Dear sir,

I am purchase moto mobile on 15th march, but after 45 days there are problem. So i go to service center for repair on 10th may-17 & they said slot problem are there. Service center person issue job card & said repair in 15 days. (Job card no. Srngp[protected]. After 15 days (29th may-17) service center person call me & said your mobile repaired, so i am collect the mobile but after 15 minite same problem was there. So i go to service center & give mobile in service center. He said some problem is there in mobile & repairing another two or three days & no new job card issue.
Today on 16th june-17 no any call from service center.
Please help me.

    I submitted my moto g4 plus at a service centre of motorola for screen burn in and phone shutting down repeatedly. They said a software update would fix it and would take few hours. Then they said it required a motherboard replacement. This took 20 days to replace the motherboard. But then when i received my handset i saw similar problems almost as if nothing was done all problems still remains persistent. They said it is normal for thus handset. My warranty is over too now.. What should i do now? This is what serves for service repairs and warranty these days? Such poor performance was not expected from moto g4 plus.

      On june 2, 2017, i dropped my moto x play handset causing the screen to crack. I went to the service center who informed me that the damage would not be covered under my warranty of 1 yr (Of which 1 month was remaining). They instructed me to pay rs. 6200 and wait 7-10 days for the repairs. They didn't provide an alternate phone for me to use during this time period. They provided a number for me to contact regarding the progress of the repairs. But, 1 week later, when i tried to contact them, they didn't pick up my calls to all of their numbers. Finally, after trying for two days, i managed to reach them. They, then informed me that my sim slots were also damaged and needed repairs amounting to rs. 1000 and an extra 7-10 days of waiting. When i asked them why they hadn't been picking up my calls and why i wasn't informed of the sim slot repairs earlier, they ignored my query and very rudely said that they had their own lives to lead and couldn't spend the entire day taking calls. Do note that all my calls were made during their working hours. I am utterly dissatisfied with how my complaint has been handled. Demanding an extra rs. 1000 when rs. 6200 has been agreed upon already, strikes me as foul play, especially since the phone was working properly even after being dropped. Only the screen had a large crack on it. The sim slots were working perfectly. I beseech you to look into this matter and resolve my problem at the earliest.

      Yesterday, I contacted the service center regarding the status of my phone's repairs. They asked me to wait for another week as parts hadn't arrived from New Delhi yet. I have already waited for more than 2 weeks. This is getting really tiresome. Please hurry up already. Deliveries shouldn't take this much time. My patience is nearing its limit.

        Dear sir,

        I am a sufferer from motorola mobile from last 9 months and its worst serviece. I purchased a motorola motog4+ from amazon in last year september. I had received a defective piece and i am unable to identify the defect in first ten days of purchase because the defect is observed only i had connected ear phones. When i had connected ear phones the mobile was switch off with in a minute or two or a buzz sound is observed when music is played and heared through ear phones. I went to the customer care. They initially said that there is a problem in to the touch and later said that there is a defect in the mother board. They kept the hand set for one month with them (October 3rd to november 5th) later they handovered it to me. From then on wards i am unable to speak on phone with out the earphones (Reverse problem). Without the ear phones my voice is not audible to the receiver on the other end. Later i visited customer serviece center 6-7 times, they replaced the mike and said that it is working well. But my voice is not clear to the receiver and in video calling my voice is completing heared as breaked voice to hearer. I am suffering from this defective hand set from last 8 months and to day when i had again visited the serviece center with this problem and i stood there to clarify the problem, they said that again there is a problem in the motherboard and the connection is not established properly between the mike and the mother board because of the defective mother board.... What is all this nonsense. I paid 15000 for all these problems and still suffering from last 9 months with this defective hand set. No one is responding properly. I will inform to all my friends and family to not to buy motorola mobiles because they sell defective pieces and their serviece is worst. Previously i raised many complaints but there is no proper response (Ref no. S[protected]. I had asked for replacement initially but after one month you people said that replacement is not possible. If replacement is not possible why you didn't informed me in the initial stage itself. There is no proper answer from your end. What is this. I need a proper answer atleast now.

          Without service center it is very difficult to buy motorola mobiles.
          I have issue with moto m which i purchased 4 months before, i had speaker issue and i went to motorola service center which is far away from my location (I spent whole day) and after that i again went after 1 week to collect. With in next day again there is another problem of charging.
          Now it is very difficult to go to service center to spoil full day.
          N. B. Not all the service centers are taking warranty mobiles.

