This is the second time I am complaining because of repeated harassment by mPokket...I had taken a loan of 8500 from mPokket and because of issue from their side the amount is now 13200

Everyday the call and repeatedly ask to pay the wrong amount and say it's your money you are losing and threaten.
I have called their helpline and submitted email to their support but they are straight away ignoring and I can't tell anyone about this

I have lost all hope of resolution of complaint and get repeated threatening calls from them.

I am depressed and if anything happens mPokket is responsible.

    Hi I took loan from mpokket in carona, due to my financial and family issues I'm unable to pay at that time. Recently I contacted mpokket regarding loan repayment but they didn't decrease penalty for me it is difficult to pay penalty.

      I have taken the loan of 20k from Mpokket. I paid 8K in return. And need to pay 12K balance. But now, they are asking me to pay 36K amount all together and they are calling and harassing so much. I'm ready to pay 15K max. Even though I dont have a job in hand and struggling to survive. I have sent an email for the late payment wave off but no reply from 3 months. If they give an wave off I will arrange and close the loan. Please help

          I asked for a commulative amount but the representatives didn't provide one and the amounr keeps adding up and now at 12996 which should be around 8500
          I have agreed to pay the whole amount but they keep harassing for more after politely explaining the whole situation.
          I don't have that kind of money which they are trying to extort.

          I have sent my no. in your DM, furthermore the calls are still coming and the representative is disconnecting the call midway the conversation, the latest one was +91 9836329385...I have also sent the mail stating my issue to mpokket support but there was no resolution...
          And today I get a legal notice from mPokket for the repayment and the amount keeps increasing of penalty...this is in no way ethical
          your crooks contacted me on whatsapp total crooks I have paid in whole and never want to be associated with mPokket ever.

            I have availed the loan of Rs.16K from Mpokket. Due to the Job layoff I couldn't able to clear the loan. I asked M pokket agents and sent email 3 months before to settle the loan. I'm ready to pay the loan amount of 16K which I have taken. But now they are asking me to pay 35K. I still did not get the Job and struggling to survive on daily basis. But with this harassment I cant survive also. Please help me

              Several times I called customer care number and long time no response or unable to reach human representative. And they gave whats app number which is unresponsive.

              Due to covid impacted and I was jobless and encountered bad days in life which I am still unable to overcome.

              I requested in mail multiple times to waive off late charges and they did not understand condition. They want late charge also and Impact our credit score also. Small amount only but condition is very critical. None are there to understand.

              I am ready to pay actual amount that too borrowing from others because of their torture. They are harrassing my mother who is senior citizen when we are struggling to eat as well.

              Please solve my problem i am mentally frustrated
