Hi, I would like to bring this thing in your notice. service center placed in uttam nagar new delhi are doing the monopoly and they are cheating the customers. on wednesday 17th of Dec I went to the service center with my faulty moto g2. the phone was not getting on only white LED was blinking. when I handed over the phone they took it and told me with in one hour the will be repaired we have checked, but after two hour when i Asked for the phone they told me that the mother boared is falutly and it will take minimum 15 days. AND THEY TOLD ME WE DID NOT CHECKED THE DISPLAY AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT IF IT WILL B FAULTY. BUT WHEN I CHECKED THE DISPLAY SMARTLY I FOUND THAT. IT WAS NOT MY DISPLAY THERE WAS SOME SPECIFIC SCRETCHES ON THE RIGH SIDE OF THE DISPLAY AND SCREEN GAURED WAS REMOVED AND PASTED AGAIN. I told them about this to them firstly they refuese and later on they said we checked and display is ok. kindly intervene in the issue . IT IS MY THIRD PHONE FROM MOTOROLA and I am really disappointed with these guys . they are cheating the moto customers.     I have purchased Moto E 6-7 months back and is under warranty now. The handset throws random reboots and charger not connected kind of problems. When I went to the service centre, they first refused that there is any problem with the handset, had a clash with them and customer care and finally they agreed that it has all the problems mentioned although they didn't mentioned all the problems on the docket number(slip) provided to me. On 7th day after submission of phone they gave the same phone back but this time not even the battery was charging and all other problems were same. I urged them to replace the handset but they still didn't replaced it but just ordered a new battery now and is now not even replying by when they can give my phone back. It has been 10 days now and the service centre is not even picking the phone now. Please help. I am a resident of gurgaon and purchased the phone from flipkart. I have all the required documents as well. Sach Collection point is Motorola Service Centre(a small shop with haryanvi people).       I got a Moto X on 6th of October and i started using it from the first day i had battery issues i thought to calibrate the battery !! After calibrating it got a little battery then after exact 1 month i started experiencing Network Drop !! During WIFI ussage my cellular network all was not available i was missing my calls after i got to the service center they told just 1 day and they then said almost 7 days will be took, the phone i will be getting this Saturday but i want my Phone to get replaced as the phone is having Motherboard issues I dont want a repaired cell phone in just 2 months of getting in hand

        i purchased one mobile phone make-moto G (black with 16 GB from flipkart against order ID:OD[protected] dated 14/3/2014. when i started to use the aforesaid mobile then it was found that its voice suddenly get slow down while talking. When its voice is kept on loudspeaker mode then it works properly. Initially it was thought that it will automatically get correct after some using but after a long time the aforesaid problem is still persisting. secondly when it is kept on battery charge then phone get warm quickly after some time. kindly suggest the remedial measure so that it can work properly or suggest whether it may be replaced .           Hi Team, Motorola E misguiding customers and changing complaints reason not giving replacement of faulty product which is under warranty. On my first visit to the service center they told me motherboard got burnt, when i visited them again they said motherboard is in bent state. I submitted first complaint on 3 Dec 2014 at Netaji subhash place pitampura service center.They said that PCB is burnt and PCB subject to verification. When i visited them again they said motherboard is in bent state and there was no sign of burnt damage on PCB or any other part. Please see the attached images for reference. PFA images of last 2 receipt of my complaint as proof with me. Also previously my phone was switching on and entering into the recovery mode pretty fine but now it is not switching on now. 1. Could you please tell me, How could phone got bend when no one opened it apart from motorola service center guy. ( I don't believe it is in bend state) 2. Also there are some hit marks on the motherboard. Please help as i have no phone to use now. I am a poor guy who have purchased it by my hard earned money. Please help me get my refund for this phone back. Thanks

            Phone is very good. There is no problem in that. It really does well for the money you put on.After sales is too expensive. Recently phone got fell down on the floor, screen(glass) got damaged. Display is working fine, touch sensitivity is working as normal, just glass got damaged. Service center is quoting whopping Rs.5600 to replace the broken glass, which i believe is very expensive. We get the same mobile at 10K now. Why would we need to repair when we get good mobiles with price. They are telling even display also needs to replaced along with glass. Customer support is not supportive, you won't get response on time. Motorola definitely to work on this. I don't recommend this product any more, really bitter experience.