            I brought moto g5 plus in mid april. I faced problem in turbo charging. I went to cannaught place delhi service centre. There was moisture in phone so i said i dont want to do anything. So i went back because i was disturbed i didn't checked it.in metro i checked my phone its fingerprint sensor was not working. I went again i told them the same. They opened my phone again and repaired it. So when a phone is opened its like never going to be working like before. I came back then again i noticed that they didn't clised my phone properly because from the side of the screen i can see the light coming out. It was not properly closed. I am very much disapointed amd disturbed. And i have all the paper that say that they because of their fault have to reopen my phone and still its not in a good condition. I am complaining this to you, so look into it.

              I had purchhased my moto g play, 4th gen (Black) through amazon on dt. 21/12/16 vide order no[protected] sold by green mobiles. This set sim card signal is lost and eventually the set has become useless for me. I contacted with the authorised servicing centre in siliguri (W. B.). But sorry to say that the repairer has turned down to repair. Please resolve the problem as it is still under guarantee period.

                I purchased mobile phone from amazon. Irrespective of % battery charged, the phone turns off, while receiving calls. When restarted, the callers details are lost. As such you cant even call back. If you are using this phone for business, it is very bad situation, if important call is lost.
                I have deposited this phone to sai vision mobilink, kolhapur, maharashtra india, lenovo authorized service station on 26th may, 2017 land line no.+[protected].
                Till date they are unclear about what is the problem.
                I request you to replace the phone immediately.

                  Hi,
                  I bought a motorola x play from flipkart last year, this january my phone stopped working (Cause of a short circuit the display's backlight wasn't working, touch and everything else was working fine. I was able to see the display under light) i took it to motorola service centre in saharanpur, it was under warranty at that time. The person there said the device has moisture inside it and it wont be covered under warranty and he'll have to change the whole display folder. I gave my phone there and they fixed it, though it wasnt done properly. The speaker wasnt working properly and the display was loosely fixed. Last week i took my phone to an another centre there i got to know that the person from saharanpur service centre didn't change the display folder, instead he just fixed the original one (Wiring is done on the original display). But he told me that he'll change the display folder and took money for the same.

                  I am attaching the invoice of my phone, the receipt that person gave me and the messages received.

                  You can call or mail me for any other required details or documents. I want you to take action against him, a refund and repairing of my phone.

                    I purchase moto g4 in the month of july 16 and within two months battery problem started, again it drain out fast so given to boriwali, mumbai service center. Services of this center is pathetic. Last time they retain my phone for more than two weeks on excuse of accessory supply and now also it is with them since 6/6/17.
                    They are not responding to calls or messages..
                    Can you please replace my product as it's rear camera also giving blurry image..

                      I had a minor problem with my phone i. E my earphone jack was not working. I went to the service center on 17th may they said it takes two days to repair my earphone jack. After two days i went again they said problem is still exists so they decided to change my motherboard and said the motherboard comes directly from company which is located at channai. It takes 5 another days. After 7 days i called to the service center and they said motherboard has been changed. I went there and collect the phone. After coming home i noticed that they something temper with my phone speaker and phone speaker got out of order. I went there again. They submit the phone and said it takes two days after two days i went again they fixed the problem of speakers but they creaked my phone display and i discuss with manager about this matter. They changed the display but the colors of the display are totally different from the display which come with my phone. What the hell is this. The mistake done by motorola service center they creaked my display. Instead of original they fit the local display with my phone. Why they are punishing me instead of fitting original display. They creaked my display not me. So it should be a original... Worst service provided by motorola..

                        I had given my phone (Moto g turbo xt1557) (Under warranty) to my nearest motorola service center exhibition road and then they said they will shortly give a call regarding phone. I had given my phone to the service center on 25/05/2017 and now its 18 days late that is 12/06/2017
                        Now only they are saying that they will take more time, i contacted them after 10 days from my submission of my phone they said parts are there in the service center i will give you in 2 to 3 days and i contacted moto service helpline they also told me that i will contact you soon, now i want to know that i buyied this phone for my personnel use or for the service center. They are talking too much time for repairing my phone or tell them to give me another phone instead of my phone.

                          I buy moto g tubo 6 month back and with in 3 month o[censored]se sim-1 slot stop working.
                          When i visited service center then they are telling that pin damage from inside, and will not change under warranty.

