I purchased moto x play mobile in nov. 2016. Since i received this mobile, i am facing heating issues, then network issues, now this mobile taking updates for app on daily basis. Now most of the pre installed moto app are not performing. When we restart the mobile, one error always reflect that "unfortunately moto has stopped" and due to that issues in calling, while calling, if you leave the phone window, sound will not come. Phone get on hold may be. Phone disconnect without any reason. Google map is not working. Not giving direction and not proper location.
Apart from that so many errors come, while use it like camera etc.
Hope this mobile is the failure of moto. It gives his customer a faulty trail mobile and use the money of peoples.
If possible, provide me the best solution for these errors and problems.
