Sir, i am having serious issue with services this time.. Previous centre in jodhpur was much better and polite. New "owner" of service centre is not accepting my amazon's invoice. I already solved my previous problem with same bill mnths ago. But current service centre is not accepting. Please tell me what to do. I am also attaching mail from amazon executive.

First of all i am quite impressed with my phone(Moto g5s plus) but every phone is not perfect.So i am sharing with you some feedback related to my phone.
Cons:
1 shutter lag
2 low light photography
3 No led notification
4 Heating issue even after using 15 minutes.
4 Flat Music profile
5 low quality images by front camera

    I got my cell phn today morning from service centre of motorola which is located at warje wadi pune, n got a call yesterday evening that it is repaired n when i reached the mrng the servicing guys were still opening the mobile phn n now my phn is not charging my mobile is better before servicing, n when i m trying to contact the service centre they don't even bother to recieve calls neither reply to soooo many missed calls n most of the time their no is shown as not working, not reachable soooo i want to talk to officials of moto abt that service centre as soon as possible contact me on [protected] asap...

      I have purchased a mobile (Moto m) in april month but now mobile charger is not working earlier it was taking to full charge only 1 hr now it's taking 3-4 hr for full charging, and phone battery is also draining very soon, please resolve this problem and send your executive asap. Please resolve this problem, and i have warranty period.

        I recently purchased moto g5s plus. Earlier i was using samsung galaxy note 4. But that got damaged so that's y i purchased moto g5s plus. After buying this handset, i am facing some issues with this phone. Let me tell you one by one...
        1) application crashing frequently
        2) flat music quality via earphones.
        3) this phone has a notification led but it doesn't work.
        4) some times wifi doesn't connect to the router.

        Feedback from my side:
        1) please enable notification led. Please please please. We really need that.
        2) please give a music player to us which can deliver best music profile because i have a jbl headphones but still the sound quality is totally flat.
        3) you have been stopped dropping monthly security updates, why?
        4) please fix camera issues. Camera quality isn't adequate. Even front camera quality isn't up to the mark.

        For as of now, i have that complaints from my side.
        I hope you guys will definitely work on those issues and will make a healthy relationship to your customers and maintain a trust with us.

          My moto z is a headache reason for me now. It's just purchased 11 months before andi really want to break it into peices. After so many years i bought such a pathetic phone on huge price. The battery can't able to handle normal apps and z is giving moto mods. Rubbish, battery will switch off after switching on only. It's no lasts for more than 2 hrs after 100% charging. Many says it's because of software patch then the company have to do quickly something. What the hell they are doing?

            Hello sir
            My mobile moto g4 plus is suddenly switch off many times when i switch on everytime the battery goes to less than 10%. I have tried many solution to solve it but nothing useful i have reset my mobile, tried battery calibration and many... Please reply as soon as possible i have bought this mobile just 3 to 4 months ago. And service center is so far of my location.

              After upgrading to 7.0 some of my video files i can't play, some of my music files automatically stop and play automatically. Sometimes we cannot hear the voice who me call, and also my phone becomes slower than before also i tested two to three times formatting it. When i went to the service centre they told that this is the problem of software. So if motorola will solve these problems in 8.0 it will be helpful for all o[censored]s because these problems can't be solved in 7.0 update i think.

                Hi sir/madam,

                Actually we have purchased the moto e4 plus mobile in the month of august. There are lot issues with the mobile like facing the audio breakage in outgoing calls, apps loading slow, and the heating of the mobile. I have already given in the service center once but alos the problem is same. Horrible mobile please provide the aspect of the exchange of the mobile...

                I purchased moto e4 plus before 2 months.i have seen two problems to use this moto e4 plus.first one is i can't use my phone while charging suppose use the phone does not work properly and the second problem is, in home screen incorrect time can view at a same time.i attaching the screenshot here.

                  I had purchased moto e 4 plus from flipkart on 20/07/2017. My caller is not able to hear the talk and my speaker is making shivering noise. I already give the mobile for service and after servicing also i had same problems.
                  Then when i check with motorola service centre for the problem not solved, they told that they have to receive updates on the software within 15 days, which will solve the problem. But after 30 days, yesterday when i checked with service centre, they told that still not received the updates.

                  Kindly request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

                    I am from indore (Mp). I have bought moto e4 plus in july 18. After 15 days i face problem of auto switch off and not get power on normally. I went service center (Gayatri incorporation) to repair it. Only software update was done by service center.
                    I left it 7 days for testing but no testing have been done on my mobile. I went to service center of as on[protected] evening) i instert sim card. Both card was not showing network. They took it again and did repair hand to hand. And gave me phone.
                    Some screw was not fixed in my mobile.. Back side was slightly cracked because a screw was over tighten by him. (It came to notice when i open back cover at home)
                    Now second day problem arise when i am calling with that phone caller is not able to hear my voice. Voice get slow after 1-2 minutes.
                    I again go to service center. To tell fix this new issue on[protected].
                    They fixed screw before checking what the exactly problem is. Service centre is not accepting that there is such problem in it. I am facing problem since 7-9-2017. No one is responding proper. I called many time at customer care also. Lastly i talked to mr. Rahul as on[protected] he also gave me reference no.[protected] and told me senior will call you lastly as on[protected] but did get any response from your company..
                    Neither customer care is helping nor service center is giving any solution for this problem.

                      I gave motorola g4 plus to service center on 19 august 2017 but they kept my mobile for 12 days and my warranty was going to expire on 28 august, 2017 i went there so many times but they did not give me any job sheet and kept saying we will give you tomorrow or next day but you do not have to worry your mobile motherboard will be replaced. But after 12 days pass and after warranty expire they call me and said your mobile motherboard can not be replaced. I emailed so many times and after alot talk with motorola customer care they are not giving me any solution. Today is 19 september, 2017 it has been 1 month but they have not given me any solution and my mobile is still in service center.

