This is gaurav ghosh, i have given one moto G2 handset for servicing before 19days to sri sai cells service centre(Bangalore) bearing work order no. QCI/MG/14/06223. But i did not receive any kind of information from them. They are taking times only and i have called their customer service centre and as well as repairing centre. But I am not getting any kind of positive answers. Now i am pissed off their service. I thought motorola is very good company they can able to give good service. now i am thinking i was totally wrong about this. Their customer care help centre escalated that issue twice times but did not get any response from their side. So, now i want back my mobile within one day, i have given enough time and i am running out of patience now. I need solution as soon as possible. Thank you, gaurav ghosh [protected]

    i had bought a moto G 2nd gen mobile just after 34 days i got camer problem and gave it to moto care on 3 feb 2015, they are saying again and again it will take 5 days to repair now (9 feb 2015) and now still saying it will take 5 days and they dont even provide stand by mobile im very much fed up with their srevice they have the worst service i have ever seen.I'm not getting right response from customer care also.

        Till Yesterday My SD card is detected by Gallery and Play music and From Today Onwards Gallery doesnt show anything that are in my sd card and shows the photos that are present in my Internal storage and google play music also doesnt show anything present in my sd card and when i play music from my sd card using ES file manager the music plays and photos are also showing. Please solve the problem

            Bought on 20 Oct barely worked, broke down on 03 Dec. Only after 42 days the hardware gave away . Service centre people repaired the device by replacing the Motherboard. But they gave a new problem, the display has a problem now, it gives a semicircular yellow colour path on the upper side of the screen. I am asking for a replacement but Motorola says No, it cant replace. Flipkart would have replaced if it was less that 30 days.

              I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens.

                I vivek vishal from jamshedpur i bought moto e from flipkart on 07/09/14 that is not working properly so that i go to motorola service center that is in jamshedpur. They keep my phone and taje too long time. And also misbehave witb me and also damage the phone. Please sugest me what should i do and plase take the proper action if posible and please provide me a my fresh phon that i give them.

                    I purchased Moto G 8 months ago from flipcart. Now the battery has swollen up and is physically damaged. The phone doesn't get charged properly and even after fully charging, it drains off within 1 hour from charging. I tried contacting customer care services through all modes of communication but no one seems to care. I have been told that the physical damage is not covered under warranty and I will have to bear the expenses of changing damaged battery and housing myself. Why should I pay if the company uses faulty/ cheap/ fake parts in their products? Please help

                        I have Purchased Moto G first Generation on 26/03/2014. When i am using my phone, it was suddenly Switched OFF. I thought that the charging was over and i have connected the charger to the Mobile. But when connected the Notification light was glowing in White color Continuously. And when i remove the charger it was gone. And my phone is not Switching ON again. There is no response from phone, like there is no light blinking or nothing, only light is glowing when the phone is connected to charger if i remove it, it was going off. So i have taken it to the service center in Hyderabad. The service center is only in Secunderabad for entire Hyderabad that is "SRI SAI COMMUNICATIONS". There is no physical damage to that phone like water damage or Broken things.It is suddenly Switched OFF. and not Switching ON. The Service Center people are not caring customers. They simply checked the Phone and said me that it was Motherboard Problem. And Motherboard need to be replaced it seems. And what they are saying is, i Should have to purchase the Touch Screen for that phone from them so that they will replace my Motherboard freely. That is not at all Fair. Why i should purcahse the Touch Screen from them? My touch is working perfectly. They are asking me to purchase Touch Screen from them for Rs.5500/-. so they are saying if i purcahse Touch Screen from them as for said Cost they will claim warranty for Motherboard and they will replace Motherboard it seems. I need justice. I want my Phone to be repaired with free of cost as it is in Warranty.

