Dear sir

I have handed over mobile for speaker replace to your indore motorola service centre on 01.07.2017 but they have not replace it til date. I am visiting your service centre on daily basis but regret to inform that everyday your customer care executive telling me to visit tomorrow. Its more than 15 times i have visited your service center. Is it the way to handle customer???
If you can't correct it kindly inform them to handover back my mobile immediately. I can get it corrected within 30 minutes outside. If i will not get prompt response in 2 days then left with option of legal action.

    Hello,

    I purchased moto g5 plus 3 months back, and now the touch pad is not working. I visited the services center (Vashi, navi mumbai) they took my phone and confirmed that there is not liquid damage & will repair my phone in warranty and will give back to me after 7 days.
    I don't wamt an repair, i want this phone to be replaced as this is an internal damage & this phone is in warreanty, i purchased it just 3 months back, i'm a long time motorola user, don't make me lose my trust in motorola products.
    Please reply what can you do for me to get it replaced.

        I had purchased motorola g4+ on[protected] with order no. Order #[protected] i had immediately informed amazon and motorola that i'm unable to use phone during charging as there's auto-touch issues in the phone while charging till date i had contacted service centers, toll free nos. But they dont have any specefic time that in what time this issue can be resolved also they don't provide any stand-by phone and as i customer i will have no idea about how much time will it take in service center. Ihad visited service center today and i had been fooled by toll free no. I wasted my valuable office time by 2 hours and still no solution for my problem i'm so much mentally haressed by motorola please help me in this case.

        HI, i have purchased, MOTO G4 plus, white 32Gb with serial no. [protected] & i observed many issues related to it

          And this phone display is auto work in after some time...
          I contact to moto service center agra (U. P) he asked me display has fault and this changed in 15 days.

            I bought moto z play 1 month before. I just have it in pocket protected with screen guard but it was cracked and display not working. I asked with service center they said the display gel got leaked, to repair it will cost rs.13000inr. Is that display that much weak? We didn't see this happens with any other smart phones. We must need replacement or it must claim under warranty

              I m moto user n i had given my phone to service center at bhubaneswar on 15.06.2017, it's been 1month and no positive response coming from the service center side. I called a no. Of times but no one is receiving my calls, given complaint online as well but they are also not working on my issue. A very very bad servicing you are providing, if you people have no time n ability to satisfy moto users, than why the hell u guys had open service centers. From last 20 days i m calling back to back but no response. One of your person who is working at moto service at bhubaneswar replied rudely and scream on me telling that 'we are not going to repair your phone, you can come and take your phone back or else i ll throw it". This is the way to talk n sort out customer's issue. M very much in problem, kindly keep my mail in priority basis n do contact me about my phone.

                Hello,

                I recently purchased a moto g5 plus through www.flipkart.com and the power button is not in a working condition. It has been jammed. Let me say i am surprised at the poor quality of the moto phones.. Within 2 months, the power button has been rendered useless. I approached the authorized service center in trivandrum (Dreams mobiles, karamana) on 4/7/2017 and they have been holding the phone for the past 14 days. It is a tedious process to get in touch with them as their only contact number seems to be busy all the time. When i contacted them for the first time they told me that they have to replace the display too along with the power button but were not able to provide me with an approximate return date. And on 15/7/2017 when i got hold of them they responded by saying that it will be ready in a couple of days time. Therefore i contacted them today (18/7/2017) and they replied that the parts have only reached the service center and it will take another 3 days or more to return my phone. This is the kind of response i get each time i contact them. I have been left without a phone for more than 2 weeks and i hope you understand the inconvenience caused by this. Please note that the phone is applicable to the warranty period of 1 year.

                I request you to take immediate action and escalate my request asap. This kind of response from such a big brand like lenovo is unacceptable. I kindly suggest you to contact the center and speed up my service request.

                  I have bought a moto-e3 power on[protected].in this phone there is a problem regarding touch of the phone. I went to lenovo & motorola authorized mobile service center in shop no. G5, g6 devi palace, old delhi road, opp raj cinema hall, 522/3 prem nagar, gurugram, haryana 122001.. But ur repersentative told me in my phone a minor like scratch is in phone screen panel. So your phone is physically damage and it will not cover in warantty. You have to pay for this. But in fact scraches are not on display screen its on phone panel.
                  But how you can do this my phone is under warnatty and due to a minor scratch on panel you denied for doing free service during warrnaty. When i try to get them explained my problem they give your mail id and number [protected]. Which i have been tried 5 times but but no reply is given its totally an mental harassment my self
                  ..

                  So i request you please look into the meter and help me solving this problem.

                    The product has technical issue in 3 -4 months of purchase. Technical issue comes in warranty, give back my full money 16k.                       I purchased above model of cell phone through flipcart vide order no. Od[protected] dtd. 31.03.17.
                      It stopped working on 10.07.17. I reported the matter to your service centre at ashoke nagar delhi on 15.07.17. On examination, they informed that there is small damage on the display. Apparently this is not visible. They informed that this is a common problem in this model and is the reason of non-working of the phone.

                      We failed to understand, how such damage can occur as the phone was used with care. A class one tampered glass was also put on screen from the first day. It never fell down on floor or anywhere. It was also understood from the service centre, that display unit is very sleek and flimsy in this model and is main source of problem.

                      It is very costly phone. Price is rs 25000.00. It could be used only for 3 months.in our opinion, it is a design/manufacturing fault. A common person like me cannot be burdened for your faulty design/manufacturing of such a costly phone. Earlier i used moto-g phone. It was used trouble free for 3 years.

