I am a senior citizen. Purchased moto x (2nd generation) in december 2014 from usa.in 2016, its battery started getting discharged at a fast rate.in
April 2017, procured a new battery from usa.
To get the battery fixed, i visited service center "communication solutions", okhla phase ii, new delhi. They said the battery was ok, but we won't fix it... You have to buy the one from us costing rs.4800/-. Then, i approached another service center, "i-pick solutions india ltd.." bhagat singh market, new delhi. They were unable to fix the battery, giving the excuse that it was not of "proper size". Now, had no other option but to visit a local service center, karol bagh. Amazing, with in 20 minutes the same battery was fixed just for rs.100. One would ask the question, what for the so-called service centers are there? For harassing, cheating or be-fooling the customers! It destroys the very reputation of motorola.

    I have provided my mobile for service and that to for same issue this is the 4th time i have given my mobile for ur service center whenever i give a servicing ur service center people will not update the status until we follow up with u guys. What blady petatic service u guys provide me. One my cell is not even 1year old but facing same issue where in u guys are not able to fix it.

    The service exexutive cant give the helpful replies and when i excuse them they told to keep the phone for one week...is it fair...first when i come for battery problem they give me the worksheet for battey change but after 15 days the battery is same...my old battery only, ... . ... ... ...

      I bought a motorola moto G4 plus last year and soon after I bought it, it started showing problem with the touch screen, the screen did not work while charging. I sent it to the motorola service centre and they replaced the touchscreen folder but the problem with it is still there. After the phone returned from the service centre, its camera is also not working properly, which I think has been replaced. Now the service centre is saying that the touchscreen problem while charging is a permanent defect in the model and it cannot be fixed. I hope this issue will be attended to as soon as possible, and I will not need to take any legal action to the consumer forum about it.

        They first took my phone for more then a week which was already working, just the problem with the charging slot, as it was not charging so after a day my mob got drain out. I took it to the service center after 8 days i got a call that the mobile is now a scrap it won't be fix now as it's mother board is having problem. I did'nt get if it's mother board is having problem then how it was working before getting out of battery. Such a ridiculous after sale service highly disappointing not going to suggest anyone to buy motorola or lenovo. Now what do i do with this dumb.

          My name sumit kumre
          In my smartphone motog4+ have manufacturing defect. And i knew that problem after one month. When i noticed my screen was defected. It was screen burning or etc, i don't know correct word for that problem.. But after 6to 7 month when i was free then i went motorola service center and i told all problem about phone. And they said for repair a phone u leave this phone for approx one month.. After one month they repaired my phone and i was not checked because i trust on him. But after 10 days same problem and also many problems came on a phone.. But i was not free so i didn't went service center... And then after last month of warranty period i was go for service and then they said again for leave a phone... And then i asked for replacement because it is a company defect. And also second
          Time came this problem so then i said for replace ment. The ignoring me... And said no it was not authority of me... Then they i said what i do when warranty end and same problem come... Then they said no its problem not come... Or if problem come then i will charged because warranty over after one month. Then i am angry because this was manufacturing defect so full responsibility of motorola service to repair them but they ignored and... After 10 to 20 secound came one man and shouting with very bad word really sir tjat was not a right way to talk with customer. And they said "kisi k bap ki dum ni hai ki mere service center ko band kre. Kya ukhad lega koi na motorola na koi. Or tumhra mobile tha kitne ka bs 15000 ka na bda btane chle ho mujhe or jo karna h kr le... Really i feel very bad sir after heared this 😑😑😑😑😑... Mn kiya wahi use uski dikha dun pr kya krta sir mera phone bhi tha... Please sir... Mera phone thik krwa kr dilway ya use replace kare... Or sath hi sath please us manger ko smjhay ki kbhi kisi customer se is trah bat na kre please. Sir please.

          Similar thing happened with me They can't repair my battery issue they are not doing anything properly I'm facing battery drops like 100-40 only 2-3 hrs work time then 40-0 instant drop even on safe mode it is same

            The problem in my moto g4 is that the back camera is capturing blur images. I went to customer service centre they say the problem is because of the scratches on camera, outermost lense (I don't know what kind of scartches can cause blurred image) and only solution they offered to change whole back side of my phone and it will cost around inr 1550, even my phone is in warranty period. I attached a image clicked by my camera it clear that situation.

              I buy a moto m at the 9th feb. 2017 but something wrong in the moto m power cable. The power cable does not works from yesterday. Moto m accessories are in worranty period. Replace this faulty cable from new cable or give me solution for this. I buy a moto m from flipkart. Please contact me faster and faster. From yesterday power cable does not works properly. Moto m accessories is in 6 month worranty period.

                Whenever on the mobile 2-3 apps automatically open and touch screen not working. After on off the mobile few times then touch working properly.
                I buyed moto g4plus on july 18 2016 from amazon. My phone was facing back camera problem, it was totally blurred. Now its charging problem my phone is off from many days. It's not charging.