                      I have same issue, but customer care not any response, poor and pathetic service, i suggest u pls buy another brand handset like Redmi and oppo vivo, there service much better, motorola service very poor

                        I have bought a moto e4 handset on 02.09.2017 for my father. After few days, when i opened the set for inserting sim in 2nd slot, it developed a snag. The set was showing display only when connected to the charger. If the charger is disconnected entire battery will drain out and mobile will switch off.
                        Now i encountered another problem that 4g does not work in this set when in sleep mode for more than 3 minutes. I searched the internet and found that this model of moto has this problem by default.
                        As my father has met with an accident and was hospitalised for more than 15 days and we're not in a position to see 4g issue sooner after making purchase.
                        I want that the company should return me the money for purchase of handset as i do not want to deal with moto. And some other handset.
                        As already submitted that my father was hospitalised, i have been in mental torture by the company to visit service centre on 4 occasions but problem not resolved.

                          After the maintenance update my handset is showing some problems like,
                          Will calling sound is breaking from both sides caller and receiver, not hearing clear voice, delay in sound only calling problem. Before update it was ok, please tell me any solution. I have visited motorola genuine service center in mysore and he said he will update it. What he did i don't still same problem. Any solution???

                            My phone is having speaker problem, the speaker does not work, calls are not audible neither audio. I got it repaired 2 months back from the motorola service centre. It was under warranty that time and got my speaker changed.
                            But the same problem of speaker came back after a month.
                            It has no liquid damage also, been checked properly by the service centre itself. Besides recently the videos stopped playing on my handset. Now my handset is out of warranty and they are saying they will charge rs.10000 for changing a part. The phone itself is about rs. 12000/-. What is the point of asking this much amount. We currently use two phones of moto g and had no idea that we will get such kind of response from moto g service centre. The speaker itself got replaced and repaired 2 months back, and they are saying they cannot do anything about that, it has no warranty. What should i do? I also put forward my request in technical assistance & queries question but their response was to factory reset the phone, which i already did and it did not resolve my issue. It has already been 10 days my phone is at the service centre with no option of repair and they are still asking for rs.10, 000. Personally i am having a very bad experience with this handset and have no idea how to resolve this issue. Service centre address: wa-88, 1st floor shakarpur, above icici bank delhi.

                              My name is Shubham Kakade.I have a moto g4 plus phone.Phone is not working so I took it to Motorola service center in Pimpri, pune, Maharashtra.Worst service center I have ever seen.I gave my phone for checking where I was told I would receive a call regarding what's the problem of my phone.I didn't receive any call so I went to service center.i was told that my phone cannot be repaired.now my phone parts are removed, phone screws are missing.These service center people are fooling every customer.I want to register a complaint against the service center.Please take this issue serioulsy

                                Why you are not taking action against poor and worst service center of motorola...i m very panic from service. finaly i will not buy any phone of motorola in future becouse of its worst service. its 25 day completed to submit my mobile in service center and still they are saying they need 10 to 15 day more..mean they takes 40 days for little fault of my mobile..its very shame on big company image. i need action of service center they are not doing his work in time. thank you

                                  In feb -2017 I changed charging ic of my moto g2 mobile from moto service centre.They gave 2 months warrenty, interestingly the charging ic became faulty in just 2 months leading to the display problem.By checking from outside I came to find that the charging ic was DUPLICATE.Thats why the display is still not working. When I contacted the moto service centre, they are saying now that the service centre is now shifted. I hope you will respond to my serious concern.

                                    Why are you not providing the android 8 update for moto g4 and g4 plus, the cell was released around june 2016, how can you exclude a cell that is not even 2yrs old. this is sheer madness and heights o[censored]nethical, cause any cell has a 2yr updates promised by the company and you are breaching the trust. HOW CAN ONE TRUST SUCH A BRAND(LENOVO)? who doesnt even fulfills its promise. we are entitled to the android 8 update. do the needful...

                                      Sir maine motorola e4plus mobile online purchase kiya tha flipkart se[protected] ko order diya tha. Lakin sir ab ye mobile thik se kaam ni karte hain and kabhi kabhi hang ho jate hain touch kaam ni karte hain and fingerprint sensor v thik work ni karte hain.
                                      Sir ye main motorola ka ph purchase kiya tha and lakin jb main ye phone liya aur on kiya toh motorola toh likha rha tha sath sath lenovo v likha rha tha mujhe usse samey doubt hua ki ye phone acha kaam ni karega lakin sir phir maine socha ki motorola company bht achi hain. Isliye main jaiyeda ni socha iske bare main.
                                      Lakin sir ab ye mobile bht hi problem create kar rha hain sir main thaga sa mahasus kar rha hu maine sir sirf motorola soch kay ye mobile liya tha lakin sir ye lenovo kay sath merge kiya hua jesse ye mujhe bht problem ho rha hain set main. Sir main bht thaga sa mahasus kar rha hu.
                                      Sir aapse vinte hain ki aap please ye phone ko exchange kar lay tha mujhe sirf motorola ka phone same jitna ismain feature wo mujhe mil jaiye.

                                        Simcard not detected on my phone and IMEI number not shown in mobile.
                                        so they said that you rooted this mobile thats why we cannot provide warranty for this mobile. what can i do that IMEI number not shown in mobile. that is company fault.

                                        These are the worst people on the planet who don't care a damn about customer service & the staff reflect the company they work for.
                                        they said dont buy motorola phone.
