        Dear Mpocket Support Team,

        I am writing to express my frustration regarding an ongoing issue with my account that has yet to be resolved despite numerous follow-ups over the past two years. I have fully cleared all outstanding dues with Mpocket, but my CIBIL report continues to show a pending payment under my account. This is significantly impacting my CIBIL score and causing unnecessary complications in my financial profile.

        Despite reaching out to your support team multiple times, I have not received a satisfactory resolution to this issue. I request that you urgently update my payment status with CIBIL to reflect that all dues have been cleared.

        Please confirm the steps being taken to resolve this matter at the earliest. Your assistance is essential, and I hope to see prompt action from your side.

              I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with the credit limit assigned to my account. My account details are as follows:

              I was expecting a higher credit limit considering my income and repayment history. The current limit is too low and is not meeting my financial requirements. I have been a responsible borrower and have made all payments on time.

                Description: HI i have made 4 different transactions to clear the loan on 26th August 2024 however, the application on shows 2 successful transaction and they have no record of 1 auto debit and 1 payment i made through google pay
                Now i have been writing them since last 4 days no one has bothered to reply to me back and the collections agents, keep calling me about the payment. the executives don't have any control on the language while im in office they've been continuing the harassment but they are not bothered to resolved my issue neither they have any tracking mechanism to track my payments to and when i informed them that i have emailed my concerned, the executive point blank told me that even if i write 100 emails no one will reply and that is the fact even I wrote to [protected]@mpokket.com the email id mentioned in for registering the grievance, but it seems all are the same. they have been harassing like crazy even after making the entire payment. during my office hours i have harassed every single minute by calls it is so frustrating. i need to file for compensation of 10lakh (rupees ten lakh) for the torture and harassment i have gone through with the uncivilised way of dealing with the clients and there is a customer service but no one bothers to answer no email response and it is a RBI registered NBFC. RBI should strictly revoke their lincense

                      So, as you all know mpokket is a loan app and i opened the account at some emergency but now i want to clear my cibil because of my current educational purposes and i want a noc as i have no due remaining in the app. I have been persistently sending mail to [protected]@mpokket.com like more than 10 times and i have not received any support from them regarding the deletion instead they keep on calling me to borrow some money and ask me to take loans! And do you think this is a joke? I want to clear all my cibil so that i can live my life the way i want and i have no due too then why are they doing this? Not poor but worst customer service ever and they say they don't even know provide a option in the app or their customer support call line for account deletion. I sincerely request this complaint to be heard so that i will be able to continue my studies and close this mpokket account permanently.

                                Hi sir/madam my new account has been approved but I'm not able to borrow as it shows the bank account already exists.

                                It may be due to my previous bank account has not been deleted or my bank account isn't removed yet from your side for the previous account.

                                I request you to please recheck the system and do something so I can borrow fluently.

                                  My new profile just got approved few days back but when I add my bank account it shows existing bank account so I am not being able to borrow please delete my existing bank account as I have only one bank account. I have emailed the company 100 times still issue isn't resolved please delete my existing bank account so I can borrow flawlessly.

                                    As I have one loan pending I am looking forward to pay back the money but the intrest where they have put on my loan is pretty high so I kindly request the team to cutt of the intrest and i would need a NOC as well.

                                    I hope the mpokket team contacts me sooner the possible and sort the things out.
