Amount not received in bank account but showing disbursed

Address: PS Srijan Corporate Park, Tower 1, 12th Floor, Unit No. - 1204, 2, EP & GP, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091

I haven't received a single penny from mPocket, but it's showing that the amount has been disbursed on 1 Aug, 2023. Mpocket claims that they transfer amount within 30 minutes but it's been hours. My bank server is also fine as I took other small loans from different apps and which didn't take more than 5 minutes. I have been using Mpocket for more than 1 years and this is the first time I didn't received any money from them. Please help me,...

      I've taken loan of 4500 from mpokket... And I was in trouble from few months as I'm a Student now it has been increased to 6995. Now they are calling me and I've said them to decrease penalty then I'll be able to pay.. pls help me. I'll pay my amount if penalty is reduced. Now they're saying that they will send legal notice....

      I took a loan of around 2500 but since am a student i was unable to pay it over the last 2 months. The amount is now 4350 and they are calling and threatening me everday with threats of coming to college and my home. I am ready to pay the principal amount without the late charges. All my previous dues are cleared. Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible because it is causing me unnecessary mental trauma.

        Late charges

        I had taken a loan of around 2000. I had cleared all the previous dues but since am a student I am unable to clear the pending amount which around 4300 with interest. I am ready to pay the principal amount and close the loan. But the customer care executives are calling and harrassing me with threats of coming to my college and also visit home. Please look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible because it is giving me unnecessary...

            Hi I have taken loan of 937 and 1817 rupees but due to I have lost my job I am unable to pay for 4/5 months.
            I am ready to pay principal amount with waiver of charges. I have spoken with customer service but they don't understand the situation of my end. Also charges is too high more than double of principal amount.
            I have ready to pay the amount of 3500rs and close my account.

              Hi I have taken loan of 1817 rs is now 4304. I don't have job I have to adjust the things accordingly I was trying to convince customer care executives but they don't understand situation of my side. I can pay 2500 to close the loan. But still they don't respond help me out with this why this company not understand our situation? My other app loan like cashee, kredit bee, they given me 100% waiver on charges but why not mpokket?

                I had taken a loan from mPokket last year. However due to a sudden demise in my family i couldn't clear of my loans on time. However, i had clear all the due amount in this month of start. They said that they will update my cibil as soon as possible but it's not yet been updated. I just checked it still shows due in cibil report. I have mailed them twice but still not getting any response. I have received the NOC as a form of repayment bills but they still haven't updated my cibil.

                I am unable to take up any loans as of now, pls help me so that my issue can be resolved

                      Didn't respond customer service and Couldn't add my bank account

                        I have taken a loan of 6000 which I was not able to pay as I was going through a financial crisis .Now the money sums up to around 12k double the principal amount .
                        As I student will not be to such huge amount
