I purchased Moto G 2nd Gen on 21st Jan (delivered on 23rd Jan 15). On 22 Feb when I used memory card it was not working. It was a manufacturing defect due to which whole phone stopped working by the end of the weekend. I managed to submit my phone to your Jaipur Service center on 3 Mar 15(exact date don’t remember) – (at Ensure Support Sevices Ltd.) As per their words – motherboard was changed along with the SD card slot. I don’t know the Job Sheet No. I have delivery challan with me DC No. JAI/MG/CD/14/02365, WoNo: JAI/MG/14/02495, DC Date: 18 Mar 2015. Within a week SD Card again stopped working then I submitted the phone with your Service Center in Delhi – B2X Systems (Janak Puri District Center on 28 Mar15 and received on 4th Apr 15). According to them SD Card slot was changed along with display as well. Don’t know why the display was change that too without my consent. They didn’t even provided a delivery challan like the Jaipur Center. On 6th Apr 15 the phone encountered the same issue yet again. The SD Card again stopped working. The Sim Connectivity was also trembling time again. As I cannot take leave every second day to get it repair I tried to submit it on subsequent Saturday 11th Apr 15, but your Janak Puri Center was closed for some unknown reason. I then managed to submit the phone on 13th Apr 15 along with charger (which was faulty) at B2X Systems (Janak Puri District Center). Ref No. received on 13th Apr is- GINDEL000534. As per Motorola mail on 28th Mar 15 phone was fixed again, but on 29th Mar 15 around 10 AM I visited service center to get the device but it was not working so I refused to get the faulty handset back. I have called the help center : 1. 17/04/2015 (7:45 PM), 2. 18/04/2015 (11 PM), 3. 18/04/2015 (2 PM), 4. 23/04/2015(4:55 PM) 5. 24/04/2015 (4:31 PM) 6. 25/04/2015 (4:55 PM) 7. 26/04/2015 (12:12 PM) 8. 26/04/2015 (1:06 PM) They always say you will call back, but no response. In 3 months of purchase 2 months it was with Motorola service center. I want my money back, the whole I had exerted on this the never working handset. I cannot spare any more time and money. Please do the needful or guide me the procedure.

    sir i am from patna..and i gave my moto g2 to service center of patna in kaushilya estate. there was hanging issue in my cell phone so i gave it to them for update on of software...they changed the motherboard and now my phone my phone is not working properly and there is display problem now..and i am sending one proof which i register to them after recieving my phn back and i came to know abt all this..i thnk i shoul contact to consumer court regarding this.

      Dear sir, My handset under warrenty .From last month I am having trouble with my moto e handset. Below problem I am facing 1. Loud speaker automatically gets on and off while calling. 2. Voice from both side goes and comes automatically while calling. 3. Switch off automatically anytime. 4. Hanging problem.         My Moto G handset is not working properly. It is not getting powered ON. I repaired it once from Motorola Service centre but on the same day it stopped working and I am facing same problem again. Please do the needful at the earliest as I am facing problems without my handset.

          I bought moto g(2nd) on 29/4/2015. Getting onwards i have to face lot of problems like camera is not good and also manytimes it will hang. sometimes the phone blinking so i get very disturb so solve my problem. battery get more heated comparing other phone.

            I have bought a motorola Nexus 6 reading the reviews and reputation of Motorola. I only recently bought it on the 1st of January 2015 and began using it. Despite using a bumper cover with the phone, the screen of the phone cracked in the first week of april, ie. almost within 4 months of purchase. To my utter shock and horror, i was devastated with the kind of quality being used by Motorola. But since the phone was in warranty i immediately contacted the customer care. However, the customer care informed me that the screen was not covered in warranty. I still went ahead for the replacement of the screen with Motorola only and approached the Motorola Service Centre at Noida Sector 27 ( B2X Mobile Solutions) on 9th of April, 2015, ie. as soon as the screen had cracked. On reaching the service centre and waiting in their never ending waiting line, i reached the counter. On reaching the counter, i was informed that the part was not available and would be available only in 10 days. It was highly disappointing that instead of informing me telephonically, the Motorola customer care made me visit the service centre telephonically, wasting my entire day only to inform me that the part was not available. Despite my phone causing me grave inconvenience for ten more days, i waited patiently and once again approached the service centre on the 20th of April, 2015 giving them ample time for the arrival of their screen. However, once again the service centre informed me that the part had not arrived yet. In the face of this utter disregard for the kind of harassment that i was being caused, i attempted to raise the issue with the management of Motorola and once again contacted the customer care. In an utterly indifferent and careless manner, the customer care informed me that they could not escalate the issue without a job number. This job number was never informed to me earlier and took me by surprise. The service centre guy had not even generated a job number! I immediately contacted the service centre of Motorola and thereafter, after much delay and embarrassment on 23rd of April, 2015 my job no. was finally generated as AMSNOI000397 dtd. 23rd April, 2015. After having obtained this job number i once again approached the customer care of Motorola who assured and promised me that the issue would now be escalated and they would immediately contact me within the next 48 hours. The escalation reference no. given was Work Order No for escalation:[protected] Today, we are sitting at the 2nd of May, 2015, ie. almost a month after the complaint was first generated and no action whatsoever has been taken. Once again i contacted the customer care today and they informed me that nothing can be done till Monday ie. 4th May, 2015. The action on the part of Motorola is an utter failure of providing services and a perfect example of after market dominance. After having purchase such an expensive commodity from Motorola, they are refusing to provide me with after market sales services which is not only after-market abuse of dominance but also an unfair trade practice causing excessive harassment to me. You may kindly note, that since the very first day, it is only I, who have been making continous phone calls and have received not even one phone call from Motorola. You may kindly note, that i have already spoken to my legal counsel who has assured me that strict consumer and competition remedies are available against Motorola. If the issue is not resolved, i shall initiate legal proceedings with immidiate effect which will be entirely at your cost and consequences which you may kindoly note. Aman Lamba, [protected]