              I had purchased a Moto G Mobile through Flipkart vide their Invoice No OD[protected] dt 11 Jun 2014. (Product No FSN MOBDSGU2ZZMDYENQA WID : L12690 & Serial Number [protected]) Unfortunately has lost its PCB circuit due to charger defective on 19 Nov 2014, then I reached to nearest service centre Ensure Support Services India Limited.(c/o Rdington (India) Limited GF-1, KRISHNA COURT, NUTAN BHARTI SOCIETY, NEAR M K HIGH SCHOOL, ALKAPURI, BARODA.Tel:[protected],[protected], [protected]Email ID: [protected]@redington.co.in as advice from Flipkart. But entirely denied to repair or replace the instrument under warranty period and asked me for paying of Rs 8500/- as repair charges of it. Whereas the instrument is under warranty why I should pay for that. Please advise service centre for needful action otherwise I can enforce to complaint with other llegal sources. Thank you.

                I had bought Moto E on 5th June from Flipkart. (OD[protected]). I had my first complaint with the display in October 26, I had submitted the phone in Motorola Service Centre Prescribed by Flipkart. I got my Display Replaced, but after coming home when I checked the Speaker is not working. I am not able to hear any sound from the phone. Only earphone is working. Also after servicing I am having trouble with battery life now my battery stays only up to 3-4 hrs without Internet, WIFI and blue tooth. I am extremely disastisfied with the Product Even I cant trust the Motorola Service Centre people they made the phone worser. My Phone is still in warranty.I need replacement of the device

                  Hi, I bought Moto X 5 months ago, it is working perfect and I don't have any complaints about it. I don't use audio jack in my phone because of Ipod and I use that. Recently I was attending a business call in my phone and I found that headphone was not working, I tried with 2-3 different headphones and none of them worked. I then tried with another phone and all the headphones including the one I got from Moto X was working. After the call I checked and saw that the copper strip inside the audio jack was broken. I was a little surprised to see because I rarely use it. So visited Motorola service center and the guy told me that it is a physical damage and you have to pay for it, I bought this product with exchange of my HTC Desire HD which worked for 4 year without any issue. I don't mind paying for this but this is a minor damage and it must be cover under warranty, I read the warranty and they don't cover anything, we(customer) always screwed by these companies. Specially in India where consumer always suffer because of these companies monopoly and Indian rules. Can anyone help me on this matter. Thanks, Priyank