                      I, therefore request you to replace the phone free of cost. Pls. Confirm per return

                            I purchased moto c plus on july 12th and for initial setup i connected to my private (Home) wifi and the mobile keeps on rebooting itself continuously and i cannot perform any other operation until i switch off my wifi.
                            I took the mobile to authorized moto service center yesterday and they performed software re-installation. Even after this process the mobile issue isn't resolved.

                            You are not alone. My Moto C does EXACTLY the same: first power on, I went through the usual setup screens, then got to the 'connect to WiFi' page. Entered pass code, it associated, and 30 seconds later rebooted. Then sits there in a never ending boot-reboot cycle. Back to shop, and he disabled WiFi (so it seems) and gave it back to me, declaring it fixed. I get home, finish setup process, and then think, oh, better connect to wifi. Do so, and then its straight back to boot-reboot cycle. At least it stays up long enough to manually disable wifi (if you're quick!), then its OK. But associate to any WiFi access point, and it does this reboot thing. Its going back to the shop, permanently. Lenovo - you REALLY need to test your products. How did this ever get released?
                            I am facing the same issue. This is a brand new phone which I am absolutely unable to use because of the restart issue.

                              I'm facing problem in my handset (Motorola moto g4+). From 4-5days, ads is appearing continuously on display screen. Like if i'm watching videos on youtube or any app even in photos suddenly ads occurred on screen. Not only watching videos even if i'm using my phone simply like looking photos using whatsapp insta etc apps i'm facing this and now i'm totally irritate with this.. Please help me out.

                                When i returned from college i took my phone (Moto x play 1 year old) i unlocked my phone it was working i spend about 20 min in facebook and whatsapp and lock my phone, after 10 min i unlocked my phone the onscreen buttons was not working, my phone heated up badly, i switch off my phone and restarted the phone still no use, as in emergency situation i used other onscreen button apps from playstore, i have done factory reset no use. Afer 1 day i switch on my phone then suddenly buttons was working, at that time i checked my whatsapp i was not able to download any audio, video, pictures from whatsapp it tells to give permission, i gave permission and still i cannot, it is same with xender, mx player... Etc. When the buttons worked i felt happy that my display is ok and at that moment the bottons snapps automatically without any reason, please help me iam in a big trouble

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have motorola g4 plus mobile anyhow touch of this handset was not working. I have given this handset in moto service station at harsh enterprise (Ba)-004) bharuch, gujarat for repairing on 3rd july 2017, they told me that your complaint will be done within 4 days, i have visited the care almost 3 to 4 times but they told me that your problem has not been solved yet, today is the 15th july, almost 13 days, they have same reason that the part which he replaced in my mobile is not supported so they have sent my phone at vadodara, gujarat. They didnt gave satisfactry answer, what should i do?
                                  Please take necessary action on this and reply as soon as possible
                                  Otherwise i have to take necessary steps against them.

                                  I given my moto g4 plus mobile on 20th june in authorized service center, with problem of touch malfunctioning, auto wi -fi on, battery heating with warranty invoice.they could not repair up to now 20 days completed.they could not returned it.they do not feel responsibility .Please solve this issue.

                                    There was some issue with my moto g4 plus mobile charger. I complained and submitted the charger at official store in indore on 28th june (Imei/sn no. - [protected]). There has been no response from your side nor i am informed when will i receive my charger. Please learn how to do customer services. Who will be responsible if my mobile discontinues to work while using some other local (Less ampere) charger? My warranty period is coming to an end within a couple of days.in case the mobile doesn't work well with the new charger where will i get my phone corrected? I want my charger as soon as possible otherwise i will make sure to sue motorola's reputation in the public. Shame on you if you just cannot handle a charger.

                                      Got a defective phone from amazon on 13 february. Every month it was giving me troubles. Finally battery was heated and about to burst. No signal in one sim. Airtel showroom declared not to use this phone its going to burst.

                                      I hv returned my phone as well as charger.

                                      I dont want repaired/ defective phone. I want my money 12500 to be returned.

                                      Its a question of my life.

                                        I beg to state that i debashis datta a central paramilitary personnel bought a motorola mobile phone moto e3 power on[protected] whose tax invoice is herewith enclosed got some problem in my handset due to hang problem and ringing problem. Due to that i got embarrassed and decided to take my phone to the near by motorola service centre.
                                        On searching nearest service centre through net i took my handset to the ""syscomp electra 4 (6) s n banerjee road, barrackpore shopping arcade, upper ground floor, office # 2, kolkata 700122, ph no. [protected] / 25921717"" on[protected] forenoon on warranty period.
                                        On arrival the service centre i explained my handset problem about it's hang nature and ringing problem they took my phone and asked me to wait for 30 mins and i do as it is, but after expiry of 30 mins they didn't respond anything, on questioning strictly about my phone progress they called me and informed that my handset is having liquid damage due to this my warranty has been void and you have to pay the checking charges of rs. 230 /-. During the servicing time the technician is only checking whether there is any damage, like dent, liquid etc. Minorately rather than to solve the actual problem of handset.

                                        Very honestly to say that the particular service centre has really disappointed us for their service.

                                        Moreover, my handset is on warranty period rather than i have to pay the silly checking charges of rs 230/-. Which is completely wrong procedure to loot the customers.

                                        Also i am enclosing the notice displayed in the service centre about their rule of servicing.

                                        Being a indian paramilitary personnel i humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and refund/ remittance of rs 230/- with penalty may be reimbursed to me by tomorrow itself.

                                        Otherwise i will be forced to take legal step as per consumer forum rules.
