Sir/mam, maine mpokket se 9500 ka loan le rkha h jiski payment due h lockdown ki vjh se kyoki lockdown m meri part time job chhut lockdown k bad jb main payment krne gya to late fee above 15000 thi to maine late fee waiver k liye request kiya but koi response mhi h ab jake late fees k sath 21000 kr diya gya loan amount and they are forcing me to pay please help me in waiver for late fee then i will pay rest of the amount..reg no. Hi i took loan of 4000
I did not pay loan amount because i lost job.
Now they are asking to pay 8940
I dont have that much money. My penalty charges are more than my principle amount. If you remove complete penalty charges i will pay full amount of 8940 kindly do favour. Your executives are so arrogent. They are harrasing me like anything. If this harrasment continues it may lead to death....

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am an mpokket customer. I issued a loan amounting to INR 10, 000 between the period Oct-2020 to Dec-2020. I had issued loan from the said service earlier as well and had never defaulted but due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic I failed to make the payments on time. As a result, a ridiculously large amount of interest was imposed without any prior warning.

I request you guys It's is worst app don't take loan his take more interest rates and harassing daily I'm talking just 10.000 his asking 23000 just 7 months if you not pay money his send legal notice in ur home ..Every mpocket victims his send legal notice then after you file case against the mpoket to near by cyber crime police station I'm also file case against mpoket...

Hello, I requested for a loan of Rs. 1000 on 10 April 2021. But I didn't get any loan amount in my account till now . I send bank statement 1 week ago but still i didn't get any resolution from mpokket. Once again I'm sending this mail along with bank statement. I called many times to mpokket executive but everytime executive tell a new thing. Loan due date is 09May 2021...

Due to corona I lost my job and I couldn't repay the amount I've took which is Rs.10000/- and now I've got a notice that by adding up all the penalties it has become Rs.20000/-. It's been only 7-8 months I haven't repayed my amount. Please find the details in the below image. I've too 2000 for 5 time and the interest and penalty became double the amount. Please help me with this issue....

I took loan from mpokket 8000 rupees due to lockdown i failed to make repayment on time so they charge me extra fine i sent mail and i said that i m ready to pay my loan amount with interest but i never pay late fee but they replied i have pay all amount so denied to pay, , now they are calling me and force to pay 25000 rupees for 8000rupees of loan amount. they threating me and call my relatives and abused him they call with multiple number...

I just started a new mpokket account few days back when I wanted to borrow money from the mpokket while it's shows that my bank account is already exists so Kindly please delete my existing bank account as I have only one bank account so that I can add a new bank account to borrow loan from mpokket. I have taken loan amount of 10k during lockdown and I have always paid my loan on or before time earlier.
But now I am unable to pay the loan as they as have charged 21k as a penalty for 180 days and they keeps on calling me from the morning to late night.
They have also started calling my family members and they have also destroyed my reputation in my college. I don't have any job and I am ready to pay the amount I have took...

Dear Mpokket,

I taken a loan 6500 but due to covid-19 and lockdown I have Could not do it pay on time.Your recovery team day by day mental torture me just like I am a criminal. Which has upset me a lot.So upset that i believe in suicide. I am student so not any income source of me . I request please waive off my late penalty fee. and i definitely will do pay my loan amount same day.

All of a sudden a employee from mpokket has called me asking me for the person i dont know .
Even im saying them sorry i dont know the person they qre just threatning me and the employee was too harsh
I didnt sign anywhere i did not gave my num personally nor did i agree to put me as a referency
Please make them understand this issue
And they were saying the customer name is manoj bolla who took the loan...

I have installed mPokket. I have registered in it but didn't get any loan. The mPokket customer care calls me daily for 6-7 times and asking me to take loan or complete the full process. I do not want a loan from them. I don't know how to delete the registered account. It's been a mental torcher. I was telling them that I don't want to register but they keep insisting to do that. I have other works also. They are speaking for more than 30...

Have you ever seen your interest that you are providing for student loans . how can you expect students to pay such high amount of interest. My brother have cleared the debt which he took. Now you are asking to pay interest of 17000 for the loan which I took 7000. Is it reasonable quote of interest? Hell with your company rates and all. Don't Play games with the students.shut you app. Don't provide loans to students...
