From day 1, when i got a message that they will come and take the product back, i never seen a
person from them reaching my place. But status in their site is updated daily with some reason as "Customer did not have product available, Customer unavailable, Large size return shipment" and new status is "Customer does not want to return the product".
Product is not working at all, why i need to have a new product which is not working and when
snapdeal agreed to take it back.

VERY POOR SERVICE
From last 3 days the status of my shipment if out for delivery (dispatched). I will stop ordering from snapdeal if they deliver my shipment again via Delhivery. Worst service.
