I have purchased the moto g4 plus. It has been three months now that I have been using the phone but since the last 15 days the phone has been hanging continuously. Applications are opening on their own calls get forwarded automatically and it has been such a disappointment with such a service. Kindly look into the matter and revert back to the fastest since the phone has not been functioning at all!

    Am your customer of motorola x play handset using from last 1 years, i have got a problem in handset for charging issue... Charger is not get connecting to handset.
    Today on 30/03/2017 i have visited to our servicecenyre of location at savarkar chauk aurangabad, this is a my 3rd visit to service centre, i can't getting a proper feedback, information, service and also your employees not talking well to us... Language using by your employee is so arrogant... Please request to provide good service and feedback... Today's culture mobile is our most important part of life so we need service faster and good feedback... Thanks you ganesh rathod[protected]

      I have been cheated from your side, I was facing some software related issue as informed from the authorized service center after the nougat update in my Motorola g4+ phone which i bought in May 2016 and is under warranty. Though my device was under warranty I was charged Rs 350 and on asking the reason I was not responded with clear justification and received the rude reply from the operator. I was bound to pay the bill amount and get my device as I was in an urgent need. However after the service I faced some problem and on calling I was told to visit again the service center, as i know they will loot me again that's why I am lodging this complaint and I want you to please help me out in the best possible way. If you want I can even give you my IMEI number and bill number of tax invoice for your reference. I don't have scanner otherwise I would have attached the invoice soft copy.
      I am very much upset as I never expected such service from the Motorola, as before also I was always using Motorola devices and recommended the same to my friends and relatives.

        I have deposited my mobile a month ago, still no action ..
        They are saying that part is not available and once they changed the part but still the same problem.
        This time again they did ask for some time to fix the problem, and pretend that they may not have put the lcd properly..
        Wtf!! My touch wasn't even touched by them, why did they do so, even after having the mobile for a month...
        Moto sucks, after being handed over to Lenovo...

          Hello,

          Hope you are doing great. This is with reference to the mobile Moto Z Play, which was purchased in the month of Nov’16 via online(flipkart). Now i am facing some trouble with the display blackout. Further to this, this may be noted that there no external damage happened to this phone nor it came in to any water contact. Also I would like to inform you that, I had visited the customer care service but i haven’t received any support from their end.

          Please help me in this regards for replacement or repair of the phone.

            I(Hiren Prajapati) gave my moto E3 power handset on 30 Jan 2017 in service centre SARA MOBILE SHOPEE, PIMPRI, PUNE . On present day mobile is not ready. Two months has been passed. I asked to service center but every time they are postponed the date of completion and every time they said part is not available. Sometime they didn't receive the call or cut the call without information. So please solve this issue as soon as possible.

              I have Moto g4 plus.. last week I was given my cellphone in service center in jayanagara 4 th block Bangalore . that service center people not at all doing good service simply they will kept as it is even though they are charged my IMEI no also so. Plzzzz people don't believe Moto service center now am facing lat of problems in m device ( battery backup, improper touch, heating problem, ) seriously now am thinking why I was gave that time... people Plzzzz don't believe Moto service center Bangalore

                  I(mohit Aditya) gave my moto g2 handset on 22 Dec 2016 in service centre amar plaza Ajmer (Raj) . On present day mobile is not ready . Three months has been passed.Before two times complaint is registered and behavior of service center is very very bad.sometime they didn't receive the call or cut the call without information.so please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                    I bought new motorola g4 plus phone around on last October. At that time its work absolutely fine.Now a days its hitting too much even if its hard to take phone in hand & its also some time switch off even if its battery is full. I am very much tired with its hitting problem.
                    Its irritated to using phone.

                    I reported there for this at Ashram Road, Ahmedabad Service center they format phone & say they can't do anything for that because they use any new hardware in this phone and because of that heating problem is come. This really very bad service.

                      I have buy ne w moto z play mobile on 25th Jan 2017. My phone got faulty on 21st Feb 2017. I have send my phone in Moto service Centre Shimla ( HTP Computers ). they Said phone display not working replace the display with in 3-4 day . Now after that continues chasing regarding my phone but still they are unable to repair my phone.