                    Hello, This is to inform you of the torture that I have gone through since my mobile MOTO E stopped working around 19th Oct. It would not switch on and when charged, it was heating up. After two days mobile started and worked as normal however the same day it got switched off again and started giving the same problem. A very dim light would come up on the screen but no display and completely black. I submitted my phone to P3 support at Ashoka mall pune on 01 Nov 2014 where I had to wait for 3 hours and eventually submitted my phone. I was given a slip to mention the problem. Being a layman, I mentioned Display not working and left the rest to be identified by service centre. The moment they saw the word 'Display' their eyes lit up and mentioned that we would charge for any damage. I was reluctant to hand over the phone however I submitted as I was confident as there was no damage to my phone. Then came the torture, I called and visited them after 7 days to collect my phone after I received a msg that my phone is repaired. After two hours of wait I was told to come back after 3 days as it was not done. I visited the service centre again after 3 days and after waiting for 15-20min the queue I went back as I had to go to my office. I visited the centre again around 15th and after a wait of 1 hour I was handed over the phone . I asked what was the problem? receptionist reluctantly told after looking at the slip, you had mentioned display, so we have replaced it. I was not asked to pay anything. Being standing at the service centre for these days, I saw that after collecting the repaired handset atleast12-15 customers coming back within 15min reporting that problem is not resolved. So, I decided not to leave the centre until I check if handset working properly. The phone would not start, so they asked my to charge it. I was standing at the counter charging my phone for more than 50min and then later I went up to the technician and asked what is the problem. They said that we have repaired your phone and you can charge at home and it should work after an hour of charging. I asked what changes you made, did you change the battery as well. They said yes. I was still in doubt so I asked them to charge, check and hand over the phone again. They charged for about 1.30 hours again, it did not start and was still heating up. They eventually started to speak to each other in regional language and informed that we will get your phone replaced or repaired in few more days. Spending over 8 hours standing, travelling for (20*2*4) 150 km and arguing for over half hour, what else do you expect a customer to do. Well take another half hour and write a complaint. so this is what I am doing. Motorola I thought were being helpful earlier but I lost the trust that after 7-8 calls they had not logged any complaint until this one. I lost my substitute phone on 17th and therefore was unreachable for 2days till I got my replacement SIM. I was expecting a call atleast now when I have secured my SIM's and brought a new phone. However no call received so far. I am travelling today and was expecting the phone to be repaired. Can somebody please tell me if I am going to ever receive my phone back? the phone is not worth so much as much trouble I have had. Had it not been a gift from a sister which I cherish, I would not have been that patient to get it replaced/repaired. I would appreciate if you not take this mail as a sarcastic comment on you, but understand the plight of your customers.                         I have submitted my phone to Motorola service center in Pune, named PC Support. Its been more than 3 weeks I have submitted my phone. I have called to service center and Motorola company as well but no one response in a proper manner that how they are going to repair my phone or replace it. I have waited for more than 3 weeks from their kind response but no one called me from their side. Now the time arrived to call from my side so I started following up with them on e-mail and call as well. Thing is they have no details in the list and they are not aware of my phone repair issue even if the Mototola brand is very well known. Yesterday(17-Nov-2014) I called to Motorola number [protected] and I asked for my phone repair status. I was shocked that they had no answer of the same!!! I requested to customer care executive to transfer the call to their senior executive. That executive transfer the call to Mr.Imran Mohmmad and that person was talking with me on phone and told me that "Sir we have not got any update from the service center or from any concern department about your phone repair". Now all of sudden that person Mr.Imran Mohmmad told me that "I just received a call from one of our technical person that your phone is having water damaged issue so we can not do it in warranty case and you have to pay the 80% cost of your Mobile MRP". Gone crazy??? I asked him for alternative then he refused to help me and also told me that if you can not pay then phone will not get repair. After this long phone call conversation, I have a chat with my one friend who is a lawyer for legal process. He asked me to call last time to the customer care of Motorola and I did that and asked for the concern person but that executive girl refused to provide me the details so i asked her to transfer the call to senior executive and she refused to do that as well. Now she asked me to wait for 24 hours to get call back from their senior executive. I waited for call from their side before as well and yesterday as well. Now the time to call them again as it was almost 24 hours i waited for their call. Today i called to Motorola again for the same help. I talked with their different-different executives for more than 1 hour. But they came up with only one answer that i have to pay 80% amount of my mobile MRP. Till the time I have called more than 100 times, mind it I can figure it out more than 100 times to the service center and to Motorola customer care. List of people I had conversation over phone more than 3-4 hours: Shaviya, Chandra, Ashish Patil, G.Sudarshan, Imran Mohmmad, Jhansi, Manish, Prasanna Kumar and many more. Now I want justice for the same issue. I want my phone repair without any extra cost and in warranty or else get it replace with new phone. As I don't belong to a rich family. You promised me some features at a reasonable rate in one of your phones and I bought it. My trust in you is broken. I am still paying the EMI. I cannot afford to spend more for a phone.

