    Someone named ashirwad soni has failed to pay loan from mpokket and i am not a guranter nor the loan taker despite of that this mpokket employee continuously calling me and harassing me and giving me death threat to let him talk to him as i dont know who is ashirwad again that knowing this he is giving me death threat.

      Very sad to say that they are harrassing me, family and friends, specially I am not given any contact details but I don't how they take contact from my contact list, this is very hacking system from any customer.

        10.01.2022 evening i make the payment in mpokket for my loan purpose.after i enter the UPI pin the required amount of 1068 rupess was deducted from my bank account but the mpokket merchant did not receive any money.so i kindly request to initiate the chargeback to my amount of 1068 rupess.

          M pokket team calls to colleagues, neighbours relatives and asks about me.

          I don't understand how they take my contact numbers. It's completely my personal and they are stealing from my mobile without my intervention.

            I have paid all my dues/Loans on time but its showing 10 unpaid due in Experian credit score and 9 active loans in equifax and 5 active loans in CIBIL. i already complaint to mpokket support but they are not taking any action.

              Regarding Cbill

              My name is Manimaaran Goudhaman ([protected]@gmail.com) . I had borrowed a certain amount from Mpokket and made every payment on time but still it reflected as late payment. After which I closed all my accounts after repayment of the entire loan amount. But still it displays my account is still active in my credit score. This is absolutely dreadful, kindly look into this issue. Orelse I have no other option other than to file a complaint...

                      I have never used MPockket in my life but I keep getting calls and messages saying that you need to pay dues and I keep getting legal notice that is not even in my name or address. I have sent them a mail, I've talked to the customer care and still they haven't solved the issue. If this doesn't get resolved ASAP I am willing to raise a legal notice against the company as well as the person who has given my number to them.

                            I'm not able to customer care. I lost my old aim card and password . My loan overdue last 2 months but I can't contact mpokket team . Because they are not provide company customer care contact nm. My complain is that I can not afford higher interest rate and higher palenty charges. Last time I pay double amount on my loan amount during covid pandemic. I'm a student who works part time job but I lost my job during pandemic. Mpokket team threaten me last time . So please mpokket team contact me as soon as possible . And settlement loan amount.because I'm not able to pay your palentys and interest . Thank you

                                    Loans are paid but still shows overdue in CIBIL

                                    This is regarding the Loan that I took in mPokket on Aug 2, 2021 and Aug 7, 2021 which I completed my Payement on Sep 2, 2021 and Sep 8, 2021. I do have proofs related to the payment which I made. But in CIBIL they still show OverDue and it affects my CIBIL Score. I raised complaint on there site but no response....
