My parcel with awb no:[protected] has been lying in delhi since 7th march. Everyday the status update changes from 'out for pickup' to 'duplicate pickup request' and it has been a week of this non sense. They do not answer their calls nor reply back to their emails! Please get this sorted at the earliest!
I need my parcel on urgent basis.

    Above mentioned waybill number from ebay and was out for delivery in the morning till now i didn't received any call at least and not yet delivered.

    The delivery address is home address whereas in the track mentioned yesterday that office/business and closed.

    I stay in bangalore and apartment. I didn't received any call from the person and it was updated the status as consignee not available.
    Pathetic service by delhivery and i am surprised to see their iso certifications.

      We did not order anything from thegrid spglobal but we have received the order from delhivery which is cash on delivery. This is ridiculous as this is something damaged. Please refund our money back i. E. Rs.538/-. Please do as early as possible.

        Hi, my name is parul nandal, and i have ordered some product from amazon online site. The website is delivering the product via your delhivery courier service. I didnt received the product/courier today at my mentioned address in rohtak but the delivery boy who was delivering the couriers was very rude. That guy don't know how to speak with the customers over the phone. He was shouting on mom at home and me over the phone saying that he was not delivering the product for without any reason. I don't know name to the courier boy but contact no is ‭+[protected]‬. Please do the needful against my complaint of that delivery boy

          Now, in evening i got a msg from company that it couldn't be delivered due to "Entry Restricted Area" i dont know what this means
          The delivery boy didn't called me even once. All my orders get delivered on my address without any problem.
          Kindly get my order delivered to me ASAP

              My order is not delivered. There was no phone calls nor any msg. When i track my order on their website 'customer cancelled the order' this msg is pop up, but i didn't canceled the order. The courier team should give a phone call to collect the package. But with out letting us know that the package has come how could they cancel the order. My awb no:[protected]. Please do take necessary action.

                    The said article deemed to be delivered as per the terms of Paytm Mall on[protected] is not delivered. The tracking of the said courier reveals that the article is out for delivery from Guntur which is hardly 25 km from my location on[protected] morning.

                        I had returned 8 items via delhivery whereas they are claiming I have returned only 3 items. Please look into this asap. I am attaching receipt where I have mentioned I have returned 8 items and it has signature of delivery guy as well. You guys should have the same receipt on your side(copy of this) and should have my signature on that. Please look into this.

                                  The package was picked up on 11-Jan'18 from Kolkata for return to the merchant "Clock.co.in", Rajendra Place, New Delhi. Courier was received at return city New Delhi on 15-Jan Monday at 4:19pm. But thereafter no update in last 7 days. The package is neither delivered to consignee nor any update is given in delhivery courier tracking.

                                  I am following up with Delhivery courier customer care, but every time they are saying matter has been escalated to higher level and the package will be delivered within next 24 hrs. But no result could be achieved till now as on 22-Jan'18.

                                  It is now really a matter worry, why the consignment is not getting delivered ?

                                  I request this forum to kindly escalate my complaint to the highest level of Delhivery Courier and kindly help me to get my package returned to the merchant immediately WITHOUT ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PRODUCT.

Now I got a message that it is only a hair health support capsule You have to bay ultar dht blocker of refollium and then it will work together and then automatically placed the order of 1270 and said me to pay by Cash on delivery I have a very high doubt that they are doing something fishy They are fooling them There are no numbers through which we contact them What will I do know They are not inform about refollium ultra dht blocker any where.

                                    Because my house is 1 km far from main road and he says pic up your product from main road other wise he cancel to deliver and returnand he also said that he can't deliver the product
                                    Management is very worst and Customer care taking to pickup call more than 10-15 times. They not respect to the customer. Everytime they said wait for another 24 to 48 hours product will reach u as soon as possible. Total waste of my time and no one taking the response from that side. All People go to another courier execpt Delhivery...

                                      This is a total scam company.. they get our address through other big shopping sites and use it to scam others. I ordered a 5tb hard disk for 7000 (offer) in amazon. When I received the package, it weighted less, when I opened it, there was a 300 rs earphone in there.. they just did a 7000 rs fraud. I'm now moving on with legal process