I have bought new MotoG mobile phone from Flipkart.com after one month it started malfunctioning, now i definitely require replacement for the same. After i registered complaint last time i was given information on service center of Motorola of Haridwar but unfortunately it had stopped services of Motorola. Later on I tried to get it done from Roorkee service center but unfortunately they too discontinued with their services to Motorola. Now I am stuck with this new mobile which is not working at all.                             Hello Motorola, Myself Jai Desai. I have bought your phone Moto G 2nd Generation with IMEI No.: [protected], MSN No.: R47AXQ8KTP, Color: White(on 12-September-2014 I have received it from Flipkart.Com). My phone stopped working suddenly two weeks ago. I got to know that the phone is water damaged when I visited your authorized service center PC Support, Pune, India. Surprisingly, one of the features of the phone said that it is 'Water Resistant'. I writing this mail to you after my interaction with your staff at Pune's only Motorola gallery. I waited for a week(from 20-October-2014 to 27-October-2014) just to find out where the gallery is situated. Secondly, when I go there(on 27-October-2014), the staff is so rude that that after assigning token to 35 customers in waiting, they simply walk out for lunch. Without even informing us. I am a working man and I can't spare two minutes of my time, but because of your staff, I had to spent three freaking hours(on 27-October-2014 from 12:30pm to 3:30pm) at the gallery. Just waiting. Secondly, the staff person said I would receive a call in a day or two(may be on 29-October-2014) to let me know of the issue. I did not receive a call till third day. I called them for 70 Times(on 30-October-2014). Mind you, 70 times. They received my call twice and Mr.Sailesh said they have still not checked my phone. Naturally, I was highly pissed. It was then I called to Mr.Manish at 6:45pm, who told me that the phone's motherboard needs to be changed and it will cost me 80 percent extra cost of the original MRP. You think I am a fool? How can you check my phone in a few hours time and give me a reason as bizarre as this? Afterwards, one of the service guy called me at night 8:30pm and said we are just opening and checking your phone and will let you know what exactly we need to do and will let you know the status by tomorrow morning(31-October-2014) around 11am.Still waiting for call from their side. Now PC Support person telling me that he is waiting for the approval from his boss to repair my phone in warranty. I don't belong to a rich family. You promised me some features at a reasonable rate in one of your phones and I bought it. My trust in you is broken. I am still paying the EMI. I cannot afford to spend more for a phone. I request you to please check with the staff of Pune, get me my phone repaired without any extra cost or get me replaced. If you fail to help me then there are online customer forums, Twitter, Facebook, etc. Do kindly help out your costumer who is begging for your service. Justify your service, justify your brand value and justify these useless response I am getting from Motorola brand.


                            Motorola, Is this the way to serve your customers? Kindly justify.

                                  I ordered Moto E on 22nd Sep, 2014.The Back plastic cover is not fitting accurately to the phone and due to this, the loose end hits the SIM card and eventually the SIM comes out and The phone was having battery issue from the starting itself, i guess. Now the worse is, It is not getting charged at all. It shows that the charger is connected, but there was not even a 1% charge level increase . Now the phone is off. Please address the complaint ASAP. I have 1year warranty for the said product. Order id : OD[protected]. Order is on the name of Ashu Regards, Ashu

                                    I purchased new Motorola Moto G mobile phone on[protected] and it went completly dead within short time from purchase date. After so many hassels I reached Motorola service centre and gave them handset on[protected]. I collected back repaired handset on[protected] but soon after it again giving me problems. Now the handset hangs frequently, reboot many time and not taking proper charge. For me its not possible to run after their service centre time and again so I want that they replace my handset with new as this handset has manufacturing defect.

                                      I bought moto e on flipkart through my friend, I received it around 24th to 25th of June 2014.in the first month itself I got the problem with the power button, whenever I used to press power button to lock the screen it used to get switched off automatically and restarts. After 3 months it used to happen frequently so i took to service center on 8th of October and was told that problem is with button. Got there on 14th of October to get my phone after I was informed that it was done but I found out that it still had the same problem. I was told that problem is with motherboard and they’d change it so they asked me to get there after a week .on 22nd I got there again after receiving the status that it is done and again the same, not resolved. Same thing happened on 29th of October, told the same, asked the same “come after a week” .I’m really worried, in what state I would receive the mobile.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, Please be informed, i have purchased MOT E on 18.Aug.2014 through flipkart. MOTO E BLACK flipkart order no.OD[protected] delivered on 18.Aug.2014 my handset display getting more heat while calling even in 15MIN it will get heat . I never expect such product from MOTOROLA COMPANY. kindly arrange for replacement of my handset immediatly otherwise i am going to complaint against MOTOROLA in customer court Treat this matter very very serious & call under signed immediatly for free replacement. Awaiting positive reply at the earliest..