                        Hello Everyone, I am using Moto G4 Plus with JIO 4G SIM. It is on LTE data but VoLTE box is not appearing in status bar. I have to use JIO4GVoice App to place call and receive call and I have to enable data all the time to call or sending sms that causing battery draining. When my phone natively supports VoLTE then why should I use 3rd party app. Please help me. Thanks.

                        Hi iam M.A.MUKHEED my Moto g4 plus doesn't support Volte please solve my it's always shows LTE settings . I tried lot but it cant get solution for this problem.when the device in is 6.0 os marshwalla the problem not raised when i updated to 7.0 nagout this problem raised please solve my problem and issues​ .

                          Dear Sir/ Madam,

                          I purchased Moto E3 Power mobile with IMEI number [protected] through filip kart vide invoice number F0YQI[protected] dated 19.10.2016. When i approached service center for not getting recharged, they open the mobile and replied that charging connector only got liquid damage.

                          I want to know how the only connector get liquid damage and with our any liquid in entire mobile hand set. Then he want me to pay an amount of Rs 1, 450/- as charge for not covering in warranty period

                          For your ready reference, i am here with attaching customer information slip given by service center and Invoice copy. I Hope MOTO Mobiles will provide us best post sale services.

                            Incident: I purchased motorola g4 plus mobile from Amzon within 2 months(30/01/2017) my mobile Automatic Functioning.
                            Its been 6 days(21/03/2017) back i submitted my Moto G4 plus for an issue of Automatic Misbehave problem. Then i have received my moblie 24/03/2017 But my mobile hanging problem same as its.
                            My cell phone is missing behaving and getting operated automatically it opens applications at its own and even calls to recent callers as well I have reset my phone as well but not yet responding.i want replacement of my phone immediately because earlier there were issues like while playing anything on and while charging also it was misbehaving after updating software it worked fine for lets say 10 mins then again it has started misbehaving now it has become problematic for me to handle this pls look into it and response at the earliest.

                              Hi sir, actually I had purchased Moto g3 2year back on Dec month...It worked fine for some 8 to 9 months and suddenly 1 fine day I started getting problem with my screen and I thought it's just because of the full memory so formatted my phone but the problem didn't go..When ever I use to watch the movie after some time the screen should either not respond at all or won't respond properly...It's just not abt movie or video...Wen i use to shoot video or take pics and it would suddenly talke burst mode pic without my fingers on the screen and mostly everywhere.after getting annoyed I gave it to the Motorola Authorize service centre in Borivali..They took my phone for some 7 days or so and once they were done I got my phone back ...But after some time I use to get the same problem while watching a video that I use to face before but I didn't react..But now from last 1week i am facing the whole problem again..And during this week I had deleted all aps including browsing except for WhatsApp ..So I am pretty much sure that it's not because of me doing browsing...Last I gave my phone it was in warranty but not it's not... Because of the last service I am pretty much annoyed on u guys...After doing some research I got in to my developers option n switched on show visual touch settings..So that if next time my screen miss behaves I can see where are touches...While browsing for u site I faced the same issue n I saw that there was visual touch point on the lower corner of right side ...And most of the time that part doesn't response..I have formatted my phone, clear cached partition...But still no improvement...guys i have attached a pic to make u understand the problem..the dot circled from red colour is the place the place were i touched n the one with the blue was automatically there(because of the problem I guess n its the right lower corner of the screen) i am waiting for ur reply ..Hope to receive it soon..

                              I was purchased MOTO M two months before about 16000. Just Mobile fall down simply the whole glass broken. It was poor quality gorilla glass when I was take to MOTO Service Center they said need to change total display as well include gorilla glass and display charges 5000/-. Very worst. Then how we believe Moto...
                              Phone not getting vibrate... not working well... just 4 month used
                              Why you're not giving Nougat update to Moto e3 Power, Android O had come and we are still on Marshmallow.
                              I've taken Moto Phone because Moto gives latest updates to their devices.
                              Please give Nougat update to Moto e3 Power I beg you Please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

                                My Motorola phone has charging issue, during charging it get connect disconnect automatically.