              I had given my Motorola moto e to Sai Srinivasa Technologies Rajajinagar Bangalore on 13th April 2015 from repair under warranty. I was assured i would be getting back device in 5-7 days. On not getting any information about my device i gave a complaint to motorola customer care and they sent me a mail that i will get my device back by 30th April. And today when i called they are telling me to wait. I request you to take some action soon.

                    but they rudely turned me and decline to attend to my complaint because I was not carrying bill for the same--i am more peeved at their hostile, arrogant attitude devoid of any sensitivity for a customer of the company which has given them opportunity to earn livelihood.
                    plz help as i misplaced the required bill--after all data of this phone must be available in your as well as flipkart's online data-base..moreover imei no is there
                    no reslolution to my problem from ur side would tantamount to denial to a customer's legitimate right at your risks-- and i would be free to give public notice abt cheating the gullible common man thru blitzy ads without any real care for customer support/services---i may choose any form of print/electronic/social media notwithstanding appropriate relief from consumer fora etc
                    Dear Motorola team, I bought my moto e2 on 09/06/2015 and since the day I purchased it the audio speakers are not working properly. It has become quite difficult to talk to other person as voice is not audible . The phone ringtone is also inaudible even when it is not on silent mode . Kindly replace it with a new set immediately otherwise strict legal action would be taken after 19 days...

                      I am facing the same issue multiple times after replacing the mother also. I faced the problem(hanging), and handed over to service centre and they given my mobile to me.                         Using Nexus 6 with Airtel SIM in India. When phone is under WIFI network, cant make / receive calls in most of the cases. Callers CANT GET THRU without getting any busy/ other tone. Same way, you also cant make calls. If the wi fi is disabled, phone works fine for both incoming and outgoing calls. - have changed SIM card, updated software to lollipop 5.1 but problem is unresolved.Have been following up with Motorola Service centre and even kept device at their service centre for 12 days but they couldn't diagnose the problem. Left with no solution, got back the phone. Have now given up. Investment of 44 K gone down the drain. Using phone for other utilities except the main function of phone. Poor resale on OLX.                               I have a Moto G2, it is under warranty cover, my LCD was not working so I went to the authorised service centre. They asked me to leave the handset with them and told me that they will replace the whole LCD unit with a new one and return within 10 days. After 18 days I got the handset in which there is speaker problem - the voice is cracking, there is big dent on the head, the LCD now has a blue spot in it too. It seems I have been cheated and acted fraudulently for any monetary gain out of my new handset. They did not take any action for the faulty service provided by them.                                 I brought moto e 2nd gen on 12.03.2015, its launch date in India via flipkart (IMEI [protected], [protected]). The phone started troubling after 20days and is out for service since April, 8th. The mobile and the charger are with the authorized service center at mall 21, Jaipur. I am tired of calling them and finding the status of my phone. Sometime they say battery issue and today they said problem with mother board. After 16 days, phone being out of service there is no satisfactory answer. But this is way too pathetic. Problem in the phone not getting sorted at all. In the mean time of this service I have missed out on the returns and replacements by flipkart. Such a handset and service is not expected out of a company like Motorola. Totally unprofessional behavior by the technical staff. Disappointed!

I gave the device on 13th April 2015 and they ensured i will get back the device within 5 to 7 days. But still im yet to get any information about my device.                                     No doubt Motorola manufactures world class gadgets, but also world class hopeless services too, I feel extremely sorry to say that.After encountering some technical snag, I had visited Motorola's authorized service station, they assured me replacement of my mobile phone, within ten day, its been almost a month and I haven't received my phone yet, even after Complaining at the customers care service, all that I got to hear was"Sir we are escalating you request", Its a small thing but of great convince, when with you, I don't feel like going to legal grounds for such, provided you take care of this, I again n repeatedly request you to please hand me over my phone as soon as possible.

                                      A person named Avinash checked my phone and placed the order for the screen of nexus 6 but didn't keep the phone with him

                                      He told me that it would take 7-10 days but still didn't get any feedback from him till 23 april 2015

                                        Myself Nitin employed in Michelin India, based in Gurgaon and I am using Moto G2 and facing an issue and seeks your support on the same. Our company has purchased few mobiles of the same model in Dec last year and am using one of them. There was some damage in display in January so I visited Sach collection point which was authorised service center in Gurgaon for Motorola and they replaced the display in Rs 6250 and attaching the invoice for the same. Now the display screen is coming out itself . And again I visited Sach collection point and they told we are no more authorised service centre for Motorola so please visit B2X service point which is now authorised service centre for Motorola and did the same but B2X people are not ready to check the phone and treat under warranty and told this we cannot do please visit the Sach collection point and again i visited there and they said we are not able to do anything.also I came to know that Sach collection point has charged 6250 rs for display whose actual cost is 4200 rs.