                  I had submitted my phone while it was on warranty. The problem was it was rebooting when applications were installed. Please note the phone was in warranty and the service center denied to provide me service free of cost. After diagnosis the were unable to solve my problem and reverted saying there is an issue with the motherboard which would take 7500 INR to fix.

                  I just want to know is this even legal to charge anything to the customer if the phone is in warranty.

                      This is to inform you that i have purchased moto g4 plus from online (Amazon) on 12/7/2016 after few days of purchased i have observed the it is slightly curved shape, i have inform to amazon customer service, but there no proper responce. The after sometime i have notice that one dot occured on mobile screen, and now its incresed. The service center told that it will not cover under warranty.
                      Kindly do the needful solution.

                        Hello,

                        After updating to Nougat my phone shuts down suddently and I need to restart it all the time.
                        The phone's switching off predominantly, when the battery is 50% or lower. Sometimes it starts without problem and sometime it keeps shutting down until I plug the charger, dispite it shows 40-50% charge. The battery percentage is also changing after every switch off.

                        Factory reset didn't help me, I already tried it. I didn't have this problem with Marshmallow.

                          Hi moto team,

                          After buying the mobile, problem started happening within 1 month. I have factory reset the phone many times. Ultimately the sound went off and to repair the phone, i deposited the phone on 19-jun-2017 to below service center.

                          Sara mobile shopee
                          Lenevo service centre 1st floor, sai plaza, above channel-5 shop, near ashwini nursing home, sai chowk, pimpri, pune.
                          Contact no. [protected]

                          I visited the above service center again on 29-jun-2017 and got a reply from csr that part is not available and will be repaired within 2-3 days, but no luck.

                          Today again i called the service center and now they are saying that mother board is not ok and need to be replaced and will take 2-3 more days.

                          I am very frustrated by hearing this reply from your csr. Below are the mistakes done by the service centre:

                          1. 1st analysis of the mistake was not proper which
                          Unnecessarily wasted 2 weeks.
                          2. Does not communicate the customer about the status of phone even if phone is lying with them since last two weeks.
                          3. Does not giving any dead line date for repair to be completed. Always says that will take 2-3 days which is not true.

                          Can you please speed up this repair?
                          And i know that you will not extend my warranty for the days [currently 15 and counting on...] phone is lying with you.

                          This is really not the class of service provided by motorola, the brand it is famous for.

                            I had submitted my phone to b2x service center at pitampura, your authorized centers are pathetic. I am facing more display related problem after receiving my phone, what i m supposed to do, do i again and again submit my phone. There are rumors that they put local display. You have to take action against the service center. My phone is moto g 4 plus, i am having worst experience with motorola, pathetic brand, no satisfactory service. I will never buy it again in my life. Your service centers provide worst services on which i dont think you check even. I do not have hope even that ill get a reply against this complaint

                              I have ordered motorola g4 plus (Black 32 gb) from amazon on 20 feb 2017.

                              Its been less than 3 months, i have already taken device to customer care (Tilak center, new delhi) twice.

                              I am facing issue of :
                              1. Auto start of apps
                              2. App has stopped working
                              3. Automatic disconnection of hotspot
                              4. Moto ringtone when ever we restart device is silent
                              And much more.

                              I want refund for the mobile as taking it again and again to customer care is just a pain not a solution.

                                Moto g turbo waiting for parts till 2 months job sheet no[protected], resistered mobile no is [protected].                                     Their is a shadow of the previous application that I used.
                                    Recently two months ago I have a same Issue So the service center has changed the display, but the problem is occurring again. I am fed up with this Moto G4 mobile. As in service center it takes one month to replace the display and again the same problem is coming. Near about 2 September 2016 I have buy the mobile form Amazon, and it creating to much problems .

                                      Hi im noble a babu from trivandrum kerala. Im having moto g4 handset with warrenty. Few days back i noticed shadows of last used page in my phones display i checked with the authorized service centre tl which showed by motorola. They confirmed the complaint and told me that need to change the display. But they are saying that in trivandrum no motorola service centre dont do any warranty claims. They only do paid jobs there. Then where should i go for the warranty claims. This is only a 5 month old phone. Plz help me to do the repair on warranty basis thank you.

                                        My moto g4 plus mobile volume button has been split into two part and now it is not working..
                                        My mobile phone warrantee will be over on 2 june 17.
                                        For the same i have visited two times to moto service centre near marathahalli bangalore.. But they refused to change it by saying it's a damaged that can not be change under warranty.. They are asking money for it.. And then i asked him to give me the reason in written or just reply over my mail.. But they refused it..
                                        This is my second moto phone, i never faced any problems with my first phone moto e.. But now i loosing my faith from moto brand just because of moto service.. It, s really irritating for me..

                                        I am using Moto g 5 plus. Not all the time, but many times the fingerprint sensor doesn't work properly. Some time it won't recognize my fingerprint, and some time it doesn't even react.in my city I couldn't find any Motorola service center. What should I do now?
