My moto m mobile had charging issues so i went to the care. They said the charging cable has problem and asked me to submit the charging cable. I submitted the charging cable on date 24/11/2017. They asked me to come after two days and take the charging cable. But after that date i am going to the care everyday as they are saying come tomorrow as the cable not reached the care.

    I wish to complain about my moto e4plus mobile that i purchased on 19/7/2017 from flipkart.
    I am complaining because 2times iaam going to service center but my problem not solved after 2 days repeat they problem after servicing. To resolve this problem i would like you to change my phone otherwise service my phone in proper condition
    When i first learned of this problem, i contacted tilak nagar moto (Lenovo) services center at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because 2time service. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

    I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 10 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. I may be contacted at the above address and phone number.

      Sir,

      Purchased Moto G5s a month before.
      An online purchase.

      The set automatically restarts and then asks for pass code/ password.

      Sometimes fingerprints also does not work with the result I need to swipe and use password /pass code

      Sometimes while talking, the unable to hear the other side.

      Sound quality was not good from very start

      Sending this message from the same set.

      All my family are doing well with Motorola cell phones.

      Kindly resolve, the issue else provide me a new cell phone for the value paid.

        Dear sir,
        I have purchase one moto g plus 4th gen from amazon on 30th june17 vide order no[protected] at rs 13245.

        In nov17 i had charging problem for which i visit your service centre bao-214-rna service, office 2, ramsha tower, adajan patia, adajan, surat 395009, gujarat on 14th nov17 bearing contact no [protected] vide complain no srbao[protected].

        They after diagnosis stated that mother board defective & need replacement & will give after one week.

        I called them on 20th for status, informed that received defective part so it will take further few days.

        To get help i call customer care, after having conference discussion, custome care assured me to collect the same on 22nd nov without fail.

        On enquirer on 22nd again they lodged some ridiculous story upon intervention of customer care mr. Ram kumar, they further assured to collect the same on 25th saturday.

        Real magic occured on 25th, when upon my confirmation call, they said mobile is ready, come & collect. After reaching there all staff members were making different state beyond logic, service centre owner intervened & again confirming that ur mother board need replacement, “ after 10 days they have not taken any action on my complain”

        However centre owner finally assured to return completely ok mobile on wednesday i. E on 29th nov17.

        Today upon confirmation call they again said it is ready come & collect, my daughter travelled 15 km from house at 11:30 am to centre, they replied updating ur mobile, will take one hour. Again my daughter called at 4:30pm & finally replied they ur mobile parcel has not come, which was beyond expectations & understandable. But again a fake confirmation for 30th nov.

        I again called customer care & talked to mr injmam, who after discussing service centre confirmed 1st dec17.

        Sir, need your help in this regard. Under such untrust happening i am really afraid that will i get my original set or not.

        Pl see to it possible replace my mobile as it is under warranty.

          7 november 2017 i bought this phone but when i connected to charger it taking too much time to fully charged approximately 3-4 hours to fully charged, sometimes it shows 14 hours to until full sometimes shows 10 min to until full when battery 50 or 60%, battery consumption speed is good & as well as its battery specifications but taking too much time to fully charged, please work on this as fast as you can, please...

            Dear sir / mam,

            I purchased a moto g 5 s plus hand set (Imei no [protected]) through amazon.com after 2 month of my purchase date i faced a problem of power on and set not charged... After i rush to your mobile hut motorola service centre in allahabad where staff behave in very arrogant manner and they refeuse to entertain my query. After several request they asked to submit your phone to check.

            Next day i reach your call centre again staff behave in a very arrogant manner i don;t know the reason behind this. After this i had a word with your service centre manager his attitude is also on the similar line (Mis behave) after 30 min they checked and told me that you r phone mother board is damage for this u need to pay rs 4500-/ because this is under company warranty policy.

            I request to you please look in to the matter on urgent basis and resolve my query.

            Looking forward your fruitful coperation...

              I went to abhinav technologies ahmedabad service center of motorola for my adapter replacement and they took almost 1 month to get it replaced. And even after that they gave replaced my original charger with the one made in china. It is not even charging my cellphone properly.
              It takes me 24 hours to charge my cellphone tobthe 100% of battery level. Is this how you people fool your customers at your service centers.??

              Motog5splus splus mobile depth camera option is not enabling in my phone..so I want the solution for this. In this phone photo background editing option is given i.e, depth camera..but it's not working in my phone..so I want the solution otherwise your company will give me money back or new phone..that's

                High negligence and callous attitude of Mobile manufacturer
                Mobile units of Motorola should be banned as it is not caring for customers and cheating by way of faulty devices through online
                In continuation of the response, it was informed by motorola on 29.11.2017, that the cost of the repairs to the faulty device is around 35000/.I question the motorola, when the device itseld was sold for Rs.19000/ in May'17 throu on line Amazon, how a spare could cost double of the cost of the mobile. It clearly showed that motorola iNdia has cheated the customers on the pretext of discounting on failure devices.
                I demand from motorola to replace the device without any further repairing charges immly or else it has to take the responsiblity of further a consumer is going to take for redressal f tjhe grievance.

