Very very bad couier company, delay in shipment and no update status Paytm has chosen most third class courier service..I ordered a laptop from Paytm on 19 Dec '15 and the estimated delivery was given to me was 2 or 3 days. They just don't bother whatever users say, that why till now this problem is continued.I ordered Asus Zenfone through flipkart on Oct 16th and delivery date was on 29th of Oct.I didn't get it, so I contacted flipkart they said we assure you by Nov 2, again on that day I phoned them said the same thing and extended to Nov 5.It feeded up and went to the hub and collected the item.I Delhivery is waiting for Helicopters in sky to help...

No one has contacted me for delivery of the product. They have cancelled it by them self.
Call centre executives are telling the same thing what is displayed on the website they are not forwarding the issue to next level if they have.

delivery boy did not visited the premises and informed the company that house is locked for two days i.e. on 11/07/15 and 12/7/15.when i was present at home for all the time. he even didt bother to call if the house was not traceable. pl. do the needful and take disciplenery action against culprit.sush type of action affects the reputation of company....
