My phone is broken down then it's warranty is over in 5 months but my charger was not work regularly then i tell the service centre of jamshedpur give me new charger nd i pay for it's. But they didn't they tell me it's out of stock and arrive 4-5 day but in half of months the changer is not coming and when ever it's come they didn't give me because my mobile is not a warranty period

    I have charging problem in my motorola phone as it's charger seems not working. When i reached the motorola service center at alkapuri in vadodara at 17:15 hrs, they denied to attend due to rush.
    I reached the service center from my office from around 20 km even after calling to service center in morning for it's opening.
    I think they are not interested for customer value or their time importance.

    I have given phone to for service regarding screen errors.when i went to collect my mobile.while they repairing made scratch on edge, if i ask what the f#ck is this they said while reparing it was common. After two days o[censored]sing phone again its fingerprint option went missing

      I purchases moto g4 plus 28 June then my phone heat I changed my display, earjack battery then my phone auto switch off problem charging time more then 1.30 hour I go service center they did not solve my auto switch off problem plz help me this phone not buy any one will I try because this phone quality is very very chip I tried company gave me new phone because I go service center more then 3 times

      I am disappointed with Moto service. Ian purchase Moto m 2 Jan 2017 and handset charger cable is not working and all they not change the cable .and asked me for that is physically damage but cable is not physically damage.

        I had purchased Moto G4 plus on 19th October, 2016, since then I found that the quality of the product is not good i.e hanging problem, heating problem is there.

        Last month this phone was slipped from my hand while I was sitting on the chair, when I picked up this phone I found that the Screen got broken near the front camera.

        I tried to contact the service station they said this will cost you around 7-8 thousand rupees. This is cheating with the customers as this is phone is already very expensive and the quality of the product is so bad.

        Please suggest what I should do?

        Since October, 2017, when I purchased this phone I noticed that there is hanging (hang ) problem with the phone. Major issue come last month when this phone was slipped from my hand while I was sitting on a chair, when I picked up this phone from floor I noticed that the screen of the phone get damaged near the front camera.

        As the phone was under warranty I contacted Motorola Service Centre at Gole Market, New Delhi, India complaining them regarding quality of the product (broken screen) of the phone - they told me that they can't do anything if I want to replace this I have to bear a cost between Rs. 7000 to 8000 towards repair/ replacement of screen.

        Please note this phone is under warranty - however, the phone fell from my hand but the distance is not more than 1 feet. If this is quality of the product that it get damaged even in this short distance, what are the standards does the company follow in quality testing.

        For your reference I am enclosing herewith Invoice of the product.

        As you are well aware that this phone is expensive in the same manner the quality of the product should be good.

        I request you to kindly do the needful so that the Screen of the phone can be replaced without any cost to me.

          Complaining about customer care at Aurangabad (MH)

          Extremely poor and pathetic service here at Aurangabad by Service center authorities this is by Kunal Telecom where the staff don't know why they are working and don't talk properly to customers basically the ladies they think it's government job and they are the owner of the company.

          The staff is not educated in terms of handling customer queries.
          Will not help individual in terms of issues with phone.

          I purchased moto g plus, 4th gen (Black, 32gb) through amazon with invoice number;[protected] dated december 24, 2016 which was delivered to me on december 27 2016. I am facing issue of hanging my head set & auto touch operation. Heating issue is also there in battery, i visited to service center (Ambe telecom, chittorgarh, rajasthan) and they updated the software but after that issues have been increased. Please provide me a permanent solution

            For past 1.5 years I was satisfied with my mobile experience (Moto G3). Except a few glitches it was amazing. But it crossed the limit when starting going off just anytime. I mean anytime at whatever battery percentage it would just switch off and worse it won't start even after repeated trails for atleast 30 min.
            Just when I was considering buying another Motorola phone (g5+) thanks for not letting me make such mistake.
            Will never buy another Motorola product.

              My moto g4plus starting troubling me with battery and touch issues this feb (Purchased on july 2016) i submitted it to my nearest moto care centre dehradun, they took too long about a month to repair it and return but after 2 months itself its battery is again troubling me. I again submitted it for 3 days and it still is the same. They wasted my time and energy. I am really upset and angry about it and i will never ever recommend a moto product to anyone in near future if my phone is not replaced or refunded. It already has two iemi numbers cause its motherboard was changed and i dont have enough patience to wait for a month again. Do something about it or you'll lose around 4 customers of yours.

                  First gave mobile to authorized service centre in dindigul (Sri mobile care) for display problem. It was repaired though, while repairing they have damaged the speaker, now speaker rings with vibration. After getting in touch with another service centre at tiruppur (Emperor mobiles), they say that due to mis-handling of the service centre the problem has raised. So, we tried to get resolved by speaking with the service centre, they are not replaying and saying that their authorization is cancelled,. Whereas not resolving the issue.

                  Kindly arrange either to repair the deficit part or arrange to provide a new mobile.

                    Recently i have visited one service center in govind puri, okhla phase 2 near royal enfield showroom, new Delhi. it was my second time in that service center for the same complaint that my phone suddenly get dead and every time they change my phone's motherboard and they did not provide any proof that my imei number is changed .
                    And now the problem is that i cant hear anything when someone calls on my phone they can hear me properly but i can't . now i have pissed off going again and again to that service center because they are unable to fix my phone as it gets dead after 2 or 3 days from service every time or any miscellaneous problem arises. it has been only 2 months when i had purchased this phone.

                    so i would request you to replace my phone or return my money back.

                        I have motorola x play which i bought last year but from last month one blue dot is appear on screen and when i go to your service centre lovely enterprises jodhpur they told me that this dot must appear on screen this is not a major problem. But i want to know that why this dot is appear on screen and if there are some major problem in screen then after warranty period who will pay the money.
                        And when i told about heating and hanging problem they told us that there is updation of software in mobile.
                        My mobile is up to date upto latest version then which software is required for my mobile.

                          About 10 days ago my phone got dead. As it was under warranty period, i submitted it to the respective service center in bhubaneswar. There was some problem with phone's speaker and mic also. I mentioned those too. After some days i got my phone in working condition as its motherhood got replaced but it's mic and speaker is in worse condition. Now they're refusing to accept it. I've a xerox copy of the bill of service center. I need them to fix my phone as soon as possible. It's just 6 month old handset.

                              Their is some manufacturing defect in phone since glass of front camera is in front facing to any rest area & there is no depth thus if we put camera of desk, every time some dent applied on camera glass & going on picture quality poor on account of dent on glass. I have contacted customer care & they charge 650rs to change the glass. Since their is no fault at my end because this is some design issue & due to this dent on glass has been done and i am not putting any cover on my every mobile. So kindly resolve the matter asap other wise i will escalate issue & also i am not satisfied call center rude behavior.

                                My moto x play's turbo charger is complaint. While connecting charger phone is not charging. So i went to moto service centre in kaloor, ekm kerala.                                   I purchased on Moto g3 mobile set with Gorilla Glass last year. Unfortunately by accident, on last week the glass was broken. The set is still working. For the repairs, I enquired your service centre to repair & change the glass. They asked me to pay Rs.5200.00 as cost of glass. I woonder, why this much cost for replacement? Are the service people cheating the customers? Please replace the glass.

                                      I baught a phones 4 month ago. My phone is xt1706 model name moto e3.
                                      I will go to consuemer forum and i will see you in every social media if you will unable to resolve my issue. Battry is not working more than 5 hour and hanging problems a lot. Motorola is china made and china impression is very bad. I reall feel very bad.
