I was a huge-2 fan of Motorola phone. After so many researches & comparison from different-2 sites, I bought a MOTO G 4 Plus phone from Amazon.Com on 21.06.2016.After 10 days my phone hanged suddenly, It would switch off again & again without any error. When I asked Amazon regarding this issue, they said that your replacement period is over. Therefore, we are unable to replace it. For this, you should contact MOTOROLA service centre. After that I deposited my phone at MOTOROLA service centre (FRIEND COLLECTION, VARANASI) on 12.07.2016.When I asked the phone problem from service centre person, he said that there was some SENSOR problem in my phone. Therefore, you have to deposit your phone for repairing. After 7-8 days, you should contact our service centre regarding your phone repairing. We had lodge work order VOM/MG/16/00418 (12.07.2016), for your phone. After few days I was contacted by service centre, they said we have no idea about my phone repairing, please contact Motorola customer care. When I contacted MOTOROLA customer care, they also said that they have no idea about my phone repairing; we would update you within 48 hours about your phone repairing. When within 2-3 days I again contacted customer care of MOTOROLA, senseless people again said that after 4-5 days, I have received the massage regarding my phone repairing. After 26 days on 08.08.2016, I have a massage from MOTOROLA service centre that my phone is ready for pick up from service centre. Suddenly after 2 hour, I have another massage that new work order (VOM/MG/16/00563) has been created for my phone. At that moment, I was out of station. On 13.08.2016, I again visited the service centre; they said that from MOTOROLA Company we have received a defected sensor. Therefore, we have returned it to the company. Again, we have lodge the new work order for your phone on 08.08.2016.On 08.08.2016 I have received the massage regarding new work order, but till today i.e 23.08.2016 I have not received any progress regarding the same. I have previously used the Micromax phone, which have some battery backup problem. Therefore, I purchased the MOTO G 4 PLUS. But when I have no phone, I use that old Micromax phone with POWER BANK. For purchasing of this power bank I have spent Rs.2000/-. I am extremely disappointed by so poor service after sale of MOTOROLA Company. This is the height of my patience that you people neither replace my phone nor repair it after 1 month & 13 days. Now all these issues I have facing so much mental & financial problem. So am going in CONSUMER FORUM against MOTOROLA Company for their extremely poor & senseless customer services. So meet me in CONSUMER COURT!!