                          I am try to contact customer service and said that if any thing broken from inside then it is due to poor quality. They are not giving proper solution to my problem

                            I had purchased wireless phone fr online on jan 2017. Within 4 months it is not working phone is having some charging problem. So where to repair this phone pls give me d address of service centre s in mumbaii had visited one service centre which is located in vile parle but they denied to repair.                               The problem is that the charging is not working. I have checked in service centre raja tracer rke. Service centre called him this product is out of warranty. And it repair in amount 1850rs.

                                I m using the smartphone moto g 4 plus purchased online by 17th august 2016,
                                Its not completed 10 month and i it 3rd time in janakpuri service center. 1st its touch becomes auto touch in march 2017, i show it in center and they update software in 7 days, after 2 days the problem again occur then again i go to the center its time they change its all screen in 10 days. Some time it was ok but now again its touch is automatically stop. I again come to center and they submit my mobile and told me that it will be ok in 8-10 days. I am a businessman and daily work depend on it and also i lost my important documents saved in it. I am very harass with this hand set i purchase this mobile in 14999/-. Kindly do the solution as possible earliest.

                                Already in above complain i declared that i have a mobile of motorola gen 4, i purchased it in Aug 2016 but now its not working properly three time i went to the janakpuri service station for these problems even in present my mobile is also in service center since last 10 days. I have not received any report from service center of the status of its repairing. i m very tired from this phone my business is also suffering. kindly change my handset other wise i will go in court for this matter.

                                  I had been facing issues with my moto g3. The device wasn't charging properly. They kept my phone for 20 days (Like they did with everyone else).
                                  At the end, even after 20 days they didn't want to give the device to me. On pressurizing, they decided to give it to me after 4 hours. When i recieved the device, i found that they had replaced the lcd and that too badly fitted.

                                  While returning home, it almost popped off and the screen cracked.
                                  I have been refraining from visiting the same service center again and it almost has been an year now.
                                  I am still using the same phone but customer support says i'll have to pay for the screen replacement.
                                  The staff at the service center is careless and impolite. So i don't want to bang my head with them.
                                  Resolution: motorola /ensure services should take responsibility and get my phone fixed/replace phone without charging me for their failure to provide quality.

                                    My name is sharif khan, i am from jaipur rajasthan. I purchased a mobile in march 2015. Model moto e-2nd 1. [imei/serial no: [protected]]. I had some problem with my handset. I gave mobile to service centre on 26/05/2017 and technician told me that battery will be replace and we will back you with in two days. I went after 4 days but they did not repair. I have gone 3 times at services and called him again and again. Contact no. Of centre:[protected]/[protected]. I have dropped message also.
                                    They don't give positive response and cut the call. They used abused language.
                                    They do not tell me when will be back my mobile.

                                    As per talk with customer care no ([protected]) last week on 14/6/2017 at 3.19 and 4.22 PM.I still have received no progress regarding the complaint i filed for. Do let me know the current situation and progress of my complaint failing which i will ensure that a legal action is taken with regards to this.

                                    I also visited the service center in Jaipur on 12.06.2017 after visiting 3 times earlier but still have no response.

                                    This is a very irresponsible action and needs to be handled as soon as possible. Do let m know the status and initiate a quick response else i am going for a legal action.

                                      I bought a Moto g 3 one year back this year on the last week of February on physical damage the power button was damaged immediately in the first week of march I consulted the Motorola service centre in Kurnool (Bhopal complex) they took my phone next day they said mother board was broken they collected charges for service now the real problem is this before giving when I charge my phone it shows moto symbol m after I handed my phone to them and when they gave it to me and I charged it the screen is not getting on and the white light glows under the top speaker I want refund because their is now light when I bought my phone the service centre should be punished for changing parts

                                      You have a [censored]ing customer service centres and mainly in Bangalore jayanagar branch I dont unstd whether you have hired people or lazy [censored]ing potatoes... they just escape from work such suckers I have never seen... I bought your phone for the first time n Im regretting for buying such stupid company's phone...

                                        I have purchased my moto g4plus phone befor 1 and half year ago and it is having shadow probl on display. It shows shadows of previous application and others that i operate previously and over-heating problem i am suffering from these two major issues and i am not happy with this product please do something, i feel difficulties when i operate my phone.                                         In my smartphone moto g4 play there is no video calling option in my dialer. i face lots of problem i am not able to video calling someone without help of internet.
