Updated by nakul5508 Screen of my nexus 6 got cracked, so I visited the moto B2X authorized
service center Address:- Ground Floor 13, Spanish Court Ansal, Palam
Vihar, Gurgaon - 122017
A person named Avinash checked my phone and placed the order for the
screen of nexus 6 but didn't keep the phone with him
He gave me the order no.Stock Request 67 : MRSGUR000067
Store Visit Date : 11 April 2015
He placed the order on date : 13 April 2015
He told me that it would take 7-10 days but still didn't get any
feedback from him till 23 april 2015
So I called them. Some very rude person named Nafeez picked up the phone
and told me that since the phone was not kept with them so it would
take another 10-15 days.

I tried the customer support chat and someone named Vani couldn't
provide much help.
Now can anyone tell me how the screen can be replaced for my phone .
It has already been more that 10 days now.
Please repair my phone this time, I swear, I won't buy anything from
motorola again.

again on 04.05.2015 tried to get rectified from service centre-B2X-located
at pitampura, delhi-110034 aggarwal city mall-56-57
but they rudely turned me and decline to attend to my complaint because I was not carrying bill for the same--i am more peeved at their hostile, arrogant attitude devoid of any sensitivity for a customer of the company which has given them opportunity to earn livelihood.
plz help as i misplaced the required bill--after all data of this phone must be available in your as well as flipkart's online data-base..moreover imei no is there
no reslolution to my problem from ur side would tantamount to denial to a customer's legitimate right at your risks-- and i would be free to give public notice abt cheating the gullible common man thru blitzy ads without any real care for customer support/services---i may choose any form of print/electronic/social media notwithstanding appropriate relief from consumer fora etc
