this is u gopi from andhra pradesh and i have not availed any loan from you but in the morning my account has been debitted by 4 paymrents made to you from my debit card and can i know the from whome the payments has been made to you

I have took loan in the name of Harishankar. But I paid the amount and emailed to mpokket to close the loan and to send noc. But till now they didn’t respond to me or revert. It have been almost 1 month over since I emailed. Very worst customer service.

I took 4000 loan after 69 day they are charging 7000

I have borrowed 6000 from the mpokket and the amount was overdue due to some reason but now If I have to pay then the Amount is double the amount which I have borrowed and is 13600/-

My three loans are showing active whereas only two loan have come in my account one loan not credit in my account, please clarify the issue and resolve this matters ASAP
I actually requested for loan on mpokket but I haven't received the money yet in my account. I regularly get loan on it but this is the first time I am facing such issue and im really feeling bad. I have drop the mail many time but no response any yet kindly look in the request.

Please stop this I haven't taken any loan so why so much calls

Thuii they are harassing like trash call all the time i am financially crisis this time so i am unable to pay at time and their employes call 24/7 its should be ban useless giving student loan fcuk they r giving depression

In may 12, 2023 i paid an emi of 2157 in mpokket app. The payment was deducted but in mpokket app its showing unsuccessful. Today is the due/Last date afterwards they will charge me fine. I paid through google pay app. Please solve this issue as soon as possible because i am a student and i dont want to pay unnecessary fee for fault which i have not done. I have attached pictures of my passbook and screenshot of payment below for reference.

I want delete my Mpokket account permanently .My reason for deleting my account is now I have no need to use loan apps and credit cards I need to go for my further studies so I am clearing all my dues and focused on my career so please delete my account as fast as possible and update my CIBIL. Please provide No due certificate(NOC) and close all my credit lines and update the CIBIL report, this will be helpful if you provide the NOC and close my credit lines. Can you provide NOC as early as possible, as it is useful for me.

I have taken loan from mpokket of 2200 loans they deduct the intrest before credtiting the amount so i received 2000 loans so now due to some issues i wasnt able to pay the loan on time which kept on increasing day by day i am jobless and hopeless i emailed them and called them explained my issue that i am not even able to pay the whole sum amount how will i pay the double amount after charging penalty my total amount is now more than 24000 which is unbelievable and impossible for me to pay this much amount if they want their money i can pay back with a nominal penalty charge but how come they charge double the principle amount for a loan which is due from 5 months. on call these guys become like a gangsters and abuse me harassing me from everywhere. and said kidnapping our family member and children who give the right to say like this.
It is more than the principle amount which is completely unaccetable and unbearable.
I also want to pay but this is not done how will i pay more than double amount of the loan i received i want to settle these loans but it should be favourable for me as well otherwise no sense in carrying forward the amount day by day as the keep increasing the fine day by day. They also circular image of mine with address to all contact to harassing me and my family... IT is not good

Mpokket app loan recovery agent circular all image and number to all to all contact with image which very ridiculous thing and also harassing with harass words to kill family member for loan amount which was2000 .. Now it come to 24000 in two to three month as a penalty daily basis. This is not good thing.. They also make calls to harassing us blackmail to harassing family member. We make call to want some time to repay the loan amount they misbehave with us.. Circular the image with address this is very wrong. Use bullying language this this good thing..

I have not gotten my NOC even after paying my due. please help out with it as its effecting my cibil score

Someone by the name of Afruz Alom sk is using my id and took so many loans, my credit score is to low to take any other loan from anywhere. They should check and match the name before opening an account or giving loan. I am unemployed and poor I cannot start a business or do anything because of my low credit score. Please call that person and delete that account