                    I have purchased motorola z play 32gb varient, black through amazon.in (Imei : [protected]) billed on 1/4/17.
                    In first week of august, while connecting to an auxiliary cable, phone screen blinked and turned off automatically. After this i tried to switch it on many times but only white led shows, phone fails to turn on.

                    I visited motorola service center in chandigarh and explained the issue but they refused to repair / replace my phone just because of an hairline scratch inside the screen glass. And i did not even knew about it before it was working fine. And they told me to do get the display changed by them at rs 11500 and they ‘ll look into it and when i asked if i get it changed by paying you 11500rs do you give any guarantee that the phone will work and they said no it’s all at your risk. This is total mental harassment faced by me.

                    I as a valuable customer did not expect this from a brand like motorola.
                    Please look into this matter as in urgent.

                    Hope you will do the needful. I will be really thankful.

                      After having nougat update my gallery video trim function is crashing as well as phone hangs many time. And all the video when downloaded is not showing in sequence manner (As per date). Need to swap 1000images to find my desire photo or video generally happen in whatsapp and all other app.
                      Although, it helped with the lte to volte, but overall really unhappy with the update. Need a serious remedy.
                      Bring your update with better functional performance.

                        I got my new phone from amazon on 20th march 2017. It was having problem with the proximity sensor and dust in front camera, and on/off button removed. Dust problems happen mostly if i clean my mobile after 3 days it again happen i am so much frauasted about this problem. This problem is started 15 days after buying this mobile. Currently i am facing sensor problem during call in my mobile appearing black screen sensor not working. So i am so much frauasted after buying this mobile.

                          Inspire of having signal in my jio sim in slot 1 neither calls can be made from the said sim nor incoming calls can be received. But i am able to do the same from my aircel sim in slot 2. Moreover i am able to access internet from my jio sim. I have tried all the options from help menu of my mobile to solve this particular issue but in vain. I need expert advice to solve the issue.

                            There's is an issue in my phone moto g4 plus, it screen reacts unnecessarily while charging, it starts opening unnecessary files without operating the phone, and all these things happening while on charging, i had visited my nearby service centre many times, and they tried to solve the issue, but they said they were unable to solve this screen issue, my phone is under warranty, purchased on 26th march, 2017.
                            They told me to try contact motorola support.
                            Please try to solve this issue, i'm not been able to handle this every time. My phone is not working properly and i'm unable to operate.

                              My phone got accidently broken down. and i gave my motorola g4 plus to the service center, janak puri, delhi . that service center really deserve complain. they charged 6500 for folder replacement and its been 1 month without phone . they didnt repaired it fully, i got problems again and again, they are making false promises . i am really fed up . do something

                              After I bought my phone two months it's beeping for every five minutes its really disturbing my sleep and I dont feel like fresh feel o[censored]sing this mobile. Its disturbing me a lot

                                Gave my cell phone to repair on 7-oct-2017, still mobile is not repaired. Every time when i visit service center, they are saying wait for 1 more week. I have already waited for 1 and half month. Hence as a compensation need new mobile (Moto z play) or 25000 rs cash within next 2 days. They lied my telling mobile will be repaired with 1 week. Mobile is under warranty coverage.

                                  Initially had a gps issue and went to b2x marathahalli bangalore center for service. They resolved the gps issue with motherboard replacement but after that network was going off intermittently. To fix went to that service center for 4 times and haven't resolved. Now gave the phone to jayanagar center for fixing it. Please help in resolving it permanently

                                    I ordered my phone on 17th october, 2017. Its just one month old and i have already started to face issues.

                                    1. There was a fine purple line in the center of display, for which i had to go to service center and get it repaired.

                                    2. Battery drains very quickly. I complained about it but the people at service center gave back the phone telling me that everything is fine.

                                    3. Now, when i am on call the voice of the speaker on the other side is clear not audible. The voice screeches and there is a lot of disturbances.

                                    I need a replace immediately. I spent my money on this and its totally not worth. I visited service center twice. I cannot keep going to them everytime and leave other important works.

                                    They never reply. My Moto G5 plus is at a Service centre for 50 days now. I posted complaints here but no use.

                                      Today evening at 5pm i went to motorola care centre siliguri to make my phone which is at warranty. But i have to return home without being done my work. It was just disgusting to meet such a hostile staff in mnc like motorola. So i would like to request to the company to recruit trained staff for the front desk. So that the costumer are well cared. Thank you

                                      I have given my mobile for a service in Chennai Motorola mobile service center.
                                      I received my mobile will lack of issue while returning.
                                      after a day that same issue exists same.Please resolve my issue.

                                        I purchase my phone on 20th may i. E moto e play on flip cart.
                                        Due to some reason my charger is not working properly on 19th of november.
                                        According to terms & condition we can replace it within 6 month if any problem arise. My expire date of my phone charge within 6 month i. E 20th of november. I went went to the service center of moto phone sec 15 noida on 20th of november because 19th is sunday. They denied to replace it, i am unhappy with their service of such good brand phone that's why i have to write here...
