Hello sir/madam, mpokket is claiming that i have taken loan from them even though i have never registered to them or even used their app in my life!! I just recieved my pan card a year ago and when i was checkin my cibil score recently i got to know that mpokket is claiming that iv recieved a loan of 4k from them 2 years ago!! I dont know on what basis they are claiming this! Its affecting my credit score badly! Please do help me out and resolve this issue.

    On date 4.04.2022 i have requested two 1000 and one 500 total 2500 loan. The app is showing 1500 has been sanction and disbursed out of 2500. But only 500 have been received by me but it is showing 1000 ectra loan disbursex which i have not received yet.

          In my Experian credit report 4 accounts showing active. I already paid the amount and closed the 4 loan accounts but in the report it is showing active & my credit score decreasing because of this problem. Solve this as soon as possible.

            Loan Amount not credited

            I have submitted two loan requests of Rs.2000 and it's approved and I've received sanction letter also but amount not credited in my bank account. I've mailed a couple of times but no response received from mpokket team. Customer care centre disconnects call automatically stating that agents aru busy.

            I requested for 3 loans of 1000 at 1-2 am on 30th March but no loan got credited to my paytm account, Two loans are showing as processed and one is still yet to disburs, I have attached that screenshots. My Registered mobile number is [protected].

            I asked paytm customer care, they checked and said that no such transactions took place so amount is not credited I want you to please either credit the amount or mark the loan as failed . i have attached the account Statement.

            I request you to please reply with resolution as I haven't got reply for my previous email to [protected]@mpokket.com so I want them to kindly reply Fast with good resolution I need my money back. My bank account number is[protected] and

Now I have enough amount to my total principal amount but with the late fines the loan amount is approx 31000 now..                     I have taken loans many a times from mPokket and paid the dues before time. However, I lost my job due to pandemic and was unable to clear my loan amount on time and I am suffering with financial issues. Therefore I request mpokket to grant some more time to pay. I am looking for job to clear the dues.
