As mentioned in the subject i have cleared all my overdues and made a repayment succesfuly and i am in need of clearance certificate and cibil score which is not all update tried contacting but it is unable to reach out mpokket, kindly acknowledge my words and do a favour by increasing my cibil and by providing the NOC.                 I have took loan in the name of Harishankar. But I paid the amount and emailed to mpokket to close the loan and to send noc. But till now they didn’t respond to me or revert. It have been almost 1 month over since I emailed. Very worst customer service.

                        My three loans are showing active whereas only two loan have come in my account one loan not credit in my account, please clarify the issue and resolve this matters ASAP
                        I actually requested for loan on mpokket but I haven't received the money yet in my account. I regularly get loan on it but this is the first time I am facing such issue and im really feeling bad. I have drop the mail many time but no response any yet kindly look in the request.

                                In may 12, 2023 i paid an emi of 2157 in mpokket app. The payment was deducted but in mpokket app its showing unsuccessful. Today is the due/Last date afterwards they will charge me fine. I paid through google pay app. Please solve this issue as soon as possible because i am a student and i dont want to pay unnecessary fee for fault which i have not done. I have attached pictures of my passbook and screenshot of payment below for reference.

                                  Sir/mam, maine mpokket se 8000 ka loan le rkha h vo kisi problem ki wjh se bhr ni paya kyuki m ek farmer ka beta hu aur hamare sarre crops khrab hogi last year is karn m loan repay ni krr paaya jbb us k bad jb main payment krne gya to late fee above 11000 thi to maine late fee waiver k liye request kiya but koi response mhi h ab jake late fees k sath 16800 kr diya gya loan amount and they are forcing me to pay please help me in waiver for late fee then i will pay rest of the amount..reg no.                                       I want delete my Mpokket account permanently .My reason for deleting my account is now I have no need to use loan apps and credit cards I need to go for my further studies so I am clearing all my dues and focused on my career so please delete my account as fast as possible and update my CIBIL. Please provide No due certificate(NOC) and close all my credit lines and update the CIBIL report, this will be helpful if you provide the NOC and close my credit lines. Can you provide NOC as early as possible, as it is useful for me.
