[Resolved]  Delhivery Courier Service — The worst delivery commitment

Delhivery courier serices is the worst. I ordered a shipment from Snapdeal same product but 2 items, but I got only one item. When I asked the courier person he said he got only courier, whereas snapdeal people are telling that both items were delivered on same day. I am totally confused and dont know what to do. No response at all.

Pathetic service and horrible response from them.

Only one suggestion i would like to give - Do not buy anything from Snapdeal as their Customer service and courier in simple word is worst. No word and anger can be enough to match them. Its better to pay some extra price and get it from Amazon or Flipkart.They rarely disappoint the customer. Still who want to go with them to save few bucks god bless them. I can assure them that they will loose their peace of mind and their valuable time.

hi this dehlivery courier they wont pick the call whenever i cal it will be busy busy still my consinment dint receive if they pick my cal defnetly they
will get scolding of me 20 day hapened still now i dint recceived my shipment

This is not a courier service. Worst response from office, they dont know how to pick up phone to answer customer. Please friends dont buy any product from the seller who using this worst courier service. I also ask the sellers to stop using this courier service to improve their sales and their seller RATINGS in online shopping.

I had purchased Koryo KOT 2321 SS OTG on 11 Oct.2014 from Ezone, which was sent through Delhivery courier and till today 01st of Nov. it has been not delivered. Neither the courier is picking up phone nor any email or contact. Ezone online store also not responding satisfactorily.

Dear Snapdeal,

Your product deal are good but logistics partner Delhivery is ruining everything for you. For instance I have made a decision to never order from Snapdeal just because they ship products through Delhivery courier service. My product is in my city for past 4 days but still haven't reached to me. And every time I call, customer care executives tell me that they will change the status to urgent. This has been happening for past 4 days. I had to cancel my tickets because the product that I ordered was gift for my mother and I couldn't leave without it with me. Worst part is they can't even tell me the branch address or name where my product is present so that I can self collect it.

Delhivery is the worst courier service i ever came across with.My consignment is hatching eggs from the last 5 days in my city but they havent managed yet to deliver the product to my home which may be few kms away.This courier company should be blacklisted by all online shopping sites and this if in future any seller ships my item through delhivery, i will cancel my order immediately.Delhivery should be banned.

Worst delivery service. By delivery. Online shopping companies should reject delivery. In my case they took 03 days for the tracking number to be active. Forget bout the delivery time. Delivery is giving bad name to few good online shopping sites like flipkart, snapdeal and surpluss.in. their tracking service is pathetic. Ur items only move in tracking but actually it is in same place only. For example the order which is shipped on 23 oct its in the origin center only for 4 days

my order was coming from maharashtra . after 4 days i called the customer care asking abouty package then they told me "sorry mam, your parcel cannot be delivered because we have no service zone there ." I live in vikas nagar lucknow and they didnt even bother me to let me know about my parcel and most of all why do they except those parcels which they cant deliver. worst delivery system ever .

I have ordered Samsung Galaxy on 5 from flip kart i got to know my parcel is coming from delhivery. I am tried to contact them from 2 hours continuously they don't have good customer care and not responding for anything my product is in yelahanka new town where 2 kms from my place but i didn't receive the product
