile on 22nd Dec 2014 from flipkart, and order number is : OD[protected] with IMEI Sl No- [protected]. On 18th April it was suddenly stopped during calling and not switch on even after discussed with online customer care executing via chating. Customer care executive advise me to contact nearest Service center i, e “SMART SERVICES”, which is at Bhubaneswar. I have contacted the service center on 22nd April’15 .They checked and told me that “PCB was damaged and need replacement and reqd minimum 15 days. (Smart Service Invoice No-2414, My Mobile No-[protected]) On 7th of May’15, when I was called around 11 AM, they told me that the Phone is OK and I have reached the service center around 12.15 PM and they keep me telling several times that wait for 15 mins and same dialogue they keep telling me till 3.30 PM and this is really surprise for me. When service center confirm me that the hand set is ready, I thought that they are ready with all means. During delivery, I was pointed one problem, that SIM -1 is not working (problem was not exist before PCB Change) and very frequently SIM-1 signal is coming and going, but SIM-2 is perfectly OK. They told me that, it will be ok, may be some signal issue. I was in hurry, because I have some important meeting without solving the problem and I signed the invoice copy. Today (9th May’15), I reached the service center (SMART SERVICES) again for SIM-1 signaling problem. Again they have checked, told that, now it is OK. But, when I was came out from service center after 10 mins the same problem is showing. Today, I have also shown another problem to service center team, some blue spot in the screen. They told me that, wait for few days, then they will chk again. I am really surprise about the service provided by authorized service center of renowned International company “Motorola”. I am really disappointed. Kindly help me to solve these Two Problems (SIM-1 Signal problem and Blue spot in Screen) As per flip kart Invoice-My IMEI no was [protected] and Service Center told me that my IMEI no has been changed after PCB changed ([protected]-Sim-1 and [protected]-Sim-2).Can you please confirm, whether they are correct or not.                                     I had issues with the camera for which I visited the service centre. The first time they said there was a problem with the software and did a software update. However, the problem still continued. I went to the service centre the second time and they said there was a problem with the camera hardware and have replaced it.There was no permission taken from me before replacing anything and neither have I received any proof of whatever has been done!!

                                      I purchased moto g mobile five months ago. Now it is unable to recharge so I visited service center for repair. But they say it won't be covered under warranty as it is physical damage. I did not do any physical damage if any damage is caused them it is company's problem. I want my mobile to be serviced under warranty

                                        When I initially complaint about the restart issue for mt motorolla Moto e been restarting repeatedly, they took the phone and fixed it. So as it seemed. When i got my phone back home i tried my phone by switching it on, it was working smoothly. Until i tried to insert my sim, my sim wasn't getting detected inmy phone. I went back to Motorolla Service center and they said the sim tray is damaged and now they refuse to accpet my phone under warranty and say it has been done my me on purpose. They are not even accept their fault neither the people of motorola support on call people. Please help.
