    I have been receiving repeated calls from this concerned app. An individual that I don’t even know took a loan from this app and gave my number out of nowhere. The concerned executives have been calling me continuously from past few months and asking me about the individual that took loan and hasn’t repaid. I have been telling them that I don’t know that guy and I have no connection with him. Yet they are going on calling every frequent day. Further, when I asked them if they had verified my number during the registration process, they said no. Without any prior verification, they gave someone a loan and now he hasn’t paid it back and they are going on calling me for gathering information regarding the guy.
    +[protected] I received a call today from this number. He claims his name to be Sanjay Mishra. He threatened me in a number of ways.

                            This app is miss use to my all contacts and miss behave to everyone. This app is call any time and torture me and my family for loan repayment. I was said that I will settlement your loan amount but this app is saying that pay to all big interest and loan amount while it is big amount.                                     Someone named ashirwad soni has failed to pay loan from mpokket and i am not a guranter nor the loan taker despite of that this mpokket employee continuously calling me and harassing me and giving me death threat to let him talk to him as i dont know who is ashirwad again that knowing this he is giving me death threat.

                                      Hi

                                      Very sad to say that they are harrassing me, family and friends, specially I am not given any contact details but I don't how they take contact from my contact list, this is very hacking system from any customer.

                                      Please resolve the same.

                                        10.01.2022 evening i make the payment in mpokket for my loan purpose.after i enter the UPI pin the required amount of 1068 rupess was deducted from my bank account but the mpokket merchant did not receive any money.so i kindly request to initiate the chargeback to my amount of 1068 rupess.