                                I went for solution at authorized service center of Motorola on 25 Feb 17, they took mobile for repair and told me to get back mobile within the 8-10 days.
                                After 10 day of submission of phone I did call there, no positive comes from that side. I called them many times for my mobile repair status but every time they spoke with very casual behavior.
                                Finally I did get my mobile after one month on 25 March 17. I did check mobile for all register problems & same time problem was same (charging time connect disconnect) and asked them to resolve the same, but they did refused.
                                i am frustrate from this mobile, pls resolve my problem.
                                Otherwise i am going to consumer court for justice.

                                  My phone was given to the service center as i'm facing problems in speaker output(audio).
                                  and also fluctuations while charging.
                                  they have resolved it and gave back to me after 1 MONTH.

                                  now my display has some issues and headphone jack is not working.
                                  also the touch was very distressing as it seems to be fake one.
                                  please respond and replace me a new phone(MOTO G4 PLUS)

                                  I've got problem with Moto turbo charger. As per policy customer had to be replaced with replacement part within 10 or 15 days depending on availability. But person here are not at all responsible and giving response in rude way. after following up one and half month they gave the replacement
                                  I bought moto m in December 2017 but at that time it is not charging. Please resolve my problem as earliest as possible. On that product I have 1 year warranty and on its accessories 6 months. So my mobile is in the warranty period. I suffer so much because of this problem. I changed my charger but it's also not working. Please resolve my problem.

                                    Hello Moto,

                                    This is to inform you that i have a motorola mobile phone which is moto g turbo. it is in warranty period till 31st march, 2017. as my mobile is not working(dead). i have visited the service center on 25th march and the address is below given. the service center have a wrong credentials of my mobile phone. service center told me that they have a expired warranty date for my mobile phone. as per invoice attached in this email, the date of purchase (invoice) is 31st march 2016.but the service center has updated the date of 24th February in their records. the service care center told me that they will contact to the moto customer care and take approval for the warranty. thereafter, the service center will repair my mobile phone.i am facing inconvenience due to wrong details updated on service center . due to this i am unable to get services of service center for my mobile phone.

                                    Therefore, kindly look on the matter as soon as possible. hope to have favorable response as soon as possible.please do needful action as soon as possible on priority basis. Please call me for more details.my job sheet number is 407 at below given service center.i have submitted my mobile to service center.

                                      I have purchased your product android mobile moto g turbo edition smartphone with good reputation & trusted name of Motorola but due to defective piece i cannot use it as it remains with the service center from 25 December 2016 . it is repaired 2 times .though within a hrs again it having problem & third time given to service center .
                                      if it will always remain with service center what is the meaning of purchasing trusted brand product?
                                      as the piece is defective and due to that i can not use it please replace it by new piece to solve the problem or else you will bound me to go for a consumer court with all the detail.

                                      I am using moto g2 android version 6. i am facing screen overlay detection error. please help me to solve the issue. also i asked a query on storage in moto g2. for that also no response from customer care. really i am feel bad on moto now.

                                        Sir I have motorola g turbo edition which i purchased on may 2016 it was having some kind of problem at that time after 1 month of purchase. I gave this phone to authorised service centre for repair at DELHI.
                                        There it was repaired. After that everything went well.
                                        Few days back i notices a problem in my phone for which i was gone to
                                        Satyam mobile and computer, first floor
                                        Bhopal, madhya pradesh

                                        They when asked I fairly told them about my previous repair of phone. Than they asked me about the work order number of previous repair. Obviously I dont have that old receipt/work order, as that was taken back by the service centre itself after repair of my phone that time.
                                        Now at bhopal service centre guy refused to repair my phone without previous work order number.
                                        My phone is becoming worse day by day due to lack of repair. I will not hesitate to lodge an official complaint at conaumer forum.

                                        Now please suggest me what should i do?