                          I had purchased a Moto G (First Generation) mobile set through Flipkart on 23rd Aug 2014 for Rs. 12, 089/- vide Order ID:OD[protected]; Order Date:[protected]; Invoice Date:[protected]. Barely 4 ½ months after purchase it started malfunctioning without any rime or reason. The calls were automatically going to unwanted subscribers while trying to contact a particular subscriber. Even while setting the Alarm, it would not stay at a particular point but automatically move to other point. I lodged a complaint with Flipkart. Initially they tried to resolve the issue by directing on the phone through their technician and factory restore was done. The malfunctioning did not get rectified. Again a call was made, this time Flipkart washed their hands off stating the warranty of 30 days was over. Hence I should get in touch with Motorola. Accordingly I contacted the Motorola toll free No.[protected].They then told me to download the App RESCUE+ for Android. The technician gave certain directions on phone, which was carried out. It appeared that the mobile was alright but after 5 minutes it started malfunctioning again. Thereafter on contacting Motorola they suggested me to take it to a Service Centre. Accordingly I took the product to OM COMMUNICATION in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. They took about 1 hour and gave me the phone saying they had reloaded the software and the phone would now work properly. On reaching home when I checked the phone in detail, the same problem was there. On contacting Motorola now and narrating the call centre executive I was suggested to take the phone to their better Service Centre in Okhla. Accordingly the phone was taken to ENSURE SUPPORT SERVICES INDIA LTD, OKHLA PHASE- 2 on 07/01/2015. After checking the phone I was informed by Mr. Jitender, technician that there was an INTERNAL CRACK in the left bottom side of the touch screen. The touch screen therefore has to be changed which will have to be paid for. I then rang up Mr. Praveen Kumar, Regional Head of Motorola in Delhi on 07/01/2015 and apprised him of the entire progress. He spoke to Mr Jitender, Technician and informed me that he could not help me out and I would have to pay the cost of the touch screen amounting to Rs.4775.66. He was totally unconcerned and indifferent to my problems and the difficulties I was undergoing. Such attitude is not expected out of a Regional Head of an MNC like MOTOROLA. Nevertheless, I thereafter deposited the phone against Work Order No.DEL/MG/14/01490 on 07/01/2015. It was collected on 09/01/2015 and payment of Rs. 4775.66 was made vide Invoice No. DEM00274 Dated 09/01/2015. The phone is presently functioning alright. In view of the above, I have the following submissions to make:- (a) How did the phone started malfunctioning without any rime or reason just after 4 ½ months of purchase? (b) When shown to an authorized sevice centre at UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELHI why did they not point out the INTERNAL CRACK IN THE TOUCH SCREEN ? (c) The INTERNAL CRACK IN THE TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT VISIBLE WITH NORMAL EYES to a layman. Only an Authorised Technician can detect it. (d) It appears that Flipkart is handing out Motorola phones with some inherent technical problems. Hence, it is requested that I be reimbursed the amount of Rs.4775.66 at the earliest, otherwise MOTOROLA and Flipkart are likely to earn a bad name. The Motorola Service Centre named OM COMMUNICATION in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi is grossly sub standard and not at all in keeping with MOTOROLA. One feels appalled in visiting such service centres in the Capital. Please do something about it.

                              Hello... I had given my Moto x 1st gen to Motorola service center on 2nd jan 2015, the problem was about the back camera was not working . so i gave it to service center, they told me that its mother board and camera will be changed with in 7 days, but till now there is no information regarding this and they don't take calls if you want to know the status about your phone .

                                  I am having MOTO G2 phone, bought it from flip kart With in 10 days of time I faced charging down problem on this phone, I got replaced from flip kart After one month I faced same problem and I go for call to mot and try to resolve this problem through online, but not resolved after 15 days my phone was shut down and not even switching on, I reach service center (the worst service center I never see) by watching that service center I don't like to give my mobile over there, but I have given because I have confirm with Motorola toll free, they have taken 2 weeks, still I didn't received my phone yet, the worst service center and worst response from service center people, their phones are not working to take an follow up, I am suffering now y I bought MOTO product, worst exp with this :)

                                    Hi, I have purchased Moto X 2013 from Flipkart in the month of May 2014. I found a problem in the mobile camera (Vertical lines visible under low light) for which I had complaint it to the Motorola customer care, Customer Reference number :[protected] dated 17/11/2014. Initially they asked me to format the mobile and check if the problem is resolved, but the problem was not resolved. Then they asked me to visit the nearest Authorised service center. On their request I visited authorized service center of Motorola at PRODCON TECH SERVICES PVT LTD, Andheri East on 29/11/2014. There I was shocked to here from the engineer that he has come across 50 such cases and till now the problem is not resolved after changing the motherboard, display for the mobile. He told me that this problem cannot be resolved as it is a manufacturing defect. Then I updated the customer care about this and also mailed them the report given by the engineer. I asked the customer care to escalate this issue. Till now I haven't received any update from the customer care about this problem and each time I call the customer care for updates, they just reply that our repair team and working on this issue and will update me. I also asked them for the replacement of my mobile as it is a manufacturing defect. To this they are not replying to my mails. Request you to please take this issue on a priority and replace my faulty mobile. Have attached the report of the Service Center for your reference
