My Motorola phone is creating problems. I have visited the service centre in Jankpuri twice in a week. Everytime they deny by complaining that our sever is not working. They refuse to give manual tokens and repair the phone that are under guaranteed periods. The service provided by this service centre is highly poor. The way the manger and persons working here talk to customer are highly poor. They are not able to satisfy the technical things of the faulty products to the customers. The customers are highly disappointed by the services provided by such a good brand. An immediate action should be taken to rectify the issue.

    I purchased moto x play mobile in nov. 2016. Since i received this mobile, i am facing heating issues, then network issues, now this mobile taking updates for app on daily basis. Now most of the pre installed moto app are not performing. When we restart the mobile, one error always reflect that "unfortunately moto has stopped" and due to that issues in calling, while calling, if you leave the phone window, sound will not come. Phone get on hold may be. Phone disconnect without any reason. Google map is not working. Not giving direction and not proper location.

    Apart from that so many errors come, while use it like camera etc.
    Hope this mobile is the failure of moto. It gives his customer a faulty trail mobile and use the money of peoples.

    If possible, provide me the best solution for these errors and problems.

      After waiting for 5 hours in service center I got my token no. and they refuse to check my phone which is in warrenty by saying this phone is bent! I only had it in my front pants pocket, not sat on it or done anything out of the ordinary.. I argued that this is a design flaw but they aren't budging, they keep saying it's a "chargeable repair". I've been a loyal Moto G user since the 2nd Gen, I've never damaged a phone before (not even cracked a screen!) and certainly never bent one! So for them to imply I've not taken proper care I'm extremely disappointed and angry that I've wasted all the money on the top-spec G4 Plus, If this is what you call product design and customer service then I will never buy Motorola/Lenovo anything ever again.

        Dear sir,
        I have given my mobile for repairing of my broken display at office no -156, agarwal city plaza near m2k, manglam place rohini sector 3, moto-lenovo service center. They charged too much around 4.2k but they damaged my mobile more during repairing. I have received my phone today only.
        My job sheet no is - soin[protected].
        I am attaching the image of my job sheet, bill of repairing, & image of mobile before repairing and image of mobile after repairing specially the damaged portion (Focusing on). My phone is damaged so bitterly that i am feeling to reuse it again.
        The engineer who repair my phone named mr. Ramesh / naresh... He clearly said "jaha complain karna hai karlo, jo ukhad na ukhadlo".
        It's 1 of the worst service i am witnessing.
        Please do needful.
        I will be waiting for your response.

        In-spite of paying full amount for repairing, they have given my mobile back damaging more.

        I purchased Motorola g5 plus in march it was feeling good but later, i noticed that my cell phone's ringtone is not ringing even it is at full volume, i have checked all aspects but it is giving same problem and another is mike problem sound to next person is heared quite low. Please do something what should I do

            Hi

            Have given my moto g4 plus with the given work order number on the 25th of the month of march for display flickering to newtech solutions (Vashi)

            I received the same later with display change and again there was issue with shadow screen (I could see the back ground app images) this time there was new kalyan center (Tecnotronics technologies)
            And they refused to take the phone stating that display sticker was missing and the phone was badly handled by the vashi center and they wont take it for repair
            Even though in warranty, he took the images of the phone and the same is attached

            I need a replacement for my phone or i will go to consumer court that is for sure

              I had surrendered my device XT1557 in Sai Communication (Ph. no. [protected]), Auth service dealer of Ghaziabad on 10.04.17. But still, I haven't received my device back. I have also made many calls to Customer care and lodge my complaint via ref no.[protected] but they are also not providing any resolution.
              One more thing which I come to know is that service Centre has wrongly mentioned my device as "'Out of Warranty'' on job sheet.
              Pls do some thing.

                I went to moto service centre in saltlake kolkata as my moto g5 plus's charger was not working. I went at 12:30pm they told they will take an hour to check and i have to submit my phone as well with the charger. I did and when i came back. After an hour.. They said there is a problem with the adapter.. The phone is completely fine.. Yet they need the phone fr some more time.. Saying they have to do some work.. 2 hours passed still they didn't return they kept saying 15 mins 20 mins.. On asking the people on the reception desk.. They replied rudely and told me to sit.. Finally after 5 hrs loosing my patience when i shouted at them then after 25 mins they gave my phone back.. I just kept asking for charger problem why do u need my phone for so long yet no proper reply.. What is this.. What exactly they were doing with my phone for so much time when they themselves told that my 1 month old phone is perfectly fine.???

                  I bought Moto G 4 plus mobile in the month of January 2017 which is getting bent due to battery over heat issues and speaker is not working. I took this mobile to service center in Chennai on 17th April'17 but they refused to repair it by stating that it will not cover under warranty and advised me to contact motorola customer care for replacement since its a manufacturing defects. Very next day i had contacted customer care hence it consumed whole day at the service cebter itself and i could able to leave the place after 7 pm but since then i have been sending so many emails and dialing customer care but there no proper support/revert from them for the past one month.

                  This is a first time i bought Moto products which is very worst service by its customer care ever i have come across. very worst. I'm speaking to customer care every to get a status on my complaint but getting a reply that i will get call back with a hour or a day but never got till now.

                  I need help/support from you to resolve this issue by replacing this device with new good quality mobile.

                    I bought a new phone moto z play, at around 20 april 2017, but there was a problem in the slot where sim is inserted
                    Initially i was able to put the sim inside. But after 10days when i was inserting 2nd sim. It is not working. When i went to the customer care they are saying it is broken from inside and it is not in warranty and they will charge 2700 for it. As i have always followed moto brand and has been a loyal customer, i was never expecting this from moto. I am hugely disappointed

                    Mobile switches off automatically when i gave it to service center raebareli it became worst than before after giving it to service center phone got heating issues and sound issues and ever the switching off automatically problem was not resolved

                      This to inform you that motorola turbo edition phone was bought online from amazon and was delivered to me on 15 september, 2016. The phone was working in excellent condition but for last 3 weeks its speakers are not working properly, as sometimes its speaker work and some time no sound comes. There is not specific time for this problem. I have reset the phone but the problem has not been resolved yet.There is no service centre in Amritsar as construction is going in the service centre.                           I have moto g 3 2015 edition, i recently updated into android 6.0.1, it will work smoothly for few days, one day my phone's front facing camera icon disappeared, i tried clear cache memory but no use. When try to open front cam by tilting phone then it says 'camera busy '.
                          I try factory reset but no use. Then i completely format my phone using keys but no use, still camera button disappeared.
                          So how i can overcome this?

                              I purchase moto e3 mobile phone five month ago.

                              But its not startup and if it get start and it suddenly switch off.

                              When i go for service center in borivali which are at orchid plaza at 4.55 pm on
                              13th may 2017.

                              The person name as 'Dhiren' refuse to take my phone and said token already full. We can not give you new token.

                              Whats the meaning of that ??

                                I have a motorola g4 plus.. After few months it is not working properly.. It restarts anytime. It doesn't switch on back if it shuts down.. I have been submitting this phone many times in our nearest motorola solution service center. But no issues were resolved. As this is my main phone.. I need a fastest solution. I have been calling customer care.. Many times.. But no help was given by them.. I am really irritated by the service given.. If no possible solution is given to me.. I may also reach higher authority and take all legal actions to claim my complaint. Thank you.

                                  I went to your Borivali West Service center 2months ago and got my phone checked. They detected battery issues and told me to submit my phone but didn't provide me a spare phone. So, I used my phone in such a condition and went again after 2months now. It is in the same physical condition that it was as it was unused since 2months.
                                  Now, they refuse to accept that they have already checked my phone and there was a battery...

                                  After submission of phone on 9th may no call was received from their side. I called them on 10 & 11th may and till 11th may 5:30 pm no repair work was done. Earlier I called at 4 pm and they said within 30 min they would revert back but nothing happened and when i called at 5:30pm they answered my call the person being clueless responded back saying motherboard is damaged

                                  on 9th may when i submitted my phone l, they said they would inform me about the repair work but no response came from their side. I called on 10 and 11th may and the response was same as engineer ll contact you. Finally when i called at 4pm on 11th may they said repair work has not been initiated but you ll receive call within half an hour. Finally when no response came from there side, i once again called at 5:30pm, he initially asked estimate nai mila apko kya?
                                  for which i said no.He asked me to wait and within few minutes he came back and responded that motherboard kharab hai 9500 lagega.
                                  When i asked them to just update the software he replied very rudely ki sab kr k dekh liye hai..jab bol diya motherboard kharab hai to. When i received my handset, no software update was done, infact videos were made from my phone. On coming home i rebooted my phone and suddenly the battery backup has increased from 3 hours to 10 hours.

                                    Had bought this phone Moto E3 Power (Black, 16 GB) from flipkart (order number-OD[protected]

                                    The phone is not even 6 months old, the screen is gone and there is no service center in atleast 200KM radius in the town where the phone is currently being used. despite that, finding and travelling to an authorized service center, the service center guys tries to make you pay saying it's water damage and not covered in warranty. This is a new tactic these days being used by all such remote area places where they think people will believe anything being told to them. The phone was very well maintained and used and never kept near water anywhere. but service center guy insisted it's water damage.

                                    No accountability at all. no response from motorola yet

                                      I had purchased my moto g4 plus 8 months back from amazon.in and recently upgraded it to Android N. Post the upgrade my phone switches off when a call or notification comes in. This issue gets severe if data or wifi is on. I contacted customer care but they insisted on me purchasing a new battery even without checking my phone. They weren't even ready to replace my battery on warranty. I am still covered under warranty but is not able to my phone or battery replaced or at least to get the problem resolved

                                      You may roll back to older version of your mobile as your phone get turned off after your update. Check the related details in online and do as per their advice.
